BIAFRA IS AN IDEA WHOSE TIME HAS COME AND CANNOT BE WISHED AWAY OR STOPPED BY ANY FORCE FROM HELL OR ON EARTH.- FANI-KAYODE

Femi Fani-Kayode
“The power of a bold idea uttered publicly in defiance of dominant opinion cannot be easily measured. Those special people who speak out in such a way as to shake up not only the self-assurance of their enemies, but the complacency of their friends, are precious catalysts for change” Howard Zinn.
This is one of the most profound assertions that I have ever heard. We must all learn from it regardless of the challenges that we may be facing in our country today.
In a special message to the Congress on the Internal Security of the United States on August 8, 1950, President Harry S. Truman said: “Once a government is committed to the principle of silencing the voice of opposition, it has only one way to go, and that is down the path of increasingly repressive measures, until it becomes a source of terror to all its citizens and creates a country where everyone lives in fear.”
Permit me to begin this essay with an aside. I do not intend to incite anyone against the government or the Nigerian state by making this contribution and neither do I believe in an armed struggle.
If there was ever an elephant in the Nigerian room then it is Biafra. Given that let us explore it together in this two part discourse and let us bare our minds.
The Buhari administration cannot tolerate or brook any form of dissent and neither are they comfortable with criticism or free speech. They are desperately trying to establish a culture of silence in our country. They are particularly uncomfortable with the subject matter of this essay.
Their double standards are made all the more manifest by the fact that they have acknowledged and recognized the right of self-determination for the people of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic in their quest for independence from the Kingdom of Morocco whilst at the same time they have denied those that believe in the establishment of Biafra and the exercise of that very same right of self-determination here in Nigeria.
As if that were not bad enough they went even further by describing Biafra as a matter that is “dead and buried” which must not be discussed under ANY circumstance. The Buhari administration appears to have forgotten the fact that charity begins at home. You cannot give those from outside your shores what you are not prepared to offer your own people.
If the quest for independence is good enough for the people of Sahrawi Arab Republic then surely it is good enough for the people of Biafra or any other ethnic nationality in Nigeria if that is what they really want.
The suggestion that we should not even mention let alone discuss the idea of Biafra is simply absurd. Those that subscribe to that view often argue that three million people were killed in order to ensure that Nigeria was kept together and consequently there can be no going back.
This is a specious, self-serving and intellectually lazy argument. And this is especially so given the fact that those that have put it overlook the fact that the root causes of the civil war appear to be back with us today.
If you don’t cure the ailment and get rid of its root cause then you cannot complain about the consequences of its continued existence or its symptoms. If you don’t clean up the mess you cannot complain about its stench. Air freshener alone cannot do it: forgive my crudity but if you don’t flush the toilet after using it a terrible smell is bound to linger.
The matter is simple and clear: as long as the Igbo people of eastern Nigeria feel marginalized, persecuted, cheated, vilified and wronged the spirit of Biafra will continue to flourish.
As long as Igbos are targeted and slaughtered like flies at the drop of the hat in the northern part of our country, or indeed in any other part, Biafra will continue to thrive and burn in the hearts of every Igbo man, woman and child. Whether we like it or not that is a reality and there is nothing anyone can do about it.
Quite apart from that I deeply resent the fact that our government has got the nerve and has cultivated the temerity to venture to tell us what we should and what we should not mention or discuss. Surely even the madness of tyranny has its limits.
Those that are at the helm of affairs in our country today may have the power to kill, torture, detain indefinitely or jail those that do not share their views but they do not have the power to kill an idea. And an idea whose time has come cannot be wished away or stopped by any force from hell or on earth.
In this essay we shall defy the government, ignore the critics, shed the fear and share some inconvenient truths.
100 years ago, on what is known as the Easter Rising Day, the Republic of Ireland began their struggle for independence from Great Britain when a handful of brave men went to the center of Dublin, raised the new Irish flag and openly declared the establishment of the Irish Republic.
The rebellion was crushed but it signaled the beginning of a prolonged armed struggle.
During the course of that struggle approximately thousands of Irish men, women and children were killed by the British occupation forces over the years but eventually the Republic of Ireland won their freedom and became an independent sovereign state.
A few days ago on Easter day the Irish Government and people celebrated the 100th anniversary of Easter Rising Day with great pride, joy, pomp and style. The celebrations were attended by delegations from the Basque separatist movement and officials of the Catalan regional government of Spain.
Both of these courageous political movements have been attempting to exercise their right of self-determination, break off from Spain and establish their own independent nations for many years and as each year passes they are getting closer to achieving their objective.
Those that believe in the right of self-determination of the ethnic nationalities in Nigeria and particularly those that are fighting for the creation of the sovereign state of Biafra have so much to learn from the history and struggles of the people of Ireland.
The Irish suffered immeasurably under British occupation for hundreds of years and literally millions of them were enslaved and killed over that period of time. Yet in the end they managed to break the yoke and secure their liberation and triumph over the cruel subjugation and tyranny of British rule.
It is my belief that by God’s grace those that are being oppressed, butchered and murdered by the Nigerian state today in an attempt to forcefully keep our country one and those that wish to break off to form their own country on the basis of the principle of self-determination shall also eventually prevail.
This is particularly so for the Igbo people of the south-eastern region of our country who have suffered more than any other ethnic group in Nigeria. Permit me to remind those that doubt this assertion that it was the Igbo that were slaughtered in their hundreds of thousands in the core north during the pogroms of 1966.
Igbo men, women and children were butchered on sight all over the north simply because they were Igbo and for no other reason. Even pregnant women were not spared. This led directly to our civil war in which no less than three million Igbos were killed including one million Igbo children who were starved to death.
After the war they were deprived of all their properties outside Igbo land except for in Lagos and the south west where they were treated with some level of decency and allowed to have their properties back.
Everywhere else in the country they could not reclaim the properties that they owned before the war and such properties were declared “abandoned property”, confiscated by the various regional and state governments and handed over to the local indigenous people.
As if that were not bad enough after the civil war every igbo man and woman, no matter how much they had in the bank before the war, was given only twenty pounds from their respective banks to begin a new life. Millions of pounds and many fortunes were lost in this way and the truth is that the Igbo suffered immeasurably as a consequence of this unjust policy.
It is a testimony to their resilience and nothing else that they were able to get back on their feet and within a period of ten years after the civil war an Igbo man was elected Vice President of our country. They also thrived in the private sector due to their diligence and hard work.
Yet in spite of that the systemic persecution and marginalization of the Igbo people did not stop within the Federal Government, the public sector, the civil service, the security and intelligence agencies and the Armed Forces.
They were prevented from reaching the top in virtually all these sectors right up until President Olusegun Obasanjo was elected in 1999.
It was President Olusegun Obasanjo that began the effective post-war rehabilitation of the Igbo in the public sector when he started to appoint them into sensitive and strategic positions within his government and within the security agencies and Armed Forces.
A good example of that is Lt-General Chidabikia Isaac Obiokor who was the first Igbo man to he appointed as GOC in the Nigerian Army since the civil war. Another is Mr. Ogbonna Okechukwu Onovo who was the first Igbo man to be appointed Deputy Inspector General of Police since the civil war and who was later appointed Inspector General of Police two years after Obasanjo left office.
Then came the Ojo Maduekwes, the Andy Ubas, the Ngozi Okonjo-Iwealas, the Charles Soludos, the Emeka Chikelus, the Frank Nwekes, the George Obiozors and so many other bright and promising stars from the east who all wielded far more influence and power than their political offices had to offer in President Obasanjo’s government and who were all his protégées and appointees.
Without Obasanjo’s premeditated and conscious policy of wanting to rehabilitate the Igbo and bring them back into the main stream none of these people would have achieved the great success that they have achieved today and none would have been brought into the national limelight.
Yet despite Obasanjo’s efforts the truth is that, between 1970 when the war ended right up until today, whenever there are attacks against people in the northern part of Nigeria the Igbo are singled out for more slaughter, more ethnic cleansing and more mass murder than anyone else.

BIAFRA IS AN IDEA WHOSE TIME HAS COME AND CANNOT BE WISHED AWAY OR STOPPED BY ANY FORCE FROM HELL OR ON EARTH. (PT.2)- FANI-KAYODE

Femi Fani-Kayode

Continuation From Part 1.

Thankfully under President Goodluck Jonathan the Igbo managed to do better than at any other time in our history. As a matter of fact this was so much the case that Nigerians from other parts of the country, particularly the Yoruba and the Hausa-Fulani, often sulked about it and openly complained.
Jonathan had a soft spot for the Igbo and I have little doubt that that partiality was borne out of his innate sensitivity to their historical trials and tribulations. It may have been sub-conscious but I have no doubt that it was there.
Unlike others he viewed the Igbo as equals and regarded them as human beings: he treated them with respect and decorum and he gave them their due. Consequently it was under Jonathan that Lt. General Azubuike Ihejirika the first Igbo Chief of Army Staff since the civil war was appointed.
It was also under Jonathan that Senator Pius Anyim, the first Igbo Secretary to the Federal Government of Nigeria since independence was appointed.
Sadly when President Muhammadu Buhari was elected into office all that changed and eastern stars stopped shining. Under him the persecution, marginalization, humiliation, detention, state-sponsored executions and assassinations and sectarian and ethnic-motivated murder of the Igbo has reached pre-civil war proportions.
To add to that the Igbo have been treated with more disdain and contempt by the Buhari administration than any other government in our entire history. Permit me to share juat one example of that here.
A few days ago hordes of AK-47-wielding Fulani herdsmen and militants attacked some farms in Enugu state. Fearing that the Agatu treatment may be meted out to them and in order to protect their lives, their families, their property, their livestock and their crops from the murderous vandals and marauders the Igbo farmers organised themselves and fought back gallantly.
Consequently there were casualties on both sides. Instead of the police to come in to apprehend the Fulani aggressors and raiders, seize their weapons and bring them to justice they arrested 76 Igbo farmers. Up until today those farmers are in police custody and their families have had no access to them.
As far as I am aware not one Fulani militant or herdsman was questioned over this incident let alone disarmed, cautioned or arrested. As unbelievable as it may appear this patterm of behaviour by the security agencies has been the norm throughout the Middle Belt and the south since President Buhari has come to power.
They have displayed great reluctance to protect the indigenous people and farmers of those two regions from the pillaging, killing and raping that the Fulani herdsmen always subject them to.
It is also instructive to note that the political leaders of the igbo nation appear to have been so intimidated by this trend of events that none of them has spoken out against the abduction of the Enugu farmers or condemned the barbarous action of the Fulani herdsmen that raided their farms.
As a matter of fact the only two politicians in the entire country that have publicly expressed concern about the safety, whereabouts and plight of the 76 Igbo farmers are both from the south west and they are Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti state and yours truly (Fani-Kayode). Fayose did so in an advert in the newspapers a few days ago and I did so in my column last week titled “Of Tyrants, Martyrs and Heroes (Part 2)”.
Everyone else, including the Igbo Governors. Senators, Ministers, elders and leaders of their socio-political groups has maintained a curious, submissive and stoic silence on this matter. I guess that is a sign of the times that we are living in and I cannot blame them. Given the circumstances and the obvious constraints of their political leaders and elders why would the younger generation of the Igbo not agitate and fight for the establisment of Biafra?
This is especially so given the fact that it is self- evident that under the leadership of President Buhari Igbos, and indeed other southerners, are not just being subjected to violence in the north but they are also being attacked by northerners down in their own states in the south.
Sourhern leaders are expected to live with this, accept it as the norm and most importantly they are not expected to defend themselves, defend their people or complain about the atrocities that they are being subjected to in their own land.
This hardly kindles hope for the future of our nation and it certainly does not engender confidence in our country or enhance national unity. It is clear that the contempt with which our government views the people of the south and particularly the Igbo is obvious and glaring.
President Buhari himself, during one of his interviews with Al Jazeera and during the course of an earlier interview with Nigeria’s NTA, displayed that contempt very eloquently when, in answer to a question about Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of IPOB’s prolonged detention and the increasingly aggressive agitation for Biafra, he asked rather brusquely “what exactly do the Igbo want?”
When he was told that the Igbo felt marginalised by his government he went further on to ask “who is marginalizing who?”
Again before millions of viewers from all over the world President Buhari refused to watch the footage of the extra-judicial killing of some IPOB youths by his security forces when he was asked to do so during his infamous interview with Al Jazeera.
In that same interview he went on to dismiss the legitimate aspirations of and agitation by millions of young people from the eastern part of our country for the creation of Biafra in just one sentence.
He said that if they had any complaints they should agitate for more states in the east instead of yearning for their own country.
One wonders how state creation can appease a generation of angry young Igbos who genuinely believe that their people are being systematically killed off and that they have been turned into slaves and second class citizens by Nigeria.
And this coming from a man who has refused to appoint one single Igbo into the Presidency and who believes that he has done them a favor by appointing five Igbo Ministers into his cabinet.
He forgets that the constitution of our country compels him to appoint at least one Minister per state and that whether he likes it or not he must appoint those five because the Igbos control five states in the Federation each of which must be represented in the cabinet. It may not be fashionable to say it publicly but the truth is that the Igbo are virtually an endangered species under President Buhari’s government.
They have been robbed of their dignity, their sense of self-worth, their self-esteem and their self-respect by our government and the Igbo youth particularly do not believe that they have much of a future left in Nigeria. That is why the agitation for Biafra has reached fever pitch among them.
Whatever anyone feels about Biafra the fact of the matter is as follows: as my friend and brother Chief Orji Uzor Kalu, the former Governor of Abia state, said a few days ago, “the Igbo have not been fully integrated back into Nigeria 46 years after the civil war”.
The truth is that Nigeria is not working for most of the ethnic nationalities and everyone knows it. And as long as those that hold power at the center today remain in power things will not get any better.
As a matter of fact as long as they are in power things will get worse. In Buhari’s Nigeria if you are not from the core north and if you are not a Muslim you do not have much hope of getting to the top or achieving your full potentials.
That is “chanji” for you and that is Buhari’s mission and vision. We said it during the Presidential campaign but regrettably few would listen. Now the same people that would not listen are regretting it bitterly and they are saying that we were right.
In Buhari’s Nigeria it is one law for the oppressed and another for the ”Born to Rule” oppressor. Whether we wish to admit it or not that is the reality and everyone knows it. There is also a well-orchestrated attempt to Islamise our country and suppress the practice of Christianity in some parts within our shores. Kaduna state is an example and what is going on there is nothing but a test run for the rest of the country. .
Yet the truth is that everything has its expiry date including religious bigotry, bondage and slavery. The oppressor often forgets that the future belongs to the oppressed.
The Irish experience and the beautiful people of Eire and the Emerald Isle have taught us that. Far away London in merry England was once their capital yet today it is their very own Dublin. If God can do it for them He can also do it for us. It is just a matter of time.
Some will disagree with the contents of this contribution whilst others will hate me for writing it. To such troubled souls I recommend the words of Albert Einstein. He said:

“Great spirits have always encountered opposition from mediocre minds. The mediocre mind is incapable of understanding the man who refuses to bow blindly to conventional prejudices and chooses instead to express his opinions courageously and honestly”.

