SHOCKING: Buhari Almost Shed Tears After Seeing How N3.1Trillion Was Stolen By Presidency

The quantum of funds in question are revenue that ought to have accrued to Federal Government through oil-lifting deals which are now subject of intensive investigations.Specifically, one of the arrow heads of the crude oil lifting scam who has been invited and interrogated by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, at least twice before, has been granted administrative bail, and “who is alleged to be warehousing a sizable chunk of the money, drew the ire of Mr. President”, an Aso Rock Presidential Villa source disclosed.
According to Vanguard, even visiting South African President, Jacob Zuma, was caught in the cross winds of Buhari’s reinvigorated anti-graft stand, as he said every kobo of the stolen funds must be recovered.Similarly, information suggests that the United States government is helping in the provision of intelligence on how to trace some of the stolen funds from Nigeria that were secretly moved out.

TRACING STOLEN FUNDS
Powerful forces in the Goodluck Jonathan’s presidency were neck deep in the mindless looting. Ikokwu, in an interview with Vanguard, said revered author and Nobel Laureate, Professor Wole Soyinka, established ‘Radio Kudirat’ the same manner Nnamdi Kanu set up ‘Radio Biafra’.

We received reliable information that plans have been concluded to assassinate the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. This assassination plot was agreed upon at a meeting held on Saturday, March 26, 2016 at the Aso Rock Presidential Villa Abuja which involved Muhammadu Buhari, Lawal Musa Daura, Willie Obiano, Rochas Anayo Okorocha, Okezie Victor Ikpeazu, and Lawrence Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi. The last four of the aforementioned names are governors of four states within the Biafran region. These four states are the states in Biafraland where Buhari is committing genocide on Biafrans continually and with the open support and acquiescence of the governors. But why are these governors in collusion with Buhari and Daura now hell-bent on assassinating Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and how do they plan to do it?

We were reliably informed that the meeting attendees agreed that murdering Nnamdi Kanu is the only way to stop the Biafra restoration process. They further reasoned that since Nnamdi Kanu commands a large following of Biafrans in their millions and these Biafrans are focused and determined to achieve the restoration of the nation of Biafra, killing Nnamdi Kanu will discourage and disorganize these dedicated Biafrans and put the entire restoration process in jeopardy. These group of assassins who are disguising themselves as politicians, believe that with the elimination of Nnamdi Kanu, the march towards the restoration of the nation of Biafra will come to an abrupt end. They also came up with two options on how to go about the assassination of Nnamdi Kanu.

The first option is to hire some people who will camouflage as IPOB members and then try to fake a hijack of the vehicle that will be taking Nnamdi Kanu to court. In the process, the operatives of Department of State Services (DSS) will kill Nnamdi Kanu and then claim that he died in a crossfire during the purported hijack. The second option is to kill Nnamdi Kanu by poisoning his food, just like it was done to M.K.O. Abiola.

We are therefore using this opportunity to alert the world that Nnamdi Kanu is now marked for death by Buhari, Daura, Obiano, Okorocha, Ikpeazu and Ugwuanyi. These men have collectively agreed to assassinate Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and they have vowed that nothing will stop them from carrying out the evil plans. Nnamdi Kanu The Leader Of The Indigenous People Of Biafra

Five months on, the Nigerian government still have been unable to provide proofs to substantiate the concocted allegations, failure in providing legal requirements of witnesses to testify against Nnamdi Kanu. Making matter worst is the censorship of the Nigerian judiciary by inducing the presiding judge in the person of John Tsoho of the federal high court Maitama, Abuja in altering and misinterpreting laws to favour their inconsistencies, lies and deceits. As all these ill-conceived plans are improbable, they have resorted and conspired to finally silence i.e to summarily kill Nnamdi Kanu. Is this not a big shame to Nigeria?

It is pertinent to note that the outcome of any eventuality on Nnamdi Kanu's life or health will definitely be met with defiance as never witnessed before in Nigeria. May I remind Nigeria that Nnamdi Kanu himself told them that "...he will rather remain in detention than to subject himself to their erroneous trial which the outcome will never be respected".
The conspired plot to assassinate Nnamdi Kanu which took place on Saturday 26th March 2016 at Abuja in a secret organized by Muhammadu Buhari had Messrs: Lawal Musa Daura, Governor Willie Obiano, Governor Rochas Okorocha, Governor Victor Okezie Ikpeazu and Lawrence Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi in attendance concluded on a false flagged hijack attempt on the vehicle that will convey Nnamdi Kanu to court.
They concluded to contract some assassins that will camouflage as IPOB members and stage the false flagged hijack. In the process, the operatives of Department of State Services (DSS) will kill Nnamdi Kanu and then claim that he died in a crossfire during the purported hijack. History is gradually repeating itself again in Nigeria. It is thus high time the world understood that the Biafrans are not ready to take things for granted again. Prior to May 1967, Biafrans were pursued and hounded in all their habitats, streets, churces, workplaces and markets in Nigeria. These systematically orchestrated massacres of Biafrans led to a defensive genocidal war by Biafrans against a well-supported Nigerian military majorly backed and supported by the British government and her allies.

This genocidal war resulted in the destruction, displacement and death of more than five million (5million) innocent and defenseless children, women and men of Biafran extraction. The Red Cross and other relief agencies were prohibited from flying into Biafra to supply the much-needed supplies. All these that happened between 1967-1970 were a result of execution of all Biafrans in most cities in Nigeria. The same history is gradually ushering itself in again. There is a red alert on Nnamdi Kanu's life. It is therefore the reason why we the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) is using this medium to reach out to the entirety of humanity to understand what is going on withing and with Biafraland and her people.

The inability of the Nigerian government in proving him wrong in the court and the squeezed plot to assassinate Nnamdi Kanu who in all legitimacy anchors the call for the restoration of Biafra will definitely erupt to another war which no one will escape from. The Nigerian Government with these Eastern Governors will not take anything as an excuse this time around as the infuriation is getting high. Recently, governor Willie Obiano killed more that 25 peaceful protesters at Onitsha, Victor Okezie Ikpeazu massacred a great number of Biafrans while praying and fasting in Aba, Abia state and Rochas Okorocha killed many Biafran in Imo state as well. As all these killings are ongoing, the (IPOB) had remained law-abiding and peaceful till date but we will surely respond to any eventuality against Nnamdi Kanu.

Trump Bad Mouths Nigeria Again, Calls Buhari ‘Insensible’

During one of his pitches, Donald Trump, who is running as the Republican Presidential Candidate of the United States, referred to Muhammadu Buhari of Nigeria as an ‘insensible president’. Donald Trump like we all know, is VERY outspoken. He is one politician who loves to air his opinion with little or no concern about how his subject receives the comment.

Some people would say Trump talks before thinking, others may say he is just being a blab, while a lot others simply love his undiplomatic approach to presenting speeches.

