Director Of Radio Biafra / Leader Of IPOB-Nnamdi Kanu In Court 26th April 2016

Director Of Radio Biafra / Leader of IPOB -Nnamdi Kanu                            In Court 26th April 2016

Court rules Kanu’s trial must continue

A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has dismissed the application of Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), seeking a stay of proceedings pending determination of his appeal.

Kanu had approached the appellate court, challenging the earlier decision of the court to uphold the prosecution’s request to shield their witnesses from members of the public during trial.

The judge, Justice John Tsoho, held that the application for stay of proceedings lacked merit and ordered that the trial would proceed in the mode earlier directed by the court.

Kanu and his co-defendants are standing trial on a six-count charge of treasonable felony, unlawful possession of firearms and other offences bordering on their agitation for secession of the Republic of Biafra from Nigeria.

Tsoho relied on provisions of Section 306 of the administration of criminal justice act, 2015, which prohibits courts from entertaining a motion for stay of proceedings with respect to criminal cases.
Contrary to the contention of Chuks Muoma (SAN), Kanu’s lawyer, Tsoho held that the provision of section 306 of ACJA could not deny an accused person fair hearing.
The judge held that the provision of the ACJA was to enhance the right to speedy trial, guaranteed an accused person in the constitution.
“Section 306 of ACJA removes hitches to speedy trial, which is component of fair hearing,” he said.
The judge also distinguished the trial of the Biafra agitators from that of Bukola Saraki, the senate president.
In Saraki’s case, the supreme court, after the advent of the ACJA, last year granted an order for stay of proceedings in his trial before the code of conduct tribunal.
Tsoho held that the prevailing circumstances informing the decision of the supreme court to grant stay of proceedings in Saraki’s case was not available in the instant case.
He said in Saraki’s case, the issue of whether the cases entertained by the CCT were criminal in nature or not, was still to be determined by the supreme court, and was not available in the case before him.
He explained that it was not in doubt that the federal high court had jurisdiction to hear criminal cases.
“It is, more so that the application for stay of proceedings is not founded on lack of intrinsic jurisdiction of this court but on mode of procedure to be adopted in the trial.’’
After dismissing the application, he held that the trial would proceed in the mode he had earlier directed on March 7, which was to shield them from the public, but not to wear masks.

…We’ve confidence in Court of Appeal  –IPOB

From Jeff Amechi Agbodo, Onitsha
Leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mr. Nnamdi Kanu yesterday said he has confidence in the Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja to get justice.
The Abuja division of Court of Appeal, last Tuesday shifted hearing on the appeal that was filed by Kanu and two others till May 5 for hearing on the matter.
Counsel to Kanu, Mr. Ifeanyi Ejiofor, while reacting to what transpired at the court on Tuesday that led to the shift of the matter that was earlier fixed for hearing, expressed confidence in the judiciary which he said is the last hope of the common man.
He said when they gathered at the Court of Appeal waiting for the case to be called up, it was not coming on inquiry, the clerk told them that the case was not listed or scheduled to be treated for the day.
Ejiofor noted that three cases; Dasuki, Metu and another person came up at the court due to the importance of the cases based on what the presiding judge, Justice Abdul Aboki told them who stood in for the cases due to the judges conference. He stated that judges don’t attend to court sittings during their conferences which incidentally clashed with the fixed date for hearing of the matter of Kanu and others, saying that was the reason why the case was shifted till May 5.
He said:  “We don’t have problem with the shift of the date for hearing. We are aware that judges don’t go to court during their conferences, so, it is not against our client or to undo us but the normal thing in the judiciary.”
We have confidence in the judiciary and we are sure of getting justice at the Court of Appeal.”
The trio of Kanu, Benjamin Madubugwu and David Nwawusi had gone to challenge what they called strange procedure adopted in their trial.

Court rejects Nnamdi Kanu’s
bid to halt trial

A Federal High Court in Abuja on Tuesday struck out an application by the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Mr. Nnamdi Kanu, and his co-accused, David Nwawusi and Benjamin Madubugwu, asking for a stay of proceedings in their ongoing trial.

Justice James Tsoho ruled that the application for a stay of proceedings lacked merit and ordered that the trial should proceed in the mode earlier directed by the court.   In his ruling on Tuesday, Justice Tsoho, said he would not yield to any blackmail in the handling of the case. He however condemned the use of what he described as “intemperate language” by the defendants’ lawyer, Mr. Ifeanyi Ejiofor, who signed and filed the application. Referring to how the words “prudence” and “common sense,” were used in the application, the judge said “virulent attacks on courts do not constitute a yardstick for the success of counsel.” The judge added, “The logical inference to be drawn from this is that if the order of stay is not granted, then this court lacks prudence or common sense. Be that as it may, this court will not yield to blackmail.” Kanu and his co-defendants are being prosecuted before the court on six counts of treasonable felony, unlawful possession of firearms and other offences bordering on their agitation for secession of the Republic of Biafra from Nigeria. They had asked for a stay of proceedings on the basis of the appeal which they had filed against the March 7, 2016 ruling of the court varying its earlier decision of February 19, 2016 by permitting prosecution witnesses to testify in camera. Kanu and his co-accused contended in their appeal before the Court of Appeal, Abuja, that the order  permitting the Federal Government’s witnesses to testify behind the screen was granted without jurisdiction, because it was against the court’s earlier ruling of February 19, which rejected the prosecution’s motion for witness protection. But in dismissing the defendants’ application on Tuesday, Justice Tsoho relied on the provisions of Section 306 of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act, 2015, which prohibits courts from entertaining motions for a stay of proceedings with respect to criminal cases.
The judge ruled that contrary to the contention by the defendants’ lawyer, Chuks Muoma (SAN), who argued the application, the provision of Section 306 of ACJ Act could not deny an accused person a fair hearing. He said though he conceded that Section 306 of ACJ Act “encroached” on a judge’s discretion to grant a stay of proceedings in criminal trial, it never denied the right of appeal guaranteed an aggrieved party in Section 241 of the constitution. The judge held that rather, the provision of the ACJ Act was to enhance the right to speedy trial, which an accused person was entitled to under the constitution. “Section 306 of ACJA removes hitches to speedy trial which is a component of fair hearing,” Justice Tsoho ruled. The judge also distinguished the trial of the Biafra agitators from that of the Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki, in which the Supreme Court last year after the advent of the ACJ Act, granted an order for a stay of proceedings in his (Saraki’s) trial before the Code of Conduct Tribunal. Justice Tsoho held that the prevailing circumstances informing the decision of the Supreme Court to grant a stay of proceedings in Saraki’s case were not available in the instant case. He said in Saraki’s case, the issue of whether the cases entertained by the CCT were criminal in nature or not was to be determined by the Supreme Court when the order of a stay of proceedings was granted, adding that such issue was not available in the case before him. He explained that it was not in doubt that the Federal High Court had jurisdiction to hear criminal cases.
The judge ruled, “It is more so, given that the application for a stay of proceedings is not founded on lack of intrinsic jurisdiction of this court but on mode of procedure to be adopted in the trial.” He ruled that the trial would proceed in the manner earlier directed by the court except there was a contrary directive or order from appropriate authorities. He said, “At this juncture, I hold with due respect and without any prejudice that, the circumstances of this application are not deserving of an order for a stay of proceedings. “Consequently, the applicants’ application for an order of stay of proceedings in this case is refused and struck out. “The effect is that the trial in this case shall be proceeded with in the manner ordered by this court, except there is contrary directive or order from appropriate authority.” The judge after dismissing the application adjourned till June 20 to 23 for commencement of trial. Meanwhile, the appeal by Kanu and his co-accused, in which they also asked for the withdrawal of their trial from Justice Tsoho and re-assignment to another judge was on Monday fixed for May 5 for hearing.

