The external intelligence division of IPOB the M-Branch have uncovered plans by Aso Rock cabal to hastily fabricate a replica of the basement of the hotel in Havana Cuba where Jubril Al-Sudani recorded a poorly scripted video that aired on NTA last night. A broadcast they touted as coming live from Aso Rock was in actual fact recorded in the basement of a hotel in Havana Cuba as I earlier warned the world they would.

Workmen were observed entering the Villa early this morning to commence work on replicating the basement conference room of the Cuban hotel from where a poorly edited video, both audio and visual, was shot of a man reading a written statement. They hope to air a video of this hastily built previously non existent conference room on or before my broadcast on Wednesday April 1, 2020.

During their now usual Femi Adesina photoshop session that precede every grand lie by Aso Rock, they foolishly forgot to give different colouration to the clothing of the fake journalist and cameraman they clumsily inserted in the photo. Carefully observe the photo below. NTA journalists are now on some kind of brown Coronavirus uniform or is this a new Aso Rock live presidential address Ashebi?

This is how pathetic governance in Nigeria the great British Zoo in Africa has been reduced to. Lies upon lies, deception upon deception. Now it has been firmly established that Jubril’s broadcast was not live but recorded, not from any known location within Aso Rock but from a location far from it, how long will Nigerians endure these humiliating lies and international disgrace? Is there any sensible being out there still in doubt that the man millions of Nigerians have been deceived into calling Buhari is indeed a 45 year old Sudanese actor recruited and paid by ABBA KYARI to act like the dead Buhari.

Nigeria is not a country but a den of thieves, deceivers, the gullible and reprobates. Let them keep recording fake videos and editing pictures, we are here waiting to dissect and expose them.

As we continue to pray for the quick recovery of all those terribly afflicted by this global pestillence, let us also ask God to protect those who were either forcibly infected with Coronavirus like Yemi Osinbajo or missing due to what they know about Fulani grand deception with Jubril Al-Sudani, like poor Femi Adesina who has not been seen around Aso Rock for some days now.

We must also remember the unfortunate Nigerians who are about to be used as laboratory animals and experimented upon by Chinese scientists this rogue Fulani regime brought into Nigeria a few days ago. Those who are in doubt as to the true purpose of bringing the Chinese to the Zoo should listen to my last broadcast. Democracy (Lootocracy) by photoshop continue unabated inside the diseased crumbling Aso Rock.

Surprise! surprise!! after I expressed my genuine concern yesterday morning regarding the welfare of missing Femi Adesina, remnants of the evil regime hastily put together a few photoshopped pictures in response to prove Femi Adesina is still alive and Jubril in Aso Rock not Cuba.

Unfortunately for whoever is now operating Femi Adesina's Facebook account, the usual unavoidable mistakes were there in the editing of the pictures they published. Eagle eyed IPOB analysts have already spotted them.

When these pictures were published yesterday afternoon, our analysts and forensic psychologists have been going through the photos and late last night they authoritatively informed me the pictures posted on Femi Adesina's Facebook page were fake. They also determined that it was most unlikely that it was Femi Adesina that published them.

They quickly outlined why the pictures were fake:

1. In the first picture, the mask wearing actor pretending to be Buhari appears to be welcoming somebody else not Gov. Zulum of Borno State. Observe that TV on the book shelf to the right of the picture is off.

2. When Governor Zulum emerged in the second picture he was looking at the floor as the actor with Buhari mask was looking at something else but definitely not at the governor which he should. Their line of sight on each other is skewed, which is a classic sign of bad photo editing. Again notice the TV is off.

3. As they now stand to pose for photo call, the fully protected governor is standing beside an unprotected 'Buhari' in the same lounge.

4. Inside the conference room where they were meant to be holding what we assume is an important meeting as the picture indicates, the TV is now on. Another case of bad photoshop. Also notice how the actor pretending to be Buhari is looking and smirking at something straight in front of him when Prof. Zulum in full protective gear is going through some official documents.

You will notice in these hastily photoshopped pictures that they never said what Gov. Zulum was in Aso Rock for unlike in previous Femi Adesina posts. This is concrete proof it wasn't Femi Adesina that posted the photos. Any official visit to Aso Rock even ordinary courtesy call, is noted officially but here there is nothing.

Again fearing exposure and ridicule, they only posted 3 photos of a visit they considered so important to publicise but instead posted more one on Adesina's blogging site which again is unusual.

5. The last picture is an old photo taken in the main presidential office in Aso Rock that had no bearing whatsoever with the narrative of the rest of the pictures. Governor Zulum was not received in the main office with green chair and coat of arms but they had to add this picture to give the forgery an air of authenticity.      

Now ask yourself this question, why couldn't they video the meeting or at least the greeting phase of the meeting as the late Buhari always did. Is the video function on the same camera used to take these picture also on lockdown? They keep lying, we keep exposing them.

Biafra Is A State Of Being

We have to do as the Catalonians do in Spain.

When they realized that the Castelianos (Madrid) will never voluntarily or easily give them Independencia, the Catalonians (Barcelona) decided to turn inwards and develop their region Technologically, Economically and Infrastructurally - and now they are the economic powerhouse of Spain.

The same thing is with Bayern in Germany. When Germany was declaring itself as a nation, Bayern (Bavaria) had the choice to stay out and be a country on its own (like Austria did) . Instead it opted to stay within a greater Germany and become it's best part. Today Bavaria is the most technologically and economically powerful region in Germany - and it has the whole of Germany now as its primary and biggest market.

The same thing is with California in the USA.

It's not only the biggest economy WITHIN the US, it's also the 6th largest economy in the World!

However, this is only because it is within the US and can leverage on all the synergies that come with that, that it can be so powerful.

If it were suddenly to try to break away overnight to stand alone, as a competitor against the rest of the US, things would not be so easy.

Nigeria does not fear IPOB as it is. *In fact, they WANT IPOB to challenge them, so they can militarily wage war on the Igbos.*

IPOB at present is not the Biafra that Nigeria fears.

They fear the Biafra that becomes like Catalonia, like Bavaria, like California.

That's the Biafra they fear.

*So they NEED this militant IPOB to give them an excuse to come and reduce Ala-Igbo to a wasteland again and turn back the hands of our clock once more to Zero, like they did in the last Civil War.*

*Even if we don't want and don't start any hostilities, they will use the slightest excuse or provocation or accident to send in their troops. Britain will support them and in the end USA will establish a military base in Igbo Land, to keep the peace. And that is how we will become occupied territory.*

*We have to be smart, and shift the battle to the field where we can win.*

What I am saying is this: *yes we will continue to ask for Referendum, like Catalonia does in Spain, like Scotland does in Great Britain.*

*But it is not Referendum that will give us the Biafra we need. And of course It is not guns that will give us Biafra, that we know.*

*As Igbos, we have to conquer our chronic INDIVIDUALISM - and we have to pool our wealth, intelligence and efforts together to turn Ala-Igbo into a First World region, right here and now. But this is the most difficult thing for us because we are individualists! It is easier to protest.*

The second point is: Our Governors. As much as we don't like them, we have to work on them and with them.

*If IPOB mobilises the people against the Governors, the same way it is mobilising them against the Federal Govt, you will see how fast things will change.*

What will the governors do? Start shooting their own people? If any governor does that, where will that governor run to hide from the people's revenge? They have nowhere to hide. Your State is your home - so they MUST listen to the people. *If the people are united, (and IPOB can unite the people because IPOB is very powerful), they MUST start DEMANDING ACCOUNTABILITY from EVERY elected official in the South East.*

Demand that they invest in INFRASTRUCTURES. Roads and transportation. Potable water. Drainage systems. Housing. Health. Education. Tax breaks for small businesses. Regional economic integration. *Constitute expert groups accross every field from within and the diaspora to develop and advice on the framework for regional development.*

*Instead of going to Abuja, the Governors should come together, put money together from their budget and start building a second Niger Bridge. Start dredging the River Niger at Onitsha. Start developing the dry port at Abia. Start NOW and make it mandatory that EVERY South East governor prioritize regional integration. Taxes and tarrifs for business MUST come down to encourage investors.*

*Computer Village in Lagos is full of Igbos.