“No sensible president continuously travels round the globe while his country Nigeria is in terrible hardship and economic mess. It can only happen in Nigeria where all that matters to the President is the full introduction of Islam, annihilation of his political opponents and absolute extermination of the people of the old Eastern Nigeria. Buhari, prior to his questionable victory at the polls as the President of Nigeria made lots of promises which he has obviously failed to keep and in most cases denied.”

Trump is not far from the truth, as Buhari has made tons of trips since he became the Nigerian President. The likes of Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State do not buy the idea of Buhari’s frequent trips as he says it is detrimental to the finances of the nation. No doubt President Buhari’s trips are becoming “too often,” Nigerians now wait to hear the next announcement of yet another trip.

The country is in a pitiable state and needs her President to always be on top of his game. The Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo is capable of handling some trips abroad while the president stays home to take care of his people. In the past 10 months, President Buhari has made over fifteen (15) trips.

He has been to the United States of America, Benin Republic, Ghana, France, India, Chad, Germany, Iran, South Africa, United Arab Emirate, Kenya, Ethiopia, to mention but a few. Meanwhile, he has not visited up to fifteen states in the country as a President.

This is certainly what Mr. President and his All Progressives Congress (APC) meant when they said Nigeria would experience change when power gets into their hands.

Recall that just last week, Donald Trump also referred to African leaders as ‘thieves’,using the president of Nigeria and Kenya as typical examples. He also said these African countries lack civilization and leadership skills and should be colonized a second time. Considering the appalling happenings in Nigeria, the US would-be-President may not be totally wrong after all but it would even be more interesting to see what happens if he becomes the next US president.

Today, 17th of March 2016, the Nigerian Chief of Army Staff and Borno State born Lt.-Gen. Tukur Yusuf Buratai, openly confessed and admitted that soldiers of the Nigerian Army opened fire and killed defenceless Biafrans who were conducting prayer sessions inside the football field of Ngwa High School, Aba in Abia state in Biafraland. This genocidal action of the Nigerian Army happened on February 9, 2016. According to Nigeria’s Punch Newspaper, Lt. Gen. Tukur Buratai argued that his “soldiers could not have opened fire on the activists without provocation.” The Army Chief further stated that “We have our rules of engagement, the troops cannot just open fire.”

While dismissing the constitutionally-backed respect for human right and sanctity of human lives as guaranteed in section-33 of Nigeria’s 1999 Constitution, Lt.-Gen. Buratai boasted that “in situations that entail the use of fire, the protection of human rights does not apply.” In his display of crass ignorance of the Constitution and the Laws of Nigeria, the Army Chief surmised that “the 1999 Constitution, and the Armed Forces Act, all provided for the use of force when necessary.” But we could not locate in any of the 320 sections and seven schedules of the 1999 Constitution, which section that supported the dastardly acts of his soldiers. Neither did we find in any of the 292 sections and four schedules of the Armed Forces Act,CAP – A20 LFN 2004, where it stipulated the shooting of unarmed peaceful civilians in peacetime within the Federation of Nigeria. In addition, the civilized world will be interested to know what the Nigerian Army’s Rules of Engagement (ROE) are when confronted with Christians praying in a secluded ground.

In his conclusion, Lt.-Gen. Buratai assured that “we are already investigating it. When such incidents involve the loss of lives we usually conduct an investigation – that is our procedure.” From every word in the confessions of Lt.-Gen. Buratai, it is now indisputable that unarmed Biafrans were mowed down by the Nigerian soldiers. The Indigenous People of Biafra do hereby demand the convocation of an impartial investigative team and NOT the group hurriedly set up by the Army Chief considering that the Army is the aggressor in this case.

We further assert that the only credible entity which can carry out in-depth investigation is the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague. The so-called investigating team arranged by the Chief of Army Staff is foundationally riddled with conflict of interest and lacks the moral compass to conduct quality investigation in a case of this magnitude. Therefore, the United Nations Human Rights Commission and other allied organizations should intervene and work with the ICC to conduct a thorough investigation now that the Nigerian Army through Lt.-Gen. Tukur Yusuf Buratai have confessed that they actually shot and killed unarmed Biafrans at Aba on the 9th of February 2016.

A House of Reps member representing Arochukwu/ Ohafia federal constituency, Hon. Uko Nkole, has revealed why National Assembly members of Igbo extraction are silent over the continued detention of the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu, who was arrested by the operatives of the Department of State Security, DSS, in October 2015.

Responding to criticisms that have come the way of South-east National Assembly members for saying or doing nothing about the Radio Biafra founder’s ordeal, Nkole said he and his colleagues decided to keep sealed lips over Kanu’s affairs “because the matter is already in court.”

The federal government has preferred treason charges against the IPOB leader.

The Reps member, who gave the explanations while fielding questions from newsmen on Friday after inaugurating his constituency office in Ohafia, said there was nothing they could do until the court had decided on the matter.

Speaking on the destruction of crops and farmlands in some parts of the South-east states by Fulani herdsmen and their cattle, he condemned the action and called on the security agencies to rise up to the challenge before it degenerates into ethnic clashes.

He decried the reported declaration of some part of Ohafia farmland as “Republic of Fulani” by some Fulani herdsmen who also hoisted their flag in the area, and commended the security agents for dismantling the said flag.

Nkole maintained that while there is freedom of movement in the country, it would be wrong for herdsmen to hide under the guise of such freedom to destroy crops and farmlands of their host communities.

I Think it's time we stop over focussing on this PDP/APC, PMB and the rest issues and start looking where our problem is. I believe our problem is in the institutions of this country. I don't want to mention that of police now its for another day. It was on the 14th day of March that I drove into one of the police station to obtain the new tinted glass permit, in the process, it was discovered that the plate number of my car is being used by another car. My first question is "How is it possible?" Because I obtained this number from FRSC with all documents intact. I never know the car is going to stay for 12 days in the station.
A file was quickly open and the car became an exhibit. Thank God the car was registered by a very high ranking officer of the FRSC whom was brought to the station. As the investigation was going on, it was discovered that some people were producing these fake and duplicate number plates and giving out to innocent and unsuspicious Nigerian ripping them off their hard earned money.
My question is, should we now go and buy this numbers at a shop in Alaba or at idumota instead of the federal government approved agencies? In the course of my research, I stumbled upon the number plate verification system online. I started verifying cars of friends, church members and even cars that I see on the road. A shocking revelation was made that OUT OF EVERY 10 CARS you see on the road with LAGOS and ABUJA number plates, that at least 4 is FAKE.

An Epidemic: Nigerian Men Killing Their Nurse Wives In America "Yes, I have killed the woman that messed up my life; the woman that has destroyed me. I am at Shalom West. My name is David and I am all yours.” Those were David Ochola’s words during his 911 (U.S. Emergency Number) call to authorities after shooting dead, his 28 years old wife, Priscilla Ochola, in Hennepin, Minnesota.

