Imo Supreme Court Judgment:
Another Reason
Why Biafra Is Inevitable
They said that Supreme Court judgment is final. So, the Fulani oligarchy
captured it and started using it to cause mayhem. For the past five years the
Supreme Court has given series of conflicting judgements as it pleases the
Fulani and no body questions.
They have used it to say that the President doesn’t need WAEC
certificate to become President. They have used same to sack other candidates
that are not APC, saying that they don’t have WAEC or NECO. The most recent is
the sack of elected Imo State Governor, Emeka Ihedioha, and his subsequent
replacement with Hope Uzodinma, a stooge of the Fulani.
And I want to ask this question? IS THE JUDGEMENT OF SUPREME COURT TRULY
FINAL WHEN THEY CONTINUE DISHING OUT INJUSTICE IN THE NAME OF JUSTICE?
In saner climes, the people would protest and revolt for days until such
an injustice is reversed. Some countries have protested demanding the
resignation of their President and the President resigned. That’s where the
people understand they have the power. Not allowing some Islamic
fundamentalists to take over the court to cause havoc while the people maintain
silence, caged by the notion that the supreme court’s judgement is final. Final
in what? Justice or Injustice?
The supreme court
ought to be final only in justice and nothing more. The people ought to rise
and say no to injustice no matter where it is coming from. Have you seen why
protest should not be made a terrorist act simply because IPOB is using
peaceful protest to drive home their demand? You see why every man from the
East should support IPOB no matter what? The caliphate takes advantage of our
division.
I have read the reactions of every Yoruba leader concerning the Amotekun
security group launched by their people. They are all in support. Even the
selfish Jagaban didn’t speak against it. He simply politically said it is a
great idea, but not what the Yoruba needs at the moment. Take a little time and
think of what the stand of Southeast political leaders will be if such is
created in the region. Flashback on the creation of Biafra Security Service,
BSS by IPOB.
I have said it before, and will continue to say it. The problem of
LEADERSHIP in Igbo land started with the surrendering of Biafra in 1970.
Odumegwu Ojukwu was the last Igbo leader till today. Have you tried to ask
yourself when people that can never stand in solidarity with the people started
becoming leaders in Igbo land? If you do ask, only then will you understand
where the problem of leadership started in Igbo land.
Prior to the civil war, the Igbo brandished leaders who thinks Igbo
first. Leaders like Akanu Ibiam, Mbonu Ojike, Chinua Achebe etc. Leaders who
even spent their own monies for the good of Ndigbo. Today, we have leaders in
Biafra land who will go to the North to swear allegiance to the North and
promise to be sabotaging everything the collective Igbo people want. Leaders
that will connive with the Fulani to send soldiers to kill their youths for
peacefully protesting in the streets of Alaigbo.
With the surrender of Biafra, the Fulani took charge of the leadership
structure in Igbo land. They became the kingmakers. They made sure every man
and woman that played a part in the Biafra war never made it back to the
government. Our soldiers and policemen were all sacked. All our think-tank
during the war were relegated to the background. All the brains that
constructed machine guns, armoured cars and refined our fuels were cast out.
There was massive recruitment and enthronement of saboteurs, sell-outs and
Efulefus into various positions of importance. Gradually, the Igbo started
losing it, to the extent that the people will elect their Governor, and the
Fulani caliphate will sack him using the court.
There must be effort to regain the Igbo leadership position that have
been hijacked by the Fulani since 50years ago, using some stooges from Igbo
land. They are strong because they got the money and there is hunger in the
land. There must be individuals supporting and writing lies for them. We must
counter them without fear or favour. In as much as IPOB is not interested in
Nigeria politics of corruption, IPOB members MUST not fail to be aware of what
is happening around them.
Personally, I believe that with Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s IPOB, the problem of
leadership in Igbo land will be solved. People who are suffering, contributing,
suffering incarceration and even death for the sake of the next generation will
not sabotage their own people.
I then urge the people that were infuriated by the unjust action of the
Islamic Supreme Court of Nigeria to simply join and support IPOB, as Nigeria
has lost every sign of getting better.

Kanu, IPOB demand fresh
governorship election in Imo
Threatened to stop judges from
travelling abroad if case not reversed
Stanley Uzoaru, Owerri
As the people of Imo State
await the outcome of the Supreme Court review of electoral judgements regarding
Governor Hope Uzodinma and former Governor Emeka Ihedioha on Monday, Igbo
separatist group, the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has warned that nothing
but a fresh election would be acceptable to it.
Handing down the warning on a
Radio Biafra broadcast, IPOB leader Nnamdi Kanu pointed out that the judges
must respect the wishes of the people and reverse the judgement or call for a
fresh election.
The separatist leader also
extended the warning to the judges that would be handling the review exercise,
insisting that they must not be partial; they should reverse the judgment to
avoid the wrath of the IPOB.
Kanu has promised to stop the
judges from travelling abroad if they sustain the judgement on Governor
Uzodinma.