DON'T BE DECEIVED

Do not be Deceived. The

To Fellow Biafrans,
Allow me to take this opportunity to correct some misleading impressions that may have been presented by Bilie Human Rights Initiative in pursuit of their ‘legal route’ for the emancipation of we Biafrans.
Emeka Emekaesiri has continued his subtle but dubious character assassination and name calling which he began on Facebook. Now that he has continued to make inaccurate and false representation of the position of Radio Biafra. I will address him via this medium before responding comprehensively to his spurious allegations contained in his Facebook submission.
I find Emeka Emekaesiri to be a man devoid of any honour or principle. Radio Biafra and Bilie Human Rights Initiative signed an agreement to bind the two groups together to pre-empt this very usurpation of the responsibilities of one by another that BHRI is attempting or attempted on Radio Biafra. Emeka Emekaesiri did not honour any of the clause or covenant contained in a documented that he drafted and signed as a lawyer.
He cannot be trusted to uphold any agreement for the following reasons:
1) He Emeka Emekaesiri took money from Biafran activists in Europe to register Bilie Human Rights Initiative at the United Nations, when any genuine Biafran called in truth and honesty to serve his land would have rendered the same service for nothing. Not only did he collect money from Biafra Liberation in Europe he equally took over the organization that he was paid to represent.
2) I singularly registered Radio Biafra as a concern in the UK at the same time Emeka Emekaesiri registered BHRI in his name alone. In agreement with Emeka Emekaesiri I handed over Radio Biafra to the people of Biafra and invited him to do the same with BHRI but he declined.
3) Emeka Emekaesiri has been claiming that there is a legal method for achieving the independence of Biafra hence why we are in court when in actual fact there is nothing like a legal method in the history of freedom fighting. He has come in the same guise as Uwazuruike and Benjamin Onwuka to deceive our people by claiming you can get freedom through the courts or by sitting at home or declaring Biafra at Enugu Stadium. Every liberation movement in history adopted a political process be it through civil disobedience or armed conflict and that is exactly what we are doing via Radio Biafra. We owe nobody an apology for adopting this approach.
4) BHRI is on record for saying that they are law abiding citizens of Nigeria and will report anybody suspected of organizing any armed conflict against Nigeria to the Nigerian authorities. This is the same thing Uwazuruike did when he said his criminal group said they will arrest and hand over anyone found intimidating Hausa/Fulani people following the Boko Haram outrage against our people in the North.
5) Emeka Emekaesiri in the presence of Amarachi Okpara, Egemba and Uche Mefor at a meeting in Bannister House I called to request from him why he is not honoring a simple agreement we went into told me that Okorocha and his people are aware of what we are doing and would like to get involved. I warned him that I will not accept Okorocha or any Nigerian politician in this struggle.
6) Emeka Emekaesiri has done his best to castigate and tarnish my image before the Council of Elders and Debe Ojukwu in the hope of alienating me from them so the field will be open for him to perpetrate his little fraud called legal process.
7) Emeka Emekaesiri and his BHRI has been peddling falsehood that I have been collecting money from Biafrans all over the world without accounting for it. BHRI knows that financial accounting is done once a year and that Radio Biafra is a duly registered business in the UK and MUST account to Her Majesty’s government once every year. BHRI file their account in Nigeria as a registered business in Nigeria while Radio Biafra will do so as it is registered in the UK. I have not seen BHRI accounts so why must Radio Biafra account to BHRI in private?
8) Emeka Emekaesiri with Egemba and the rest of BHRI on Facebook has been peddling rumours about what may have become of the money Biafrans are donating from all over the world. BHRI is aware that the money is meant for our transmitter which we have now purchased yet they continue to peddle these lies.
9) Asking every pro-Biafra group to come under BHRI is an insult of the highest order. Where has this type of nonsensical approach been adopted before? We are in a court that can never grant us independence, our people are dying on a daily basis and BHRI is trying to use the fact they are registered in Nigeria to muzzle direct action by claiming they will provide protection. When did groups start providing protection? Is it not the law that protects? Even a lay person like myself cannot be fooled with such legal nonsense about coming under BHRI for protection. The UN Charter gives us all the protection we need and not BHRI.
There are much more I intend to address in the coming days on Facebook but I must warn that anybody supporting BHRI is jeopardizing everything we are doing through Radio Biafra and Indigenous People of Biafra registered at the United Nations.
BHRI is working with politicians and supporters of the Boko Haram APC. We at Radio Biafra and Indigenous People of Biafra will deem it an act of sabotage to support any entity that has been infiltrated by our detractors and actively working to undermine the work we are doing.
Any person found supporting or contributing to BHRI will be deemed an enemy of the people and will be removed from this struggle. We are not in the business of messing about with Nigeria while our people are being killed and deported. That type of spineless, duplicitous and compromised freedom fighting is not for Radio Biafra and the Indigenous People of Biafra.
Bilie Human Rights Initiative cannot be trusted. Be warned!
Sometimes...I used to ask my self...why is it that Nigerians and their leaders..are taking us for granted??? killing our people as they like..as if we are chicken...yet nobody want to say anything about it..even our leaders who are supposed to speak for us, keep silent simple because of what they are gaining from the government of Nigeria... so my people, let us do our best and leave the rest to God.. because I believe that nothing is impossible to Him...

HEAR OUR CRY ..OH LORD AND LET OUR PRAYERS COME UNTO THEE...
GOD BLESS BIAFRA

BREAKING NEWS!!! Biafra: Appeal Court Finally Rules on Kanu’s Bail Application
25th May 2016
ABUJA—–The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja, on Wednesday, dismissed the appeal that was lodged before it by the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mr. Nnamdi Kanu.
Kanu and two other pro-Biafra agitators, David Nwawusi and Benjamin Madubugwu, had gone before the appellate court to challenge what they termed “strange procedure” adopted in their trial before the Federal High Court in Abuja.
The trio who are answering to a six-count treason charge the federal government preferred against them, in their consolidated appeal, alleged bias against trial Justice John Tsoho who not only declined to grant them bail, but also permitted the prosecution to shield the identity of eight witnesses billed to testify in the matter.
Justice Tsoho had equally rejected application praying him to discharge and acquit the three defendants in line with section 351(1) of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act, 2015.
Meantime, in a unanimous judgment on Wednesday, a three-man panel of Justices of the appellate court led by Justice Abdul Northerner, dismissed th defendants’ appeal as “grossly lacking in merit”.
The appellate court further declined to order the release of the defendants on bail on the premise that allegations against them are “grievous and serious”.
Justice Northerner who read the lead judgment, said it was not in doubt the 1st defendant, Kanu, has dual citizenship.
He said Kanu’s possession of both Nigerian and British passports increased the likelihood that he could jump bail if released from detention.
On the procedure adopted by the trial court, the appeal court panel maintained that Justice Tsoho had the discretion to decide how the proceeding should be conducted.“The lower court has the power to exercise its discretion on the matter and the exercise of such discretion by the trial judge did not amount to denial of fair hearing to the defendants.
“The issues are resolved against the appellants. Ruling of the trial court is hereby upheld”, the appellate court held.
Basically, Kanu and his co-defendants, through their lawyer Chief Chuks Muoma, SAN, argued before the appellate court that trial Justice Tsoho erred in law “when having refused the application for the witnesses of the prosecution to testified behind screens, or masked” on February 19, 2016, “suddenly varied the said order in the ruling delivered on March 7, 2016, on a mere oral application by the respondent”.
They maintained that the variation order was made on the basis of a mere oral application by the Director of Public Prosecution, DPP, Mohammed Diri, who had informed the trial court that witnesses scheduled to testify against the defendants said they would not appear unless they were allowed to wear masks or their identities shielded from both lawyers and people observing the proceeding.
“My lord this is because they are already receiving threats from associates of the defendants that they will be dealt with. The witnesses said they love their lives and requested that their identities be shielded from people who are coming to witness the proceeding”, Diri told the court.
He said DSS operatives also billed to testify in the matter, made similar request on the basis that they are investigating terrorism cases and would not want their identities exposed.
Following his application, Justice Tsoho gave an order permitting the witnesses to testify behind a screen, stressing that the decision did not amount to a variation of a previous ruling that prohibited the witnesses from appearing in mask.
The three defendants had earlier opposed FG’s application for secret trial, even as hey queried the propriety of the court allowing ”masquerades” to testify against them.
Though Justice Tsoho maintained that the subsequent order he made in respect of the trial was in tandem with his ruling on February 9 that rejected secret trial of the defendants, the defence lawyer, Muoma, SAN, yesterday, urged the appellate court to set aside “the revised order for the identities of the witnesses to be protected”.
Muoma, SAN, argued that the trial court had become functus-officio on the matter, having earlier ruled on the previous application by the prosecution.
It was his argument that FG ought to have appealed against the initial ruling instead of re-approaching the same court with a similar application.
He prayed the appellate court to direct the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court to transfer their case-file to another Judge for trial.
Nevertheless, FG, in a counter-affidavit it filed before the appellate court, sought the dismissal of the appeal which it said lacked merit.
The DPP argued that the March 7 order of the high court did not amount to a variation of the February 9 ruling.
FG insisted that Kanu and the others were never denied fair-hearing by Justice Tsoho to warrant re-assignment of the case-file to another Judge. It opposed their request to be released on bail.
Besides, FG accused the defendants of attempting to use frivolous interlocutory appeals to delay their trial.
‎‎Kanu who was hitherto the Director of Radio Biafra and Television, has been in detention since October 14, 2015, when he was arrested by security operatives upon his arrival to Nigeria from his base in the United Kingdom.
The defendants were alleged to have committed treasonable felony, an offence punishable under Section 41(C) of the Criminal Code Act, CAP C38 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria.
FG alleged that they were the ones managing the affairs of the IPOB which it described as “an unlawful society”.
Kanu was alleged to have illegally smuggled radio transmitters into Nigeria, which he used to disseminate “hate broadcasts”, encouraging the “secession of the Republic of Biafra”, from Nigeria.
The accused persons however pleaded not guilty to the charge on January 20, even as the court ordered their remand at Kuje prison in Abuja.