The 50-years old, husband was tired of being “disrespected” by his wife, a Registered Nurse (RN) whom he had brought from Nigeria and sponsored through nursing school only to have her make much more than him in salary - a situation which led to Mrs. Ochola “coming and going as she chose without regard for her husband.”
The couple had two children – four years old boy and a three year old girl.

In Texas, Babajide Okeowo had been separated from his wife, Funke Okeowo, with whom he resided at their Dallas home. Upon the divorce, the husband lost the house to his wife, along with most of the contents therein, as is usually the tradition in the U.S. Divorces where the couple still has underage children.
Mr. Okeowo, 48, divorced his wife because not long after she became an RN and made more money than him, she “took control” of the family finances and “controlled” her husband’s expenditure and movement.
The husband could no longer make any meaningful contribution to his family back in Nigeria unless the wife “approved” it. He could not go out without her permission. Frustrated that his formerly malleable wife had suddenly become such a “terror” to him to the point of asking for in court and getting virtually everything for which he had worked since coming to the US thirty years prior, the husband got in his vehicle and drove a few hundred miles to Dallas to settle the scores.

He found her in her SUV, adorned in full Nigerian attire on her way to the birthday bash organized in her honor. She had turned 46 on that day. Mr. Okeowo fired several rounds into his wife’s torso while she sat at the steering wheel, mercilessly killing her in broad daylight.

Also in Dallas (they sure need anger management classes in Dallas), Moses Egharevba, 45, did not even bother to get a gun. The husband of Grace Egharevba, 35, bludgeoned her to death with a sledge hammer while their seven year old daughter watched and screamed for peace.
Mrs. Egharevba’s “sin” was that she became an RN and started to make more money than her husband. This led to her “financial liberation” from a supposedly tight-fisted husband who had not only brought her from Nigeria, but had also funded her nursing school education.

Like Moses Egharevba, Christopher Ndubuisi of Garland, Texas, (these Texas people!) also did not bother to get a gun. He crept into the bedroom where his wife, Christiana, was sleeping and, with several blows of the sledge hammer, crushed her head.
Two years before Christiana was killed, her mother, who had been visiting from Nigeria, was found dead in the bathtub under circumstances believed to be suspicious.

Of course, Christiana was a RN whose income dwarfed that of her husband as soon as she graduated from nursing school. The husband believed that his role as a husband and head of the household had been usurped by his wife.
Mr. Ndubuisi’s several entreaties to his wife’s family to intercede and bring Christiana back under his control had all failed.

If the circumstances surrounding the death of Christiana’s mother were suspicious, those surrounding the death of a Tennessee woman’s mother were not. Agnes Nwodo, an RN, lived in squalor before her husband, Godfrey Nwodo, rescued her and brought her to the US. He enrolled her in nursing school right away. Upon qualifying as a RN, Mrs. Nwodo assumed “full control” of the household. She brought her mother to live with them against her husband’s wishes. Mrs. Nwodo quickly familiarized herself with US Family Laws and took full advantage of them.
Each time the couple argued, the police forced the husband to leave the house whether he had a place to sleep or not. On many occasions, Mr. Nwodo spent days in police cells. Upon divorcing his wife, Mr. Nwodo lost to his wife, the house he had owned for almost 20 years before he married her.
He also lost custody of their three children to her, with the court awarding him only periodic visitation rights. Even seeing the children during visitation was always a hassle as the wife would “arrive late at the neutral meeting place and leave early with impunity.”

Mr. Nwodo endured so many embarrassing moments from his wife and her mother until he could take it no more. One day, he bought himself a shotgun and killed both his wife and her mother.

Caleb Onwudike’s wife, Chinyere Onwudike, 36, became a RN and no longer saw the need to be controlled by her husband. Mr. Onwudike, 41, worked two jobs to send his wife to her dream school upon bringing her to the US from Nigeria. After four years, she qualified as an RN. Once she started to make more money than her husband, she began to “call the shots” at home. She “overruled” her husband on the size and cost of the house they purchased in Burtonsville, Maryland. She began to build a house solely in her name in their native Umuahia town of Abia State, Nigeria, without her husband’s input whatsoever.

Mrs. Onwudike came and went “as she liked,” within the US and outside the US. In fact, she once travelled to Nigeria for three weeks “without her husband’s permission” to lavishly bury her father, despite her husband’s protestations that they had better things to do with the money.
Mrs. Onwudike let her husband know that this was mostly her money and she would spend it however she wanted. Through her hard work, she had risen to a managerial position at the medical center where she worked.
Upon her return from burying her father, her husband got one of her kitchen knives and carved her up like a Thanksgiving turkey inside their home on New Year’s Day.

Death is death, no matter how it comes. But the goriest of these maniacal killings is probably the one that happened here in Los Angeles, California.
Joseph Mbu, 50, was tired of his RN wife’s “serial disrespect” of him. The disrespect began as soon as she became a RN. Gloria Mbu, 40, had once told her husband he must be “smoking crack cocaine” if he thought he could tell her what to do with her money now that she made more money than him.

Before she became a RN, Mr. Mbu had been very strict with family finances and was borderline dictatorial in his dealings with Mrs. Mbu. However, Mrs. Mbu learned the American system and would no longer allow any man to “put her down.” When Joseph Mbu could not take it anymore, he subdued his wife one day, tied her to his vehicle and dragged her on paved roads all around Los Angeles until her head split in many pieces.

Nigeria Faces Diplomatic Showdown With UK As Nnamdi Kanu Invokes His British Citizenship

Speaking through his lawyer, in a letter dated March 24 and addressed to the British High Commissioner in Abuja, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra invoked his British citizenship, saying that the President Buhari-led administration has violently abused his fundamental human rights through his prolonged detention in prison custody by the Buhari’s interference with the judicial process. Kanu described himself as a victim of travesty of justice and gross human rights violation.

According to the Kanu’s letter obtained by Vanguard, it reads as follows:

“It is repeating the obvious to state that our client is a full British citizen, by virtue of which position he is entitled to all Rights, Privileges and Protection, guaranteed under the British Laws and conventions.

“We are therefore constrained in the circumstance, to formally notify the British Government via this medium, of our well informed reservations, and apprehension, that our client is undergoing persecution in the charge above referred, and deliberate design by the persecutors to frustrate every effort of the Defense team aimed at giving our client a fair trial”.

“It is the position of our Law, that dual citizenship is a constitutional right of the citizens of Nigeria, clearly provided for under section 28 of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as amended in 2011. Dual citizenship is not a crime under our Law.

“Our reservations on the President’s comment was underpinned by the findings made in the ruling delivered on February 29, 2016, by Hon. Justice John Tsoho, wherein our client and the two other defendants were denied bail.

“Recalled that on December 29, 2015, during the Presidential Media Chat, the President told the whole world that Nnamdi Kanu cannot be granted bail, alleging that he came into the country without a valid travelling passport.

“This pronouncement was roundly condemned by both local and international commentators. His pronouncement was viewed as a clear usurpation of the functions and powers of the judiciary.