According to Kanu, “any attempt
to make Hope Uzodinma remain as the governor, I will dissect them one after the
other; I will use every part of my life to stop them from travelling abroad.
“No matter what their plan is
Imo judgement must not stand; we are warning the whole world, I do not know who
Emeka Ihedioha is, frankly speaking. I do not care, but what happens in Imo
affects everybody; it must not be allowed to stand to avoid disaster and chaos.
“The only way out is to call
for a fresh election in Imo State, there is no other justifiable reason, we are
warning the whole world, we are a peaceful movement, what we can not tolerate
is for a bunch of people in Sokoto, Kaduna, Katsina, Kano and Abuja to
determine what happens in Biafra land, it cannot happen, Hope Uzodinma can not
remain there because the people did not vote for him, nobody voted for APC,”
Kanu stated.
Recalling the Supreme Court
judgement in Bayelsa State, Kanu said: “For those who want to use Bayelsa
judgment on Imo State, the facts are clear, the Supreme Court lied.”
Kanu alleges that the APC-led
Federal Government wants to retain Governor Uzodinma as a stooge in order to
perfect its plans for the state.
“It is very clear why they are
not looking for any other place in Biafra land but Owerri; what they wish to
occupy is Owerri for very spiritual reasons for those of you who are blind in
spirit and cannot see that the Caliphate needs Owerri very much; they believe they
can strangle us, Bayelsa is not important to them, what they are looking for is
Imo.
“I do not want people to be led
astray by the judgement that was obtained in Bayelsa. Hope Uzodinma is a stooge
of the Fulani caliphate, a servant like his predecessor, Rochas Okorocha; we
cannot allow their plan for Imo to work no matter what,” Kanu stated.
Ihedioha vs Uzodinma:
Nnamdi Kanu tells Supreme Court
what to do
IPOB – Champion Newspapers
Limited / Chibundu Peter Anayo /
The Nnamdi Kanu-led Indigenous
People of Biafra (IPOB) has told the Supreme Court to nullify the election of
Senator Hope Uzodinma as Imo Governor and order a fresh governorship election
in the State.
Kanu, in a broadcast via Radio
Biafra on Sunday, warned that nothing short of a fresh election would be
acceptable by the people.
The IPOB leader said the apex
court judges should respect the wishes of the people and reverse itself in the
judgement or cancel 2019 election in the State.
“No matter what their plan is,
Imo (Supreme Court ) judgment must not stand. We are warning the whole world, I
do not know who Emeka Ihedioha is; frankly speaking, I do not care, but what
happens in Imo affects everybody. It must not be allowed to stand to avoid
disaster and chaos.”
According to Kanu, who has been
broadcasting from abroad, the only reason the Federal Government wants to have
Imo at all cost is to have the governor as stooge to perfect its secret plans
in the state.
“It is very clear why they are
not looking for any other place in Biafra land, but Owerri,” Kanu added.
“What they wish to occupy
Owerri for is spiritual. Those of you who are blind in spirit cannot see that
the caliphate needs Owerri very much, they believe they can strangle us.
“Bayelsa is not important to
them, what they are looking for is Imo. I do not want people to be led astray
by the judgment that was obtained in Bayelsa case,” he said.
The World Is Watching Tanko
Muhammad
& His Fellow Injustices Of
The Supreme Court Of Nigeria
—--Mazi Nnamdi Kanu
I am glad the counsel to Hope
Uzodinma, one Mr Ododo (SAN), conceeded earlier today under cross-examination
by the judges that indeed The Supreme Court can revisit or "set aside a
previous judgement if there is a slip or clerical errors". Note the term,
'slip or clerical errors' as I warned this morning during our 6 am broadcast.
Therefore the flawed judgement of January 14, 2020 imposing the caliphate slave
Hope Uzodinma on Imo people can in law be set aside. This is an uncontested
fact.
Equally compelling is the
submission by Kanu Agabi (SAN) who clarified in simple terms that contrary to
common sense and the law, "the number of votes ascribed to the Hope
Uzodinma by Tanko Muhammad and his gang at the Supreme Court exceeded the
accredited voters by 128k votes". This is a fatal error and as such is a
no brainer! Previous judgement using falsified figures to impose Uzodinma
cannot stand before God in heaven and man on earth.
Agabi further submitted that
Hope Uzodinma in their pleadings before the Appeal Court upon which their case is
predicted, stated unequivocally that "2019 Imo State governiship election
was invalid". Kanu Agabi wondered why Hope Uzodinma would now benefit from
the same electoral process his legal team referred to as 'invalid' in their
submissions. The Supreme Court in essence validated invalidity by pronouncing
Hope Uzodinma governor in the first instance.
I insist therefore that there
exist only one equitable face saving route out of this mess APC and Tanko
Muhammad have unceremoniously dragged the Supreme Court into. The Supreme Court
of Nigeria MUST order fresh elections to be held in Imo State. QED!