WHICH WAY NIGERIA!!! POLICE AND ARMY CLASH

MISSING 56 ARRESTED FULANI HERDSMEN (FULL

DETAILS)
The police and the Nigerian Army have contradicted their claims on the whereabouts of 56 Fulani herdsmen, who were arrested with arms at a military checkpoint, along the Airport Road, Abuja, last week.
Troops arrested 36 armed Fulani herdsmen at a checkpoint in Keffi, Nasarawa State, while another 56 herdsmen were also caught with arms along the Airport Road, Abuja, by the military.
The Assistant Director, Army Public Relations of the Guards Brigade, Capt. Bashir Jajira, had, in a statement on April 18, said the 36 suspects arrested in Keffi had been handed over to the Nasarawa State Police Command.
Jajira added that the other 56 suspects were handed over to the Kuje Divisional Police Station.
He stated that the troops recovered “one pump action gun, 19 cartridge, dane guns, 118 cartridge ammo, 28 cutlasses, three jack knives, 14 sticks, seven torches, Certificate of Occupancy, assorted charms and hard drugs.”
On Sunday, Jajira insisted in an interview with The PUNCH that the herdsmen were handed over to the Police Division in Kuje, Abuja, and the Police Area Command, Keffi, on April 18, 2016.
The Nasarawa State Police Public Relations Officer, Ismaila Numan, confirmed on Monday that 36 suspects were handed over to the command, pointing out that they had been charged to court for illegal possession of firearms and criminal conspiracy.
But the Federal Capital Territory Police Command said it had not received the second set of 56 suspects which the Army claimed to have handed over to the Kuje Divisional Police Station.
A source at the FCT Police Command said the information from the DPO, Kuje, indicated that “no herdsmen were handed over to the police, as claimed by the Army.”
The Force Public Relations Officer, Bisi Kolawole, also claimed that the command had not received the suspects.
“I have made inquiries at the FCT Police Command and what I learnt was that they had yet to receive the suspects,” she explained.
A security analyst, Ben Okezie, wondered why the Army had yet to hand over the suspects for investigation and prosecution one week after the armed men were apprehended, noting that the police would not deny if the suspects were in their custody.

 ANY IGBO MAN NOT

TALKING ABOUT BIAFRA

IS A LUNATIC...

 COMPLETELY HALF DEAD

IN THE BRAIN.
SEMI-OPEN LETTER TO NDI-IGBO.
UZO-UWANI ENUGU GENOCIDE A CASE STUDY.
Hello my people, am sorry to anyone that feels bad about this topic... but it because of the way I feel and I have right to express it.
Our igbo brothers are the most greedy set of people, they feel that talking about Biafra will means that their investment will be destroyed or taken.
They prefer material things to human life. There mothers and father's are been killed everyday in every part of Igbo land and even outside igbo land, but what u will see most of them saying is money, and the worst is that the money they are making are all invested outside their own land...
this is why I envy Nnewi people who prefer to invest in the east.
Sometimes most of our people act as if they are Brainless, ... Invest all ur life in the north while youths in ur village run out of their home as if Igbo land is a cursed land, u boast of having Estate in the North, but not even a factory in Igbo land fools!
It is because of people like you that Igbos are subjected to Slavery in this wicked Glorified Zoo called Nigeria.
The reason is that such incident that happened in the east really required drastic actions, but most youths fear of what will happen to most of you living in the North.
But there is a time a man have to take action without thinking back and the time is now.
The barbaric activities of the Enemies in our own land can never go unchecked.. something must be done... but this time around no one cares about what the out come will be.
When Fulani established their REPUBLIC IN Umuahia people from other parts of the east said it does not concern them, when it happened in Aba no one talked, when it happened in Anambra last two weeks ,people said it not their village, it has happened in Delta severally but we said they are Niger Deltans, it also happened in Abi community in Enugu last three weeks and when the villager gathered to have meetings they were arrested by the Nigeria Army for tying to cause crisis, when they kidnapped reverend Father and sisters We said it Catholic people, but today the Worst have happened... Uzo-uwani has witnessed the largest Genocide in Igbo land after the Civil War.
Our Leaders are also the Worst Zombies, they keep mute, because it either they all dream of becoming a president, Governor or Senator in future... u can can't become President, Governor or Senator in an empty land, where there is life.
When will the Igbo people grow Above Material things and value their life.???
If the killing is this much, now that they the Grazing reserve bill has not been passed, then imagine what will happen when they pass the bill, when they will be given Authority to take any land from any part of country with Govenment backing. Then they will sack us. Igbos must wake up now or die silent.
Biafra is the only Answer to our problems... because No Barbaric Fulani Man will cross Nigeria and enter Biafra Land when we have our own Government.. No country will like to fight war with another sovereign Independent Country. And they can never enter Biafra without checks..
You might think that your Community is not affected, but who knows your mother, your sister or any of your Relation or entire Community will be next .
Can u imagine the Governor visited and declared two days fasting and prayer... Nonsense... fools in leadership positions... so it is prayer that will reverse the dead bodies.. or return back all the churches and houses burnt...
they waiting to hear what Buhari who doubles as Fulani will say or do against his own people, then u shall wait in vain. Because his silent means total support to the activities of his people. They are systematically doing these things, for everybody to believe that the only solution is National Grazing Reserves for Fulani... to take my own land and dash to terrorists... Never will it happen.
We all must speak in one accord or we all die

 Buhari under pressure as FFK,

Others declare war
More than 24-hours after suspected Fulani herdsmen stormed Ukpabi Nimbo community in Uzo-Uwani Local Government Area of Enugu State, and killed scores of residents, President Muhammadu Buhari, who is the grand patron of the Fulani herdsmen is yet to issue a statement.
Recall, that the Executive Governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose, had accused the President of being quick to condemn the Cote d’Ivoire’s attack, while maintaining silence on Agatu and Mile 12 killings in Nigeria.
He urged the president to pay more attention to security and economic issues affecting Nigeria, describing his condemnation of terrorist attack on the Grand Bassam Resort in Cote D’Ivoire as,“hypocritical and demonstration of insensitivity to the plight of Nigerians”.
The recent attack on the Fulani herdsmen on the Enugu Community came on the heels of the criticism by the Chairman; Editorial Board of the Nation Newspapers, Sam Omatseye, condemning and describing Buhari’s silence on the brutal killings being perpetrated by suspected Fulani herdsmen across the Nation as worrisome.
“Buhari ought to come out and condemn the herdsmen in clear and unambiguous terms. It is moral cowardice not to do so. People are dying, daughters are being defiled, families displaced.
“If Buhari could condemn El-Zakzaky and his Shi’ite men on television, we expect no less from him, especially since he is widely recognized as their patron. A policy statement can be anemic if it lacks a moral tone,” he wrote.
The Fulani herdsmen were reportedly bearing AK 47 rifles, machetes and other dangerous weapons which they used freely on the helpless villagers.
Lifeless bodies of the victims of the attack were reportedly brought and deposited by the police at the Bishop Shanahan Hospital, Nsukka, on Monday morning.
It was learnt that the herdsmen’s invasion came two days after security agents alerted the residents of the impending attack.
It was gathered that security personnel were detailed to the area, but their presence did not avert the killings by the herdsmen.
Reacting to the latest attacks, the former Special Adviser on Social Media to ex-President, Goodluck Jonathan, Mr. Reno Omokri lambasted the president for his continued silence over the lingering crisis.
He said, “This April alone, Fulani herdsmen killed over a hundred Nigerians, but it’s to the Niger Delta that PMB sends the military. Actions speak…
“Why have the voices of ‘activists’ suddenly gone quiet over this Fulani herdsmen killing spree? Is this what money and lust for power does?
Also reacting, a Chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and a former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-kayode stated that, “The slaughter of 20 people in Enugu by Fulani militants is unacceptable. When will @MBuhari appreciate the fact that NON-FULANI LIVES MATTER?
He later added, “The number of Igbos slaughtered by Fulani militants in Enugu this afternoon has gone up to 100.Many churches n homes have been burnt down.”
An eyewitness said that the herdsmen, who were armed with dangerous weapons, struck in the community late on Sunday night, carrying out their killings and burning of houses till Monday morning.
According to him, they shot the village men with their rifles, whilst inflicting machete cuts on women and children.
Also, a survivor who fled the scene of the attack, said that the herdsmen did not spare anyone and property on sight in Ukpabi, Nimbo in Uzo-Uwani Local Government Area of Enugu State.

People With 'Ogbunigwe

Bomb'

To Face Fulani

People, If Nothing Is Done -         Archbishop Chukwuma

Fulani Invasion of Igbo Land: What Does Buhari's Silence Imply? The Archbishop of Enugu Ecclesiastical Province, Church of Nigeria Anglican Communion, Rt. Rev. Dr. Emmanuel Olisa Chukwuma has described the massacre of the people of Ukpabi Nimbo Community in Uzo-Uwani Local Government Area of Enugu State by Fulani Militias as an invitation for another ‘civil war’.