IPOB family in Italy
 growing
rapidly!!!!!
Few months again this IPOB FAMILY SARDEGNA ITALY, started and today they have become more formidable than expected they are growing in membership and believe me these are the signs that the restoration of Biafra is real. More grease to your elbow Mazi Michael Ironaya and Mrs Chidinma Juliet Filatro and all the families in Sardegna . IPOB is growing every day. Is Biafra or Death!!!

Sad...

This young man is called CHIBUIKEM ( God is my strength ).

He was in Eastern National High School, Portharcourt Road, Aba, Abia State praying fervently for the restoration of a country he believed in and that would be better off for him and his unborn children.

He came from Obingwa LGA of Abia State, the same LGA the Abia State governor come from.

The Nigerian trigger happy soldiers in their usual manner rounded up our brethren where they were praying and shot dead 17 of us instantly, others later died of injuries sustained in that brutal crackdown on peaceful IPOB members.

Perhaps, Mbuhari would have seen the level of inhuman treatment and reckless use of power by the Fulani soldiers had he watched the clip during the Aljazeera interview but to show he value us not, he bluntly refused.

Chibuikem will be led to rest but the question of Biafra will never be led to rest until Biafra is successfully restored.

He died fighting for a just course he believed in but was murdered by those who prefer injustice to justice.

My prayer is simple as I already said in one of my recent articles published here.

Whatever you sow, you shall reap for those who kill by sword shall be killed by sword.

26 years, the prime of life, when life is sweet, he was cut down. Whoever that cut down this life shall be visited in the same way but more vicious and dangerous than this.

Rest in Peace my dear Igbo brother.

You have made your mark.

May God accept your soul and grant you eternal repose.

REVEALED!! HOW BIAFRA-FEVER FORCED BUHARI TO HOLD SECRET MEETING WITH FEW NIGERIANS IN USA
REVEALED!! HOW BIAFRA-FEVER FORCED BUHARI TO HOLD SECRET MEETING WITH FEW NIGERIANS IN USA

By Paul Ihechi Alagba
For Family Writers
A very reliable information made available to Family Writers from United States of America has revealed how the dreaded Spirit of Biafra pursued Nigerian President- Muhammadu Buhari to USA and forced him into holding a top-secret meeting with not more than five Nigerians in an enclave during the just concluded Nuclear Summit.

Having been aware that Biafrans have concluded plans to disgrace him at the usual town hall meeting he used to hold with Nigerians in USA during his visits, Buhari had to hold the meeting privately with few Nigerians in USA who are suspected to be APC supporters.

"There were no independent press accounts as the media was also kept in the dark about this clandestine meeting"

"While the five people he met with may be good Nigeria Diaspora citizens, they do not represent any known organised Diaspora organisations" our source disclosed on the condition of anonymity. When further asked why the meeting was held in secret, he said-

"The event may have been kept secret; location unknown possibly due to the publicly telegraphed plans by various groups particularly the Biafra movement to confront Buhari during the visit."

It should be noted that on the very first day of the Summit, hundreds of Biafrans and supporters in USA had flooded the venue of the summit which made Buhari to abscond from the first session of the Summit. It was revealed that the fear of the highly aggrieved Biafrans waiting for him at the vicinity of the summit with pictures of Biafrans massacred by his firing squad of army and police couldn't allow Buhari to step an inch from his room at Mandarin Oriental Hotel. It was all thanks to American security staff assigned to him who had to assist him with safer routes for subsequent meetings which helped him to avoid the angry Biafrans who were ready to devour him at first sight. A similar situation occurred in London were Buhari had to be smuggled out from his meeting with some Diasporans because of the enraged Biafrans who confronted him at the venue.

Biafrans all over the world has since declared that there shall be no peace for Carnivorous Nigerian politicians who derive joy in killing, kidnapping and incarceration of Biafra activists and urged Nigerian government to release Biafra leader Nnamdi Kanu and allow for a peaceful restoration of Biafra or "there can never be peace in Nigeria."

MARY HELEN BERNSTEIN LETTER AND HER OWN OBSESSION

By Ifeanyi Chijioke

For Family Writers

Exactly what Biafra will represent, to restore honour and take black continent or skin beyond racism and inferiority complex.  It is believed that a black man will forever be dependent to a white man. He shall always remain inferior and travel from one white man's country to another,  begging for guns or begging for food as Nigeria the giant of Africa is doing today.

Slightly the survival of a black man is the call of a white man. These shall Biafra get rid of in no distance time because in the end Biafra shall come. I hardly know Mary Helen Bernstein, but she is one of those people caught by obsession, Kanu is an obsession and she self-confessed that she has made Nnamdi Kanu a prayer point just as I have made him a subject of essay. We are all obsessed in one way or another and she has given ears to her own obsession. I only know a pretty October moon and a tender daisy in the beginning of April. Mary Helen Bernstein has actually never seen someone like Nnamdi Kanu, not even in US, she has seen nobody like Nnamdi Kanu and will definitely see no nation or country like Biafra.

In her letter to Nnamdi kanu; she was stable and direct; devoid of sentiment. Her subject of honour was the sacrificial move Kanu made for Biafra. Even in the Bible; Jesus said “it shall be hard or almost impossible for a rich man to make heaven". The phrase is very clear; a rich man enjoy heaven on earth and so sees taking away his riches or enjoyment as bringing hell upon him. Whilest he enjoy heaven on earth; the real heaven becomes a shadow to him.

Nnamdi Kanu is one of those rich men; born into a royal family as a crown Prince; studied, worked and lived in London; had everything needed to make life a gold and had no reason to ever be behind bars.  He built his life to an extent he can't be abused or tortured as wealth and class gave him immunity to such things. But Nnamdi Kanu left all that and chose to pass through hell, chose to risk his precious life; chose to abandon his crown; forfeited everything he had for the sake of the poor and the oppressed. When Kanu said Biafra shall own every child, train and be responsible for the child's welfare. I cried and realized that a crown Prince chose to die for that little child hawking pure water that I cannot even take off my pair of shoe for.

To Mary Helen; she has seen it all and truly there is no one like Nnamdi Kanu. Because of the uniqueness of our leader; we have chosen to die for him; when man choose to die for his fellow man; then extremism is taking full effect.  However is crucial to take notice of this and ensure the safety of our leader till he is released to us. As Mary Helen Bernstein is praying; some others are building arms; some are preparing for the worst and Nigeria will be the destination of untold aggression should Kanu not be released.

TRANSPARENCY INTERNATIONAL Drops SHOCKING Details – Obasanjo & Buhari Governments Are Worse Than Jonathan

Transparency International has rated the out gone government of President Goodluck Jonathan as much better, in the field of probity, as compared to the past governments headed by President Gen. Muhammadu Buhari and that of Chief Oluegun Obasanjo. According to Transparency In¬ternational’s data from
1979 till date, shows that the tenures of both General Muhammadu Buhari and former President Olusegun Obasanjo were more corrupt than the tenure of Jonathan.
The data also showed that under the administration of President Jonathan, Nigeria has recorded its best score in the Corruption Perception Index (CPI) since 1979. This is in complete contrast to the sordid picture of rampant corruption being painted by the opposition, ardent critics of the Jonathan administration and much of the media in the last few years – especially in the build up to the general elections.
But the point that the figures from Transparency International make so clearly is that, in com¬parative terms, Nigeria is actually much less corrupt today, and per¬ceived globally to be much less corrupt today, than it has been in the last 35 years – including under the regimes of General Buhari and President Obasanjo, both of who wear the toga and chant the man¬tra of anti-corruption. Shockingly, according to the TI data, President Obasanjo’s first tenure had the worst scale of corruption during the 35 years period between 1979 and 2015.
The TI Corruption Perception Index is a rating of countries from 1 to 100 showing their corruption scale. A rating of 1 is the worst and rating of 100 means a country is completely free of corruption. The pass mark is 50 and any country scoring below 50 is considered a corrupt country.
In the year 2000, Nigeria was ranked the most corrupt country in the world – and improved mar¬ginally in 2001 and 2003 when it was rated the second most corrupt nation in the world in the TI’s Cor¬ruption Perception Index. This was certainly not under the watch of President Jonathan.
Since 2012, Nigeria has made steady improvements in the CPI. Indeed, under President Jonathan, for the first time in decades, Nige¬ria is not in the list of 1-10 most corrupt countries in the world.
In the 2014 Transparency In¬ternational’s Corruption Percep¬tion Index, issued in December, Nigeria was ranked 136 out of 175 countries surveyed in the re¬port.
This ranking placed Nigeria, alongside five other countries, as the 39th most corrupt country in the world. This is Nigeria’s best ranking in the last four years.
With this ranking, Nigeria leap¬frogged eight countries within a space of one year – from the 31st most corrupt nation in 2013 to the 39th in 2014. This may be regard¬ed by cynics as a small achieve¬ment: but it represents a big step in the right direction.
Indeed, the administration of President Jonathan deserves some commendation for the positive steps it has taken, and the modest achievements it has made so far, in the war against corruption – rather than the vengeful knocks it is re¬ceiving from various quarters.

Made In Biafra 'Shoes' Not

A Match For Italian Made

There is no English word that would be able to explain the talents flooded in Aba.
If you were asked where the shoe in the picture was made, first thing that would come to your mind is 'Italy' But you failed it.
The shoe was proudly made in 'ABA'
And this is just one out of many beautiful things these people in that particular geographical space manufacture but unfortunately, they're neglected by the government as in most times they lack the financial capacity to upgrade their production.
What you buy in Italy on high cost is produced in Aba on a more lesser cost with more superior quality.

How Many Biafran Children Died? "For over 45 years, Nigeria has tried to bury its head in the sand as if nothing genocidal happened during the war. The facts remains that a most wicked and atrocious violence was unleashed against a people, with all manners of weapons (inclusive of starvation, mass murders and mass rapes and kidnappings). The records are there for all to see. In any sane society interested in ‘nation building’, the evils of the past are openly discussed with a view to understanding mistakes made, seeking atonement and restitution of past wrongs so that similar mistakes are not repeated. In the USA, the reason, course and outcomes of the American Civil War is a constant part of primary and secondary school curriculum.
"Germany, Japan, South Africa and other countries interested in moving forward, similarly, teach their youths, their future about their past. The lessons of the Nigerian Civil War are ominously omitted from Nigerian school curriculum – pretending that over 3 million Igbo’s killed during the genocidal war between 1967 and 1970 did not happen.
"And now the sage, Chinua Achebe, in his book, ‘There was a country’, writes what he knows about what he experienced to educate and inform others, and some have the temerity to cast aspersions? Gosh!
"What I would have expected from those who had any issues with Chinua Achebe’s expressions to do was to reply to the facts raised, and not to resort to name-calling – which is really most unfortunate.
"The fact that starvation was used as a potent weapon during the Nigerian Civil War by the Nigerian Government against the Biafran side is a fact enshrined in history! The picture below and thousands which are available at various repositories are not ‘artist impressions’. Who knew what about the genocide can thereafter be a subject of historical and factual analysis."

THE CASE FOR BIAFRA IS STRONGER THAN SOUTH SUDAN, KOSOVO.– BRUCE FEIN, US CONSTITUTIONAL LAWYER

The Case For Biafra Is Stronger Than South Sudan, Kosovo, US Constitutional Lawyer Made Case For Biafra.