*The governors and leadership should put their moneys together and build TECHNOLOGY TOWN in Aba. Follow up on Geometrics power project in Aba by Prof Barth Nnaji, with a view to completely electrifying Ala-Igbo.*

*Put their money together and elevate Enugu Airport to a level HIGHER than Lagos or Abuja airport.*

Things like that. *Developing the Owerri Airport to a full international cargo airport and take advantage of the central location of Owerri in the South East.* Quality educational institutions are lacking in the East even though we constantly produce the highest number of applicants to universities. *Let us build more by collaboration with our foreign diaspora. They're the best in many parts of the world. Lets harness this advantage.*

*We need a world class Stock Exchange in Ala-Igbo. We can achieve that without the Federal government, because we own trading. Encourage our diaspora to work with government to establish and run QUALITY WORLD CLASS HEALTH CARE institutions in Ala-Igbo.*

*IPOB has already come up with a blueprint for an Igbo-wide democratic customary government, the people's government, very republican in nature, and this is good. THIS IS POWER.* Ironically, it might even be according to the Nigerian constitution. *If peacefully achieved, this can be the leverage with which to control the elected executive and legislative levels, if Nigeria stays together. And if Nigeria falls apart, then automatically we already have a framework state in operation.*

However, IPOB must win Igbo people over by championing their welfare with their own governors and officials. Threaten them with no re-election and criminal prosecution if they fail to serve their people. They must also encourage the training, standardization, integration and sharing of information by the different state security groups to stamp out crimes like robbery, kidnapping, human trafficking, etc. We are Igbo. We are in the communities and we know those who are into crime. People MUST start explaining their sources of wealth. *IPOB can utilize its huge following to ensure crime is wiped out and good governance is entrenched in the South East and South-South.* Then *IPOB* and possibly Nnamdi Kanu, would ever be remembered kindly by history.

*If we are doing things like all these, Arewa will not need to issue quit notice - NDIGBO will come back in droves to build up Ala-Igbo.*

*Is it beyond the Igbo to venture into modern and very lucrative cattle rearing and be the leaders in all of Africa? Are we not known to come late into any venture and excel beyond those in it for centuries? *** *The governors in Ala-Igbo should AS A MATTER OF URGENCY introduce RANCHING across Ala-Igbo for prospective and enterprising *IGBO CATTLE FARMERS, after which they will enact, implement and execute ANTI OPEN-GRAZING LAWS in their States, then call on all indigenes and States security groups to participate in monitoring its implementation.*

*This will empower all Igbos and we will rid ourselves of these Fulani Herdsmen in no time.*

If Nigeria stays together, Ala-Igbo can become the most advanced region of Nigeria if we START NOW.

If Nigeria breaks up, we have to be ready to survive on our own. *And at this moment, we are not yet ready. This is where we need to put our eyes into. Because the ball is already rolling.*

*What we want is for people to come and start investing in Ala-Igbo, from all over the world. They will do this massively if they see the political will and infrastructures being laid down in Ala-Igbo.*

_If that happens, everybody will protect Igbo land._ *Biafra will grow from within.* Let Nnamdi Kanu, all Igbo leaders and thinkers read this and run with it.

Nigeria's lady of songs, activist journalist, Onyeka Onwenu has said the Igbo people will make no apologies for going to war with Nigeria, as according to her, the Biafra was a war brought on them and they had to fight in self defence.

Onwenu who spoke on Monday in Lagos at the 'Never Again Conference' organised by Nzuko Umunna, an Igbo sociocultural group, to mark 50 years since the end of the Biafra war in 1970, also recalled how her widowed mother's property was seized in Port Harcourt, Rivers State after the war.

She said the Biafra is a very sensitive and painful matter that ought to be addressed.

"This is a subject matter that is very close to our hearts," she said. "It's very personal to very many of us, very sensitive matter; very painful matter indeed. And yes, some of us have lived with some bitterness. And we make no apologies about that. We were a people in war, led into war, not by our own wishes or design, but in self defence. No apologies Nigeria, no apologies to the world.

"But here we are. I was born and raised in Port Harcourt. My father, Dike Onwenu was the first Arondizuogu man in the federal house, and he was representing Port Harcourt constituency. He was the principal of Enitonna High School. He was a brilliant man. But he died too early. I'm from Abia State since I'm an Aro daughter. I'm from Imo State, Arondizuogu and I'm also from Anambra where my mother comes from. I can go there and live and nobody can stop me.

"I'm also from Lagos State. I married a Yoruba man. I have two Yoruba children."

Onwenu said she fought the Biafra war and recalled many children and aged people dying in her care. She regretted that the war has not yet ended, and warned those still fighting the Igbo to be careful.

"I fought the war as a young girl between 14 and 17 years, and I lost many relatives. I carried babies who died in my arms. I treated old people who took days to die. People were dying of hunger, even our soldiers were dying out of hunger. But thank God we survived.

"When my father died at 40, he was a politician and also a principal. But he didn't have much money. In those days, you had to keep your day job, even if you were a member of the House of Representatives. Yes, my mother, an Anambra woman, was a trader. She was richer than my dad, so my dad would borrow money from her to buy land and he never paid back. You know how it is with husband and wife.

"At the end of the war, I couldn't go back to Port Harcourt. My home was abandoned property. Those of you who come from Port Harcourt know the story. The home that a widow, my father had only laid the foundation when he died in an accident; the building that a widow built was seized as an abandoned property.

"And living just adjacent to us on Hospital Road were the Ikokus. In fact, I thought we were related because every family in Port Harcourt was together. You didn't care were anyone came from or who they were, whether you were from Port Harcourt or not. Every parent had the right to reprimand a child he/she saw misbehaving. Port Harcourt was a beautiful town, but we couldn't get back to it.

"So, for me, the civil war never ended, it is still going on. My poor mother went back to Port Harcourt to claim her property and she was beaten into a coma by people whom she had helped all her life; people she had helped to send to school, because she is an Igbo woman and now Port Harcourt belonged to another group of people.

"They forgot the sacrifices that the Igbo made. It is still going on, no apologies have ever been made about that. The road that is now referred to as Harold Wilson Road used to be Dike Onwenu Road. That's on account of the sacrifices that the Onwenus, the Ikokus, and the rest, made in building up Port Harcourt.

"Here I am. I travelled outside, thanks to my sister who was at Harvard at the time. But we all came back to develop Nigeria. I have tried with the little talent that God has given me, to use it to the betterment of my society and my country. But if I were a Yoruba or a Hausa woman, I would probably have had more patronage, more help and more support than I have got by my self-help effort to raise this country up.

"But I'm not asking anybody for anything. I put myself through school, my widowed mother did her best. I was working two jobs in America to put myself through school. I didn't want to take the Nigerian scholarship because they were giving it to everybody, those who deserved it and those who didn't. And many of them were not even in school.

"I'm angry at Nigeria, I'm angry at this government which seems to be letting us down. I'm angry at us as a people, I'm angry at my people, Ndigbo. Because he who is rejected doesn't reject himself. Stop complaining and do it yourself. We have always been able to do that. How did we build Imo Airport? Nobody built for us. We spent many years raising money. I was travelling all over the country to do free concerts to raise money for Imo Airport. That's who we have been. And I remember that in those days, if the Igbo State Union decides, that's it, everybody follows the line and gets it done."

An employee of the Ebonyi State Ministry of Information, Eugene Ibenyi, in this interview with Edward Nnachi, shares his experience about the beheading of his mother, Mrs Elizabeth Ibenyi, when some gunmen invaded Umuogodoakpu-Ngbo community in the Ohaukwu Local Government Area of the state

  

You lost your mother when gunmen in military uniform attacked your village. How did it happen?

Around 11.15am on Tuesday, March 10, 2020, I received what sounded like an emergency call from the village that many had lost their lives. So, I went home and I saw a lot of destruction. Men and women were killed and beheaded; houses and other valuables were burnt to ashes and people were wailing. I didn’t know my mother was involved. Nobody told me anything but I was taken to a place where my mother beheaded body was. I was devastated.

  

How many were killed excluding your mother?

Nine other persons were also killed. I counted the corpses and there were nine of them. Now, as we speak, the death toll has risen to 10, as Mr Titus Ugadu, who sustained machete cuts during the attack, is dead.

  

Was it as a result of a fight between the people of Umuogodoakpu-Ngbo community, Ebonyi State and the people of Agila community, Benue State or was it a one-sided attack?

I want to tell you without hesitation that it was an unprovoked attack by the Agila people, who are avowed enemies of Ngbo people. This is because as of the time they attacked my community, there was nothing that could be said was the offence of my people, nothing. Nobody could point at a particular thing. It was a one-sided attack from them, which was why they killed so many people in our community. My people were caught unawares. They were relaxed in their homes, not in their farmlands. They swooped on them, killed as many as nine, burnt down houses and other valuable property and barns. They burnt down my own house, too. At that point, everybody could have been running for their lives and nobody could give account of how they killed my mother. She was killed about 150 metres away from the boundary, where they caught, killed and beheaded her.

  

How old was your mother?

My mother should be around 73 or 74 years of age.

When and what time of the day or night did the attackers invade your community?

Like I said, they were not only armed, they were also adorned in military uniforms. Those who saw them described them as 10 young military men. But I’m sure it is the Agila people that unleashed this mayhem on our people. This is because the hallmark of their earlier attacks is to kill and behead their victims.

How many people did your family lose in the incident?

I lost my mother and unfortunately, before now, I lost my younger brother, in similar incident. That was four years ago. People have been saying why not leave the place and relocate your loved ones to another place. But the answer is to where? The truth of the matter is that our people are suffering because of the general belief that peace is returning.

Can you describe the personality of those who were killed?

My mother was the engine room of my family. My mother was a peacemaker. This was somebody, who though lost her son to attack previously, would say if she saw an Agila person running into trouble here, she would defend such an individual. She was a peacemaker, she was always organising and making sure everything worked well for the family.