That he supports the Fulani invasion?
That he does not know what to do?
That he is a weak leader?
That he hates Igbos?
Or just confused?
The highly respected clergyman regretted that even when the security agencies in the state were aware of the planned attack on the peace loving community by the Fulani Herdsmen yet they were not alert to avert the situation.
Archbishop Chukwuma who said he had received numerous calls all over the world while addressing press conference yesterday over the unwarranted killing of Enugu people called on the federal government to declare an emergency against the menace of the Fulani herdsmen all over Nigeria and put an end to the senseless killing of innocent Nigerians.
Describing the menace of Fulani Herdsmen in the South-East as Boko Haram in disguise said is high time President Muhammad Buhari should speak out or we will have no other alternative than to retaliates and attack the Fulani Herdsmen and ensure that they are completely out of Igboland.
He said: “the killing of people of Nimbo in Uzo-Uwani Monday the 25 April, 2016 is a big shock in the sense that the security operatives were not alert to avert it even when some of them were aware. Information gathered was that they came around 4 am and started firing and killing the villagers and over 27 people were killed and the bodies are at Bishop Shanahan Hospital mortuary, Nsukka; so many people were injured and their houses destroyed.
“What we are wondering therefore is what the federal government is doing about the Fulani herdsmen menace in the whole country.
We totally condemn this act, it is condemned, unacceptable and we say the federal government must speak and do something or else this is calling and breading for civil war against the Fulanis.
Calling on Southeast governors to arise to the occasion and condemn Fulani menace and do something to put an end to the killing, rape of women, kidnapping, destruction of farmland and crops which has become a regular occurrence, Archbishop Chukwuma warned that their failure to do so, they would mobilize the youths, the MASSOB, the IPOB to be up and doing and exact their energy in declaring war against the Hausa/Fulani in Igboland.
“We cannot continue this way because this is Boko Haram in Igboland and cannot be accepted.
We can no more tolerate this act; it is unfortunate that it is happening and we condemn it”.
He called on every church leader, all politicians in Igboland to rise up and cry out against it and ensure that Fulani menace is totally stamp out in Eastern Nigeria particularly in Enugu area where their activities are becoming something else.
“I therefore call on Mr. President to do something. What happened in Agatu is again being spread to other areas and this is breeding serious civil war that is very much in bridge of peace and I fill that is an insecurity that is very much against in the cardinal agenda of APC”.
The clergyman stated that unless live is secured there will be no meaningful progress in this country, however, called for total investigation, arrest of the people who have caused this high tone of death in Uzo-Uwani before things get out of hand.
Chukwuma who said he is surprised and shocked that despite the meeting for dialogue with Fulani leaders with the State Governor, Mr. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi barely two weeks at the government house, they still planned, attacked and killed scores of people.
“If nothing is done to curb the activities of Fulani Herdsmen, we are going to mobilize our people with ‘Ogbunigwe bomb’ to face Fulani people and that is going to another war if it is not arrested quickly and quietly.
“Even though we don’t want war but the way is going, if care is not taken is going to be another war which nobody can avert because we cannot fold our arms and wait to be killed for nothing.
We have to defend our land and the governors have to step up security to defend this territory before it
gets out of hand.
People are stubborn they don’t want to yield to appeal and if therefore they don’t want to yield to appeal we will match then force by force.
On the killing of Monarch in Delta state by Fulani herdsmen, he called on the northern leaders to intervene and do something or Igbos would leave with no other option than to retaliate.
“I have lived in Bauchi and I have not seen where cows are roaming around anyhow in the farmland, they are controlled.
Why is it that when they come down here they will start to cause menace.
If the northern leaders don’t fill concerned about it then, we shall deal with these Hausa/ Fulanis and make sure that we get them out of this area.
“It is either Nigeria must be one or we disintegrate and go our ways. And we are saying that they cannot do whatever they like in this area and the security men too have to be cautioned.
They shouldn’t do selective negligence.
They should do their work without fear or favour and bring to book those who are culprits and failure to do that, we shall lose confidence in our security men and when we lose confidence therefore, we shall release our boys out to deal with them violence for violence.”
Archbishop Chukwuma however, warned against pushing Igbos further stressing that if it gets to that point the security men should be held responsible because they are not doing their work.
On the N100 billion grazing reserve project proposed by the federal government to be built at all over the country, he described it as rubbish.
“That is rubbish because it is not the priority and it should be definitely stamp out of our arena.
Why is the government giving them that type of privilege which to me the privilege is nonsense.
“I think Federal government is trying to be selective and is not going to work just as the Alamajri control never worked.
Former President, Jonathan did everything to put Almajiri off the road.
He spends money to build schools for them but are they not back on the road?
Even if the federal government spends the entire budget on Fulani cattle rearers they will get out of the place because they are wanderers that need to be cautioned.
- Ogbonna Casmir, reporting from Enugu
 PARIS, APRIL 27, 2016:

(DGW) - THE unprovoked killings of Igbos in Enugu communities has caused tension in the state.
No fewer than 50 people were killed and 2000 people displaced following an armed invasion of Uzo-Uwani in Enugu State by a band of Fulani herdsmen.
Speaking on the floor of the senate today , the Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu said  over 50 lives were lost, while over 2000 persons were displaced. Churches and homes were also destroyed during the attacks.
A visibly angry Ekweremadu  called on the Senate to immediately conduct a public hearing to enable all stakeholders to state their feelings and experiences with a view to finding a lasting solution to the issue.
His words:  “Mr. President, remember I call your attention to a resolution of this Senate on Thursday 03 March, 2016.
Recall that on that day, one of the issues we discussed was a motion titled ‘tackling the perennial conflicts between farmers and cattle herdsmen’.
“At the end of that debate, we took a number of resolutions. I recall that in my contribution I suggested that the Committee on Agriculture and Rural Development as well as the Committee on National Security and Intelligence do conduct a public hearing on this matter with a view to articulating a lasting solution to the problem.
“Up till now, that public hearing has not started. It is important for Nigerians to know that we are doing something about this perennial problem. It is not enough for us to be doing something; we must be seen to be doing something.
“I believe that it is time for the committees to come together and commence action on these resolutions namely, to start a public hearing on this problem between the farmers and the cattle herdsmen.
“I say this because it is getting too late. “Just yesterday, we heard that over 50 persons were killed in Uzo- Uwani Local Government in Enugu State. We heard about 2000 people were displaced and over a hundred people were injured. Houses were burnt, including churches.
“As I speak, some people who live in Enugu, especially Fulanis and Hausas are taking refuge in the Army barracks and it is not good for our country. These are people who didn’t know about those who went and attacked the ordinary people of Uzo-Uwani and today they are now refugees.
“It also implies that if any person dies in the process, there could also be reprisals in other parts of Nigeria and this can engulf the whole country.”
Ekweremadu tasked security agencies in the country, especially those within Enugu State, to without any further delay, fish out the perpetrators of the dastardly act, with a view to making them face the full wrath of the law. While condoling with the families of the victims; the DSP urged them not to lose their patience.”

JUST IN: “I WILL KILL MORE IGBOS TO SAVE THE COUNTRY” – BUHARI IN BBC HAUSA

February 5, 2015

Maj Gen Muhammadu Buhari has dropped the bombshell, on the reason he has been losing election in Igboland and parts of Nigeria where Igbos are residing, stating that it is because he was involved in the Nigerian civil war. …
The former dictator speaking today on BBC Hausa services monitored in kaduna, said with regrets that, “the igbos hate him for what happened during the Biafran war”. “I don’t have any regret, and at such do not owe any apology to them, infact if there is a repeat of the civil war again, I will kill more Igbos to save the country”.
The APC presidential candidate, added that this was the reason they never bothered to vote for him anywhere in Nigeria

STRAY BULLET HOW PRESIDENT MUHAMMADU BUHARI IGNORED ENUGU STATE GOV CALL TO ALLOW FULANI HERDSMEN MASSACRE INDIGENES

Secret Reporters In a new twist that could lead to reprisal attacks by Enugu State indigenes, over the murder of their people, there are confirmed reports that the tragedy which took place in Enugu, would have been averted, had the President had put National Interest above self. We have been reliably informed that, the Governor of Enugu State, had before the ugly incident, placed a call to the president, which was put on hold for over an hour 15 minutes. Sources say, this call was made in the presence of 13 men and 4 women, where the president’s aide told the Governor that the president will get back to him. Buhari through his aide, after 4hours of waiting, told Enugu State Governor that the president will do something about it. Eye witnesses when this calls were placed to the President said, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi on hearing that the police have not arrived at Uzouwani called GOC 82 division for help.

He was referred to the presidency again, where his call was again, put on hold, for nearly 2 hours. Desperate to speak with the President, which ended in futility, news filtered in that the attack he was planning to prevent has actually taken place. We gathered that, within an hour, the commissioner of police and GOC who referred the Governor to the President, mobilized their men to stop retaliation. Residents of Enugu have queried why the police commissioner and GOC need presidency order before they can protect the innocent citizens and also why police and military sent their men to Uzouwani after the attack to prevent retaliation. A resident who confided in us, also demanded to know why a sitting Governor cannot use the support of police and military to protect his people.