Biafra, dominated by the great Igbo race, enjoyed sovereignty before Great Britain commenced exploitive colonial rule over Nigeria under the racist banner of Rudyard Kipling’s “the White Man’ burden.” Britain asserted authority over Biafra based on the tyrannical doctrine that the strong do what they can and the weak suffer what they must.
The Berlin West Africa Conference, 1884-85, and the Berlin General Act symbolized colonial lawlessness by treating Africa as a carcass to be divided up among European vultures.
Restoration of Biafra’s sovereignty is justified under international law and practice especially with the ongoing ethnic-inspired killings and persecutions of Biafans by Nigeria’s elected military dictator from the North touting sharia law, President Muhammdu Buhari.
Biafra’s sovereignty journey will require deft international diplomacy and the marshalling of widespread popular support from Biafrans and their resources. Power is never voluntarily surrendered. Rights ultimately are what you are willing to fight and die for.
Prior to British colonization in 1906, the great Igbo people to the East of Niger, numbering some 3 million, and their cognate tribes enjoyed decentralized self-government. They were not living in a state of nature. Their self-rule came by force of arms not voluntarily.
In 1900, the British government assumed responsibility for the Royal Niger Company’s territories, and formed the Protectorate of Northern Nigeria, the Niger Coast Protectorate and the Lagos Colony Protectorate territories. 1913 witnessed the amalgamation of Nigeria into three administrative areas: the crown colony of Lagos and the Protectorates of Northern and Southern Nigeria.
In 1960, Britain ended its colonization of Nigeria without reference to the Igbo or any other peoples of Nigeria entitled to self-determination. The Nigeria Independence Act established Nigerian territorial boundaries not by popular referendum or other reliable manifestations of self-determination of peoples, but according to the Nigeria’s Orders in Council, 1954 to 1960. They reflected British selfish maneuvers to dominate Nigeria economically.
Britain’s failure to offer Biafrans the right to self-determination violated the United Nations General Assembly Declaration on the Granting of Independence to Colonial Countries and Peoples adopted on 14 December 1960. Paragraph 5 of the Declaration required that immediate steps be taken by the colonial power “to transfer all powers to the peoples of those [colonized] territories…in accordance with their freely expressed will and desire…in order to enable them to enjoy complete independence and freedom.” The 1970 Declaration on Principles of International Law concerning Friendly Relations and Cooperation among States in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations emphasized that, “By virtue of the principle of equal rights and self-determination of peoples enshrined in the Charter of the United Nations, all peoples have the right freely to determine without external interference their political status….”
The people of Biafra—recognized as distinct by British colonial authorities were never provided an opportunity to vote for complete independence and freedom from the rest of Nigeria according to their freely expressed will and desire. They were never consulted on the subject when Nigeria became independent in 1960. Further, the 1960 Constitution of Nigeria was never approved by the people of Biafra in a referendum or otherwise. And neither has any subsequent Nigerian Constitution, including the current version decreed by a military dictator in 1999.
In sum, the British decolonized Nigeria in violation of international law by failing to transfer power to the peoples of Biafra in accordance with their freely expressed will.
That violation was not a technicality, but an affront to a fundamental human right. All governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed. Consent is required to legitimate authority and to forestall external subjugation, oppression, persecution, or even genocide fueled by tribal, sectarian, ethnic, or megalomaniacal ambitions or hatreds.
After independence from Britain, Nigeria soon became a charnel house for Biafrans. Deprived of their right to self-determination, they were left to the tender mercies of the Hausa-Fulani of the North and the Yoruba of the South in a unitary state unsuited for its diverse tribal, ethnic, and religious landscape. The gruesome 1967-1970 Biafran War was emblematic. Ethnic-based massacres of Biafrans and countless starving children who died as little more than skeletons was its grim face. The horrors suffered by Biafrans gave birth to the first modern international relief effort to lessen unspeakable misery.
At the war’s conclusion, Nigeria’s General Yakuba Gowon’s sloganeered, “No victor, no vanquished.” The words proved a cruel hoax. The Igbo were marginalized, persecuted as traitors, and subjected to a Northern political yolk. Under incumbent Nigerian elected military dictator Buhari, the repression of the Igbo have reached new heights featuring indiscriminate killings, torture, and detentions without trial.
A complete chronicle of Buhari’s horrors only would numb by repetition.
The point is that there is no political remedy for Biafra’s suffering like an abused wife in a forced marriage short of self-determination to regain its sovereignty that was illegally extinguished by the British and never surrendered after decolonization.
States born from longstanding repression of peoples by ruling authorities are part of the woof and warp of international law or custom. Think of Bangladesh, Namibia, South Sudan, Zimbabwe, East Timor, Eritrea, and Kosovo.
The case for Biafran sovereignty is as strong or stronger as these precedents.
But to succeed, Biafrans will need to organize, unify, and make their case to the United Nations Security Council, the United Nations Human Rights Council, the African Union, the European Union, and the United States.
If they do not all hang together, they might all come to hang separately.

BIAFRA:

OPEN LETTER TO ISREAL,

REUVEN RIVLIN AND

BENJAMIN NETANYAHU

Esteemed Israel and her great Leaders, Honourable Reuven Rivlin, and Benjamin Netanyahu, allow me to share my thoughts regarding the great State of Israel. I've always admired the Jews right from my childhood. I’ve always read lots of books and watched documentaries regarding Israel. I've seen all that the Israelis have suffered in the hands of the British and the German governments. Israelis have been tortured, enslaved and killed before becoming an Independent state. I admire the strength, courage, and humility of Israel.

I felt terribly bad when I learnt of what Israelis have had to pass through in the past, in the hands of the enemies, but each time I remember how great you have become as a sovereign nation, my heart is filled with joy. Israel is vastly becoming an innovation giant. With just over 7.7 million people, Israel has an estimated 4,800 startups, many of which are high-tech based. The combination of Israel’s culture, environment, and keen strategy has led to a technological boom.

It’s not only the sheer number of entrepreneurial organizations; it’s also Israelis astonishing, innovative edge. One of the most popular and widely known Israeli technological startups is Waze - a mobile phone-based traffic and navigation application, that’s creating a “driving community,” and is used by nearly 50 million drivers worldwide. OrCam is a startup that has developed a technology which guarantees sight for blind people with functional optic nerves. Phinergy has created a lithium car battery that triples mileage for electric cars. These are just a few instances of the thousands of startups that are vastly making Israel a “startup nation.” We’re hopeful that one day, our own Nation; the Sovereign State of Biafra, will be as great as their cousin brother, Israel, in all things.

You must know that we, Biafrans, are descendants of the Tribe of Gad (Gad was the seventh son of Jacob, from whom it took its name) which was one of the Tribes of Israel whom, after the Exodus from Egypt, settled on the eastern side of the Jordan River. We suffered and have continued to suffer, just like Israelis did in the past. Biafrans have been tortured, enslaved, marginalized and killed by the British contraption known as Nigeria. Nigerian government has been killing innocent, unarmed, peaceful Biafran protesters, who’re in solidarity with their Leader - Nnamdi Kanu, who has remained in an illegal incarceration and undergoing torture from the Nigerian DSS who falsely accuse him and Biafrans of being Terrorists. Biafrans have never killed anyone, all our protests have always remained peaceful and unarmed, yet, the Nigerian Armed forces continues to kill us.

We Biafrans are requesting our own freedom just like the great state of Israel did, in order to reach its Promised land. We are a resolute people and are determined to achieve our freedom, hence, there's no threat, intimidation nor killing, that will stop us. We demand the immediate and unconditional release of our Leader - Nnamdi Kanu. We Biafrans are calling upon the great nation of Israel, its President - Reuven Rivlin and Prime Minister - Honourable Benjamin Netanyahu, to intervene and hear our voices.

We earnestly seek your support for our universal right to self-determination quest. We implore you to support our quest for freedom, through the United Nations declaration on the rights of indigenous people (UNDRIP). Render a helping hand to free us. Help salvage us from this corrupt, lawless, radically-Islamic, terrorist country – Nigeria. Biafrans can't be part of such country. Biafrans are children of the Most High.

Biafra, just like Israel, is a receptive nation, allowing diversity and different viewpoints. This allows for creativity and innovation, by the encouragement of free flow of ideas and collaboration among individuals with varying perspectives. In many ways, Israel and Biafra's strong and unique view of innovation is that “entrepreneurial failure is only an education rather than a badge of dishonor”. We do not punish risk-taking the way many other Nations do.

Biafra is rich in culture and is potentially economically viable. Israel has a lot to benefit from Biafra’s numerous human and natural resources. We are capable of becoming an independent and viable Nation. When Biafra is fully restored, it will become a Republican State and far better than Nigeria in all possible respects, hence Israeli Multinational companies will continue their businesses in a better country, with peaceful, conducive and secure atmosphere and with higher and better prospects.

FOR BIAFRA WRITERS

Indeed, literacy is overrated in this country.
For sometime now, I've read well lettered Nigerians argue that self determination is a crime. This is a very misleading narrative which the Nigerian state has fed the people with and it is rather unfortunate that even the so called educated ones have fallen for this cheap lie.
There is absolutely no inherent crime... none whatsoever in pursuing self determination. It is a right recognised by all laws known to man. Although it is not recognised by the Nigerian constitution but it is recognised by the U.N charter to which
Nigeria is a signatory. This U.N charter specifically give indigenous people the right to self determination and Nigeria's signature is right there on this document which means that the country is under legal obligations to abide by the contents of this U.N document. So, on what ground do these opponents of self determination base their argument??
When Eritrea sought to breakaway from Ethiopia, they invoked this principle. The same for East Timor. Just last year, Scotland held a referendum to decide whether to still remain in the U.K.
The British govt didn't treat their agitation like some crime the way the Nigerian state is treating the Biafran agitators. They simply organised a 'Yes' or 'No' vote for the Scots. In June this year, the country will still vote whether to remain with the E.U or not. This is simple normal practices of democratic systems.
Indigenous people have a right to decide how they wanna be governed and by whom. They have a right to decide to leave a union they consider abusive. Denying them this right is a moral tragedy! This is as morally wrong as denying a wife or a husband the right to quit abusive relationship.
So I ask again, why is secession such a taboo subject in this country??
Why not allow the Biafra agitators test the popularity or otherwise of their agitation by organising a referendum for them? In marriage, once a partner expresses dissatisfaction, it is enough ground to annul the union. Here, the Biafrans --one of the partners in this forced marriage has been expressing dissatisfaction for years but all they've got is arrest and detention from the central govt.
For years, Uwazuruike pursued the Biafran dream through peaceful means but no one listened to him. #Nnamdi kanu and his group have never killed a fly, yet, they are being treated like common criminals.
Boko haram took up arms and killed and maimed hundreds of thousands of Nigerians and displaced millions, today, the govt is looking for 'a credible' representative of the group to negotiate with.
The Niger Delta guys took up arms against the Nigerian state and got compensated with a juicy amnesty package. The non violent ones who were never part of the militancy were forgotten.
The fulani militants massacred hundreds of innocent #Agatu villagers and today, the govt is looking for special grazing field and foreign grass as a compensation for them.
So I ask, does this mean that violence is the only language the Nigerian state understand?? So, if I don't resort to violence, I can never get my own govt to listen to me??
I detest violence in any form. In fact, I cannot even bring myself to kill a chicken. So I'm not advocating violence here. Far from it. But quite frankly, the message the Nigerian state is sending to the Biafra agitators is that violence is the fastest means of getting govt attention in this country and I believe this portends danger.
The position of President Buhari on Biafra is one borne out of hate. Buhari is not acting like a father to all Nigerians. He is acting like a man consumed by hate for a particular section of the country.
The way he reacts whenever 'Igbo' is mentioned in any of his interviews leaves much to be desired. He harbours a generational hate against my kind and he has allowed this hate get in the way he is running the country. This is rather unfortunate.
The unity of this country is actually negotiable. To assert otherwise amounts to crass ignorance laced with high dose of arrogance.

BIAFRA: JUSTICE

JOHN TOHO,

DESPERATE TO

 JAIL NNAMDI

KANU... PAYBACK

FOR HIS BRIBE

FROM BUHARI

BIAFRA:
JUSTICE JOHN TOHO, DESPERATE TO JAIL NNAMDI KANU... PAYBACK FOR HIS BRIBE FROM BUHARI

Following the court proceedings between federal government of Nigeria and the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), director of radio Biafra and Biafra TV Nnamdi Kanu on the 5th of April, 2016, at federal high court Abuja, it is without doubt that John Tsoho is desperate to jail Nnamdi Kanu as instructed by his master Dictator Muhammadu Hitler Buhari. It was a show of dishonor to legal practice, an expressway to the grave of the Nigerian judiciary and a murder of democracy.

From the moment Judge Tsoho entered the courtroom, it showed on him that he needs to deliver for his master wish, having so much confidence in their drafted plan which seems to be perfect. But the foolishness of God is higher than the wisdom of man.

We are letting the world know, that judge, John Tsoho has now effectively instituted secret trial because the public was barred from attending the hearing today 5 April 2015. Only a handful of journalists were permitted to cover proceedings. This is against an earlier court ruling that the trial will be held in the open. And in continuation of his reversal of his own rulings, Judge John Tsoho allowed DSS lawyer Mr. Idakwo who was the lead interrogator of the three accused persons when they were in DSS custody and previously barred from appearing for the prosecuting counsel was surprising allowed today to wear legal regalia to aid the lead prosecutor Mr. Mohamed Labaran.

The DSS is now the arresting agency, detainer, interrogator, the investigator and now they are also running the prosecution in a court of law for the office of the Attorney General of Nigeria through the office of the Director of Public Prosecution. All thanks to the director of Nigerian affairs, Dictator, General Muhammadu Buhari. This is a high level of criminal absurdity in the dispensation of justice and it is not obtainable anywhere in the civilized world. It is a vivid sign that Nigerian judiciary is dead, and dictator Muhammadu has taken over.

Nigerians should rise up and protest against this dictator. It is Nnamdi Kanu today and tomorrow it may be you.
During the proceedings at the court, the defending council led by San. Chuks Muoma was the first to make his presentation, and the law provided that each council has a maximum time of 20 minutes to make his or her presentation. It is called ‘law of adumbration’. But Judge Tsoho cut short the right of adumbration of the defending council, which shows clearly that John Tsoho is biased

You will recall that on 29th January 2016 Justice John Tsoho denied Nnamdi Kanu bail with some baseless reasons that; 1).Nnamdi Kanu was a threat to national security. 2) That if released, Nnamdi Kanu might commit the same offense again. 3) That there was a probability that Nnamdi Kanu might jump bail because he possessed dual citizenship. He recited exactly the same thing Muhammadu Buhari said during his first presidential media chat on 30th Dec. 2015.