For the others, one of the men they killed was a widower, who lost his wife some years back. He had a blind sister he was taking care of and this blind sister was like a second wife to him. These people dragged the blind sister out and killed her and later killed the man himself. In another compound, they killed a man, killed his two wives and killed someone who had come to visit him.

It’s widely reported that your people have had protracted inter-communal clashes with Ngbo people over land dispute. What do you think makes this attack on your community different from others in the past?

First of all, before I get to what makes this very attack different from previous ones, it is a very wrong notion to say that Igbo people have been having land dispute with the Agila people. It is the Agila people who have been coming always to fight us. When they say their people (that’s Agila people) have been attacked, have they shown evidence as we (Igbo people) are showing now? When you say people attack you and you are not showing any evidence, it means you are not truthful. We can show evidence of decapitated bodies, destruction of property and other valuables. This is not just the first or the second time. So, there has never been a time the Ngbo people were on the offensive against them and that’s the truth and that’s why they attack us every now and then and each time, they do, they would, in turn go to the social media and alleged that our people attacked them. Like the one that happened at Ukwuagba community in Ebonyi, from the same Agila people, we showed pictures and stories. They are just calling a dog a bad name in order to hang it.

What we used to know was that before mobile policemen or military men would come to secure the people living within the boundary area, the traditional rulers would know; the councillor would know; the youth leader would know, and even the coordinator of the area would be aware. Information would trickle down from the state government to the grassroots and people would be made to know what’s happening and the security agents would be welcomed because they have come to protect lives.

Now few days to this very attack, men suspected to be military men came in their trucks and went back. They did this thrice and each time they came, we would hear the Agila people would come. It was not clear who these men in military uniforms were and channels of communication were broken and this caused panic in the area. Not really knowing whether these men were real soldiers or Agila people in military uniforms, so the people of Ngbo were panicking and at a point they relaxed, these men came and started killing and beheading the people.

There have been this insinuations that both state governments were politicising the crisis, instead of coming up with measures to address it once and for all. What do you think?

My brother, it is only God that knows what is hidden. We have heard of the efforts of both states governments being announced on the radio and on the pages of newspapers. I do know that there have been attempts, through reconciliation committees and negotiations either by the Ebonyi State Government or jointly by both state governments. When a tragedy of this magnitude had not erupted, we took that to be satisfactory and I think it was working. But you know issue on matter of live and death like this is always a serious matter. To answer your question, I am not in a better position to say they are politicising it; if they are doing that, only God knows.

There is this widely held view that the military allegedly aided the Agila warlords in this latest attack on Umuogodoakpu-Ngbo community. What do you think?

I cannot tell you specifically that those who attacked my village were aided by the military or not. But in communication, there is what is called body language. Even if they didn’t aid them, I’m not satisfied with the way the whole thing was managed by the military. Like I said, if you visit a place maybe to protect the people there, you look for the traditional ruler, the councillor, the youth leader, or representatives of the people there and state why you are in their place; not just moving on the road to and fro, fully armed and people would be afraid even to ask you questions.

And as an offshoot of that, people begin to live in fear. Then suddenly, the same set of people or another set of people in same military uniform, would emerge from nowhere and start killing people. It’s mixed up. This is very difficult to differentiate and segregate. So, I cannot be in a position to tell you that they are aiding or abetting it.

If you were mandated to proffer solution to the crisis between these two communities, what do you think can be done to address it?

The best and fastest thing that could be done and peace would finally return is for the government to muster that political will to demarcate the boundary there. We have heard stories of the National Boundary Commission, but we have not seen the practicality.

The best thing is to demarcate the place and put a military zone in-between to repel a possible attack from each side. If you have a buffer and it is not occupied by anybody, they will still attack themselves. There should be a fortified military base there. On the government side, they should make the people to earn their trust and confidence again. With this, peace can return.

Has peace returned to your community after the attack?

There is no peace. You can imagine a place where nine persons were killed. You can imagine the state of mind of the people there. I don’t think there is perfect peace there. What I can tell you that is existing there is fear, fear and fear and that is why people are calling on the government to help address the issue

Nnamdi Kanu .. said, he does not expect Nigerian Army to be present at war front because “they are busy looking for girls to rape in Warri,” referring to a recent viral video where some soldiers were seen threatening to rape women and infect them with HIV.

Kanu, in a Facebook post, said the Buratai-led Nigerian Army can’t be present “when they are busy invading homes of innocent civilians and looking for unarmed citizens to kill.”

Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has mocked Nigerian army after the gallant display of Chadian soldiers led by the country’s civilian President Idriss Deby at the weekend.

Recall that Chadian troops, led by President Idriss at the weekend dealt a major blow to the insurgents and freed Nigerian soldiers in the sect’s captivity.

The Chadian soldiers had earlier destroyed Boko Haram bases, killed several insurgents and recovered hundreds of weapons.

Kanu said he was not surprised that Chad had taken over the fight against the Islamic sect, adding that “Nigeria has never won any war on its own without outside help.”

According to him, “Without Britain, Russia and Egypt they could not have prevailed over Biafra. How therefore can any sensible person expect them to defeat Boko Haram?”

Nnamdi Kanu, who is wanted in Nigeria, said he does not expect Nigerian Army to be present at war front because “they are busy looking for girls to rape in Warri,” referring to a recent viral video where some soldiers were seen threatening to rape women and infect them with HIV.

Kanu, in a Facebook post, said the Buratai-led Nigerian Army can’t be present “when they are busy invading homes of innocent civilians and looking for unarmed citizens to kill.”

“How can Fulani run Nigerian Army be present when they have turned soldiers into policemen manning multiple checkpoints in relatively peaceful south collecting bribes with POS at roadblocks when they ought to be in the north fighting the terror groups the Fulani themselves created.

I am a senior Chinese military intelligence officer and I know the truth about the coronavirus outbreak. It is far worse than the media are telling you.

I am a Chinese citizen in Wuhan who occupies — or perhaps occupied — a high-ranking position in military intelligence. I am also a member of the Chinese Communist Party. As a senior official near the top of the Party, I have access to a great deal of classified information and I have been involved in many top secret government projects. I have a doctorate from a leading university in a western country, which is why I am able to write my account in English.

I have information that I believe could lead to the overthrow of my government. It is also relevant to billions of people outside of China, all of whom are now in existential peril.

It will not surprise you to hear that if my identity were to be revealed, my life would be in grave danger, as would those of my wife and son. I ask you to respect the fact that I have stripped out of this account all facts that would make it easy to identify me.

By now you will be familiar with the recent outbreak of 2019-nCoV, also known as NCP, or simply "coronavirus". You will have heard that it originated in Wuhan, an industrial city in China, and that it came from an animal — most likely a bat or a pangolin — that was sold in a wild animal market. You will have been told that it is an influenza-like illness that can in severe cases cause pneumonia, respiratory failure and death. Finally, you may have heard that although the disease is highly infectious, it is dangerous only to the elderly or to those who have a compromised immune system. The official lethality rate is approximately 2% or so.

All of that is a bunch of lies concocted by the Chinese state with the tacit support of the U.S. deep state and its friends in the European Union, Russia and Australia, and spread by the docile media in all of those countries.

Let me start by telling you that the world does not operate the way you think it does. Although countries like the US and China vie for global dominance, that competition is restricted to certain limited areas. In most ways, the two countries are more interested in cooperation so that they can stop other competing countries from gaining more power. They also have a shared interest in keeping real power out of the hands of their "ordinary" citizens. To this end, they have many different mechanisms by which they control the overwhelming majority of their media outlets. The Americans in particular have perfected the art of creating made-up "divisions" between their two main parties which are designed to hide the fact that both serve the same masters.

These same nations also posses technology that is far more advanced than you can imagine and which is kept carefully hidden from public view. This includes advanced artificial intelligence capable of undermining and deciding any election in the world; biological and chemical agents that can manipulate and control the thinking patterns and behaviours of citizens to terrifying degrees; highly sophisticated manipulation techniques using hypnotic practices entirely unknown to the public; and other things that I will not go into now. My point is that the great nations do not compete so much as work together. Their principal goal is to shield the true workings of the world from the "uninitiated" public.

Just to give you one example, there aren’t actually any nuclear weapons anywhere in the world. The U.S. and the Soviet Union scrapped them all in the 1970s, as did their client states. Everyone realised that those weapons could not be used without destroying the whole world, so there was no need for them; but by pretending that they still had them, the big players were able to keep the non-nuclear powers in line.

Let me return to the virus.

Last year, large-scale anti-government protests erupted in Hong Kong. The Standing Committee of the Chinese Communist Party considered these to be a grave threat to the integrity and stability of the motherland. The U.S. government and the EU both knew that the Chinese were secretly working on a biological agent that was supposed to make the protesters docile and obedient. Without going into detail, I worked on that project. We tried to develop a sort of spray that could be dispersed from helicopters or drones and that would lead to mental retardation and behavioural change.

Naturally, as Hong Kong is one of the most open and international cities in the world, the Party decided that it was too risky to release the agent in Hong Kong without first testing it. For this, it needed a great number of human guinea pigs. Two groups were identified for this.