Since the Enugu massacre, Nigerians have expressed their anger, and has charged the Governor, to make use of the media, which was used by Orji Uzor Kalu, in his time as Governor of Abia State, to avert this type of unnecessary deaths in Okigwe during his tenure. President Buhari has been accused by some section of Nigerians, to be a jihadist who has a hidden agenda. Speaking, a source said, “Don’t wait for police and military, use the media which is free. Put the call before public media, have it taped and watched and monitored all over the world and Uzouwani citizens would have rushed back home in their millions to protect their relatives. The world will see how a tyrant value lives of his people.”

There are calls, demanding probe/investigation on this massacre and also for the GOC and commissioner to be queried on their negligence in protecting the lives of the citizenry. All rights reserved. Buhari¡¡ WHY THE ENUGU

MASSACRE?¿
Buahri is never a national leader, he's just the president of the northern muslims, precisely, the fulanis. President muhammadu buhari's hatred for Ndigbo and whatever that name represents has risen to a crescendo, and now has become palpable that even the most foolish ass can feel it. The venom he had percolated in his stomch through the aeon against the Igbos are now manifesting and being superfluously dished out without measure to the Igbos, and to whatever their interest is all about, both at home in the east, and far away in the north.
Making supplications, prayers, and intercessions for the people in authority as admonished in the scripture is not the absence of criticisms and vituperations against that people in authority whenever they begin to have a penchant for evil; when they are totally bent on perpetrating and inflicting pains and agonies upon the same people that are meant to be praying for them. Buhari has not stayed up to a year in this presidential seat and we have lost counts of of the innocent blood he has guzzled down his throat to keep whetting his unsatiable appetite and thirst for innocent blood of the hapless ones.

For buhari to have killed this much under one year of his chaotic and hunger administration, what will happen by the time he would have finished his four years tenure as the most clumsy and sluggish tortoise that led a race made of champions. How many more will still die in the hand of this islamic bigot Nigeria has as a president? How many more blood will still be spilt in the hand of this sardonic and sadomasochismic personality we've got as a president? Could it be me, could it be you, or relations that will still die in the hand of this muslim chauvinistic president? God forbid! You will never know what it means to loose a brother, sister, relation, or a friend in the hands of these muhammadu buhari's trained men, who have graduated from boko haram to #fulaniAk47men

Why is buhari emotionally hardened and arrogantly displaying this much callous indifference to the suffering and the plights of Nigerians dying everyday from the menace of his terrorist trained kinsmen called #hausafulaniherdsmen? A president that lacks capacity and acumen to lead, and prefers doing things in archaic and mediaeval ways, thinking that flimzy excuses and propaganda will continue to buy him the loyalty of the populace and salvage the economy that's already in a state of quagmire.

A president whose frailty and evil antecedents were mistaken and covered up by some of the wonderful works done by his vice in his previous administration. Why are the northerners so sadistic toward the Igbos? Why is it that each time Igbo man is not hacked to death, the northerners won't be happy? Why is it that when their businesses and properties are not being destroyed the northerner will go mourning? Do they think they are the only people that have the monopoly of killing, destroying, and maiming others? Do they see others and non-muslims as worthless and not deserving to live? Do they believe that the Igbos don't have power but only to complain? There's a conspiracy in the land; there's danger, and evil lurking in the corner, i can feel it, i can smell it. Really, there's a secret and evil agenda being incubated by the north against the Igbos.

Remember that immediately they announced muhammadu buhari as the winner of Nigerian's 2015 general election, after some weeks later, there were a sudden influx of the hausa fulanis into the eastern parts of the nation. Now they have crept into every nook and cranny of the eastern communities disguising as herdsmen with their Ak47 rifle. Their guns and ammunitions are often transported to every part of the east by the lorries they use in conveying their cow. Being that they are the same hausa-fulanis that wear kaki as nigerian armies, and stand on every road leading to the eastern parts of the country, how will they check the excesses of their own brothers, or stop them from carrying out the orders given to them by their instigators. Buhari, why are you bent on killing the Igbos? Why the Enugu massacre again? Why! Why! Why buhari? Buhari and the northern oligarchy; buhari and his kinsmen, you have been pushing the Igbos so hard.

The Igbos are now closer to the wall, beware of the erruption when it will come. Buhari, you so much believe in your evil and secret alliance with the islamic world to islamize the southern parts of Nigeria at all cost. And you think and believe you have started? You believe your first step is to send fear down their spine right there in their own terretory through the boko harams you asked to change their name as fulaniherdsmen? Then, you'll coerce your subjects to pass and sign the national grazing bill; the ''islamization grazing bill'' Buhari beware! Be warned! We're watching you very closely, we aren't dummy, neither are we daft to perceive the cud you chew. "The bird that's flying in the air, the people on ground are clearly seing its belly'' But buhari why, your boys again?

Why the Enugu massacre? Be mindful of this, that no innocent blood of Igbo man, woman, child, or adult spilt that will go unpunished. Why will you come to Igbo land, destroy their farmlands, crops, water; kidnap them for ransom, rape them, maim, and massacre them at will? But buhari why the Enugu massacre? Why? If it'll take you to look through glasses, to see clearly the writing on the wall, i advise you to do exactly that because, it's the fool that will say, he doesn't see the looming danger, even the blind can see it. But why the massacre again? Enugu massacre, after the genocide of 1967-70, and the numerous other ones years before then?¿ Buhari why the Enugu massacre again by your trained men you armed to the teeth, the fulanis? But why these blood flowing in Igboland again buhari? I'm sad, my heart bleads. I am never the same again. Why buhari? why? Why this time again, THE ENUGU MASSACRE.

Enugu attack: S/East govs take action this week

From Chidi Nnadi and Petrus Obi, Enugu
SOUTH-EAST governors and other stakeholders in the geo-political zone met in Enugu yesterday and said they have started to take stocks of the attack on Nimbo in Uzo-Uwani Local Government of Enugu State by suspected Fulani herdsmen and the losses suffered by the people.
Deputy Senate President, Chief Ike Ekweremadu, told journalists after their meeting that Governors Rochas Okorocho of Imo State and Willie Obiano of Anambra State could not join their colleagues from Enugu, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, Dave Umahi, Ebonyi and Okezie Ikpeazu, Abia in yesterday’s meeting because the invitation was extended to them very late.
He promised that they would attend the next meeting and would be in Nimbo with the other governors and stakeholders.
Daily Sun gathered that the stock taking was to ascertain the remote and immediate causes of the Fulani herdsmen attack on Nimbo, as well as determine those who played various roles in it. After the stock taking, the Igbo leaders will decide the next line of action.
Ekweremadu who also led other members of the National Assembly to Nimbo yesterday and announced a donation of N2 million described the damage done to the community as devastating.
“This will bring an end to what herdsmen are doing in Nigeria; we shall do our best to ensure that it doesn’t happen again, whether here or elsewhere,” he said.
Last Monday, suspected Fulani herdsmen invaded the Enugu community and left in their trail, destruction, blood and deaths. The attack attracted widespread condemnations and a visit by the Inspector General of Police, Solomon Ararse, who promised to ensure the perpetrators were brought to justice.
Meanwhile, Apex Muslim body in the country, the Jama’atu Nasril Islam (JNI), called for a thorough investigation into the recurring attacks, incessant killings and maiming of innocent lives and the destruction of public and private properties, particularly the brutal murders of people in Agatu, Benue State, Nimbo, Enugu State and some parts of Nasarawa State.
This is even as it tacitly absolved the Fulani herdsmen of any complicity in the spate of deadly attacks saying that it was absord and unfortunate to do so.
The statement of JNI, a coalition of several Islamic groups led by the Sultan of Sokoto was signed by its secretary-general, Dr. Khalid Abubakar Aliyu.
JNI position tallies with that of the 19 Northern governors that Hausa/Fulani herdsmen were not killers and criminals.
This is even as the Ohaneze Ndigbo warned that it would not hesitate to deploy ethnic militia groups to protect its environment except the Federal Government acts fast in checkmating the menace of the herdsmen.
JNI described the attacks as criminal and called for a thorough investigation by appropriate agencies to fish out the evil perpetrators, bring them to justice and forestall re-occurrence.
“The repeated heinous acts of attacks are crimes against the citizenry and the perpetrators are therefore criminals and must be treated so. It is indeed absurd and most unfortunate that certain groups or people ascribe the incidence on ethnic and/ or religious premise and to whimsically apportion blame in order to batter the gradual restoration of peace and security in Nigeria. Well, the Commissioner of Police, Enugu State has debunked the rumours, likewise the Inspector General of Police has also debunked the insinuations over those being blamed,” JNI said.
According to the statement, “We must thus be cautious of packaging crimes on religious and ethnic garments. Crimes are abominable and whoever commits them is criminal. Security agencies should brace up in being proactive and utilize maximally intelligence reports in order to nip in the bud possible eruptions of security problems within and around communities.
“It is indeed alarming that within few weeks, deadly attacks were reportedly unleashed while the perpetrators go un-arrested. JNI therefore condemns in strong terms these repeated heinous attacks and once again calls on the relevant security agencies to brace up to the trends, in order to put a stop to this ugly tide, as human lives are sacred and must be seen to be treated as so.
“JNI and indeed all Nigerians, view the fall out of these repeated attacks, particularly the taking up of arms against other citizens as another trend of insecurity that portends grave danger to the Nation. We must not forget so soon the adverse effect of the so-called Boko Haram group, that claimed the lives of many thousands innocent lives. Hundreds have been abducted, the males forced into insurgency and the females into slavery. Millions more are wallowing in Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) camps in Nigeria and in Refugee Camps in neighbouring countries. Public and private properties worth trillions of Naira were destroyed.”
The apex Igbo socio-cultural organization, Ohanaeze Ndigbo yesterday rose from its meeting in Enugu and warned that it will not condone any further attack on any Igbo community. It also rejected the grazing bill now before the National Assembly insisting that cattle rearing was a private business and therefore should not be used to infringe on the rights of individuals and communities in the country.
Reading the communiqué of the Imeobi meeting held at the Ohanaeze secretariat and attended by over 50 Igbo unions and associations in Nigeria and in the Diaspora, Prof. Paul Muodum said Ohanaeze was displeased with the perceived security neglect that led to the massacre of innocent lives and property at Ukpabi Nimbo, Uzouwani council of Enugu state.
“Ohanaeze unequivocally condemns the reckless and callous attack by Fulani herdsmen on our defenseless brothers and sisters in Nimbo, Uzouwani Local Government Area of Enugu State.
“Imeobi expresses disappointment at the obvious security lapses which allowed the hideous act to be committed in Nimbo land in Enugu State and therefore calls on Enugu State and Federal Government of Nigeria to ensure that a thorough investigation is carried out with a view toensuring that those responsible for the lapses are meant to account for the lapses and their actions.
“Imeobi Ohanaeze asks the leadership of the country to ensure that such incident in Nimbo do not reoccur anywhere in the southeast state and indeed in the whole country.”