Feb, 19th 2016 Justice Tsoho ruled that Nnamdi Kanu will not be tried secretly and that no masquerade will testify against him. But ridiculously, on March 7th, 2016 Justice John Tsoho reversed his own ruling of 19th Feb. 2016. Today he cannot hide to the world that he is compromised and biased and that he is not qualified to preside over such a high profile case. IT IS OBVIOUS THAT NNAMDI KANU WILL NOT HAVE A FREE AND FAIR HEARING IN JOHN TSOHO'S COURT.
Why is Nigeria using Military and governmental muscles to seek Kanu's conviction. If Nnamdi Kanu is really a criminal, why is Nigerian government seeking to obtain "justice" in secret. Why can't the Nigerian government show to the whole world how much of a criminal Nnamdi Kanu is in the open? It is obvious that Nigerian government has no case against Nnamdi Kanu. He is a freedom fighter who has come to salvage his people from the shackles of the British contraption called Nigeria. Nnamdi Kanu is a prisoner of conscience (POC) and he must be released.

Flashback: If elected, Buhari will be a disaster— Ex-US envoy Featured

 24 March 2016
Richard Grenell, a former envoy of the United States of America, has warned Nigerians not to elect former military dictator, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (retd), of The All Progressives Congress in the March 28 Presidential election. The former spokesman for four United States Ambassadors to the United Nations, noted that Buhari if elected will be a diaster for Nigeria and Africa, stressing that he will signal trouble for the West’s fight against ISIS and terrorism throughout the Middle East. He urges Nigerians to re-elect President Goodluck Jonathan of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
He made this known in an article titled, Nigeria on the brink and published on Washington Times, of Thursday, March 19, 2015. Read Full article below: With the polls closed in Israel, international election observers now turn their attention to the Nigerian elections on March 28. The choice for the leader of Africa’s most populous country pits Goodluck Jonathan from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) against Mohammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The decision by the roughly 73 million registered Nigerian voters could have a profound impact on the future of Africa. But Western foreign policy observers pre-occupied with the rise of ISIS in the Middle East should wake up to the reality unfolding in Nigeria. Opposition candidate General Buhari wants Sharia law throughout Nigeria. In fact, he wants it everywhere. “I will continue to show openly and inside me the total commitment to the Sharia movement that is sweeping all over Nigeria,” Mr. Buhari said. “God willing, we will not stop the agitation for the total implementation of the Sharia in the country.”
Agitation? Is this an indication that Mr.
Buhari supports violence because the end goal of the terrorist attacks throughout Nigeria and Africa is an Islamic state? It is a legitimate question that should be asked by leaders of the Obama administration. Boko Haram has pledged its allegiance and support to ISIS. The northern Nigerian based Islamic terrorist group wants Sharia law throughout Nigeria and beyond. They are also actively terrorizing Chad, Niger and Cameroon with their goal of an Islamic state. Mr. Buhari has also spoken sympathetically about members of the terrorist group Boko Haram, has cautioned against a rush to judgement on its members and has personally been selected by the terrorist group to lead its negotiations with the Government of Nigeria. Mr. Buhari’s election as Nigeria’s head of state would be a disaster for Africa.
It would also signal trouble for the West’s fight against ISIS and terrorism throughout the Middle East. Islamic radicals have Africa on their target list and young Nigerians are reported to be interested in ISIS’ messages. Nigeria is at a tipping point. Tunisia, where the Arab Spring uprisings began, saw a deadly Islamic terrorist attack at a popular museum killing 23 people this week. ISIS attacked a hospital in Libya within the last few days and Boko Haram killed 54 people with 4 suicide bombers in Nigeria last week. The West, and specifically the Obama Administration, needs to wake up to the growing problem. The French government has been fighting ISIS in Africa for the past two years, starting in Mali but with little help from the Obama Administration. As terrorism grows in yet another region of the globe, American and Western officials should realize they are not stopping the advancements of Islamic radicals.
Al-Qaida is not dead and ISIS is not a JV team. The recent moves by the White House against Israeli leader Benjamin Netanyahu signal a willingness by President Obama and his team to intervene in foreign elections. The sitting President Goodluck Jonathan has committed to defeating Boko Haram and overseeing a free and fair election. The Nigerian economy has been growing faster than South Africa’s. Imagine what Nigeria could do for Africa if it was also free of Boko Haram’s violence. The Obama Administration should be doing more to ensure Africa’s most populous country doesn’t slip away.

We are aware that number one enemy in biafra agitation is Britain and America. America, do not forget that you people stand for the freedom of south suddan. what come wrong for biafra separation. why didn't you oppose with Britain to that. Looking into Nigeria government to take over in some command and you let biafra to die. You people think God who gave you people that super power will be happied with America. Simple because the truth judgement you people have turn it to injustice in your favour to have something. Then the biafra blood of those killed will be the weapon to fight Britain in any war the go. For enemy to conquer you people with the weapon you think for defeat. will come bace in shame.

which day in America protesters are been killed. If you are justically right. So your wish is not to protests for your right. know what you are doing as we are all God creators.Whatever each and everyone of us sow so will it reap it. One Nigeria is it by force for Britain and America to force on us biafra. Without biafra will it be no Nigeria again that is why we are been force to.

Shame to the USA and all the western countries for condoning evil and crimes against humanity that are being remotely perpetrated by the British government in Nigeria. The civilized countries should raise their voices to condemn the crime that are committed against the Biafrans for the sake of fairness and justice.

Is Obama now an advocate of unity between the exploited and the exploiter the oppressor and the oppressed, the killers and the killed. Unity can never be forced on a people permanently. It is just a fact of live and the time has come for Biafra to be free. It must, in the name of God be free!

You can see how the west controls the governments in African countries. This is a typical example of command and control as a lot of us tend to forget easily. Biafrans are being massacred everyday in the contraption called Nigeria for statement like Obama's. Biafra lost 3.5 million people in Nigeria and counting, and the world is looking the other way.5

EXPOSED: THE TRUE IDENTITY OF ROCHAS OKOROCHA

Friday, 25 March 2016

The governor of Imo state, Rochas Okorocha has been deceiving Nigerians, Igbo people and Biafrans at large that he is an Igbo Man, instead of an Hausa man.
This man is parading himself as an Igbo leader, deceiving Muhammadu Buhari and the northern vampires into believing that he has some level of control over the Igbo speaking Biafrans. The truth remains that you cannot deceive everybody at the same time. You may fool some people sometime, but you cannot fool everybody all the time.
Rochas Okorocha has given himself to Hausa Fulani as an instrument of destruction against the restoration of Biafra and for the total islamization of Biafra land, but he must understand that he and his slave masters have God (Eze Chukwu Okike Abhiama) to contend with.

The truth cannot be hidden forever. It will interest you to know that this agent of darkness Rochas Okorocha have the blood of Hausa-Fulani running in his vein. He was born by a woman who was previously married to a family at Uratta village in Owerri Imo state; when the woman could not conceive a child, she moved to marry another man from Ogboko village in Ideato south Imo state where she gave birth to two girls, after a while she left her husband and travelled to Jos, Plateau State and there she met an Hausa man who got her pregnant twice. The result of the pregnancy brought about the existence of Rochas Okorocha and his junior brother. After a while, Rochas Okorocha’s mother came back to Imo state with Rochas and his brother, reconciled and settled with her former husband Mazi Okorocha whom she bore two girls for.
It will also interest you to know that this Rochas Okorocha use to be a bus driver in Lagos state and was also involved in what Nigerians call '419' business, which means obtaining by trick.  While engaging in his fraudulent business, he defrauded a white man that came to do business in Nigeria and killed him in the process, just to keep his money.  It is with the money he took from the white man that he made his first investment, which was the establishment of a commercial school in Jos Platue state.

It was during one of his visit to Jos that his  biological father took him to T.Y Danjuma.  Gen. T.Y danjuma in a bid to integrate him in the political arena of Nigeria, introduced him to Gen. Ibrahim Babangida who then gave him a contract to supply police uniforms and hilux vans during his millitary regime, that was how he got involved in the Nigerian ploitics.
Rochas Okorocha has been given a mandate to islamize Imo state indigenes or lose all they have given him, that is why he became the first governor to build a mosque in Imo State government house. He went further to pay some people money to convert to islam. This is why we now have so many titled traditional monarchs practicing and propagating Islam in the whole of Imo State

Rochas Okoroocha own a private jet and it will interest you to know how he got it. Gen. Olusegun Obasanjo gave Rochas a contract to refurbish military jets used by  Gen. Abdulsalami abubakar, Abacha and other millitary junta.  Okorocha in his usual fraudulent characteristics, told Olusegun Obasanjo that the jets are too bad and should be scrapped. Olusegun Obasanjo, ignorant of what his intentions were told him to go ahead and sell it at scrap value. Okorocha ended up purchasing the jet himself, and reselling it at a higher value.  This among others are the reasons why Obasanjo has been having problems with Okorocha till date. This is the reason why Obasanjo called him a bigger thief, compared to Ikedi Ohakim the former governor of Imo State whom Rochas accused of embezzlement and incompetence during his governorship campaign.
Rochas Okorocha took loan that ran into hundreds of millions from United Bank of Africa (UBA), Zenith Bank and Progress bank, In a bid to fund the various contracts he secured from the Nigerian Government. He paid back UBA with State fund, after using his Hausa-Fulani influence to intimidate them when they threatened to seize his assets. Instead of paying Zenith Bank, he appointed Chike Okafor of Zenith Banks from Ihitte Uboma who was the then commissioner for finance, to take reign of the bank's management. Rochas Okorocha is among those who liquidated Progress Bank, together with one Mr. Ferdinand Anaghara due to their inability to pay back loan taken.
All the general hospitals in Imo State are under the control of Dr. Shuaibu from Kaduna state, as one of the conditions given to him by Islamic bank after they gave him a loan using Imo state government as the borrower. What insolence to the people of Imo state!
Okorocha is also a member of Hausa Homosexual club, his involvement in such disgusting act became evident when he launched the most popular Gay club in Owerri.
Rochas Okorocha among other enemies of light has been telling his hausa master, Muhammadu Buhari to condemn to death Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the indigenous people of Biafra, and also the director of radio Biafra/Biafra TV, simply because he spoke the TRUTH to the conscience of Imo state indigenes and Biafrans as a whole. He never hid his animosity towards the innocent man, just like Nnamdi Kanu never hid the truth about him to 'Ndi Imo'. This can be confirmed when he made a press statement that "NNAMDI KANU DESERVE TO DIE BY HANGING", although he later denied making the statement after seeing the controversy his statement generated.

Rochas Okorocha is also a member of the Ogboni fraternity, whose modus operandi involves killing so as to attain political height of their choice.
He has been holding meetings with the so called Ohanaeze Ndigbo and Billie Human Right Initiative, with one agenda to STOP THE RESTORATION OF BIAFRA. This group of people are the major obstruction to Biafra restoration, but to what end? Greed and insatiable quest for power and fame.
Rochas Okorocha and his group of evil men must understand that we are fanatical about the restoration of the Republic of Biafra, this is not the class of 1967-1970 who fought and sustained the war for three years with obsolete equipments. This present generation are more refined both in mind, will and intellect, all thanks to our leader Nnamdi Kanu who did so well in cleansing our brains from all the chaffs that the British in conjunction with their puppet (Nigeria) has fed our minds with. We are very much at alert and watching them closely. We know their moves even before they make them and we want to assure them once again that Judgment day is coming soon. No evil man or woman shall be spared, for IPOB under the leadership of Nnamdi Kanu has no forgiveness in her creed.

Nnamdi Kanu is a catalyst, if you kill him there will be no Nigeria, if you let him be there will be no Nigeria. So the best solution to this whole situation is to free Nnamdi Kanu and allow Biafra to exhibit her right to self determination as enshrined in the UN charter of 2007, in which Nigeria is a signatory to. We want to emphatically reiterate that either way, Nnamdi Kanu must be freed and Biafra restored.

RESTORATION

I read closely the Nigerian press tarnishing the image of the Republican Party and tipping Democrat to succeed, the essay by the Nigerian pro-Democrat journalists could not cite their explicit reasons for backing Democrat, they were much more rigid in their quest. Like core Nigerians who do not debate, their campaign was more or less an attack against Republican Party. Sanders or Clinton is their choice, this is not short of who would go on with Obama legacies. The legacies of Obama had always been the parley with Islam and neglect of Christians and natural allies of America. Unlike America that would stand her ground against all odds, Obama's America is imperialistic. Lobbying and licking the ass of the enemy to sustain relationship or control the enemy by mutual consent.
This is a very risky approach because as they are clustering by mutual consent, they would explode someday when selfish control is perceived. America has lost a lot under Obama, their God-hood was tempered in various ways, the America that fight for peace left Nigeria while Nigeria massacred Biafra, a cold genocide is going on in Biafra and the video went viral online. White House has not condemned this and Obama as an imperialist who sponsored and aided the sharia campaigner-candidate-now President of Nigeria has only eulogized his Islamic stooge without condemning a significant crime against humanity in Biafra.
While this is the case, Nigeria sees a cause to back Democrat and having thrown their weight behind Obama's party, questions were limited. Biafra is a people in search of justice and fairness and Republican Party is the symbol of American justice and fairness. Republican party is what Biafra needs most and everything is being done within our power to pray for Republican party. The candidate in the contest is inconsequential; Republican Party is the choice of Biafrans. Democrat is a serious threat to a better America and a better world and there is need to give Republican the mandate of restoration. This parley with Islamic states must be put on hold as America deserves to face her natural allies that have no potential threat whatsoever.
Unfortunately, it is shocking how America turned against her allies and supported Islam within the period of eight years of Obama reign. The nuclear arming of Iran which poses a serious threat to Israel is one move by Democrat that I could not fathom. If is the aim of America to put Israel in state of fear; then it is important I question the legacies of their heroes past, what they lived and died for,Democrat has quickly changed the label of America. America that often go to their place of interest and take what they want, today erect a terror group they are born to extinguish to take their interest. One would begin to ask why the sudden imperialism, has America lost her military and nuclear class? In Syria, the destruction Democrat brought to America was made visible and before it goes un-redeemable; Democrat must be pushed away to take time and meditate on- in sober mood everything they have done.
Democrat has been made an Islamic tool as under her Christians have been made a subject of terror by pro-Islamic leaders while the just but today unjust white house feigns ignorance. All around the world where Christians are facing terror and oppressed by terrorists, Democrat has not condemned such unhealthy development. All around the globe, there is nowhere democrat is doing the work of God- saving the oppressed and administering justice. This suddenly gave Russia the opportunity to come in, and now doing the Godly work America is known for. Is Russia now taking the place of America? if this is the case, then Republican party must be voted in to restore American pride.