“Though very regrettable and extremely unfortunate, Nnamdi Kanu was refused bail on January 29, 2016. In refusing him and other defendants bail, the court also cited the facts of his possession of dual passports as a flight risk, and as such held that he cannot be granted bail in line with the pronouncement of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in his media chat telecasted live on December 29, 2015.”

NNAMDI KANU: A VICTIM OF TRAVESTY OF JUSTICE AND A CALL FOR THE BRITISH GOVERNMENT TO BE ON THE WATCH.

We are Counsel to Nnamdi Kanu, the 1st Defendant in the above captioned criminal charge, hereinafter refers to as “Our Client”, and on whose authority and firm instruction, we formally bring to the attention of the British Government the deliberate design by the Nigerian Government to subvert the course of justice in the above criminal trial.

It is repeating the obvious to state that Our Client is a full British citizen, by virtue of which position he is entitled to all Rights, Privileges and Protections, guaranteed under the British Laws and conventions.
We are therefore constrained in the circumstance, to formally notify the British Government vide this medium, of our well informed reservations, and apprehension, that Our Client is undergoing persecution in the charge above referred, and deliberate design by the persecutors to frustrate every effort of the Defense team aimed at giving Our Client a fair trial.
We are not under any illusion that the British Government has taken notice of the highlights in the presidential media chat granted by President Muhammed Buhari on the 30th day of December 2015.
Prominent among his worrisome but most prejudicial comments in the said media chat, is his insistence, that Our Client cannot be granted bail by any Court. The President in the referenced media chat, referred to Our client as a flight risk for possessing dual citizenship.
It is the position of our Law, that dual citizenship is a constitutional right of the citizens of Nigeria, clearly provided for under section 28 of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as amended 2011. Dual citizenship is not a crime under our Law.
Our reservations on the President’s comment was underpinned by the findings made in the ruling delivered on the 29th day of February 2016, by Hon. Justice John Tsoho, wherein Our Client and the two other Defendants were denied bail.
The learned Judge, in advancing his reasons for arriving at the decision, and in consistence with the direction conveyed in the aforesaid media chat, specifically referred to Our Client as a flight risk, on grounds of his dual citizenship, and on the basis of which he denied him bail.
It is apposite in the circumstance to remind the British Government, that Judges of the Federal High Court of Nigeria are appointed by the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in line with the provisions of Section 250(2) of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as Amended 2011.
This Section provide thus;
Section 250; APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF JUDGE AND JUDGES OF THE FEDERAL HIGH COURT 250(2)
“The appointment of a person to the office of a Judge of the Federal High Court shall be made by the President on the recommendation of the National Judicial Council.”
We therefore submit, most respectfully Sir, that by virtue of the powers conferred on the President in the above cited Law, the President, Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Muhammed Buhari, has overriding control over the appointment of the Federal High Court Judges.

The learned trial Judge in denying Our Client bail on the 29th day of January, 2016, granted accelerated hearing of the substantive charge.
Accelerated hearing ordered by the learned presiding Judge in the matter connotes total annihilation of all forms of delay in the trial intended to debilitate the tenets of fair hearing.

Also, instructive to mention, that the Court is under duty to allow the Defendants unfettered access to relevant materials and facilities that will aid them in the defense of their case.
This duty is not only sacrosanct and compelling, but is provided for under Chapter (iv) of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as (Amended) 2011, particularly in section 36(6) (b), among the fundamental rights of the citizens.
In the course of our defense, We are usually confronted with situation where we are handed the short end of the stick in the face of deliberate refusal/delay in obliging us copies of the Ruling delivered in open Court.

The 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as Amended (2011), specifically section 36(7), allows a Court or Tribunal, only seven days, in a criminal trial, to keep records of the proceedings, Rulings and Judgment delivered therein, within which, it shall be made available to the Accused person(s) or person applying through him.
It is disheartening, that our successive applications for the certified true copies of Rulings delivered by the Honourable Court, on the 9th February 2016, 19th February 2016, and 7th March 2016, have not receive any attention. Either by deliberate design or omission, the Rulings, above referred, are still being shielded from us as at today.
It is more painful, when it comes to mind that these Rulings are not only fundamental but a necessity to a successful transmission of records of the Court to the Appellate Court.
The Court has always been served with copies of our Notices of Appeal, anytime an application for the certified true copy of the Ruling is submitted, which ordinarily, would have spurred it for expeditious action but the reverse is usually the case.
On the face of this frustration, the defense is confronted with apparent dilemma in offering our client the best legal services he deserved, in the defense of these bogus charges preferred against him.
The Application brought by the Federal Government of Nigeria, requesting the Court to protect the identities of the prosecution witnesses by the aid of facial masks and screens while giving evidence in the course of proceeding, was heard on the 19th day of February 2016.
Upon the hearing of the aforesaid application, and our objection, the Court declined to grant the application, and consequently ordered that the hearing of the matter should be conducted in the open. Members of the public and press were also ordered by the Court to continue to participate in the proceedings.

Surprisingly, on the 7th day of March, 2016, when the trial was scheduled to commence, the Director of Public Prosecutions orally applied that the subsisting order of the Honourable Court, made on the 19th day of February, 2016, be varied.
The Learned D.P.P, insisted that the prosecution witnesses have refused to attend Court to give evidence, unless their identities are shielded from the public.
On the strength of the above application, and despite our vehement opposition to the application, the Honourable Court made a volte-face, and proceeded to grant their request, by varying the very order it made on the 19th day of February, 2016.
Though we have successfully lodged an appeal against this perverse ruling of the Honourable Court, but it is now incumbent on the British Authority to turn their torchlight on the process complained of, against the obvious persecution of its own citizen.
Relevant to mention that the detail accounts provided by our Client in his vicious experience in the hands of the operatives of the State Security Services while in their custody, revealed how the investigating officers boasted to him that the British Government was instrumental to his arrest and dare him to watch out for future development in the matter.
t is therefore, our humble expectation that the demonstration of palpable commitment by the British Government will to a larger extent neutralize the concerns and fears raised by the remark under reference.

It is on the strength of this obvious maneuvering and deliberate design to subvert the course of justice that we most humbly request the British authority to begin a race against time, for more noticeable impact in this matter.

Using a popular Igbo song which says "whatever we do while alive is what we would be remembered for when we die", he urged everyone, including the people who accompanied him to live a good life and be at peace with people so that when they are gone, people would turnout in the same manner they turned out for Orimili Ogidi.

Dear OBJ/GMB,

I want to start by acknowledging the courage both of you summoned on your both media chat when you revealed to this Biafra generation and the world at large respectively saying that Biafra was (Dead and Buried), it took me a whole time to summon courage to write this open letter to both of you, I am made to understand that both of you spearheaded the killing of the Children of (Biafra) in Owerri Biafra land back in 1967-1970,

Before I go further, I would like to bring to your notice that both of you were the offspring of (Oduduwa and Arewa), while the former head of state whom under his command you committed pogrom against the Biafrans in the name of (Yakubu Jack Gowon) was also an offspring of (AREWA). And I am an Offspring of (Biafra). We were Respectively called and recognized by our various languages, known as (Igbo, Yoruba, and Hausa/Fulani), etc.