Nigeria’s Second

Genocide On Biafra

Authorized By

Muhammadu Buhari

 Clifford Iroanya

Retired Major General Muhammadu Buhari has authorized a second genocide on Biafra, having directly participated in the first genocide of 1967—1970. In 1968, Buhari and his co-soldiers slaughtered over two million Biafrans at Owerri and most of those massacred were women and children. In 2016, Buhari has embarked on a second genocide on Biafrans under the guise of Fulani Herdsmen.
These killer squads have already massacred thousands in Agatu in Biafraland. Between 25th and 27th of April 2016, over one thousand Biafrans in Enugu were murdered by Buhari’s Fulani Herdsmen. Not satisfied by the numerous bloodsheds, Buhari’s blood-thirsty Fulani Herdsmen moved over to Delta State and killed hundreds of Biafrans. In all these killings Buhari, who was quick to sympathize with the government and people of Belgium when terrorists killed a few people there, never uttered a word in repudiation of the heinous crimes committed by his acolytes. Even the Department of State Services (DSS), who gleefully reported the discovery of bodies of five dead Fulani men (but only named four of them) buried in mass graves, have been silent on the ongoing genocide on Biafrans, which is contrary to section-2(3a) of CAP 74 LFN 2004.
The lameduck Governors of all the States in Biafraland remain hopeless, helpless, and useless in the face of Buhari’s men onslaught on defenceless Biafrans. It will be recalled that these are the same State Governors who connived with Buhari and his murderous security agencies to kill Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) peaceful protesters. Today, the same slave masters from the North led by Buhari are killing Biafrans  but this time under the guise of Fulani Herdsmen. Yet, the same Governors who ordered IPOB peaceful protesters to be shot at sight for merely agitating are now impotent before the marauding band of stark illiterate and brainless cattle herders from Buhari’s tribe.
Following the helplessness of these lameduck Governors is the cowardly silence of those from Biafraland who call themselves elites, party chieftains, elder statesmen, and members of the highly compromised and moribund organization known as Ohanaeze Ndigbo.
It goes without saying that these genocidal killings can never be tolerated in the Northern or Western regions of Nigeria and if it happened by accident, the elites, the elder statesmen and regional organizations such as OPC, YCE, ACF, NEF and others will be in the forefront of demands for immediate stoppage of the carnage and the institution of panel of enquires in addition to compensation of affected victims.
A few days ago, a group of old men led by a former President-General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo paid brown-envelop journalists to publish in the newspapers that they are the leaders of IPOB. But these old men have remained blind, deaf, and dumb in the face of the recent genocidal acts committed by Buhari’s killer squads on the people they are supposed to be leading. If truly they are leaders of Biafra, then why have they remained silent when their people are being slaughtered like animals?
But the fact is, be it Buhari and his criminal gangs masquerading as Fulani Herdsmen or the  congenitally chicken-livered lameduck Governors in Biafralnd or is it the cowardly Biafran elites and money-minded Ohanaeze Ndigbo members, there is an ongoing genocide in Biafraland which is a repeat of previous genocide of 1967-1970. The world must take notice that Biafrans are on the verge of being exterminated and the supervisor of this extermination exercise is no other than Retired Major General Muhammadu Buhari. At the appropriate time, Buhari and his co-killers must pay for their heinous crimes against humanity.

ABOUT THE AUTHOr
Flash point of Governor
Ugwuanyi's press conference condemning the recent attack on Nimbo community by suspected herdsmen and calling on the Security Agencies to give an account of what transpired on the day the dastardly act was committed despite all painstaking efforts he (Governor) made to forestall the attack and assurances from the Security Agencies that the incident will not occur....
"l called you today not just to brief you on what has happened so far but to discuss in depth with you on what we must all do to prevent the occurrence of such incidents in the future. So long as we are Nigerians, we cannot live in isolation but those who come to Enugu must respect out values and not engage in such dastardly act as we have witnessed recently. I am at once, constituting a judicial commission of inquiry to investigate the immediate and remote causes of all the violent occurrences in the State associated with suspected Fulani Herdsmen and recommend appropriate measures that will be put in place to prevent future occurrence.
"What happened between 6.30am and 7.30 am on Monday 25th April, 2016 despite assurances from the Security Agencies? Only the Security Agencies can answer this question.
"Finally, all security agencies in the State are hereby directed to continue to ensure that lives and property of the people of the State and all its residents are protected. Thank you and God bless you." Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi

Kayode's Reaction
To Enugu Fulani
Massacre by
Mayor21(m):