Nigeria: Buhari is marginalising

South East - Prof Nwabueze

 25 March 2016
Renowned constitutional lawyer and elder statesman, Professor Ben Nwabueze, has taken a hard look at the 10-month-old Muhammadu Buhari presidency and passed a verdict of marginalisation against the South East.
According to Nwabueze, who spoke to The AUTHORITY, in President Buhari’s 31 strategic appointments, the South East was excluded.
His words: “He appointed thirty-one appointments, none from the South East; is that what they call justice? In thirty-one strategic appointments in a constitution that says that social order is founded in justice. What does justice mean and what does it require?
Nwabueze also questioned Buhari’s fidelity to constitutional procedures that define democracy, pointing out that the constitution necessarily imposes certain limitations in power.
“The constitution imposes so many other limitations in power. Are those limitations being observed? The bill of right is there guaranteeing rights to every individual and citizen. Are those rights being obeyed? That’s part of the essential character of democracy, Nwabueze noted.
According to him: “The Constitution can fairly be described as consultative government; you have to consult with various agencies established by the constitution. Is he doing that?”
With specific reference to the handcuffing of Chief Olisa Metuh, Nwabueze took exceptions to the inhuman treatment of citizens.
His words: “The constitution outlaws inhuman treatment among so many rights that were with it. You see a citizen been handcuffed for corruption. Olisa Metuh was not accused of anything else but corruption.
“Is that enough to handcuff a citizen? The constitution prohibits inhuman treatment. Handcuffing is accepted if a man committed murder and there’s evidence that he may try to escape. That may well be justification for handcuffing.
“That’s the only circumstance where you can arguably justify such a treatment. I heard also that Nnamdi Kanu was handcuffed. What did he do? Declaring Biafra? Is that enough to handcuff him?
Alluding to President Buhari’s position that he will not treat those that gave him five percent votes the same way he will those that gave him 95 percent, Nwabueze stated such positions were flawed.
And yesterday in Lagos, the Nwabueze Centre for Studies in Constitutional Law and Related Subjects was formally inaugurated.
The event was held at the Nigeria Institute for International Affairs (NIIA), Victoria Island and was attended by retired Justices Salisu Modibo Alfa Belgore, George Oguntade, Samson Odemwingie Uwaifo, Chief Mike Ozekhome (SAN) among other legal luminaries.
Nwabueze, in his inaugural speech said that the centre was borne out of his passion for Constitutional Law.
Justice Samson Odemwingie Uwaifo, CON, (rtd) Justice of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, delivering a paper entitled: “Whether the Code of Conduct Tribunal is right in refusing to grant a request for stay of proceedings in a case before it, and whether the presence of bias or likelihood of it and lack of impartiality does not vitiate the proceedings”.
In the paper, Uwaifo said that the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) is not a court and therefore has no right to exercise judicial powers, adding that there is a real likelihood of bias by the CCT which may deny the President of the Senate, Bukola Saraki justice.
“They do not and are not meant to exercise judicial power which is exclusive for the courts. It is impossible under the constitution to confer such functions upon anybody other than a court, nor can the difficulty be avoided by designating a body, which is not in its essential character a court, by the name, or by calling the function by another name.”
On whether there is bias or likelihood of it in the case of Saraki before CCT, Uwaifo noted that it was possible the All Progressives Congress (APC) which did not back Saraki’s ambition as Senate President has connection with what is playing out at the CCT.

BUHARI PARADING THE

CORPSE OF NIGERIA

By Paul Ihechi Alagba
For Family Writers
The best way to describe Nigeria now is to liken it to a desolated and deserted hospital that once existed. The hospital was decorated with fake nurses and has a blind and paralysed doctor as an overseer. Patients die in this hospital with Intravenous(Iv) drips still attached to them for a long time without anybody getting noticed until their body stiffens and starts producing choking odours.
What some people have failed woefully to understand is that the reason why God allowed somebody as clueless as Buhari to become President is solely for him to bury Nigeria and allow her to rest in peace. Ironically, instead of organising a befitting burial ceremony, Buhari is busy parading and advertising the deceased up and down across the globe which has ended up turning him into a laughing stock to the extent that he now enters other countries secretly and goes secretly as well.
His fellow Presidents and their cabinets now see it as a taboo to welcome a man with a stinking smelling corpse at the airport. Even the ones that will welcome him are doing so with "KEKE NAPEP". Other accommodating countries would render him and his crew almost half naked in the process of undergoing thorough cleansing before he can enter the sacred places of the city.
The United Nations General Assembly delegates couldn't stand the odoriferous corpse which Buhari was parading which made him to address an almost empty auditorium. Barack Obama, Buhari's best friend couldn't stand the corpse and he had to abandon him in Washington and jet off to Kenya in search of fresh air. The corpse has made Nigeria diasporans to access him with disdain hence none desires to welcome him when he junkets to their residing countries. The most astonishing thing is that Buhari doesn't seem deterred from accomplishing his self imposed mission of disgracing the corpse Nigeria across all nations
Nigeria is now the best reference point to economist and economic/business media outfits whenever they are in search of countries experiencing unarguably a dead economy furnished with amateur economic team. The last time I checked, Nigeria economic minister proudly told the whole world in a viral video that 16+6=24- this is exactly the status quo.
Few days ago, while Buhari was busy attending a summit he knows nothing about in USA, Nigeria power generation suffered an untimely death as for several hours, Nigeria power generation stood gallantly at an astonishing 0megawatts- before you shout, just take notice of the fact that Nigeria's Power and Works minister is a "Lawyer". So there's no need of crying for someone who committed suicide.
Now our train takes us to the Nigeria Petroleum industry where genocide is taking place. Despite the abundance of crude oil, the Africa biggest oil producer is currently facing what looks like an unsolvable fuel scarcity crisis coupled with the crumble in crude oil prices in the international market. This is not surprising as Nigeria senior minister of Petroleum resources is the same man that couldn't produce an authentic school certificate while contesting for President while the Petroleum junior minister has made it "pump and plain" to Nigerians that he is not a magician as being anticipated by most of them. So nobody should expect resurrection of the dead. I personally think that when the Holy Bible say- "They have eyes but cannot see, they have legs but cannot walk, they have ears but cannot hear..." it was actually referring to the corpse of Nigeria.
The Nigerian judiciary has decayed a long time ago. The rate at which you now get justice in Nigeria is directly proportional to the level of your connection with the office of the President. This is why Buhari has sworn to the whole world during the only media chat he has ever held since he became President that over his dead would he release Nnamdi Kanu- a man who I can swear with my life is innocent of all Buhari's trumped up charges against him. Buhari has succeeded in incarcerating Nnamdi Kanu to the extent that he is now desperate to use masquerades to testify against him. This is because it is certain he is parading the corpse of Nigeria judiciary. He has long buried the principle of natural justice and fair trial. He now controls and dictates the affairs of the judiciary and even the legislator who couldn't question the dictator on why he dragged a whole secular country into an Islamic Coalition without approval from them. Everywhere has rotten!
I'm I to talk of the Nigerian security forces who derive joy in killing defenceless unarmed civilians while they shy away from confronting Boko Haram and their twin brothers- The Fulani terrorists who disguise themselves as herdsmen. They've turned themselves into handbags of Nigerian politicians to the extent that an ordinary Minister would abandon his duty post, gather as many military men as he can and carry them to his State just to rig election for his political party. Nigerians think that Boko Haram is deadly but the truth is that worse terrorism activities are being carried out by the Military and police who have instead of defending civilians have continuously descended and clamped down on them. What else is the symptom of a dead country?
Finally, I must highlight the fact that most Nigerians if not all are dead in the brain. If not they could have realised that they are being locked up by an ordinary foreigner in a house that has so many corpses inside. They could have realised a long time ago that Nigeria is a failed experiment. If they are not dead in the brain, they won't be comfortable while their country is being raped of justice and equity, they won't be happy while their fellow citizens are being illegally massacred and incarcerated by security agents, they won't be adamant while tyranny is rearing its head in their democracy, had they not been dead they could have realised that things could have been a lot better if we liberate ourselves from this British stinking smelling enclave. Why is it that people of Iceland could rise and force their Prime Minister who is indicted in a corruption scandal to resign but in Nigeria the citizens sings songs of praise for corrupt politicians and even accompany them to court? Nnamdi Kanu was right- "NIGERIA IS A ZOO AND NIGERIANS ARE THE ANIMALS INSIDE IT." To me Nigeria is not only a zoo but "a dead zoo."
At this point I call on Nigerians to know that the death of Nigeria doesn't mean the death of Nigerians, it is a process of returning to our originality and where we came from before Fredrick Lugard and Flora Shaw decided to wake up one morning and create this evil entity called Nigeria. I call on President Muhammadu Buhari to do himself a whole lot of good and stop parading the corpse of Nigeria. Let us give Nigeria a befitting burial and allow her to rest in peace. If we fail to bury Nigeria in peace now, prophecy holds that we shall bury it in pieces in the nearest future.

President Buhari meets with Obasanjo

President Buhari meets with Obasanjo Clement Ejiofor 7 hours ago 225566 Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Send email – Obasanjo and Buhari has met behind closed doors – While the details of the meeting are still sketchy some Nigerians suppose that two politicians discuss the major challenges Nigeria is currently facing – Ex-president Obasanjo denies signing Budget without details President Muhammadu Buhari has received former president of Nigeria, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo in the Aso Rock presidential villa on April 7, Thursday. Ex-president is a frequent visitor to Aso Rock since Buhari became the president.

Former president arrived in the Statehouse at 12:13pm in a tinted black Toyota jeep marked Abj 425 PY. Upon landing from the car, he exchanged pleasantries with journalists who cracked joke with him on his “dancing steps” last week at Ebonyi state during the burial of the late mother of Ebonyi state governor. The reporters said that “your dancing steps last week were great”, Obasanjo replied “so you don’t want me to dance”, as he beamed smiles and entered inside the building. He has visited the incumbent president four times since the inauguration on May 29, 2015. The first visit was on August 8 and next on September 8 and November 10. READ ALSO: Pro-Biafrans write open letter to Obasanjo, Buhari The two politicians did not get along very well when Obasanjo was the president. Buhari lost to Obasanjo in the 2003 presidential poll and lost again to president Umaru Yaradua who was endorsed by Obasanjo four years later. Those two elections were marred by irregularities.
Meanwhile, the relationship between two Nigerian leaders has become more cordial in recent times ever since Obasanjo endorsed Buhari in the buildup to the March 2015 election. While the details of the today’s closed door meeting are currently unknown below are two things the duo may have discussed. 1. Fuel crisis as it is currently the most pressing issue in Nigeria. Two politicians are bound to discuss it. 2. Many Nigerian politicians are currently holding their breathe and waiting to see if their name leaked in Panama Papers. Former president dismissed claim that he signed budgets into law without sighting the details under his term. He replied the question with: “Eh en? I signed budget without details? Anybody who told you that, go and ask him again.” READ ALSO: Jonathan fears Buhari will send him to jail – Obasanjo “Before I will be able to tell you something about the budget, I have to read it and know what it contains and know what to talk about.” As to the postponement in signing the bill, he said the constitution permits the executive to continue with the budget up to the middle of the year. Meanwhile, Obasanjo denied speaking on corruption war, saying: “Eh en?” When he was asked to speak particularly on the travail of the Senate president, Bukola Saraki, ex-president said: “Eh en? What is wrong with him?” “You know that not too long ago, I was out there. I have come to share some of my experiences with him,” Obasanjo added on his purpose of visiting Buhari. “Ha! Ha! If I say I shared experiences with my wife, you will ask me wetin I talk with my wife?”
My take on this move is that Nnamdi Kanu isn't where he ought to be right now.
Without the effort of Nnamdi Kanu and many other likeminded persons, this biafra restoration process wouldn't have reached thus far. So would there be a conference or meetings about Biafra without Nnamdi Kanu.
Mine is: No Nnamdi Kanu, No Negotiations whatsoever! !!!. We can't abandon Nnamdi Kanu. , not anytime soon,. Over our Dead bodies should we take any decisions about Biafra without Nnamdi Kanu. .
He has done what no one else could do before now
Would this move of organising a conference come if not for the selfless and tireless services of Nnamdi Kanu and other prominent and hardcores scattered all over the world? . No this particular video wouldn't have even appear on facebook in the first place but for nnamdi Kanu's sacrifices. .. Let's get him out then channel a way forward. No one shall take the glory that God has bestowed upon this innocent prisoner of Conscience : Nnamdi Kanu.
Any biafran who mentions the word "Biafra" without the name "Nnamdi Kanu" has become automatically an enemy to me as an individual.
God bless nnamdi Kanu. God bless Biafrans all over the planet. God bless every effort made towards the restoration of the sovereign state of Biafra!!!. Isee isee.!!!.
Amen.!!!!........