History stated it clear that the children of (Oduduwa and Arewa) are still very much alive because they were the offspring of (Oduduwa and Arewa), you are homogenous people, the indigenous people of these aforementioned Nations (Oduduwa and Arewa) this is beOcause these children still exist and they both maintained the name, Cultural heritage, tradition/ dynasty of (AREWA and Oduduwa) as you represented. Presently you have (Oduduwa University) there is (MO Oduduwa Radio station), and the there is (AREWA 24) television and (Radio Chanji) in the North. Mr.Obasanjo and Buhari , why is the name (Biafra) causing sleepless night and heart attack to each and every one of you from (AREWA and ODUDUWA Nations) ? Why did Nigeria Government try to close (Radio Biafra)? While Arewa 24, Oduduwa Radio is is up and running? And there is a University names after Oduduwa in Yoruba land? I am sure both of you knew that in the year (1918) precisely 4 years after the amalgamation of the north and south called Nigeria, that the (Ijebu people of Oduduwa Nation) opted out of Nigeria because they claim not to be part of Nigerian, and thousands of them were killed by the British colonial masters ?. also In May, July, August, September and October 1966, Biafran’s were bundled and massacred all over northern Nigeria by the Hausa/ Fulani shouting “Araba- Araba”, meaning secession, My question is this, has any (Biafran) killed and destroyed any property of the (Oduduwa’s or Arewa’s) people in our region or elsewhere in the contraption called Nigeria?

Record says that No Biafran has killed Oduduwa or Arewa people?, you lived peacefully in our hood and bore your children, we offer you love and protection, we buy and trade with your people with peace and harmony,your people go about their ways doing their businesses in our region, but the children of (Oduduwa and Arewa) connived and killed the Children of (Biafra) in hundreds of thousands, in 1945 to be exact, the first catastrophe struck, (Biafran’s) were slaughtered in northern Nigeria by the (Hausa/ Fulani). as a clear expression of their resentment of the amalgamation of 1914. In 1953 the northerners struck again and killed thousands of Biafrans in the north,

Once more Biafran’s were the victims. Nigeria census of 1956 was rigged in favor of the northerners by their British friends who inflated the population figures of the North to the detriment of the South. The pre-independent federal elections were similarly rigged by the departing of British colonial administrators to benefit the North against the South. It was not, therefore, surprising that a few years after independence, Nigeria descended into anarchy chaos, this time again (Biafran’s) were the target, they were chased away from all over Nigeria, as hundreds and thousands of them were murdered in northern Nigeria.

They bruised and battered (Biafran’s) who returned to the safety of their homeland to nurse their wounds, abandoned by the federal government of their country to which they were supposed to belong. A national conference was held in Aburi Ghana under the chairmanship of (General Ankrah), the Ghanaian head of state. Far reaching agreements aimed at keeping Nigeria together, they concluded between (General Yakubu Gowon) presenting Nigeria and (General Chukwuemeka Odimegwu Ojukwu) representing the people of (Biafra), but in the most arrogant display of power, Nigeria unilaterally annulled those agreements. The (Biafran’s) had no other choice but to declare their independence on May 30th, 1967.

Instead of allowing Biafran’s to nurse their wounds in the peace of their homeland, Nigeria propelled by sheer hatred and arrogance of power, declared a war of aggression against the belligerent Biafran’s. Nigeria wanted the land of Biafra without the people of Biafra and conducted a 3-years genocide war to achieve that purpose. At the end of it all, about 5.2 million different men, women and children were killed in their homeland. Between 1967/70 over 5.2 million of them were massacred because they wanted their sovereignty.

Mr.Obasanjo/Buhari, For the fact that both of you had the effrontery to say that Biafra is Dead and buried is the height of your stupidity, ignorant and cowardice, how can you say a Nation of over 70 million people are dead and buried, I still wonder how many of you that still live with that phantom believe of Biafra being dead and buried, and we have once again asked for the killers of Biafra, if your statement was truth? We the children of Biafra of this Generation led by (Mazi Nnamdi Kanu) would like to know the crime (Biafra) our Motherland committed before the sons and daughters of (Oduduwa and Arewa's) descended on us and killed her children, We want to know where you buried Biafra if she was dead?. Could it be that you tried to kill her (Biafrans) due to her enormous wealth and God's given natural mineral resources and talent?

Could it be that without her and her children, the (Oduduwa's and Arewa's) wouldn't have survived? If you look closely at the pictures of the children of Biafra agitating for their freedom worldwide currently, it will show that in your demented brain and deluded mindset of your old fascinated /thought of (Biafra is dead) could be seen as a result of your acute hatred and fearful syndrome of the Biafrans Emergence as a nation of her own?

From the look of things, presently, don't you think that we the Children of (Biafra ) have found the graveyard of (Biafra) and have successfully exhumed her Body, gave her a befitting burial ,Atoned for our sins and moved on to settled with God (Chukwu Okike Abiama) since 2014 at Enugu Our Capital city when we had our first ever (Biafran) Heroes day which (Biafrans) participated on it worldwide, it was marked as the resurrection of the Nation of (Biafra) as we generally mark her birthday on every (May 30th) which we tagged as our heroes day.

And the bones of the (Biafrans) you Killed and dreamt of being dead and buried is now back to live; this is why you and your cohort the Hausa/Fulani killers squad are afraid of the Ghost of (Biafra), which is already chasing after each and every one of you around, and at the mention of the name (Biafra) every ODUDUWA/HAUSA/FULANI is Afraid... There is nothing like South/South or South/East we are Biafrans, and so it shall be.

May I tell you that we cannot forget the killers of 5.2 million of our parents and children between 1967/1970?.

At some point Nnamdi Kanu will jump off the bus ,plead insanity , and walk away. “There was a blood moon in 1967, astronomers say there will be a blood moon this year, if we don’t get Biafra everybody will perish”. His insanity defense is clearly made out. But what should sane Igbos who are passionate about Biafra or sick of Nigeria rather do?

They should not succumb to the seductions of the tales of the seeming peripatetic luxury bus medicine dealer, so they should not embrace Nnamdi Kanu , his Radio Biafra and their desperate and devious schemes. They cannot afford lunacy. Lucidity must be deployed to defuse the confused euphoria of some of our youths. Perhaps the nobility in ignoring the charlatans and waiting out their folly has lapsed. The fire that has been lit is spreading on the fuel of mischief, political disgruntlement, perceived marginalization, joblessness and hopelessness. And men of goodwill must speak up and douse the inferno with the water of reason.