First, we rounded up a large number of so-called "islamic radicals" in Xinjiang Province and took them to what we called "training camps". We had already been using these camps for human experimentation for several years, but the Hong Kong protests meant that we redoubled our efforts. We exposed the inmates to various "alpha" experimental agents. As these were odourless and invisible, the subjects were not aware that they were taking part in medical trials. The resulting high rates of cancer, premature dementia, suicidal depression and death by organ failure could easily be suppressed, as the camps are located in very remote parts of our motherland.

Once the initial experiments had yielded a "beta" agent, it was transported to Hubei Province, where it was deployed in a special military testing facility outside the city of Wuhan. This was not even a particularly well-kept secret: the existence of this facility has been reported in international news. Even the fact that it is located close to the wild animal market is a known fact.

By then our President had already introduced a "social credit" system that allowed us to identify disloyal, counter-revolutionary and bourgeois elements in our society. Using the social credit scores — which are taken from online activity, electronic shopping behaviour and reports from informers in civil society — we selected some of the worst offenders. These included human rights lawyers and activists, Christians, homosexuals, artists, intellectuals, people who speak foreign languages, and other undesirables.

Once these troublemakers had been collected and placed in the testing facility, we exposed them to the Agent, which is biochemical in nature and spread in an invisible aerosol, akin to certain viruses. Initial results were encouraging, as we saw significant cognitive decline and reduction in higher mental processing facilities. Essentially, our undesirables were becoming mildly mentally disabled, which is precisely the effect we wanted to produce in order to pacify the restive population of Hong Kong.

Unfortunately, it quickly became apparent that the Agent also had other effects. About one week after the retardation set in, our subjects developed major anxiety and panic attacks. Eventually they developed symptoms akin to those of paranoid schizophrenics. At that point, their bodies rapidly deteriorated. They developed massive internal bleeding; the walls of their arteries dissolved; they bled out of their eyes and orifices, and their tissue disintegrated.

To put it in a more direct Western manner, they started to melt.

Death usually occurred through multiple organ failure. This was preceded by at least five days of severe agony which could not be alleviated by painkillers. It was at this time that I first violated our protocol: one subject, an elderly lady who had published defamatory cartoons of our President, begged me for death with such insistence that I took pity and shot her. I was reprimanded, but fortunately the complaint was dropped when I agreed to reimburse the cost of the bullet. I swore to myself never again to show such unnecessary emotion.

We decided that our Agent was unusable. It was far too destructive for our purposes. We wanted the population of Hong Kong to submit to us; we did not want to exterminate it.

Naturally, our American friends had by then taken an interest in our work and asked us for a sample for their own research and testing purposes. They hinted that they wished to use it to resolve certain difficulties in Venezuela. Normally we would have agreed, as we maintain friendly relations with the CIA, but given the extremely toxic nature of the Agent, we declined.

This, as it turned out, was a grave mistake. The CIA was convinced that we had developed something very powerful and wanted to keep it to ourselves. They offered a great deal of money to one of our researchers. Foolishly, he agreed to sell them a specimen. We found out just in time for the handover and tried to stop it from happening. In the ensuing shoot-out — don’t bother to look for it in the news, it was never reported anywhere — several dozen people were killed.

More importantly, however, the Agent escaped.

The shoot-out took place at the wild animal market which has been reported as the location of the "animal to human" transmission that started the outbreak. But of course there was no such transmission; it was just the location where the CIA was supposed to receive the sealed vial containing the Agent. The vial shattered when it was dropped by the traitor who had agreed to sell it to the Americans.

By now I understand you will be sceptical. If I really am who I say I am, why would I be sharing this information on the internet? Let me assure you that I am no friend of the Western system of governance. I love my motherland and I am loyal to the Communist Party. It has lifted hundreds of millions of my compatriots out of squalor and poverty. However, I am also a human being and I have a conscience.

Most importantly, I have a wife and a son.

Once we realised that the Agent had escaped and would start to spread, we swiftly put all of Wuhan into lockdown. I was one of those tasked to manage the fallout of the contamination. Of course we could not keep such a huge undertaking secret, so we decided to order our state media to report that a "coronavirus" had broken out in Wuhan.

In reality, of course, there is no "coronavirus". It was all made up.

It was one of my colleagues who came up with the genius idea of pretending that people with the common flu suffered from the coronavirus. This allowed us to hide the true nature of the disease. Let me explain.

It is currently flu season in China. When we realised that we could no longer control the spread of the Agent, we sent our men to all the hospitals and instructed all doctors to diagnose every case of the common flu as "coronavirus". We came up with a new name — 2019-nCoV — and handed out "factsheets" that described a made-up illness.

The result of this decision was that tens of thousands of individuals who were simply suffering from a cold or flu were now diagnosed as having a mysterious coronavirus that, although infectious, was not often lethal. While this frightened the public, it allowed us to push the narrative that the disease was not that deadly; it also gave us time to prepare for the catastrophe that was sure to come by imposing a lockdown on Wuhan and other cities in Hubei Province.

You have not heard this in the news — and given the size of Wuhan, with its population of 11 million, it is not known even to many of the residents — but within days thousands upon thousands were infected and before long they suffered the agonising deaths that I have already described. Within a week, there were so many corpses that we did not know what to do with them, so we ordered the surviving social credit prisoners to drive the bodies into the countryside and bury them in mass graves. But it was very difficult to keep this activity secret, and we could not even keep up as there were so many corpses. We planted a story that five million residents had "fled" Wuhan. In reality, of course, many of those people had died from the Agent.

I was working around the clock helping to orchestrate this cover-up. When I think back to my actions now, I feel great shame. At the time I still believed that I was fighting for my motherland and that the rule of the Party was right and just. But deep down, I had already begun to have doubts.

My faith in the Party was shaken even more deeply when I learnt what had happened to Dr Li Wenliang. He was one of the few doctors who refused falsely to diagnose flu patients with the "coronavirus". As a punishment, he was sent to help transport dead bodies to mass graves. The expectation was that he would be infected with the Agent and die an agonising death, but to our great surprise, he did not contract the illness.

You have of course read that he died of "coronavirus". You have been misinformed. A sergeant of the People’s Armed Police injected him with a mixture of heroin and mercury that caused his lungs to deflate.

When I found out about this I became unsure whether or not I was doing the right thing. While I believe that it is appropriate for a government to rule with a severe hand, I do not think that it was right to kill Dr Li. He was a compassionate and kind man and he cared about his patients; how can our motherland not benefit from having such a doctor?

I shared my concerns with my wife, but she convinced me that I should not say anything to my superiors. She said that it was too dangerous; that they valued loyalty above everything else; and that I would only find trouble if I admitted to my doubts about their practices. She also pointed out that we benefited from priority medical treatment. As senior officials, we received regular supplies of the highly-sophisticated hazmat masks that are the only known technology that can prevent infection. She implored me to think of our son, who is still small. If I spoke out and were caught, our lives would be at risk.

Around the same time, it became clear that the Agent was entirely beyond our control. It was spreading like wildfire throughout Hubei Province and beyond, infecting tens of millions and causing them all to die.

I understand that what I just said is difficult to believe, because you have been told that there have been only about 50,000 infections, and far fewer deaths. But these are the influenza infections that have been falsely passed off as the non-existent "coronavirus". The Agent is far, far more contagious than that, and its fatality rate, unlike the "coronavirus", is not 2%.

No, its fatality rate is 100%. Nobody recovers from it. Everybody who contracts it dies.

And a lot of people are contracting it.

Hubei Province lies in ruins. The various travel restrictions and lockdowns that have been imposed were not created to stop the spread of the Agent — none of them can stop it, not embargoes, not face masks or hand sanitiser — but to stop the survivors from seeing the catastrophe with their own eyes.

I am part of the greatest cover-up in human history: the hiding of the deaths of tens of millions. Very soon, Hubei Province will be no more than a giant mortuary, and the truth will come out.

For me, the turning point came when the Party told yet another lie, and that lie was too dreadful even for me to accept. You may have heard that China built a new hospital, called Huoshenshan Hospital, in Wuhan, in order to provide additional quarantine and isolation facilities for infected patients. You may have heard that they built it in only ten days.

That too is a lie.

Sure, they did build something in six days. But it was not a hospital. The true nature of the building was top secret. Initially, I was naive enough to believe that the Party was demonstrating its compassion and care for the people. But then my superiors sent me to Huoshenshan. I was shown around the installation by a military police officer called Corporal Meng (this is not his real name). It was there that I saw the truth.

As I have mentioned, the only way to protect oneself from the Agent is by wearing a special protective mask that is entirely unlike those available commercially. Even medical professionals do not have access to it. It is available only to biomedical warfare researchers and it contains extremely advanced technology.

These masks need to be kept at a particular temperature to offer full protection, and lose their effectiveness very quickly. As I have also already said, one of the benefits of my position was that both my family and I had access to regular supplies, which is why were safe when compared to civilians, doctors and even lower-level government officials, all of whom wore utterly ineffective surgical masks in the misguided belief that they would protect them.