Biafra's Uli Airport What A

Height Of Black Man's

Ingenuity

By Francis Nnamdi Elekwachi

Uli Airport is a symbolic shrine, which remains the height of Blackman's greatest technological achievement to date. The wonder of Uli Airport is yet to be matched by Blackman anywhere in the world. The Airport and its structures have been deliberately left to decay, so as to attempt to obliterate the memory of an Igbo symbol of technological advancement, military superiority, resistance and survival. Had Igbo Day been held at Uli as scheduled earlier, its significance would have been almost impossible to express in words, in termsof its symbolicness and what Uli Airport represented and represents to Ndi Igbo.
Uli Airport the story goes was completely built from scratch by mostly Igbos. It was a military cum civil Airport. While supply aircrafts hovered overhead, the Airport below was said to be in pitchdarkness and at the right moment the runway lights would come on momentarily as aircrafts come in and land.
The aircrafts were said, according to legend, to taxi along runways, which terminated underground or into the trees, thus shielding them from enemy air-to-ground fire. Meanwhile, federal airforce jets hovered overhead strafing at every and anything in the pitch darkness below. It was said that any of the several run ways hit by a bomb or rocket was repaired immediately within minutes to enable the next supply aircraft hovering low overhead to land. The supply aircrafts often had to circle flying low above the trees for hours, evading federal airforce Migs and jets.
Uli Airport became the Igbo lifeline during the economic blockade, Biafra having become landlocked and surrounded. Uli Airport was of such importance or indeed of the most singular importance to Biafra and to Nigeria, so much so that the federalists landed a marine-borne invasion force at"Oguta II", which was only about 20 - 30 odd kilometers to Uli, so as to bring the Airport within artillery range.
Uli was so indispensable to the survival of Ndi Igbo, so much so that His Excellency General Ojukwu personally commanded the Biafran forces that defended "Oguta I" and liberated "Oguta II" within three days of the landing of federal forces in the area. I was a kid then and I vividly recollect seeing General Ojukwu and his convoy drive past towards Oguta. We were waving, cheering him and the troops being rushed to Oguta as they filed along singing, some on foot, otherson vehicles and tractors....NOT A SINGLE FEDERAL SOLDIER WHO SET FOOT ON OGUTA WENT HOME ALIFE. They all perished - including some who came with family, livestock and supplies in several supply ships in the armada that invaded Oguta. Many perished where their ships were sunk.
The federal side risked and lost so much in that operation because they wanted Uli Airport at all costs. Ndi Igbo threw everything at them because Uli was our lifeline and last hope. The defeat of the federalists at Oguta left a monument which remains at the Oguta lagoon until today - the carcasses of the sunk federal ships are still there. Anyone who visits home should try go and see for themselves. General Ojukwu himself lead the operation - that was how important and strategic Uli was and is toIgbos.
Then the federal airforce came with a new method. They would drop a round fluorescent light and suspend it in mid air. This light shone like a moon. It was midnight and sometimes the first hours of the morning but you could pick up a pin or needle over a fifty or more kilometers radius from the almost daylight generated by this artificial moon.
You would be in pitch darkness, either sleeping or simply because the oillamps had to be put out to avoid federal jets that fired at any trace of light, and suddenly it was daylight from this strange moon hanging over from the skyin the direction of Uli. The first time it happened it was share panic and every one, old and young scurried into the bushes and the trenches. I say panic because we as children could sense thedisquiet amongst the adults and the share confusion and pandemonium thatreigned at the first appearance of this strange moon.
Then the bombs, rockets and buffers (buffer was the Biafran anti aircraft guns used at Uli) would start to boom for what seemed like eternity and slowly the moon would die. Within minutes of the silence of the guns, the supply aircrafts hovering low all across the horizon would again begin to land atUli.
I heard the roar of every aircraft that landed at and took off from Uli and the deafening and terrifying boom and bangof every aircraft that crashed into the woods. I was only a child a few kilometers away from Uli. Most nights you would come out and watch these huge metal birds with large wings hovering so low over the roof you had think it would uproot the house with it like an eagle would lift a prey. But these were no birds of prey, they brought us food, medical, military supplies and life, but you were scared all the same, least they crashed onto the roof.
After all, they flew in pitch darkness, low, almost hugging the trees, with federal jets ruling the heights, strafing, and rocketing any trace of light. They also had to keep away from ground fire from the buffer guns. I still wonder how thosepilots flew those planes then.
Uli Airport was such a fortress that at a stage, the federal airforce jets and their pilots contrived to jettison their rockets, bombs and cannons at targets and bushes as far away as possible from Uli Airport. And all the neighbouring communities, including mine paid dearlyin lost lives and damaged buildings, farms and economic trees. That was how powerful Uli Airport was.
Almost every Igbo who survived as a refugee, every child who was rescued from kwashiorkor and many who lived totell the tale and to continue the procreation of the Igbo race today, towards its destiny, owed their survival to Uli Airport.
Every grain of rice or corn meal or garri gabon, every drip drop or tablet, every stick of stockfish or other nutrients, every and each single bullet orgun fired by NdiIgbo in self preservation and survival, at a stage was landed at UliAirport.
His Excellency, General Ojukwu left the embattled Biafran enclave through Uli so he may live to fight another day, hence he is with us today. In the last days and hours of Biafra in January 1970, even when the expedition force sent out probably from Uli Airport to blow up the Njiaba bridge at Awo-Omamma so as to hold the advancing federal troops there had beendestroyed by federal troops who had crossed the bridge much earlier than theBiafran forces could arrive and hold it, and the whole of Awo-Omama and environs had been taken by the rampaging federal forces, Uli Airport continued to fire mortars and shells in the direction of Awo-Omamma where they thought the federal troops were located. In this respect, Uli Airport is symbolic for firing the first shot in defense of Igboland since the demise ofBiafra.
In a sense, Uli Airport remained undefeated and unsurrendered. The airport smoked even after the very last moment of Biafra and the federals couldnot venture into its precincts until General Effiong and other officers had ensured and guaranteed their safety. There could be no better place and symbol of Igbo resistance and survival than the vicinity of Uli Airport. Igbo detractors hate the place, they had rather it was wiped off the maps, never to be mentioned again. It was one place that was impenetrable and undefeated, defiant to the last, firing shells and motors even after Biafra had formally surrendered.
Egyptian pilots, Russian Migs and British jets and military advisers could not stop Uli Airport - the most sophisticated piece of engineering designed and constructed by a Blackman anywhere, and which surpassed what many a Whiteman can ever design or construct.
Any other country that had proper values would have turned Uli into a monument - tourist, spiritual or otherwise. The Igbo Nation will ensure that Uli Airport lives forever.
What about the courageous pilots who continued to fly to Uli Airport against all odds that were not Igbo, but many of them perished trying to save Ndi Igbo, either shot down by federal airforce jets or ran out of fuel or crashed into the trees flying too low for hours waiting for the federal jets to run out of ammunition. Part of the reason many of those pilots kept coming, notwithstanding the risks, was not only because they loved Igbos, but also because they had confidence in Uli Airport. We have to rebury those pilots too.
Denying Igbos the use of such an edifice and symbol as Uli Airport as a place to celebrate the remembrance of their war dead is the most treacherous act that can ever be perpetrated against Ndi Igbo. It is an act that appeases those who fail to appreciate the values of Ndi Igbo and it is an act that diminishes the Igbo spirit and a celebration of their survival and their triumph over adversity. That singular actis sacrilegious and deserves appropriate punishment in accordance with Igbo traditions and custom as laid down by nature.

 Butchery Across The Niger:
How Jubilant IPOB/Pro Biafra Activists Were Shot, Abducted, Murdered & Dumped At Onitsha General Hospital By Soldiers Of Onitsha Military Cantonment (Concluding Part)
(Onitsha Nigeria, 7th of April 2016)-In the first part of this publication, dated 5th of April 2016, the leadership of International Society for Civil Liberties & the Rule of Lawmade a firm promise to furnish all Nigerians and members of the international community including all international rights and media groups with detailed information concerning the shooting, abduction, murdering and dumping in Onitsha General Hospital Mortuary of some jubilant members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) by soldiers of the Onitsha Military Cantonment led by Col Issah Abdullahi. The dastardly act was perpetrated on 17th of December 2015 at the Onitsha Niger Bridgehead in Anambra State, Southeast of Nigeria.
We had earlier reported that not less than 80 members and supporters of the IPOB were shot and killed by the security forces, which also shot and terminally maimed over 170 others particularly in the Southeast and the South-south zones. The shootings and killings took place between 30th of August 2015 and 9th of February 2016 during nonviolent and peaceful protests and processions associated with nonviolent pro Biafra agitation. While the killings are concentrated in three locations of Onitsha/Awka, Aba and Igweocha (Rivers State); the shootings and their victims are majorly found in five locations of Onitsha/Awka, Asaba, Enugu, Aba and Igweocha (Rivers State). The Nigerian Army accounts for 65% of the culpability, while the Nigeria Police Force and the Nigerian Navy Command account for 30% and 5% respectively. The crude State violence used was fuelled by pronouncements to that effect by the Chief of Army Staff, Lt Gen Turkur Buratai and retiring IGP, Solomon Arase. The pronouncements, which were widely publicized in local and international visual, audio-visual and online media; specifically directed their sub commanders and subordinates to use  maximum force and other available means to crush any peaceful procession or protest associated with pro Biafra agitation.
Apart from the shootings and killings, hundreds of IPOB/pro Biafra activists and their supporters particularly in the South-south and the Southeast zones are presently languishing in various prisons across the country after being arraigned in inferior courts that do not have jurisdictional competence to try them in spurious charges of capital felonies leveled against them. Such felonies carry death penalty and life imprisonment on conviction. This segment of the dastardly act is solely perpetrated by the Nigeria Police Force; in addition to indiscriminate arrest and arbitrary detention of members and supporters of the group using criminal stigmatization by labeling them “Biafra members”. Torture and other cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment or punishment is also a routine and commonly used by soldiers, navy and police personnel in the treatment of arrested and detained IPOB activists.  There are also cases of disappearances of IPOB/pro Biafra activists and supporters. In Abia State and between the State and Rivers State, corpses of unarmed citizens suspected to be IPOB/pro Biafra activists and their supporters are indiscriminately dumped in burrow pits or buried in shallow graves. While 16 dead bodies were recently discovered in two locations in Aba and environs, there is also latest discovery of eight more corpses in a pit in the border town of Etche in Rivers State. The area is located between Abia, Imo and Rivers States.

According to Comrade Michael Okoro, an IPOB official in Abia State and a resident of Aba, “I went to the abandoned site last week where the eight corpses were dumped and I saw them.  We strong suspect that those eight new corpses dumped in Etche Community are members of our organization (IPOB) arrested in their homes and other locations as well as those arrested by soldiers since 9th of February 2016 at Ngwa High School, who were moved to the Ohafia Military Barracks. One of those arrested on that day and taken to Ohafia Barracks alongside others, got freed recently on account of his father’s wealth and connections. It was from him and other reliable resources that we gathered that even up till now, our members are still there while others whereabouts are unknown till date. It is possible they are taken to those secret places alive and executed. Families whose loved ones have gone missing on account of IPOB nonviolent protests in Aba are too afraid to speak out”. This expressly suggests that the Nigerian Army in the area dominated by soldiers of Hausa-Fulani stock is engaged in systematic and secret execution of those in their captivity, after which they are sparsely dumped in pits or buried in mass graves.
Pretrial Arbitrary Detention Of IPOB Officials: Twenty officials (20) and members of the IPOB from Abia, Imo and Rivers States who were arrested by the Abia State Police Command since 9th of February 2016 during the shooting and killing of 22 IPOB activists and injuring of over 30 others at Ngwa High School in Aba are still languishing in Umuahia Prisons. They were arraigned in inferior court (Magistrate Court 1) in Umuahia, which lacks jurisdiction to try them over capital felonies slammed on them; following which they were sent to prisons as “awaiting trial detainees” and till date, their trial has not commenced. While 16 of them were arrested on 9th of February 2016, four others have been in pretrial detention since January 2016. Their names are (1) Ugwoha Okechukwu, (2) Okechukwu Nnebedum, (3)Donatus O. Okeke, (4) John Onyebuchi, (5) Ifeanyi Okike, (6) Amos Nkemjika Ezekiel, (7) Joseph Okorie, (8)Ani Chimezie, (9)Jude Amiche, (10) Emeka Ezeugo, (11)Igwechukwu Ebuka,(12)Monday Ibenji, (13) Okwudili Okafor, (14) Nnabuike Obasi, (15) Ngozi Onuorah (she is married with five children), (16) Nwogu Ginikachi  and (17) Nwogu Eberechi (sisters), (18) Chibuzor Okpara, (19) Oluchukwu Bekee (she is married with a kid) and (20)Nnene Ekwueme (she is married with six children).
Summary Of The Butchery Across The Niger: Clusters as well as extensive nonviolent protests and processions by IPOB/pro Biafra activists and their teeming supporters were between 30th of August and 2nd of December 2015 organized in Anambra State particularly in Onitsha and environs; followed by Nnewi, Ekwulobia and Awka. Other than that of 30th of August and that of 2nd of December 2015; there were no reports of casualties and gunshot wounds. In the 30th of August 2015 nonviolent protest near the Awka Government House embarked upon by the women wing of IPOB, some of them sustained wounds inflicted on them by police personnel attached to Awka Government House. In the 2nd of December 2015 large protest in Onitsha and environs, the security forces (police, army and navy) shot and killed at least 13 IPOB/pro Biafra activists and their supporters and terminally maimed over 20 others. In the two protests under reference, not less than 13 IPOB/pro Biafra activists and their supporters were shot and killed and over 24 others terminally maimed. In the entire shootings and killings associated with IPOB/pro Biafra nonviolent protests, processions and jubilations in Anambra State, over 27 IPOB activists and supporters were killed by security and over 40 others terminally maimed. The casualties include five persons that died later in the hospital following terminal gunshots.