And the government must think jobs and devolution of powers. Some Igbo professionals in diaspora for reasons that are more fantastical than pragmatic find Kanu and his Radio Biafra fascinating. They are at a protective remove and thus have a luxury the Igbo trader in Alaba or Zungeru does not have. They can fantasize from afar about secession because for them, from their safe distance, Biafra is also excitement. Any calamitous consequences of that divorce will not trouble directly their everyday lives. They may promise participation but even that will retain the optionality which will elude the Igbo woman in Kano. But like the Abakiliki chief who called me to discuss the first part of this article asked – what should those who are genuinely interested and passionate about realizing Biafra do under the present circumstance? They can subject their obsession to the redemptive therapy of sober clear- eyed rational analysis which would inform circumspection. Yes, but passion is often , unfortunately, refractory to such cold rationality . Should they hold onto it, explore it, in exercise of their right to self determination? Whether buoyed by passion or reason, they would need to overcome some immediate questions. Because millions of lives are involved, morality will leave no room for sentimentality and indulgence of whims and superstitions. Is secession the answer to the plight of Igbos? Is it the minimum needed to cure the mischiefs that agonize them? South Sudan is a cautionary tale. My answer to that question will be the conclusion of this article. They must answer other subsidiary questions. Why are secessions, generally, not common despite the ubiquity of sectarian political strife and social injustices? Why are the Hutus and Tutsis still of one country? It is because secession is a problematic slippery slope.

It is because, though an expression of freedom, it negates and circumvents democracy. The idea that a dissatisfied minority in any political equation can ride on a certain right to self determination and pull out and become a country is a recipe for unmitigated disaster. Nuclear families will become nations and we’ll be back to the pre political era. These moral burdens do not foreclose secession but make the conditions that could morally warrant unilateral secession more stringent. What are the boundaries of this new Biafra? All kinds of maps have been bandied but nothing suggests that any ethnic minority is comfortable with any scenario that makes it a minority where Igbos will be overwhelmingly dominant. Haven’t lessons of history been learnt? Eziokwubundu. Because the welcome given Biafran flags in PortHarcout some days ago is a Greek gift. It smacks of shameless opportunism in the face of the prospects of a repeat governorship elections there. No one should be carried away.

Personalities from Ikwerre land and other groups who had torn their dresses in the past to prove their distinctness are now vocal about their Igbo identities. Change of hearts, any such repentance, must begin with some restitution . So wouldn’these gimmicks be tested for altruism by asking the Rivers government questions about ‘abandoned property’? They know the stolen assets. So, verify victims , assess the properties and commensurately compensate them with fresh land allocations in Port Harcourt. When pretentions are shed, states outside the southeast will resist inclusion in Biafra. These proponents of Biafra are particularly expansive. They want the Niger Delta, accusations of naked greed and covetousness notwithstanding. Assuming they limit themselves to the Southeast only , they must consider if they have the moral legitimacy to railroad other Igbos into a secession. It is not enough to dismiss dissenters as efulefus or slaves, their dissent must be countered by superior arguments and they must have the support of a convincing majority of Igbos.

They will have to show that secession is either an immediate necessity or that it has such an appeal that it makes the status quo , the ‘zoo’, utterly detestable. Pathetic propaganda aimed at seeding fear in clear disregard for facts is immoraland unhelpful. Lies wont sell. Unlike 1967, Igbos do not currently face any serious threat of immediate selective violence supported by acts of commission or omission of the national government. There is no lopsided distribution of social evils in Nigeria such that the southeast and Igbos are especially imperiled. Boko Haram has damaged Igbo lives and livelihoods but it has left the north east utterly desolate. The continued existence of Igbos and Igbo culture is not in any present or foreseeable danger. Igbos despite structured, systemic , disadvantages have flourished, on the aggregate, more than other groups. If the appeal or promise of Biafra rather than its necessity is the argument, then that appeal must be demonstrated. It is possible that a land locked Biafra, without the Niger Delta and its oil, may yet do much better than an unwieldy and fractious Nigeria economically. But nothing factual supports the proposition that such a Biafra will do better politically. A theoretical argument founded on appeal would only have force if it articulates the social position of Igbos today , enunciates the impacts of secession before prognosticating about a landlocked Biafra. Even then a practical demonstration of the appeal must be provided even if in just one local government area.

Prophesies and superstitions won’t do. Igbos are willing and able to compete fairly, they seek only a stable platform where equity and fairness reign. Igbos feel marginalized by successive federal governments. But any feelings of such deprivations must be tempered by the universality of poverty and under development in Nigeria. Igbos, in their own states, haven’t distinguished themselves politically either. Embezzlement of public funds and general misgovernment have done damage to states and local councils in the south east run by Igbos as it has done at the federal level where Igbos insist they have been left out. But they haven’t quite been totally left out in the looting of the federal treasury. But passion, the sort furnished by obsession, wouldn’t let the agitators for secession appreciate the enormous inherent draw backs of secession.

That secession may beget further uncontrolled secessions and ultimately political instability. Because inter and intra ethnic feuds and squabbles and rights of smaller groups to self determination will not die with the birth of Biafra. That since Aguleri and Umuleri nearly exterminated themselves, unprompted by the Hausa Fulani, Igbo cohesion needs effort and is not guaranteed even by Biafra. That the Osu’s plight is not linked to Hausa Fulani hegemony but to the bigotry of Dialas and Biafra doesn’t guarantee equality. Assuming the appeal of a Biafran paradise is so overwhelming that the proponents of secession consider the effects of secession on the lives and properties and livelihoods of Igbos in far flung parts of Nigeria as dispensable, assuming they make a consequential argument that many more would be happier in Biafra, the instigators of secession must meet further moral requirements.

The great philosopher Immaneul Kant would insist that humans be not used merely as a means to an end. And to that extent the consent of Igbos must constitute a factor in the moral legitimacy of any secessionist engagement. The 1967 Biafra sought and obtained Igbo consent even though it could have dispensed with it in the face of the massacres. To stay somewhere in diaspora and claim the existence and leadership of a certain independent peoples of Biafra and begin to solicit for arms to fight the Hausa Fulanis is delusion. Jeopardizing the peace the Igbo trader in Potiskum needs to fend for his family is callous nonsense at the best and perhaps mindless cruelty. The lives of these Igbos begin and end in their small shops which are neither insured nor indemnified against fickle mobs. True freedom fighters bother about the intrinsic rightness of their actions Ojukwu would have advised them to join APGA.