And so, wearing this special equipment, I went to Huoshenshan with Corporal Meng.

Whatever you want to call that place, it is not a hospital. Sure, the entrance looks like a hospital and in the ward at the front of the complex, there are what appear to be normal medical beds. There, thousands of infected patients lie, all of them in the early stages of the disease. I walked along those long, white corridors next to Corporal Meng, his angular face dispassionate in his military fatigues, and saw hundreds upon hundreds of identical hospital beds on which squirmed the terrified and diseased inhabitants of Wuhan. Their cries and pleas haunt me in the long nights in which I now am unable to sleep.

But this was merely the beginning. Eventually the Corporal took me to the rear of this front section. There, locked metal gates led to what he called the "middle section". The patients in the front are unaware of its existence. It is there that the more advanced cases are kept, in what most closely resembles a mental asylum.

Immediately upon entering this part of Huoshenshan I was struck by the dim lighting and stench of vomit and human waste. Here the unfortunates roamed freely, their minds gradually disintegrating in endless panic attacks and psychotic episodes. Here too there were no more doctors, merely gorilla-faced men in black uniforms who belonged to some secret branch of the military police I had never heard of.

They appeared to have been selected for their cruelty, for they beat and degraded the patients in the most sadistic manner. Many of the inmates had regressed to childlike states and lay on the floor weeping like infants and begging for compassion that they did not receive. There was cruel pleasure in the eyes of these thugs as they brutalised the unfortunates. They beat them with batons, sprayed pepper spray into their eyes and kicked them with their steel-capped boots. As I was from military intelligence, the guards did not even attempt to hide their activities. They even invited me to join; in every way, they treated me as one of them.

Yes, one of them. I stood in the grey staff bathroom of Huoshenshan and looked into a cheap mirror and asked myself — is this really what you are? Are you really like them?

But the violence was not merely an expression of sadism, for the poor inmates were not there to be cared for.

They were there to work.

There was one more set of doors, and beyond them lay what the Corporal called the "Core". And it was there that I saw it — piles and piles of dead bodies, stacked on top of one another all the way to the ceiling. There were men, women and children, elderlies and toddlers, rich and poor, beautiful and misshapen, proud and humble.

They were all of them dead. Our Agent made no distinction between any of them.

I gasped when the Corporal led me to the Core. I cannot count how many there were, but it was many, many thousands. And in the midst of the piles of corpses was a kind of path, and I heard a roaring sound in the distance. The miserable patients from the middle section picked up the dead and carried and dragged them away into the dark, even as the guards beat them with truncheons.

It took me a little while before I grasped what was happening. I simply could not believe what lay at the end of that path in the Core.

It was an enormous furnace, with great fires roaring within.

One by one, their minds destroyed and their bodies twisted, the dying men and women carried the corpses to the furnace and cast them inside in a doomed attempt to hide the dreadful truth. I saw several of them collapse from exhaustion only for their lifeless bodies to be added to the mountains of corpses on both sides. In a seemingly endless line they went, their emaciated bodies clad in grey overalls, their backs bent under the weight of their dreadful cargo. Many howled and groaned in terror and their voices joined in a sorrowful cacophony that lingered over the roar of the fires.

In deep shock, I stared at the boundless horror before me. Beside me stood Corporal Meng, his freshly-shaved face as emotionless as before. When I turned to face him, he looked at me. His mouth smiled, but his eyes did not.

"We use the energy to operate Huoshenshan," he said. "We save the state considerable resources in this way. And look," — he waved at the gallery of the dead — "there are so many of them here. You could almost describe it as renewable energy." He laughed and waved his hand in a strangely camp gesture.

I stood speechless and stared at the infernal scenes before me. Men in black uniforms screamed like daemons at the wretches who were disposing of the corpses for them. They stripped the dead of anything that had value — jewellery, cash, expensive clothing — and tossed these items onto an enormous pile next to the furnace. When I asked the Corporal what would be done with the items, they said that they would be used to pay for the "healthcare expenses" incurred by the patients’ stay in Huoshenshan.

I vomited in the toilet. When I flushed and came out of the stall, Corporal Meng stood by the door and looked at me. His face was as blank as before, but in his eyes I thought I registered a very faint trace of contempt. You are ten years my senior, the look said, but you are soft.

I thanked him for his service and went home.

When I arrived, I saw that I had received hundreds of updates on the encrypted device the Party uses to communicate to insiders. The news were unimaginably grim. The State Legal and Economic Commission had allocated funds for the construction of dozens of facilities like Huoshenshan all throughout China. The Agent had spread not only to every single province of the motherland, but to most other nations in the world. Fortunately, we had agreements in place with other governments — they agreed to pretend that the infections were due to a coronavirus. They were just as worried as we were that a panic might break out in their countries. The Americans in particular were terrified that the S&P 500 might decline. This, they said, would be unacceptable in an election year, so we could count on their full support.

Of course the World Health Organisation also helped us. For a long time, the only issue with the WHO has been that we have been locked in a contest with the Americans about who bribes them more. They released all sorts of sophisticated misinformation about having decoded the DNA of the so-called coronavirus. All this has allowed us to stave off a global panic.

For now.

Yet the situation was worsening with astonishing speed. I am reluctant to reveal too much on this point, as it would make it too easy for my enemies to identify me, but we quickly began to implement measures to protect our most senior leaders. If you look at the world news, you will see that Xi Jinping, our President, disappeared for approximately one week after the outbreak, before being seen again with the leader of Cambodia.

You should know that the person who met the Cambodian leader was not President Xi. It was a body double who had, for many years, been trained to look and sound just like our President. President Xi is of course not careless enough to risk his own death. He is safely ensconced in a secret bunker underneath Zhongnanhai, the headquarters of the Party in Beijing.

Nor was he the only leader who is in hiding. In fact, I can assure you that over half of all senior Party members are currently being imitated by trained actors who are following instructions given to them via special implants. Do you really think that our Prime Minister would risk his life by going to Wuhan?

All of this means that our government has become utterly paralysed and the functions of the state have been taken over by the military.

It became clear to me that our efforts were pointless. Yes, the lockdowns, travel bans and targeted assassinations of rebellious journalists allowed us to hide the true situation in Wuhan; but I knew that this would not last. Once the mass deaths begin in the rest of the world — in our estimation, this should happen within the next week or so — everyone will know the truth. It will become clear that we cannot protect ourselves from the Agent. Surgical masks, hand sanitiser, gloves — nothing can stop it. Nothing except the special hazmat masks, but those cannot be produced in anything like sufficient quantities. You, an ordinary person, will never even receive one, let alone a sufficient number to see you through the coming holocaust.

For those of you reading this, therefore, all I can suggest is that you keep your loved ones close to you. Hug them, tell them what they mean to you. Enjoy the time you have left with them. It is not typical in Chinese culture to express one’s feelings in this way, but I have learnt the importance of such gestures.

I promised my wife that I would show this document to her before I posted it.

Yet I broke my word.

I hear her weep in loud, hoarse sobs in the bedroom, and the keyboard of my laptop is wet with my own tears. Not long ago, we received results of the regular tests that are part of our "priority medical treatment", and we learnt that my son had been infected with the Agent.

The military police that has supplied me with the special protective mask had been giving expired and ineffective masks to my son, masks that senior officials had already worn and then discarded when they ceased to protect them. My own masks, on the other hand, had always been of the necessary quality.

I suppose they decided that my son was of lower priority than me. I suppose my son could not help them with their cover-up.

We had long ago decided that we would be different — we would be honest with him, always. And so when he asked us, we told him the truth. We told him that he was very sick. He asked more, and we told him he would not get better.

He continued asking, and we told him that he would die. He is very small, but he was old enough to understand.

His terrified wails will haunt me for the rest of my miserable days in this world.

Let them come. Let them do with me as they will. I no longer care

If you can refused to address your fellow countrymen on this global pandemic deadly virus you personally gave a name (Covikk One Nine Virus) instead of Corona virus.

It is inconsequential for me to drink paracetamol on another person’s headache, all the same, remember that it was only your fellow countrymen [the Nigerian masses], that you stupidly refused to address at this critical time of need, on how your tyrannical government is fashioning out measures to curb or eradicate this epidemic.

It is shameful how Abba Kyria and his Fulani political dynasty designed, contracted and imposed you into power even when it’s severe you are a foreign national. Mr. Impostor Jubril Al-Sudani, should I believe you, that “COVID-19” is not deadly than Boko Haram, Fulani Herdsmen, ISWAP and ISIS created by your Northern political power mongers that have killed millions of Nigerians, for that act of terrorism alone is enough reason for you not to waste your time for public questions and answers interaction like other world leaders did?

Under your British experimental lab called Nigeria stewardship Mr. President, unprecedented events unfold ondaily basis, the mere geographical expression always appropriate, conducive for Northern hegemonic Islamic deceptive daft, it seems your myopic government is doing nothing or little to curtail the pandemic plague virus your fellow countrymen from the Northern Islamic extraction as to have resolved to consuming more alcoholic drinks as only precautionary measure and remedy to be healed from Corona virus ravaging humanity.

Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has alleged that Abba Kyari has “scampered” to Cuba for Coronavirus treatment.

Kanu wondered why former Governor of Abia State, Orji Uzor Kalu and former spokesman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Olisah Metuh are in jail while Kyari, who, according to him, has looted the budgetary allocation to the Aso Rock Clinic since 2015.

There is a developing story that President Muhammadu Buhari and his Chief of Staff, Abba Kyari had secretly left the shores of Nigeria seeking treatment for Coronavirus, otherwise called COVID-19 abroad.

The rumour is getting stronger and spreading like the dreaded virus itself as Nigerians are now asking for the whereabouts of their President on social media platforms.

The Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed on Thursday debunked the rumours that Buhari has also contracted the dreaded virus. Also the President’s aide, Bashir Ahmad, also said that the rumour of Buhari being flown abroad was untrue, sharing photos of him working from his office. However, Kanu, not mentioning Buhari’s whereabouts, claimed that Kyari has been flown to Cuba, describing Fulani political class as the most corrupt in the world.

C’mmon people, some of you may detest that young revolutionist’s modus operandi, but y’all can’t deny the fact that 100 percent of all the things he had said and is saying is nothing but irrefutable realities. So why the hate?

Having seen how un-useful, bigoted and insensitive this present man in Aso Rock parading as your President has been and still is, what other evidences are you craving for in order to convince yourself that Buhari is dead and gone and through the contracting services of some Northern Feudal Lord’s, a Sudanese man had to be hired by them to play the role of the late Buhari.

At this critical time, all the countries ravaged by this pandemic, their presidents have been hosting press briefings everyday updating their subjects on what to do and what not. Even the Prime Minister of United Kingdom Boris Johnson after testing positive to COVID-19, had to make it official and promised to give his people live updates via live video. But where on earth sake is the man in Aso Rock masquerading as your President Buhari? Where he at?

As delusional and shortsighted Femi AdeSINa is, he had the temerity to go to a national television to tell a country of more than 200 million people that the reason why Buhari has refused to address Nigerians is because that’s not his style of doing things. Ain’t that puke-inducing statement? That a man making use of your tax monies owes you no explanations? What are they hiding? What’s the big deal him coming out to tell Nigerians that he has tested positive to COVID-19? Do you know that it’d be highly doubtful should Jubril-Buhari tell us that he is COVID-19 negative because he’s no doubt one the most touring president ever and that has earned him a big place in the heart of Covic-One-Nine Firus ops! My bad.. I was meaning to say COVID-19 Virus.

Let me tell you, it’s not entirely wrong for someone to be an underminer, but in a situation where those things you’re undermining turns out to be true and you’re still in doubt, it simply means that your sadistical nature wasn’t contracted but an inbred one. Simply put, you’re a born SADISTS and if you ain’t mindful, you’re headed for the rocks.

Pardon my pessimism, but the past and present events in Nigeria have proven that Nigeria has no future. Nigeria is an existential threat to us all if we keep pushing for her existence, then we are some packs of irredeemable house negros. Inasmuch as Nigeria still exists, call me a pessimist, I will gladly oblige.

Biko, let go of that your unsolicited detest for Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. That selfless man is NOT your problem and would NEVER be. In fact, he loves you more than his life and would do anything humanly possible just to make sure you and that of your generations to come live a fulfilled life void of ethnic/religious cleansing. Leave him alone and face the people responsible for your sufferings. Kanu has been through a lot for your sake. Because of you, he’s now an orphan. Imagine how traumatic that can be, loosing your parents just other people’s sake yet he’s still resilient with no thought of capitulation. My dear he needs your support in order for us to defeat this scions of Uthman Dan Fodio. Enough of the quota system already! They have got to be relegated.

Appeal to President Muhammad Buhari to urgently release prison inmates to prevent spread of COVID-19 in prisons

Several organisations and individuals have sent a set of proposals to President and several others for their consideration on the release of prisoners to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in prisons.

I call on all Nigerians and lovers of humanity to join now to call on the federal government to urgently release prisoners or de-congest prisons to its minimum, given the severe overcrowding of prisons with minimal sanitation and health facilities, they could be very vulnerable to the spread of COVID-19 and subsequently transfer it to the general public and let's not forget that these inmates are still innocent and inmates are unable to practice preventive measures recommended by health experts, such as social distancing and hand washing with soap, as water and soap are not freely available to prisoners,”

One of the inmates told me via telephone "now the prison authorities has locked the prison yard preventing us access to our family members and have reduced the amount of food they usually give us" he added

" Sir we are dying silently and many fallen sick which nobody knows the course or reason and yet nobody is taken to hospital for medical test or treatment. He said, we have no soap, no water, and each cell is comprised of about 150 persons and no coming out or even going to court anymore. He confirmed to me that he has been going to court for about 7 years now without witness or police to testify"

To my greatest surprise, when I visited one the prisons (correctional services), I was denied access to the inmates despite being a lawyer. On the front of the prison are parents and family members of the inmates who has been pleading to the prison authorities to allow them see their children, but was not allowed despite my intervention.. (the pictures are evidences)

“De-congestion and other measures are also important to calm the fears of prisoners and prison staff about COVID-19 infections. Such fears have led to unrests in several prisons, leading to deaths and injuries, reportedly in some foreign Prisons. There have also been COVID-19 related unrests and deaths in prisons in other countries, such as Lagos and Port Harcourt, which point to the potential for prisons to become hotbeds not only for the infection to spread but also for unrest and violence,”

With regard to detainees at Police stations, they have requested to avoid detaining persons in Police stations unless absolutely necessary and release as many as possible on Police. So why are we still keeping these fellow citizens in awaiting trial when even the judges, prosecution councel, and complainants have all run away and hiding against corona virus.. we should not forget that most countries has freed all their prisoners.

Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, addressed Biafrans amid the unfolding pandemic, coronavirus (COVID-19). It was the second time he had made a public address in the wake of the novel, disease outbreak.

In an emergency broadcast via Radio Biafra Thursday, Kanu beamed a ‘precautionary’ light on the evolving cataclysm following the global health crisis. He stated that the simplest, cheapest application to being healthy, uninfected of the COVID-19 disease, is to heed the preventive measures as prescribed by the World Health Organisation (WHO); in the lieu of combating the virus at the mercies of dilapidated, rickety health facilities and inept medical personnel, in that case, in Nigeria.

He expressed worries for Africa; primarily the people of Biafra. Kanu said, “The best thing to do is to take precautions, following every medical directive from the WHO, to avoid contracting this deadly infection as we do not have hospitals that can sustain the pressure that would come as a result of this very outbreak. Advanced countries like United Kingdom recorded 477 persons dead, still counting; including a 21-year old girl with no previous history of any medical condition. What would happen in places like Ajegunle, Aba, or Onitsha, should the virus escalates?”

“Latest scientific research defines the mode of contracting this very virus, through the nose, mouth, even through our bare hands. So, it is very important we stop traveling; enforce self-confinement. I know in terms of livelihood, in Nigeria, most people get their daily bread as they move or travel to their business places. We shall do something about that. But for now, halt every nonessential travels. Stop going to the markets; abide by the restrictions given to you.

Proffering remedial solutions in the face of the life-threatening menace, the IPOB leader willed ₦50 million, relief materials; said there will be food items made available to average citizens in Biafraland, that is, Old Eastern Nigeria; not excluding an upgrade of health care facilities.

“The Nigeria that some of you belong is an abject failure; there is no social welfare. Every civilised country in the world is feeding their people. Some of you may have heard the stimulus package announced in USA, UK, everywhere around the world; even today Japan also announced one. These are benefits of having an advanced economy. You can now see why we want Biafra. In Biafra, we would have had all these contingencies built into the fabric of society itself.

“I am directing IPOB family units in every hamlet, every street in Biafraland to be prepared. We shall open food, soup kitchens for our people. There are those that go out to sell their commodities before they could make income, put food on their table. If people are going to be confined at home, then we must make sure they do not die of starvation. We will do the best we can by the special grace of God in heaven.

Kanu added, “As IPOB, we are going to make sure that one hospital, to start with, is designated in every State capital of Biafraland; inclusive of Edo State, to be equipped with specialists. Every State should nominate one hospital that IPOB shall oversee its affairs, I am making sure every necessary medical equipment is provided to take care of those who are ill. There is a challenge of flying some equipment down home. USA is running short of ventilators; so is UK, and Spain. However, I understand Innoson Motors [Innocent Chukwuma] said they can build ventilators. Then we will speak to him about it, and see how much he would charge for that.

“Towards this pandemic, I am announcing a contingency fund of ₦50 million from IPOB that will go into making sure we have some hospitals ready. This is an ‘initial’ pledge from IPOB. We budgeted ₦300 million as we understand most of the nurses and doctors that will serve in that regards may not be paid. The Presidency is nowhere to be found; Abba Kyari has ‘run away’ with (Buhari) Jubril, the president. The Senate and House of Representatives have disappeared. So, there is nobody.”