50 YEARS AFTER UKPABI ASIKA
- IS HISTORY REPEATING ITSELF.
By Rev Fr Angelo Chidi Unegbu
(cangelo123@yahoo.com)
1) Despite the litany of the
injustices and horrors meted against the Igbo people/ Biafrans that led to the
secession and eventually the civil war, there were still some Igbo
people/Biafrans who stood on the side of Nigerian government, the same
government that unleashed genocide on their own people. Such people were
referred to by Ndigbo as "saboteurs". One of such persons was Ukpabi
Asika.
2) The government of Gowon
rewarded Asika for his loyalty by appointing him the Administrator of East
Central State at the beginning of the civil war in 1967. Unable to take up his
post due to the war, Asika remained in Lagos until 1970, when the war ended.
3) No sooner had Asika resumed
duty as the administrator that he began to play the script handed to him by
those who appointed him. Despite the slogan of the 3 Rs (Reconstruction,
Rehabilitation and Reintegration) that hallowed the end of the war, the
Nigerian government was bent on doing anything that would forestall any future
agitation for a sovereign state by the Biafrans.
4) The "arrogance" of
the Igboman was believed to have been exacerbated by his intellectual
sophistication, which was made possible by his good education, thanks to the
avalanche of missionary schools in the area.
5) On January 10, 1970, Ukpabi
Asika enacted the edict "Public Education Edict: East Central State of
Nigeria Gazette Number 3 Enugu, May 1970" which dispossessed the Churches
of the ownership and administration of their schools.
6) The same government of Asika
saw to the expulsion of the Catholic missionaries in Igboland on February 18,
few weeks after the promulgation of that education edict.
7) On 14 January 2020, the
Supreme Court of Nigeria against the mandate of the people and against the
rules of logic, mathematics, feelings of the masses and common sense removed
the people's choice (majority), Emeka Ihedioha and imposed Hope Uzodimma as the
governor of Imo state, the Igbo heartland. Uzodimma was sworn in on 15 January
2020 which was the exact date that the Biafran soldiers surrendered to the
Nigerian troops, and of course that was the date Asika's administration
actually began. Was that supposed to be a coincidence?
8) We all saw the script that
Asika was handed over to play and he played it perfectly well. Which one is
Uzodimma required to play this time? Is history repeating itself?
9) My fellow Ndigbo, this is a
very fragile and perilous time in our history. We are worried because we have
passed this road before. Through the actions and inactions of the present
government especially on security of lives and property and the recent decisions
of the Supreme Court on January 14 and March 03 2020, we don't need a prophet
to tell us that the die is cast. Our actions and inactions as a people in the
next 4 years will determine whether we shall continue to exist as a people or
not.
10) The government is doing
almost nothing to protect the lives of Nigerians, particularly Ndigbo, from the
murderous Fulani herdsmen that have surrounded the country. The same government
is at the same time frowning at regions/ states establishing their own security
outfit. Just yesterday, March 04, 2020 at about 11.30 P.M., it was reliably
reported that unidentified gunmen at the cover of the night were shooting
sporadically at people in Okigwe. At the end, at least 7 persons were said to
have been killed while several others were wounded. Up till now, nothing is
known about the killers. No national daily carried it. Worse still, the
whereabouts of the assailants is unknown.
11) My beloved Ndigbo, this is
not the time for pecuniary politics. It is not the time for looking for where
money is being shared. It is not the time of jumping from one political party
to another just for personal gains.
12) This is the time to put our
greed and grievances aside and put heads together to protect the Igbo race from
being wiped out. We are indestructible when we are united. No one can destroy
us without us.
13) Churches should not only
pray harder now but should also be on the alert. Church members should be
educated on the situation we are in. Our Churches should pay more attention to
security than any other thing now.
14) Churches, especially in Imo
state, should as a matter of necessity desist in these four years from inviting
politicians to their churches or asking them for financial assistance.
15) This is not the time of
hoping that the international community will come to our aid. They have their
own problems and other interests. It is not a time of waiting for our elites to
speak or act for us. At this time everyone is an elite. If you can talk, please
talk. If you can write, please write. If you can preach or sing or act movies
that will expose the dangers facing us, please kindly do that. You have social
media, please use it. This is not a time of being politically correct. Be
guided only by the truth, justice and self-defence.
16) They can put whoever they
want as governor. They can only succeed if we allow them to use us. The Supreme
Court can decide anything but it is our own collective decision that stands
only if we are united in love, truth and justice.
17) Everyone should be part of
the local vigilanté. Comb the whole bushes steadily. Install CCTV at many
places as possible. Be prepared to video any suspiscious scene and circulate
when necessary.
18) Suspect everything! Report
everything! If you cannot tweet retweet. If you cannot write, then share. If
you cannot share, like or comment. Of course, you should avoid fake news and
hoax. Scrutinise everything! This is no time for jokes or pranks.
19) But in all remain calm.
With vigilance and God on our side, we shall conquer.