THE ROAD TO
KIGALI
The number of Igbos slaughtered by Fulani militants in Enugu this afternoon has gone up to 100.
Many churches and homes have been burnt to the ground. When will President Muhammadu Buhari appreciate the fact that NON-FULANI LIVES MATTER?
In reaction to this horrific situation,
Mr. Babatunde O. Gbadamosi, a highly respected Lagos-based businessman, wrote the following:
"Scores slaughtered by #FulaniTerrorists in Enugu, but the Fulani President, Muhammadu Buhari, his Fulani senior security commanders and government functionaries are more interested in pipeline vandals that are killing no one!
Nigerians, if you don't arm yourselves and fight back, na una sabi.
Those of you Yoruba APC zombies that think you are special, when they finish with the MiddleBelt, the South-South and the South East, you will be next, and there will be no one left to defend you.
I am referring to you, my Muslim uncles and aunties, who think the Fulanis will see you as kindred spirits and spare you. They will not.
Just as they are fake Muslims in the eyes of the Arabs, you are also fake Muslims in their eyes, only useful to help subjugate your people under their rule, then you will see pepper.
Kill Afonjaism now, and stand for something, or your children will one day curse the day you were born".
Mr. Lere Olayinka added the following:
"In this April alone, Buhari's Fulani herdsmen killed almost 200 Nigerians, but Buhari's headache is Niger Delta".
In his own contribution Mr. Charles Ogbu wrote the following:
"The Fulani vampires are at it again. Today, Enugu, my state is their target. Dozens of people have been reportedly killed and hundreds displaced with buildings including a catholic church burnt.
This murderous group killed hundreds in #Agatu and occupied their land. The Fulani president did nothing. The Fulani headed DSS did nothing.
They went to Anioma in Delta state, abducted and killed their king. The fulani president did nothing. The Fulani headed DSS did nothing.
They went to Awgu community in Enugu state, killed dozens and abducted dozens. The Fulani president did nothing. The Fulani headed DSS did nothing. Only the police and the army did something this time: they arrested 78 indigenes of Awgu who are the victims and dumped them in prison and denied them bail on the allegation that they planned on attacking the fulanis. Meanwhile, the perpetrators were allowed to roam free
It took a #hashtag campaign on social media for the #Awgu78 to be released.
Today, these vultures are back again, visiting death and destruction on defenseless Uzo-uwani people of Enugu state for no just cause.
The president will not say anything about this. The DSS will not say anything. The police will describe it as a mere misunderstanding between farmers and herdsmen. They will hardly confirm that anyone was killed neither will they arrest or prosecute any of those invading fulani vultures.
The jadi-jadi governor of Enugu state called Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi will neither say nor do anything about this.
The religious criminal called Father Mbaka ...the one who swore that Buhari is the Lord's anointed... will not talk.
Basically, the citizens are left with no choice than to defend themselves by any means necessary. You either die fighting to defend your honour, your family, your land and your dignity as a human person or you die cowering in fear like some coward. Either way, you stand little chance.
Permit me to point out one fact here:
The Fulanis are not invincible (undefeatable) because they posses some kind of special fighting prowess. No! Not at all. These fulanis are invincible because they are enjoying govt support/cover/protection in their murderous activities. The impunity with which these guys operate is state-sponsored.
This is a fact, not just my opinion. Deep down, you know it. I know it.
President Buhari has a constitutional duty to protect the lives and properties of all Nigerians. He swore to do this. He is being paid to do this. He has deliberately chosen not to do this. He has chosen to place the interest of his Fulani brethren above the lives of innocent Nigerians. Buhari believes that his Fulani people are superior to other Nigerians. This is no different from the mindset displayed by Hitler which led to the world war. We know how it ended.
The silence of President Buhari over the murderous activities of his fulani brethren is a moral tragedy! This is the height of man's inhumanity to man!
Believe it or not, it will come to a time that Nigerians will rise up in their numbers and confront the Fulani beasts together with their sponsors.
There is a limit to what a man can take.
Let it be on record that Buhari is the one setting this country on the road once travelled by Rwandans in 1994".
#GrazingBillMustDie
#SayNoToFulaniOccupation
My take? This is Yugoslavia downloading. This is the road to Kigali. This is Rwanda unfolding before our very eyes.
A few months ago I wrote an essay about the atrocities of the Fulani militants titled 'The Herdsmen From Hell' and I referred to them as "vampires, cockroaches and tsetse flies".
In return for this I received the usual insults from shortsighted Nigerians who have always believed that the best way to contain evil is to tolerate it, bow before it, accept it and welcome it with open arms.
It appears that I have now been vindicated and my concerns have proved to be legitimate.
The very same people that condemned me and called me "'a Fulani-hating racist", "a purveyor of hate speech", "a hater of muslims" and "a loud-mouthed and paranoid alarmist" just a few months ago are now saying that I was right.
Yet sadly it is too late. The vampires are now in control and they have tasted blood. The Nigerian supporter of APC are on a roll and they are determined to conquer new lands for the Caliphate.
Worse still they have the covert backing and unofficial endorsement of the state. They will not stop now and neither will they retreat.
Yet they are in for a shocker. Unless there is divine intervention, what lies ahead for this country is conflict, terror, bloodshed, war and ultimately a very messy and violent division.
It saddens me to say so but that is the bitter truth. That is what "chanji" has brought upon us.

If what this people wrote is wrong, why all this heavy importation of arms by the northerners? This arms were seized by Nigeria customs in kano.

Ebonyi: Umahi sends Fulani herdsmen packing from varsity community
Posted by By Chikezie Ogbonna at 5 May, 2016
Following the backdrop of unprovoked attacks by the Fulani herdsmen and their penchant for territory invasion, Ebonyi State Governor, David Umahi yesterday ordered the Commission-er of Police, Peace Ibekwe Abdallah to evict herdsmen who have settled in the premises of the state’s university.
The governor, who gave the order in Abakaliki during the Agric Sumit organised by the state government to boost rice production in the state, noted that the university environment was no place for nomadic herdsmen.
He, however, rejected calls for a reprisal on Fulani herdsmen in the South East zone over the brutal killing of over 30 persons in Ukpabi Nimbo, Uzouwani Local Government in Enugu State by
herdsmen. The governor insisted that though he was the first South East governor to publicly condemn the dastardly act, the Hausa Fulani community in the state has a long history of peaceful settlement and have not been implicated in any criminal activity.
He added that nomadic herdsmen should be al- lowed to pass to and fro in the state provided they do so peacefully with- out causing harm to the people or destruction of crops. Umahi insisted that waging war against the Fulani herdsmen would have grave implications for their commercial nomads which was the mainstay of majority of Igbo traders across the country.
“The Hausa Fulani community in Ebonyi has a long history of peaceful and harmonious settlement and have not been
implicated in any crimi- nal activity. But, those who are nomadic should be allowed to pass to and fro Ebonyi provided they do so peacefully, without causing harm to people or destruction of crops in Ebonyi.
“Those who have set- tled in the premises of the university must be quietly and peacefully evicted by the Commissioner of Police because the university environment is no place for nomadic herds- men, Umahi said.
“Against the backdrop of the dastardly killings in Enugu, the governor recalled that he held 18 hours of security meetings with security agencies and warned against alleged extortion of money from herdsmen, as anybody caught would be prosecuted.

                           By Adamu Mohammed.
Ever since President Muhhari took over the mantle of leadership of this great country Nigeria, we(Hausa-Fulanis) have come under severe media attack from enemies of progress. Just because they are educated than us, they stereotype us with negativity. Just because they own and control the media, they use the media against us.
But let me make something clear to you stupid fellows hating us, whether you love us or hate us, it doesn't change anything. We are who we are and we will continue to remain like that. We hate you even more and we can never love you because you are all infidels. I pity those of you who keep deluding yourselves that we can love and trust you simply because you worked against your people to our own advantage, never!
I heard that the stupid Governor of Oyo State, Ajimobi said that they won't accept the proposed Grazing Bill. But my message to the filthy Yoruba pig is that, if you don't want to give us your cursed land, we will rear our cattle not only on your farmlands but in your churches. And if you try to stop us, we would killed your chicken hearted men like rabbits then turn your mothers, wives, sisters and daughters to our sex slaves like we have always done.
It is either you give the whole of South to us to use as grazing reserve or we soak it with your blood. And what you would do like you always do is noise on Facebook and Twitter. you cannot be united against us because there would always be the likes of Tinubu, Amaechi and Okorocha in your midst who will divide you for selfishness and love of money. Such treacherous characters can't survive in our midst because we burn them and their families.
I so much detest Southern Christians because they are the problem of this country. If I have my way, there won't be any functional church in this country, especially in the North. That's why I am so much happy with Governor El-rufai who is living up to the expectations of Allah in Kaduna State. We are not really pleased with President Muhammadu Buhari who is too slow to implement everything we asked him to implement in this country for us, he has not even done 20% of the Northern/Islam agenda, what he is waiting for I don't know.
We will make life unbearable for Igbos like they are in Hell, and yet we won't let them have their useless Biafra because the whole of South is a conquered territory. We can never see Yorubas as allies no matter how hard they try to please or serve us because they are born traitors and infidels. Those slaves in the Middle Belt would continue to be willing tools in our hands, and the day they attempt to raise their heads, we will cut off their heads like weeds. I lack words to tell the inconsequential and always crying Niger Delta because what we are waiting for is for President Buhari to declare state of emergency in Rivers, Bayelsa and Delta, then we will show them how to use power.
We are at war with you people but we won't allow the country to breakup because, natural resources found in any part of the country is our heritage and birth right. We will continue killing you in large numbers until you are truly submissive to us as your slave masters. We won't stop killing you until we fully takeover your land as a conquered territory. This is not the time to mince words, this is not the time to sugarcoat things, and this is not the time to be economical with the truth, this is nothing but the truth, ignore it at your own peril.