The IPOB leader leader indicated that there must be a unification of purpose in order to achieve the conceived projects. He therefore said that the precarious situation bids everyone, including the State governors, to bury the hatchet.

“This is not the time for fury nor for rhetorics. This is the time to jettison and abandon any kind of misunderstanding, or disagreement. We must come together as a people to fight towards defeating this virus. Once we defeat the virus, then we go back to doing what we do. But right now, there is need for the coming together of our people; however, from all walks of life, so that the Biafran race could emerge from this very scourge or else disaster awaits.

“We need to translate all those things we say all the time about ‘love your neighbour’. We must now prove it. We may even have to feed those who are not IPOB in the process, but that is something we need to do.

“In the spirit of this newly found togetherness, I appeal to the governors to pay workers their salaries; even if it means paying from your security vault. I also appeal to private companies to pay workers as well, so that people will have what to feed their families. Those in-charge of electricity should at least ensure there is a semblance of constancy in terms of power supply; so that people could preserve their perishable food items.

Kanu concluded that, “The IPOB Head of Directorate of States, Chika Edoziem, will outline details and mode of operation regarding the all-important project, in our next broadcast come Saturday.”

New York Doctor Successfully

DOCTOR Zev Zelenko is a doctor in New York who just wrote an open letter to President Trump and medical professionals around the world alerting them to a possible solution to the coronavirus. Zelenko says he has been treating patients with a drug cocktail and has seen some promising results. Specifically, he is claiming he has seen “zero deaths, zero hospitalizations, and zero intubations.” Remember, always talk to your doctor before you do anything. Zelenko wrote: To all medical professionals around the world:

My name is Dr Zev Zelenko and I practice medicine in Monroe, NY. For the last 16 years, I have cared for approximately 75% of the adult population of Kiryas Joel, which is a very close-knit community of approximately 35,000 people in which the infection spread rapidly and unchecked prior to the imposition of social distancing.

As of today, my team has tested approximately 200 people from this community for Covid-19, and 65 per cent of the results have been positive. If extrapolated to the entire community, that means more than 20,000 people are infected at the present time. Of this group, I estimate that there are 1500 patients who are in the high-risk category (i.e. >60, immunocompromised, comorbidities, etc). Given the urgency of the situation, I developed the following treatment protocol in the pre-hospital setting and have seen only positive results: Any patient with shortness of breath regardless of age is treated. Any patient in the high-risk category even with just mild symptoms is treated. Young, healthy and low-risk patients even with symptoms are not treated (unless their circumstances change and they fall into category 1 or 2). My out-patient treatment regimen is as follows: Hydroxychloroquine 200mg twice a day for 5 days; Azithromycin 500mg once a day for 5 days; Zinc sulfate 220mg once a day for 5 days. The rationale for my treatment plan is as follows. I combined the data available from China and South Korea with the recent study published from France (sites available on request). We know that hydroxychloroquine helps Zinc enter the cell. We know that Zinc slows viral replication within the cell. Regarding the use of azithromycin, I postulate it prevents secondary bacterial infections. These three drugs are well known and usually well-tolerated, hence the risk to the patient is low.

Since last Thursday, my team has treated approximately 350 patients in Kiryas Joel and another 150 patients in other areas of New York with the above regimen. Of this group and the information provided to me by affiliated medical teams, we have had ZERO deaths, ZERO hospitalizations, and ZERO intubations. In addition, I have not heard of any negative side effects other than approximately 10% of patients with temporary nausea and diarrhoea. In sum, my urgent recommendation is to initiate treatment in the outpatient setting as soon as possible in accordance with the above. Based on my direct experience, it prevents acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), prevents the need for hospitalization and saves lives. My Brothers and Sisters; Dear Nigerians!

STOP THE PANIC! STOP A WHILE AND REFLECT!

SECTION A

(1) Do you remember How you have suffered from Malaria; How you have treated your malaria yourself without recourse to the Hospital or medical doctors.

(2) Do you remember How you still try, struggle to avoid getting “Malarious?”

(3) Do you remember The SYMPTOMS of Malaria (in Igbo – AKOM): Fever; shivering and trying to get to the fireside or the sun; headache; CATARRH, (heavy) cough – dry or wet, (with UKWARA), too much mucus, how you used to sneeze uncontrollably, often beating your chest, and for children vomiting, lack of appetite, inability to talk, weak and weary? If you do, Ok!

(4) If you are up to 40, can you remember how our parents and traditional medicine men treated our malaria those days? How we were covered with blankets under hot (boiling) stuff? (3) CONCLUSION: Malaria is deadlier than CORONAVIRUS. Non- Nigerians leaving Nigeria for their homelands are free - Americans, Israelis, Europeans, Asians….; no problem. Like Chinese - used to - CORONAVIRUS, Nigerians already used to MALARIA will definitely survive COVID-19. Simple!

1. About 500,000 people got the disease worldwide. 23,500 died. The rest simply recovered. Yes, 23,500 deaths in 5 months is on the high side. That is because the Virus spreads so fast.

2. 90% of those killed by this Virus are elderly people whose Lungs are very week to bear the onslaught from this Cold related virus. The young people who have died so far are also people who have Lung related

sicknesses already. And yes, we don't want all these people to die because we love them, but we are also helping them when we deal with the fear factor.

3. HOW SEVERE IS THE SICKNESS CAUSED BY THIS VIRUS?

Let's get the answer from Arsenal Football Team Coach, Mikel Arteta who just recovered from the COVID-19 sickness; “In terms of symptoms, it was a normal virus for me. I had three or four days which were a little bit difficult, with a bit of a temperature and a dry cough, and some discomfort in my chest. That was it". - Mikel Arteta

Note that what Coach Arteta is saying here is that our good old MALARIA is more severe than Corona. Forget the television pictures of "Oyibo" covered up with clothes and shivering like chickens being beaten by rain. It is because they are not used to MALARIA and other things we suffer here in NIGERIA.

The Corona virus causes Flu sickness. That means cold related sicknesses. Do you even know that cough and catarrh are Flu caused by a virus? Guys, do you even know that Catarrh has no cure just like Corona? You treat Catarrh by continuously dealing with the symptoms that shows up, until the Virus lives out it's lifespan and dies off.

4. This Virus can enter your body, lives out it's lifespan and dies off without you knowing that it was there.

5. For those that got it, what the hospitals do is to continue treating the symptoms (cold, fever, dry throat, etc) until the virus ends it's lifespan and clears out.

6. The reason sufferers are taken to Special Clinics or are Isolated is to prevent the Virus from spreading, and to have access to ventilators for those that have Lung/breathing problems. That's all!

7. The reason why the World is shaking is because this Virus is so contagious, spreads so fast, and therefore can send the entire city to sick bed in a week. But in terms of mortality rate, MALARIA in Africa is higher.

Therefore, it is good that we intensify all efforts to stop the spread of this disease by adhering to the basic hygienic advise (BHA) by Professionals. Constantly wash your hands. Apply alcoholic sanitizers: Observe social distance: Frequently drink warm water: Avoid crowded areas e.t.c. Always stay healthy because healthy people are strong people. Nigeria Is In 

An Almighty Mess

USA have already mapped out 2.2trillion dollars as aide to companies in the country to pay their workers whether they're working or not throughout this period of corona virus outbreak.

Each US citizen(adult) is entitled to a sum of one thousand, two hundred(1,200) dollars which is equivalent to four hundred and forty thousand(440,000) naira in the Nigeria currency. Every child in the US is entitled to five hundred(500) dollars(one hundred and eighty-three thousand naira). This is more than a show of love and care from the government to the  citizens and even investors in America.

Meanwhile in Nigeria, the government is fighting corona virus by deploying military and police to force people to remain indoors.

While the rest of the world are moving higher, we are sinking deeper into abyss every second of the day. As a Nigerian citizen, this period of corona virus pandemonium is a time your government should show you how much they love and care for you. Not a matter of confining you to a stinking room in the name of self isolation or quarantine. Other countries that are mandating their citizens to stay indoors already have food banks which have the capacity of feeding their country for not less than five years should events like a pandemic or war arises. What is economic blueprint of the government to sustain the average Nigerian citizenry who solely rely on their daily hustling as a means of livelihood? What is the economic plan to sustain companies and businesses that will definitely shut down in the face of the uncontrollable explosion of the pandemic, as well as the vulnerable working class? What is the Nigeria government really doing other than the obscure release of daily statistics of corona virus patients and shutting down of borders?

The real problem is that Nigerians are too docile to reason properly. Have you asked yourself why USA and European countries have evacuated their citizens from Nigeria, despite the fact that their respective countries are worse hit by the pandemic than Nigeria as it stands? Of course, nothing is worse than a wise man dying at the backyard of an ardent fool.