17th of December 2015 Massacre Of Jubilant IPOB/pro Biafra Activists At Onitsha Niger Bridgehead: Following a pronouncement made by the Abuja Division of the Federal High Court for immediate and unconditional release of Citizen Nnamdi Kanu (POC), which Federal Government of Nigeria later flouted; members of the IPOB, dominated by the Obosi Zone of the group at Nkpor abandoned their scheduled meeting same day and went into a celebration match along Onitsha-Enugu Expressway. The jubilant group in their dozens peacefully marched and sang along the Expressway before headed towards the Onitsha Niger Bridgehead to pay homage to the statue of late Chukwuemeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu erected before the Bridge. On getting to the spot, soldiers of Hausa-Fulani extraction stationed at the Bridge sighted them and pulled their triggers. Before the jubilant IPOB members knew what was happening, the murderous soldiers had opened fire on them, killing at least nine of them instantly and terminally maiming over 17 others.
As if that was not enough, the murderous soldiers attached to the Onitsha Military Cantonment made away with corpses of those they killed and a number of others with gunshot wounds. Others abandoned by soldiers were rushed to hospital by sympathizers and unhurt IPOB activists. The soldiers later stormed the Multicare Hospital where they were taken to and abducted 22 of them including the victims’ relatives and those injured who were at terminal state. The soldiers stormed the Hospital around 10:08pm same night of the dastardly act (17th of December 2015). They later in the same night brought back five of them who were at terminal state. The remaining others were held hostage in the Onitsha Army Barracks till 19th of December 2015 when they were transferred to the State CID at Awka following advocacy outcries by our organization and the Anambra State Branch of the CLO. Following efforts made by the two rights groups, all the 17 army hostages taken to the State CID were freed, except those they shot and abducted at the Niger Bridgehead on 17th of December 2015. Among the 17 citizens held hostage by soldiers (injured and relatives)  were Amaechi Alo, Ejike Jideofor, Onyema Ikeagwu, Emeka Nwaoba, Emeka Eneje, Felix Okeke, Prince Ogechukwu Okonkwo, etc. Names of the five citizens at terminal injury state returned by soldiers to the the Multicare Hospital same night were given as Nzubechukwu Okonkwo (Prince), Chinonso Nwele, Debeluchi Chukwu, Chigozie Nweke and Chinonso. Four of the wounded citizens shot by soldiers later died in the Hospital, in addition to another gunshot victim that died at the Paragon Hospital.
Dumping Of Abducted & Murdered IPOB Activists At Onitsha General Hospital Morgue: Following the dastardly act perpetrated by soldiers of the Onitsha Military Cantonment led by Col Issah Abdullahi, search parties were raised by IPOB members and families of the victims. The searches were extended to River Niger where divers were hired as well as visits to public mortuaries; all in search of missing IPOB activists.  Weeks later, a breakthrough was recorded when information got to the IPOB that three of their members shot and abducted by soldiers on 17th of December 2015 were found dumped at the Onitsha General Hospital mortuary. The Hospital is owned by the Government of Anambra State. Initial efforts made to confirm the information from the Hospital hit a brick wall following a firm order by the Hospital management to the staffs of its mortuary section to keep a sealed lip on the issue. It took weeks of cries, lamentations and persuasions from families of the victims to sooth the conscience of some staffs; on strict condition of anonymity. It was unofficially revealed to IPOB, victims’ families and our organization that some soldiers of the Onitsha Military Cantonment stormed the Hospital with some police personnel from the Onitsha Central Police Station (CPS) and deposited the three corpses of  murdered IPOB members on 21st of December 2015; four days after the shooting and killing rampage.

Further investigations revealed that the corpses were hidden somewhere in Awka before they were transferred to the Onitsha Government General Hospital on the approval of some officials of the Government of Anambra State. Investigations further revealed that “soldiers cannot deposit such murdered corpses in public mortuary on their own without the involvement of the police”, which was why they sought and secured the involvement of police personnel of the CPS, Onitsha. Arrangements were unofficially made by the mortuary section of the Hospital with the victims’ families and the IPOB, leading to facial and pictorial identification of their murdered loved ones; after which their corpses were removed from the Hospital and taken home for burial on 11th and 12th of March 2016. Our organization visited the Hospital on 8th and 9th of March 2016. The three murdered corpses and their States, LGAs and Communities’ of their origin are: (1) Michael Nweke (37) from Aguekka, Ekka Community of Ezza North LGA in Ebonyi State. He was buried on 11th of March 2016; (2) Peter Chukwuma Nwankwo (26) from Amaokpo in Nssakra Omege Community of Ezza South LGA in Ebonyi State. He was buried on 11th of March 2016, and (3) Mathew Ndukwe Kanu (25) from Ndiodo Community in Akanu-Ohafia LGA in Abia State. He was buried on 12th of March 2016.
The link below contains written testimonies of the immediate relatives of the three murdered IPOB activists. The relatives are (1) Sunday Nweke (younger brother to late Michael Nweke), (2) Frank Chijioke Nwankwo (elder brother to late Peter Chukwuma Nwankwo) and (3) Grace Onyinyechi Kanu (elder sister to late Mathew Ndukwe Kanu). They met with Intersociety recently.  http://intersociety-ng.org/site-administrator/downloads/category/3-article?download=439:testimonial-accounts-of-the-victims-relatives.
We renew our call for international enquiries or investigations into these dastardly acts. The Buhari administration must stop the ongoing ethnic cleansing and mass murder of unarmed and nonviolent members of the Igbo Ethnic Group in Nigeria and refrain from pushing the innocent Race to the wall. We also demand for international arrest and prosecution of the following security chiefs in Nigeria: (1) Lt General Turkur Buratai (COAS), (2) IGP Solomon Arase (retiring Police IG), (3) Col Issah Abdullahi (Commander of Onitsha Military Cantonment), Lt Kasim Sidi Umar (Commander of 144 Battalion, Aba), (4) CP Hosea Habila (CP of Abia State), and (5) ACP Peter Nwagbara (Aba Area Commander); among others for their collective and individual involvements in the dastardly acts under reference. We also call on the international community and local and international rights and media groups to mount and sustain intensive pressures on the authorities of the Nigerian Army and their Onitsha Military Cantonment for the purpose of disclosing where they dumped the corpses of other IPOB/pro Biafra activists and their supporters shot, murdered and abducted alongside those of late Citizens Michael Nweke, Peter Chukwuma Nwankwo and Mathew Ndukwe Kanu on 17th of December 2015 at the Onitsha Niger Bridgehead.
We also demand for immediate and unconditional release of Citizen Nnamdi Kanu (POC) and others standing kangaroo trials and political persecutions with him as well as 20 IPOB officials and members dumped at Umuahia Prisons before and since 9th of February 2016, whose names are given above. The continuing detention of women among them particularly those with little children at home is a serious affront to the principles and purposes of the United Nations as well as the basic standards of the international law and humanitarian principles.

INVESTIGATIONS REVEALS

WHY JUSTICE TSOHO AND

THE DSS ARE DESPERATE

TO JAIL NNAMDI KANU

INVESTIGATIONS REVEALS
WHY JUSTICE TSOHO AND THE DSS ARE DESPERATE TO JAIL NNAMDI KANU
Just as Nigerian government and their puppet Justice John Tsoho of the Federal High court are raping "JUSTICE" in a broad day light and profusely bleeding her to death, family writers have launched a private and deep investigation as to the reason why Buhari's DSS and John Tsoho would rather die than see Justice prevail in Nnamdi Kanu's trial.
Prior to Nnamdi Kanu's visit to Nigeria, he has been hammering it on Radio Biafra that seeking for justice in Nigeria is like seeking for a drop of water in the desert which prompted his perfect definition of Nigeria as a "ZOO". The term Zoo didn't go down well with some myopic Nigerians who were even ready to fight Nnamdi Kanu for describing their country as a zoo.
As a result, Nnamdi Kanu decided to present himself to Nigerian government to proof that he didn't fabricate all his descriptions of Nigeria which has enraged the myopic Nigerian patriots. Unknowingly to the government of the zoo(NIGERIA), they played their role perfectly as stipulated in Nnamdi Kanu's script, got him arrested and has not stopped playing the same role all to the amusement of Nnamdi Kanu and Biafrans in general.
"I will not receive a fair trial before this court. The information i got is that i will not receive a fair trial before this court"
"I will not sacrifice the due process of law because of the speedy court process over the principal of natural process on the altar of speedy release. In other words i would rather remain in detention than subject myself to a trial that i know amounts to perversion of justice."
The above quotes were the exact explosive words of Nnamdi Kanu which threw the Federal High Court Abuja presided over by Justice A. R Mohammed in total disarray on the 23rd ofDecember2015. This is coming after the same High Court had on the 17th of December 2015 granted Nnamdi Kanu an unconditional release from DSS custody.

An order which the DSS vehemently disobeyed at the instruction of Muhammadu Buhari, the Nigerian President who would later confirm his involvement during his media chat later that month. Buhari and his henchmen, afraid that releasing Nnamdi Kanu would be counter-productive against their evil plans refused to release Nnamdi Kanu and instead pressed new treasonable felony charges against him having mapped out a whooping sum of N100million to any judge that can be able to convict Nnamdi Kanu and sentence him to life imprisonment.

It was at this juncture that Justice A. R Mohammed was brought in to execute the plot of Buhari's henchmen- DSS but Nnamdi Kanu pulled a major road block for them when he alerted Justice A. R Mohammed through his above quote that he is aware of the plot between him and the FG to subvert justice in his trial. The judge knowing full well that Nnamdi Kanu is right and any attempt to continue in the case would be highly suicidal had to honourably step down from the case.
The resignation of Justice Mohammed was a very big slap to the Nigerian government as it took them a whole month to sort out another judge who would have more guts to jail Kanu by all means. Our source disclosed that several judges in the judiciary refused to the N100millionbribe from the FG to undertake a case which has already dragged their noble profession to the mud until the Emergence of Justice John Tsoho.

Our source disclosed that the FG, having  known that Justice Tsoho has a greater future stake in the judiciary than other judges found him as the perfect man for the job and just as they predicted, Justice Tsoho has been living up to expectation. The information disclosed that Justice Tsoho was not only promised the N100million bounty, he was also assured of an unopposed promotion as the Chief Justice of Nigeria(CJN) once the incumbent one resigns. The agreement was for Justice Tsoho to ensure that Nnamdi Kanu is not granted bail and that he is sentenced to a life jail.
The bounce of the whole plan became burst when the FG through the DSS applied for a secret trial of Nnamdi Kanu on the 19th of February. Justice Tsoho knowing that granting such application would be highly counter-productive to their plan initially rejected the application saying- "THE DEMEANOUR OF THE WITNESSESS IS VERY IMPORTANT AND AS SUCH MUST BE PROTECTED." After the ruling, he noted that the trial would commence on the 7th through the 11th of March 2016.

Our intelligent source disclosed that when the news got to the Presidency that their ally Justice Tsoho has rejected secret trial of Kanu, there was pandemonium in Aso Rock. The Presidency issued a warning to the Director general of DSS- Lawal Musa Daura that if they fail to come out victorious in Nnamdi Kanu's case, there's going to be a severe show down between the Presidency and the DSS which may even result to the sacking of the Director general.

Our source made it known that the DSS in turn having seen that they are now being drowned in Kanu's trial and being desperate to avoid a major show down with the Presidency turned their ammunition and anger on Justice Tsoho whom they threatened that that if he doesn't reverse his decision on masked witnesses on Nnamdi Kanu's trial, they're going to make life very miserable for him since they have all his corrupt records starting from the day he became judge.
They assured him that not even his friend Vice President Osibanjo could be able to save him. The jittery Justice Tsoho who seemed paralysed by this threat and knowing that his dream of becoming the Chief Justice of the Federation is at stake pleaded with them to bring the matter up again during the next court sitting that he is going to find a way to reverse his earlier decision. This is the major reason Justice Tsoho rescinded his ruling against secret trial on the 7th of March.

The DSS had earlier assured Justice Tsoho that even if Nnamdi Kanu seeks an appeal for bail and against secret trial or for a trial judge to be changed, they are going to make sure that they influence the outcome of the judgement to be in their favour inorder for Justice Tsoho to accomplish the task set before him.

Its however not surprising seeing the way Justice  Tsoho has been frustrating the Defence councils of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu through his hostile approach to them during court sessions and his refusal to make available to them the necessary documents detailing his court verdicts which would have made it easier for them in the defense of the accused and which is necessary for filing an appeal at a higher court.
Family Writers hereby use this medium to alert the world that there is more than meet the eyes in the trial of Nnamdi Kanu. Justice Tsoho in alliance with the DSS are desperate to murder justice and jail Nnamdi Kanu for their own selfish reasons and to please their pay masters.
IPOB has for a long time warned that the use of masquerades to testify against Nnamdi Kanu during his trial would be unacceptable no matter the outcome and would spell a very big doom for Nigeria. All lovers of justice and freedom are hereby expected to rise up against this dastardly plots of the Nigerian government to jail an innocent man because silence in the face of injustice is worse than the injustice in question.