FULANI HERDSMEN
ATTACK!!! MORE
DETAILS EMERGES AS
BUHARI IS DRAGGED
BEFORE ECOWAS COURT
The federal government of Nigeria has been dragged to the ECOWAS Community Court of Justice in Abuja over the inability of the government to protect the people against atrocities carried out by Fulani herdsmen. The herdsmen have been fingered in recent attacks especially the one in Enugu that resulted in the death and displacement of the people.
Vanguard reports that Femi Falana who is the solicitor to registered trustees of the Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP). It said the “failure to prevent, account for and investigate killings, raping, maiming of Nigerians and other residents, and destruction of property across the country by herdsmen, the military and police.” Part of the suit read: “The Plaintiff contends that the Defendant is responsible for these human rights violations and abuses by the military, police, herdsmen and other unknown perpetrators which have not been adequately prevented, investigated or prosecuted by the authorities.
These responsibilities are heightened when an observable pattern has been overlooked or ignored, such as is the case in this suit.” “The Plaintiff also contends that the obligation to secure the right to life is not confined to cases where it has been established that the killings were caused by an agent of the State. Nor is it decisive whether those affected or their families have lodged a formal complaint about the killings with the competent investigatory authority.”
“It is contended that the mere knowledge of the killings by the military, police, herdsmen and other unknown perpetrators on the part of the authorities have ipso facto given rise to an obligation under Article 4 of the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights to carry out an effective investigation into the circumstances surrounding the killings and to identify the perpetrators and bring them to justice, and to provide reparations to victims.”
“Moreover, the Defendant has a responsibility for those killings, raping maiming and destruction of property where authorities knew or ought to have known of an immediate threat and failed to take measures that might have been expected to avoid those attacks and killings.”
“The Plaintiff further contends that the Defendant has positive obligations to provide a framework of security for the protection of life, and to protect the lives of those individuals at risk from unlawful attacks by the military, police, herdsmen and other unknown perpetrators. The lack of accountability for the attacks by the military, police, herdsmen and other unknown perpetrators across the country has continued to create a culture of impunity which clearly is not compatible with the rule of law in a democratic society.”
“The Plaintiff contends that the Defendant has a positive obligation to take measures to secure the right to life, right to security and dignity of the human person and right to property, and to prevent attacks and killings by the military, police, herdsmen and other unknown perpetrators across Nigeria.” “Human life has a special value and dignity which requires legal protection. It should be pointed out that those affected in the present case include the most disadvantaged and vulnerable sectors of society.” “By interpreting the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights so as to impose on the Defendant obligations to prevent, account for and investigate killings, raping, maiming of Nigerians and other residents and destruction of property, whether or not the Defendant is directly or indirectly responsible, the ECOWAS Court of Justice will be demanding from the Nigerian government a commitment to securing these rights and to the reform of the very structure and modus operandi of its legal institutions.
In so doing, the ECOWAS Court will help to address the systemic factors contributing to the attacks by the military, police, herdsmen and other unknown perpetrators.”
“A fundamental notion of contemporary human rights law is that victims of violations enjoy an independent right to effective remedies. This idea is itself founded on another longstanding legal principle: ubi ius ibi remedium (there is no right without a remedy).”
        Buhari¡¡ WHY THE ENUGU MASSACRE?

God forbid!

You will never know what it means to loose a brother, sister, relation, or a friend in the hands of these muhammadu buhari's trained men, who have graduated from boko haram to #fulaniAk47men.

Why buhari? why? Why this time again, THE ENUGU MASSACRE?

The Nigerian police have released the photographs of five suspected attackers of Nimbo community of Enugu State.
The night raid by suspected herdsmen in Uzo-Uwani Local Government Area of Enugu State on April 25 left at least 20 people dead.
A statement signed by police spokesperson, Olabisi Kolawole, said the suspects, namely Mohammed Zurai, Ciroma Musa, Sale Adamu, Suleiman Laute and Haruna Laute, were arrested based on “credible intelligence”.
Police said the Inspector General’s Intelligence Response Team (IRT) which carried out the operation leading to the arrest, also recovered a Gionee L88 mobile phone with memory card containing the video recording of the massacre in the community.
Police also released the photograph of suspected kidnappers accused of “terrorizing Kaduna State”.

BIAFRANS: WHICH MEANS. FG IS BEHIND FULANI
HERDSMEN
We will not use military force against Fulani herdsmen – Buhari
The Federal Government has ruled out the use of military might to subdue the attacking force of rampaging Fulani herdsmen.
Minister of Interior, Gen. Abdulrahman Dambazau, retd, while featuring on a Channels Television programme, “Question Times” on Sunday night said deployment of the military to combat the Fulani herdsmen menace was not an option because, the situation has not overwhelmed the police yet.
According to the Minister, “We must protect the country which is the main function of the police. The Civil Defence are there to complement them too.
"" style="max-width: 100%; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; font-size: 14px; vertical-align: bottom;">
“This is a non-military issue that borders on law and order. It is not every security issue that you call in the military. It is the responsibility of the police to maintain peace. I believe that if we put the police in proper position in terms of discharging its functions, then there would be no need for military option. The police are equal to the task. If you have to deploy the army, then you are going above board. In any case, I do not even have the power to deploy the military for anything. It is only when the situation gets out of hand that you invite the military.”
Recall that Fulani herdsmen have in recent past attacked several villages across the country, killing scores of people
At A Time Like This:

Islam Cannot Conquer

Biafra
Time can be defined as the ongoing sequence of events taking place in the past, present or even in future. We measure time using seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, months and years. This measured or measurable period during which an action, process, or condition exists or continues to exist, is what is termed time.
Time is an observed phenomenon, and it is a means by which human beings sense and
record changes in their environment and in the universe. Mankind can not do without time just as no one can do without air, water, food, and other natural needs to keep lives moving.
In time like this, there exist a long record of oppression of a naturally endowed people known as Biafra, who inhabit a vast area of the Western Coast of Africa for centuries. Speaking about time and events, Biafra as a nation of people have been grossly exploited, abused, and denied not only the right to have its sovereignty, but as well the right to exist. This ploy which has always been a well calculation to maneuver and ruin this special group of people from being their natural selves have raged for a period of time now. It would be recalled that the degeneration of Africa nations of which Biafra is one, began during the era of the Muslim conquests which continues into the early second half of the 20th century.
It is estimated that over 28 Million Africans including Biafrans, were enslaved and taken to the Muslim world during the past 14 centuries! While much has been written concerning the Transatlantic slave trade, surprisingly little attention has been given to the Islamic slave trade across the Sahara, the Red Sea and the Indian Ocean. While the European involvement in the Transatlantic slave trade to the Americas lasted for just over three centuries, the Arabian involvement in the slave trade has lasted fourteen centuries, and in some parts of the Muslim world is still continuing to this day.
A comparison of the Muslim slave trade to the American slave trade reveals some interesting contrasts:
(1) While two out of every three slaves skipper across the Atlantic were men, the proportion was reversed in the Muslim slave trade. Two women for every man were enslaved by the Muslims.
(2) While almost all the slaves shipped across the Atlantic were for agricultural work, most of the slaves destined for the Muslim world were for sexual exploitation as concubines, in harems, and for military service.
(3) While many children born to slaves in Brazil and America, and millions of their descendants are citizens in Brazil and USA to this day, very few descendants of the slaves that ended up in the Muslim world hardly survived.
Thus, from the time of Islamic slavery and savagery, Africa not only drifted into human degradation, but also into economic woes, political and religious supremacy as many peaceful ethnic tribes began to have forced wars, bombardments, to either convert to Islam or face complete annihilation. The history of the ancient African empires are replete with Islamic bloodshed, antagonism, subterfuges, slavery and savagery, which undoubtedly made those tribes tremble at their prowess.

But Biafra continued to withstand them to this day. Their resistance is owed to the very facts that the religion is sacrosanct with barbarism, bigotry, ethnic hatred, wars and unnecessary bloodshed. A thing that has not abated among its teaming adherents to this modern day. It is a common sight to see Muslims bearing daggers, machetes, and clubs in the market and other public places. We also see them causing serious mayhem with those weapons as has been widely reported in the Media.
One wonders why Islam is the only problematic religion on the planet earth? Why is it that any where they are, they would acquire ammunitions and begin to terrorise the inhabitants of the area? Some schools of taught have suggested that Islam will never change its course due to the Koranic injunctions that clearly supported them to fight, war against, and to kill those who are not Muslims until they submit to Islam. Even when those tribes are converted or subdued according their injunction, the problem of proper assimilation continues to resurface as can be noticed here in the enclave called Nigeria.

In Abuja for instance, the real Muslims from the North worship at the central Mosque while the Yoruba Muslims worship at Maitama, Abuja. This phenomenon is everywhere to the extent the Hausa Muslim fondly addresses the Yoruba Muslim as "Berebe" meaning "bat", implying that they are neither animals nor birds. Such deep divisions and sectionalism already existing among these two is enough to throw light on what Islam is all about. It is very common among them.

Another area which I will not fail to indicate to my readers is the Muslims' habitual intent of pedophilia. Their insatiable desire for this act, drives them to literally stealing teenage girls. It is a common practice in the contraption called Nigeria seeing Emirs, and other high ranking Muslims openly supporting teenage girls abduction who they usually keep in their houses as sex slaves. Recently the news of what they have been practicing for decades, blew open to the chargring of the public. But what people are not aware is that teenage girls abduction has been in practise among the Muslims in the North for a long time.
If true house to house search can be conducted in every Muslim house in Kano, Sokoto, Gombe, Bidah, Kaduna, Mina, etc, it will shock the world to the spine to know that most girls missing in the towns and villages of Biafra land are actually still alive in the North as their sex slaves and have given them children that will be used as military to fight Biafrans, exactly the style used during slave trade.
It is very savory that while civilised world recognised the sacred importance of a man taking a woman to live with for life, and the need to perform the obligatory payment of dowry to pacify and honour the culture of such people, Islam does the opposite of abducting our teenage girls and denying them the privileges of good education and cultural obligations. Such actions are not only callous, but uncultured, and very abhorrent to Biafrans. We therefore raise sound notice to the world at large especially the United Nations, United Kingdom, United States of America, European Union, and African Union that our cultures are very distinct from these people who are teenage girls abductors, and that we have nothing to do with them.
Our sovereignty should be recognized by these International Communities and Organizations in order to stop this age-long barbaric practices and modern day slavery and save Africa from the brinks of Islamic fundamentalism threatening it to oblivion. We stand aloof to say no to modern slavery. Enough of it!