And Ojukwu was not stupid. Create a party or join one. Make Biafra a significant zonal autonomy, in the first instance , a priority and test its popularity within the southeast. If your party wins then you can claim popular consent. But to assume consent without a test beyond mobs running through Port Harcourt’s streets is not only presumptuous , it is also contemptuous of the dignity of the Igbos. It presupposes a herd mentality for a people renowned for independent mindedness. Ojukwu didn’t promote APGA because of cowardice. If those who seek Biafra can win democratic control of Southeast states and demonstrate through innovative people oriented governance the distinction that Biafra represents then their Biafra agitation will acquire ‘purposive legitimacy’- moral legitimacy acquired by being true to purpose. And all of these must precede a formal referendum because consent secured by mere propaganda is not informed consent. And I guess Ojukwu opted for APGA to further this objective. But they wont contest elections yet they claim popularity Self determination needs informed consent of the Igbo.Will they,who preach Eldorado , allow Igbos to have a glimpse or perhaps a taste of their political ‘Nkwobi’ or ‘Nmanyankwu’ before a bargain is forced on them? Other groups are largely sequestered in their homelands but not Igbos. Igbos are too deeply entrenched in the Nigerian matrix that they can only be teased out, not forcefully separated from Nigeria. This new agitation cannot, by any stretch of imagination, be in the interest of Igbos who own over 50% of commerce in Lagos and 70% of real estate in Abuja. – “There is a serious plan to kill Mr. Kanu by his persecutors,”

IPOB members said Nnamdi Kanu, who has been in detention since 2015, will no longer consume any food, including that provided by his family members, to avoid being poisoned by the Department of State Security (DSS).

The announcement was contained in a statement released by the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and signed by its spokesmen Emma Mmezu and Dr Clifford Iroanya.

It reads in part:

“There is a serious plan to kill Mr Kanu by his persecutors who are confused on what to do about the charges they preferred against him, just as they said they will resume their protests.

We have advised our leader to reject every food, including those brought by close family members because the DSS that always scrutinize his food before allowing it in as might poison the food.

He will also not mix with other prisoners because we are aware that Interior Ministry officials working through the Prison Service have planted their agents pretending to be prisoners, in order to spy and report on him to DSS.

We have eyes everywhere so we get regular reports on his health status. Nigeria knows the consequences should anything happen to our leader because in every family in Biafra lands are hardcore IPOB.

Many people are willing to die for him so Buhari led All Progressives Congress Federal Government should tread carefully with the life of Mr Kanu because hell will be let loose if anything happens to him, Nigeria will never be the same should anything untoward happens to Kanu.

The bail refusal is not a problem for us because IPOB wants the trial to go ahead, so we can expose and disgrace a corrupt judicial system hamstrung by the whims of a dictator in the the present government of Nigeria.”

Earlier, the pro-Biafra group alleged that the DSS plans to kill their leader through an arranged car accident , calling on Amnesty International and other relevant human rights organisations to look into the matter and take appropriate measures.

Yesterday, Mr Kanu, who is a citizen of the United Kingdom, has sent a letter to the British government to intervene in his case and push for his release.

Kanu was first arraigned on November 23, 2015 by an Abuja magistrates court on charges of “criminal conspiracy, intimidation and membership of an illegal organisation.”

OF GOD: Which Way Forward?

Today as God may have it, I will like to dwell on the Nigerian Pastors-which way forward. By looking into the operation of Nigerian Pastors, one may like to ask, “Why the writer started with the topic: Nigerian Pastors which way forward? As the saying goes, “God called His chosen people for His Divine work. He called those He wishes to pasture his children. The point is: Are you called by God or you are called to fill only your belly?

The Bible says in Acts of Apostles 6:2-4 “So the Twelve gathered all the disciples together and said; “It would not be right for us to neglect the ministry of the word of God in order to serve tables. Brothers and sisters, choose seven men from among you who are known to be full of the Spirit and wisdom. We will turn this responsibility over to them and will give our attention to prayer and the ministry of the word.” In respect of this biblical quotation: Today, majority of the so called men of God, in the Zoo called Nigeria has neglected the things of God, our Chukwu Okike Ahbiama in order to serve table.

What do I mean by serving table? Most men of God in Nigeria have abandoned the things of God, because of the worldly materialism. In what would rightly be termed, natural gravitation towards the gifts they have collected from the Nigerian Politicians, these so-called men of God has refused to call a spade a spade towards the evil behaviours of the Nigerian Politicians, but I am here to tell every Nigerian men of God that truth is like sunshine and nothing can hold the sun from shining. Are you called to exercise the truth in the word of God, or to cover the truth in the face of lies?

By being adamantly mute to what is happening to IPOB members in Biafran land, while they are protesting for the release of their Leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu-the Director of Radio Biafra, makes no sense to you as men of God. In the time of Elijah the prophet, truths were layed bare for the world to see, without regards to who might be indicted. It is beyond duty and responsibility that you men of God should lift your voices high and shout till the slack of your vocal cord, against the tyranny and diabolical dispositions of the Nigerian politicians.

In other words, why God called you up from various families are to protect and guide His people, not to seek divers’ ways to enrich yourselves; you are called to not serve, but to salvage humanity. So, therefore, upon the atrocities going on in Nigeria and committed by its politicians, none of you has ever condemned it. It was only Rev. Father Ebube Mmuonso from Anambra State who stood his ground to condemn it wholeheartedly, while you are romancing with the devil. A Yoruba man, a governor of Ekiti State in the humble person of Ayodele Fayose has become pro-Biafra mouth speakers, while all the men of God and the peoples that matters in Biafra Land rejected pro-Biafrans because they are only fighting for their own selfish purposes.

Is it not a shameful thing that you are sleeping as men of God, while a Yoruba man is fighting the cause which you are suppose to be fighting? Yes by looking at it, you made your people the sacrificial lambs for Gen. Buhari to be killing them in your own States which you are the chief security officers, why because there is no leadership qualities inculcated in you. One thing is at stake, all the blood of the innocent civilians killed by Nigerian armed forces will be upon you. And you must pay with your own blood when the time comes.

What could be your responsibilities towards the welfare of the people of God-the Biafrans, who the Nigerian security agents are maiming every day, just because they are protesting, demanding for the release of Nnamdi Kanu-the Director of Radio Biafra, who was incarcerated since October 14, 2015. What could be his crime that even the Magistrate Court and High Court granted him bail unconditionally, yet Gen. Mohammadu Buhari-the chief sponsor of Boko Haram still held him captive up untill now.

Are you really working and pasturing for God’s sake? Are you walking with the wisdom and understanding of God, or according to your own wisdom and understanding? When you keep silent over the killings of your fellow people, mostly IPOB peaceful protesters by the Nigerian Government security agents, it only means that you are not rightly exhibiting your work, according to what Yahweh ask you to do in his ministry.

In time immemorial, Yahweh Elohim asked Cain when Cain told Abel his brother, let’s go to the field and when they were in the field, that Cain came against Abel his brother and killed him. Yahweh who sees in secret saw what Cain has done, He asked Cain, “Where is Abel your brother? And Cain said to Yahweh, “I do not know. Am I my brother’s keeper - (Genesis Chapter 4:8- 9).’’ In this particular case of Abel and his brother Cain related to the attitude of men of God these days towards the people of God, as it appeared to the killings of IPOB member in Nigeria. One day, God will surely call upon you to render account of the sheep handed down in your care. The answer given by Cain the murderer should not be the same as yours, when God call upon you to give an account of your stewardship.