INDIGENOUS PEOPLE OF BIAFRA
April 10, 2016
Press Release
THE UNSUCCESSFUL FRAMING UP OF IPOB AS A VIOLENT AND TERRORIST GROUP: BUHARI AND DSS SHOULD TRY HARDER NEXT TIME
Retired Major General Muhammadu Buhari and his Gestapo Organization called Department of State Services (DSS), henceforth referred to as “Gestapo-DSS“, have once again failed in their attempts to portray the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) as a violent and terrorist group. In their latest but poorly written statement titled “DSS Official Statement on Barnawi and IPOB“, the Gestapo-DSS stated that: “the Service has uncovered the heinous role played by members of the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra (IPOB), in the abduction/kidnap of five Hausa-Fulani residents, namely Mohammed GAINAKO, Ibrahim MOHAMMED, Idris YAKUBU, and Isa Mohammed RAGO at Isuikwuato LGA in Abia State.” They further noted that: “The abducted men were later discovered at the Umuanyi forest, Abia State, where they were suspected to have been killed by their abductors and buried in shallow graves, amidst fifty (50) other shallow graves of unidentified persons. Arrest and investigation conducted so far, revealed that elements within the IPOB, carried out this dastardly action.”
To drive home their evil intentions, the murderous Gestapo-DSS asserted that: “It is pertinent therefore to alert the general public that IPOB, is gradually showing its true divisive colour and objectives, while steadily embarking on gruesome actions in a bid to ignite ethnic terrorism and mistrust amongst non-indigenes in the South-East region and other parts of the country. Following this act, tension is currently rife among communal stakeholders in the State with possibilities of spillover to other parts of country“
Sadly, Buhari and his Gestapo-DSS have come too late to the party because the world is already aware of their plans as earlier revealed through IPOB‘s statement dated September 9, 2015 and titled: “ PERSISTENT TERRORIST ATTACKS ON BIAFRANS BY THE NIGERIAN STATE.”
The aforementioned IPOB‘s statement is posted at the end of this Press Release to remind Buhari and his Gestapo-DSS that IPOB knew ahead of time, what they have up their sleeves. But apart from IPOB’s proactive warning, it is important to analyze this red-herring being drawn by Buhari and his Gestapo-DSS.
First, on the website of the Gestapo-DSS, they stated thus: “We are obligated by law to investigate the following;
• Threat of espionage
• Threat of espionage
• Threat of sabotage
• Economic crimes of national security dimension
• Terrorist activities
• Separatist agitations and inter-group conflicts.“
But all the claims above are at variance with Section-2(3) of CAP74 LFN 2004 which is the law that established and empowers the Gestapo-DSS. Above all, it is not the duty of the Gestapo-DSS to investigate and make conclusive statements on civilian abduction and murder cases but rather, it is the duty of the Homicide Department of the Nigeria Police Force under the Force/State Criminal Investigation Department (FCID or SCID) and the office of the Director of Coroner’s Inquest of the State in question. Therefore, structurally and mandate-wise on this occasion, the Gestapo-DSS is a fraud and their claims/activities are equally fraudulent.
Now, we come to the their statement; How did the Gestapo-DSS come to the conclusion that it was IPOB members that perpetrated the said crime? Why was it so easy to identify the five Hausa-Fulani victims by names while they were unable to identify the name of atleast one person out of the other fifty victims? Are they saying that only Hausa-Fulani people can be easily identified by names? Who conducted the “arrest and investigation“ and when was it done? By the way, where are the pictorial and video evidences of the claims by the Gestapo-DSS in comparison to the pictures and video footages provided by IPOB when Buhari killed dozens of Biafrans on February 9, 2016 and for which Buhari cowardly refused to watch the video footage during an interview with Al Jazeera’s Martine Dennis?
It is clear to everyone that Buhari and his Gestapo-DSS are bereft of any strategy to quell the rising profile of IPOB and the growing resoluteness of Biafrans to restore their God-ordained nation of Biafra despite extra-judicial killings, intimidations, blackmail, monetary inducements to Ohaneze Ndigbo and allied groups, and sundry evil acts perpetrated by state agents. On the other hand, the Gestapo-DSS have realized that they are on the losing side of the legal proceedings that they initiated against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of IPOB. They have rather resorted to concocting stories of abduction and killing and have subtly introduced the word “Terrorism“ so that they will hopefully make it stick on IPOB and then get Buhari to proclaim IPOB a violent and terrorist organization.
One of the reasons behind this ill-fated statement by the Gestapo-DSS is to give them the opportunity to go to court and cite Section-62(2) of CAP38 LFN 2004, which is the missing piece in the second charge against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. But they have failed woefully. Another reason is to give justifications to any upcoming genocidal killing of Biafrans in the Northern (Arewa nation) part of Nigeria, having laid the grounds for reprisal killing of those from the Igbo-speaking areas of Biafraland residing in Arewa portion of Nigeria. Therefore, IPOB is once again alerting the world of the evil plans of Buhari and his Gestapo-DSS in which they want to tag Biafrans as violent and terrorists.
We urge the public to disregard this hogwash statement from the Gestapo-DSS because it lacks credibility, it is not from the constitutionally/legally authorized source, and it is intended to achieve the twin objectives of classifying IPOB as a terrorist organization and satisfying Section-62(2) CAP38 LFN 2004.

 JUST IN: DEADLIEST

BOKOHARAM MEMBER

SENT TO ASSASINATE

NNAMDI KANU:

Ibeh Gift Amarachi For Family Writers
It has been aired on various Nigeria Television stations tonight been the 9th of April 2016, that one of the deadliest Bokoharam member "KHARID AL-PARNAWI" will be transferred to KUJE PRISON by Nigeria Government for terrorism. But, information reaching us through one of our intelligent officers is that, the intention of sending one of the deadliest member of Bokoharam KHARID AL-PARNAWI to Kuje Prison where the Leader Of The Indigenous People Of Biafra Citizen Nnamdi Kanu is been unlawfully detained, is to murder him in cold blood.

There have been several attempts to murder the Leader Of IPOB Citizen Nnamdi Kanu, which was stopped and exposed through the IPOB MEDIA and it is very obvious the assassination plot is still ongoing. Since the plan of hijacking the Prison Van that will convey him to the Court has been exposed by IPOB, Nigeria Government have come up with a different strategy. The recent plot,  is sending a very deadly Bokoharam member by name KHARID AL-PARNAWI to same Prison, who will get the cold blood murder plan executed and at the end pretend to imprison him, while he will be trickishly granted bail after fulfilling his assassination plot.

The Indigenous People of Biafra are putting the World on the know that, we are aware of this assassination plot and it will totally not be accepted if our Leader Citizen Nnamdi Kanu who is in Nigeria custody is found wanted or been assassinated.
 ON DSS ALLEGATION

 AGAINST IPOB
No matter on which side we are, we must all say the truth from history and from facts. We all know that the Buhari and old army recruits' understanding of politics are lies and fraud. We remember the phantom coup that would have saved the black race from the "Obasanjo menace" under Abacha. We must understand that what Buhari understands as politics or leadership is this - If he wants to kill you or jail you, he will go and create some form of crisis, bring a judge from the Middle belt or the North and force him to pronounce you guilty. Apparently Buhari learnt to avoid Judges from the old Eastern region after he used the then Justice Gregory Okoro-Idogu to jail Fela and he later went to beg Fela explaining that his hands were tied. We saw the Buhari use of Judicial and Legal fraud in the case of Saro-Wiwa when they created crisis and then blamed Saro-Wiwa for it. https://youtu.be/I9Gwf8UcgS0
We must know that the understanding of Buhari and that of his group is that the British and other oyibos are angels while Igbos are devils who should be killed. Unfortunately for them, they are blacks too. What Buhari is looking for now is how to frame and kill or jail Nnamdi Kanu because his group are a people who do not learn from the past or plan for the future. No matter what Buhari does he can never be a white man and killing his fellow blacks does not help him in anyway.
In his mind now as it was in 1960's Biafra is all his problem and as far as the white people have commanded him to come and keep Nigeria one, he has to kill as many black people as possible even if it means killing all the blacks and have an empty one Nigeria, thats how they reason.
You see how the Buhari and his DSS have suddenly gone to kill some people and turned around to say it is the IPOB and you wonder when they did the investigation and who told them. THIS WAS EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID WITH SARO-WIWA and blamed him for the death of others, Buhari remains deep into mental slavery and does not have honour, he is still at the same mental state and incitement as he was in the 60's like his fellow uncle Tom's Obasanjo, and Gowon and if you watched his Press conference and saw how he leaned forward when Kanu was brought up you will the clear murderous intent of his group in him. Shameless, he has seen that there is nothing wrong legally that he has done and he has concocted the so called atrocity they committed and then came up with his treasonable felony.
As I always ask - Is it that black people are cursed to have people like Buhari, Obasanjo and Gowon as one of us as all they do is to favour oyibos? They do not understand that the death of any black person should be a pain and sorrow to them. This explains why Gowon massacred Biafrans, Obasanjo massacred Odi and ZikIbiam, Buhari massacred Shiites and Chadians and yet when Oyibo pretends to love and support them they fail to realize they are just doing it to make a mockery of the black people as a people that lack self control.
Unfortunately, for any sensible person looking at the Nnamdi Kanu and Buhari issue will know that Buhari is playing the ostrich and the same game he played since the 60's he joined the army of looking for lies and a way to kill a fellow black, he is still re-enacting today. When will the Buhari, Gowon and Obasanjo group grow up and reason like humans beings or even copy from the little oyibos they worship like Cameron or Obama or even Trudeau? Look at it - the UK has Scotland wanting to secede, no one is shooting the other, Canada has Quebec trying to Secede no one is shooting the other, US has some states wanting to secede - no one is shooting the other - Are black people cursed? When will these old men learn to stop being lackeys to small oyibo children?
PERSISTENT
TERRORIST ATTACKS
ON BIAFRANS BY
THE NIGERIAN
STATE
From June 17th to June 19th, 2015, the Nigerian State bombed Akwa Ibom and Cross Rivers States with the banned NAPALM BOMBS killing scores of innocent Biafrans and leaving some of them with severe burns on their skins. The reason adduced for these indiscriminate and heartless bombings was that they are targeting kidnappers but these two states are never known to have any history of kidnappings. On the 31st of July, 2015, agents of the Nigerian State shot and killed a defenceless Biafran at his shop in Ariaria International Market located in Aba, Abia State in the Biafran region. Investigation revealed that these agents wanted to smoke cannabis and wanted the victim to provide them with the cannabis but he politely told them that he does not consume nor keep such in his possession and he was shot dead. On August 7th, 2015, at Whimpy Junction in Obio Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers State in Biafra region, a Nigerian Policeman shot dead a Biafran bus driver from Ogoniland. The reason for extra-judicial killing of this Biafran was because he did not have money to give to the Policeman and the Policeman fatally shot him.
On Sunday, August 30th, 2015, Nigerian Navy personnel opened fire at over 10,000 unarmed Biafrans who were peacefully giving out fliers and leaflets to fellow Biafrans and educating them on the need for the nation of Biafra. This incidence which left many dead and thousands seriously injured from stray bullets, took place at Onitsha in Anambra State in Biafran region. A benevolent Police Officer who was at the point of the incidence requested the Naval personnel to stop the mayhem but he was promptly informed by the leader of the Naval Team that they were shooting at Biafrans based on instructions from their Commander–in-Chief. Pictures of some of the corpses of the affected Biafrans are attached to this notice. Since the beginning of September 2015, Biafrans have been severally abducted by the Nigerian State as ordered by the country’s Police Chief.
The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) hereby bring the attention of the world to these ceaseless terrorist acts and abductions perpetrated against Biafrans by the Nigerian State. We are informing the world that we cannot stand idly by and watch Biafrans being kidnapped and murdered by the Nigerian Government. Biafrans have the fundamental human right to defend themselves against these terrorist acts being visited upon them by the Nigerian State.
It is very important to note that the Nigerian Government started these terrorist acts against the Biafrans and NOT the other way round. The world is hereby put on notice that Biafrans will henceforth exercise their fundamental human right to self-defence. What we shall not accept is a situation where the Nigerian State, and their terrorist-supporting allies, will embark on smear campaign of labelling IPOB as a terrorist organization when actually it is the Nigerian State that is terrorizing Biafrans. We shall resist any attempt to tag us as terrorists just because we are merely defending ourselves and stopping the Nigerian State from exterminating us through their acts of terrorism.
The Nigerian Government had already killed over 6 million Biafrans beginning from June 22nd, 1945 in Jos to January 12th, 1970 and the killing is still ongoing. Biafrans shall defend themselves in order to put a stop to further genocide and this should NEVER be construed as an act of terrorism but rather an act of self-defence.
The real terrorists are the Nigerian State and her agents. The world should take note!!!

Drama in court as Nnamdi

Kanu's case adjourned again

MONDAY, 25 APRIL 2016

The case was postponed till May 5 because court reportedly didn’t bring Kanu’s case file to court. Chuks Muoma expressed his disappointment by telling the presiding Justice Moore he was surprised to hear that the case is not due for hearing after it was fixed for today.
The IPOB leader and his two co-defendants are being prosecuted on six counts of treasonable felony, unlawful possession of firearms and other crimes bordering on supposed agitation for secession of the Republic of Biafra from Nigeria.
They had approached the Abuja Division of the Court of Appeal asking for an order to compel the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Justice Ibrahim Auta, to withdraw the case from Justice Tsoho and re-assign it to another judge.
The defendants blamed Justice Tsoho for bias following the judge’s ruling, which would permit prosecution witnesses to testify behind a ‘shield’ in order to hide the witnesses’ identities from the members of the public present in court.