Are you ready to change to do exactly the purpose for which God called upon you, in order to protect your sheep or flocks? You must be the defender of the defenseless, not protecting the interest of evil devices of the Nigerian Government or people who offers you money and other gifts. In the actions of not heeding the voice of the poor, needy, widows, orphans and other less privileged ones in our society makes you a fool in the sight of God. Do you know that an application of your own wisdom and understanding makes you a fool in the sight of Yahweh our Chukwu Okike Ahbiama?

I implore you men of God to rise up in high voice and shout till the slack of your vocal cord in an unequivocal condemnation of the unlawful activities of Gen. Muhammadu Buhari and his evil cohorts, killing IPOB members and incarceration of people that oppose his ludicrous Government in Nigeria.

Heroes and Heroines of faith in the Bible emphasized their genuine activities on God’s awesome work; defending the rights of the downtrodden, the needy, orphans, and the less privileged ones in their time. All heroes and heroines of faith acted according to what God called them for.

Since we are co-imitators of Yahoshua, the son of Yahweh, our Chukwu Okike Ahbiama; we must learn from Him as He states in Isaiah 61:1-3 and I quote:“The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me, because the LORD has anointed me to bring good news to the afflicted; he has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted; to proclaim liberty to captives and freedom to prisoners; To proclaim the favorable year of Yahweh and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all who mourn; to grant those who mourn in Zion, giving them a garland instead of ashes; the oil of gladness instead of mourning; the mantle of praise instead of a faint spirit. So they will be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of Yahweh, that He may be glorified.”

My question is: How many people in your church have you put smiles on their faces, talkless of outside your church? Every Christian must be an imitator of Yahshua the messiah. How many people have you liberated from captivity? How many of them have you visited in prison and advocate for their freedom? How many that mourns have you comforted? Let all these be a torn in your flesh and may they stand as witnesses against you on judgement day should your actions and responses be on the negative!

BUHARI IS PERSECUTING NNAMDI KANU, WITH DECREE NO.2 USING JOHN TSOHO AS A WILLING TOOL

A saying goes that “once a soldier always a solder” Muhammadu Buhari was once a dictator and remains a dictator, expecting him to be civil means having a false hope. You cannot give what you do not have. A military blood and water runs in his blood, his mindset is military structured, he has little or no knowledge about democracy, and his hatred for democracy is not questionable. The world needs to understand that Muhammadu Buhari has nothing to offer in a democratic system of government, he cannot do better than he is doing now, he will rather do worse.
If you keenly follow the case between the Federal government of Nigeria and Nnamdi Kanu the leader of the indigenous people of Biafra, director of radio Biafra and Biafra TV, you will know that Muhammadu Buhari is doing what he knows how to do best; using military decree number 2 of 1984, in an era of democracy.
According to Decree Number 2 of 1984, the state security and the chief of staff were given the power to detain, without charges, individuals deemed to be a security risk to the state for up to three months. Strikes and popular demonstrations were banned and Nigeria’s security agency, then National Security Organization (NSO) was entrusted with unprecedented powers. The NSO played a wide role in the cracking down of public dissent by intimidating, harassing and jailing individuals who broke the decree imposed rules on strikes and demonstration.

The Muhammadu Buhari’s 1984 regime also jailed its critics, as in the case of Nigeria’s most popular artist and one time presidential candidate, afro-beat singer Fela Kuti. He was arrested on 4 September 1984 at the airport as he was about to embark on an American tour. Amnesty International described the charges brought against him for illegally exporting foreign currency as “spurious.” Using the wide powers bestowed upon it by Decree Number 2, the government sentenced Fela Kuti to five years in prison. Fela Kuti would have been murdered in prison if not that Buhari’s government was overthrown.

This is exactly what Muhammadu Buhari is doing to Nnamdi Kanu because truth is a crime for him, and he is using Justice John Tsoho to perfect it, that is where the issue is. Justice John Tsoho as an upholder of the right of the common man should know better than Muhammadu Buhari who is coming from a military perspective. Military law cannot work in a democratic system of government and if the judiciary allows things to continue the way it is going, soonest democracy will be finally buried in Nigeria.

Justice John Tsoho must know that upon this case between Nigerian government and Nnamdi Kanu lays the life and death of the entity ‘Nigeria’. The indigenous people of Biafra all over the world and friends of Biafra are running out of patience to get justice. The international communities are waiting to see justice done in this case involving Nnamdi Kanu, and their observers are at high alert. I will conclude this piece with urging Justice John Tsoho to do the needful; free Nnamdi Kanu like Justice Ademola Adeniyi has previously done or Hands off the case like Justice Ahmed Mohammed, and save your career.

That Kemi Omololu-Olunloyo, one of the daughters of former Oyo State governor Dr. Victor Omololu-Olunloyo, has been taking on her father and stepmother lately on Twitter isn’t news. Yesterday, the 51-year-old blogger held her 79-year-old father hostage for 30 minutes over an allegation that he wanted to evict her, her sibling, and their mother.

On Wednesday, 11th March 2015, Kemi Omololu-Olunloyo took to Twitter with various allegations about her father’s juniour wife Ronke saying, “He lives with his junior wife Ronke in Felele. She has abandoned him there, left for Lagos and allegedly emptied his acct. Ronke his junior wife took my dad to Ibefun and idanre, the home of ritualists and advanced him in the occult world.” City People contacted Mrs. Ronke Omololu-Olunloyo (who has 2 children for the elder statesman) via telephone this morning and she had a few things to say about the allegations.

In Ronke Omololu-Olunloyo’s words, “Kemi wants her father to pick up all her bills despite knowing he is ill. The reason why her father is angry with her is because she connived with her mother and they used some drugs on him, almost killed him and they stole his money he was meant to take abroad for his medical treatment. That’s the cause of this problem. It’s publicly known in Ibadan that their father had left them.

If they had given him a 4th dose of the drug, her father would have been dead today. So the father refused to pick up the bill of the 51-year-old woman who has 3 children from 3 different men. All the other things, I don’t know about.

“You can go through some of her previous posts on her Facebook page and compare with the current one. There was a particular one she wrote on 27th September 2014 where she praised me to high heavens. She once wrote that her mother is involved in rituals which she saw with her own eyes.

I am going to take her to court because I have no business with her. I just recently found her a job to occupy her so that she can make money and stop living off her father. She couldn’t live with her sister, they put them in an 8-bedroom house, they couldn’t live together there.

“Out of pity for her, she moved to her father’s house and yet she can’t live there. So what do we do? She couldn’t live in America or Canada, she was deported. Now because her father will not give her money, her father is the one involved rituals. She is now in connivance with her mother to discredit their father.That’s their story. I have always tried to help her. I have no business with her life. I am living my own life quietly in my house.”

On Kemi’s allegation that Ronke Omololu-Olunloyo reportedly abandoned her father, she added that, “I am in Ibadan as I speak to you. My husband is right here with me. You can talk to him now if you want to.

I never abandoned my husband. I went to Lagos for 3 days, on my husband’s permission, because I have property there. I have been back in Ibadan since then.