When I first saw the list of individuals and banks making donations to Nigeria government to fight corona virus, I wept for this country. Is Nigeria really unsalvageable to that extent? Who will account for millions of barrels of crude oil that leave this country on a daily basis? Who will account for the taxpayers money? Who will account for the Nigerian citizens when Nigerian citizens are now the ones bailing their government out from socioeconomic doom and the worst of health crisis. All over the world, politicians are cutting down their salaries by almost 50%, but in Nigeria, the politicians are even booking few ventilators in the country for themselves and their families. Nigeria is currently under economic strangulation because all the monies have been embezzled and deposited in foreign banks.  A friend of mine living in USA said the only investment Nigerians are known for over there is buying of houses. Ninety percent of these Nigerians are politicians; I hope this solves the puzzle of why the country won't stop borrowing across the world.

Corona virus has a bigger lesson for Nigerians; it has exposed the irredeemable rot in the system of governance and highlighted the gross insensitivity and ineptitude of the political class. While the rest of the world is looking for a permanent vaccine for corona virus, Nigeria on the other hand is in dire need of an explosive revolution that will usher in a sane society.

The World Bank’s Board of Executive Directors has approved $1.9 billion first set of emergency support operations for developing countries around the world, using a dedicated, fast-track facility for COVID-19 (coronavirus) response.

However, the global financial powerhouse excluded Nigeria from the list of the 25 countries to benefit from the support.

The organization said that the decision was reached by the board on Thursday and it was prepared to deploy about $160 billion in the next 15 months with a view to helping countries deal with the COVID-19 pandemic and quick economic recovery.

A statement by the bank said, “The World Bank Group is prepared to deploy up to $160 billion over the next 15 months to support COVID-19 measures that will help countries respond to immediate health consequences of the pandemic and bolster economic recovery.

“The broader economic programme will aim to shorten the time to recovery, create conditions for growth, support small and medium enterprises, and help protect the poor and vulnerable. There will be a strong poverty focus in these operations, with an emphasis on policy-based financing, and protecting the poorest households and the environment.”

The bank’s president, David Malpass, was quoted as saying, “The World Bank Group is taking broad, fast action to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and we already have health response operations moving forward in over 65 countries.

“We are working to strengthen developing nations’ ability to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic and shorten the time to economic and social recovery. The poorest and most vulnerable countries will likely be hit the hardest, and our teams around the world remain focused on country-level and regional solutions to address the ongoing crisis.”

According to the bank, “new operations are moving forward in over 40 countries using the fast-track process.”

It said that it was working to redeploy resources in existing World Bank-financed projects worth up to $1.7 billion, including through restructuring, use of emergency components of existing projects (CERCs) and triggering of CAT DDOs and spanning every region.

Responding to widespread supply chain disruptions, the bank said it was also helping countries access critically needed medical supplies by reaching out to suppliers on behalf of governments.

It said that it was equally encouraging other global bodies to provide financial support to developing countries for the COVID-19 health response.

“This fast response package will save lives and help detect, prevent and respond to COVID-19 in the countries we serve,” said Axel van Trotsenburg, World Bank Managing Director of Operations.

“Our country operations will be coordinated at a global level to ensure best practice is quickly shared, including approaches to strengthen national health systems and prepare for potential follow-on waves of this devastating virus.”

Only Ethiopia and the Democratic Republic of Congo are to benefit from the initial $1. 9bn response.

$82 million will help Ethiopia address critical needs for COVID-19 preparedness and response, including the provision of vital medical equipment, health system capacity-building, and support to establish treatment centres.

In the Democratic Republic of Congo, $47 million will provide immediate support to put in place containment strategies, train medical staff and provide equipment to ensure rapid case detection and contact tracing.

 PRESIDENT OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF 

NIGERIA ON THE COVID- 19 

PANDEMIC SUNDAY 29TH MARCH, 2020 

1. Fellow Nigerians,

2. From the first signs that Coronavirus, or COVID-19 was turning into an epidemic and was officially declared a world-wide emergency, the Federal Government started planning preventive, containment and curative measures in the event the disease hits Nigeria.

3. The whole instruments of government are now mobilized to confront what has now become both a health emergency and an economic crisis.

4. Nigeria, unfortunately, confirmed its first case on 27th February 2020. Since then, we have seen the number of confirmed cases rise slowly.

5. By the morning of March 29th, 2020, the total confirmed cases within Nigeria had risen to ninety-seven.

6. Regrettably, we also had our first fatality, a former employee of PPMC, who died on 23rd March 2020. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family in this very difficult time. We also pray for quick recovery for those infected and undergoing treatment.

7. As of today, COVID-19 has no cure. Scientists around the world are working very hard to develop a vaccine.

8. We are in touch with these institutions as they work towards a solution that will be certified by international and local medical authorities within the shortest possible time.

9. For now, the best and most efficient way to avoid getting infected is through regular hygienic and sanitary practices as well as social distancing.

10. As individuals, we remain the greatest weapon to fight this pandemic. By washing our hands regularly with clean water and soap, disinfecting frequently used surfaces and areas, coughing into a tissue or elbow and strictly adhering to infection prevention control measures in health facilities, we can contain this virus.

11. Since the outbreak was reported in China, our Government has been monitoring the situation closely and studying the various responses adopted by other countries.

12. Indeed, the Director General of the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) was one of ten global health leaders invited by the World Health Organisation to visit China and understudy their response approach. I am personally very proud of Dr Ihekweazu for doing this on behalf of all Nigerians.

13. Since his return, the NCDC has been implementing numerous strategies and programs in Nigeria to ensure that the adverse impact of this virus on our country is minimized. We ask all Nigerians to support the work the Federal Ministry of Health and NCDC are doing, led by the Presidential Task Force.

14. Although we have adopted strategies used globally, our implementation programs have been tailored to reflect our local realities.

15. In Nigeria, we are taking a two step approach.

16. First, to protect the lives of our fellow Nigerians and residents living here and second, to preserve the livelihoods of workers and business owners to ensure their families get through this very difficult time in dignity and with hope and peace of mind.

17. To date, we have introduced healthcare measures, border security, fiscal and monetary policies in our response. We shall continue to do so as the situation unfolds.

18. Some of these measures will surely cause major inconveniences to many citizens. But these are sacrifices we should all be willing and ready to make for the greater good of our country.

19. In Nigeria’s fight against COVID-19, there is no such thing as an overreaction or an under reaction. It is all about the right reaction by the right agencies and trained experts.

20. Accordingly, as a Government, we will continue to rely on guidance of our medical professionals and experts at the Ministry of Health, NCDC and other relevant agencies through this difficult time.

21. I therefore urge all citizens to adhere to their guidelines as they are released from time to time.

22. As we are all aware, Lagos and Abuja have the majority of confirmed cases in Nigeria. Our focus therefore remains to urgently and drastically contain these cases, and to support other states and regions in the best way we can.

23. This is why we provided an initial intervention of fifteen billion Naira (N15b) to support the national response as we fight to contain and control the spread.

24. We also created a Presidential Task Force (PTF) to develop a workable National Response Strategy that is being reviewed on a daily basis as the requirements change. This strategy takes international best practices but adopts them to suit our unique local circumstances.

25. Our goal is to ensure all States have the right support and manpower to respond immediately.

26. So far, in Lagos and Abuja, we have recruited hundreds of ad-hoc staff to man our call centers and support our tracing and testing efforts.

27. I also requested, through the Nigeria Governors Forum, for all State Governments to nominate Doctors and Nurses who will be trained by the NCDC and Lagos State Government on tactical and operational response to the virus in case it spreads to other states.

28. This training will also include medical representatives from our armed forces, paramilitary and security and intelligence agencies.

29. As a nation, our response must be guided, systematic and professional. There is a need for consistency across the nation. All inconsistencies in policy guidelines between Federal and State agencies will be eliminated.

30. As I mentioned earlier, as at this morning we had ninety-seven confirmed cases. Majority of these are in Lagos and Abuja. All the confirmed cases are getting the necessary medical care.

31. Our agencies are currently working hard to identify cases and people these patients have been in contact with.

32. The few confirmed cases outside Lagos and Abuja are linked to persons who have travelled from these centres.

33. We are therefore working to ensure such inter state and intercity movements are restricted to prevent further spread.

34. Based on the advice of the Federal Ministry of Health and the NCDC, I am directing the cessation of all movements in Lagos and the FCT for an initial period of 14 days with effect from 11pm on Monday, 30th March 2020. This restriction will also apply to Ogun State due to its close proximity to Lagos and the high traffic between the two States.

35. All citizens in these areas are to stay in their homes. Travel to or from other states should be postponed. All businesses and offices within these locations should be fully closed during this period.

36. The Governors of Lagos and Ogun States as well as the Minister of the FCT have been notified. Furthermore, heads of security and intelligence agencies have also been briefed.

37. We will use this containment period to identify, trace and isolate all individuals that have come into contact with confirmed cases. We will ensure the treatment of confirmed cases while restricting further spread to other States.

38. This order does not apply to hospitals and all related medical establishments as well as organizations in health care related manufacturing and distribution.

39. Furthermore, commercial establishments such as;

a. food processing, distribution and retail companies;

b. petroleum distribution and retail entities,

c. power generation, transmission and distribution companies; and

d. private security companies are also exempted.

40. Although these establishments are exempted, access will be restricted and monitored.

41. Workers in telecommunication companies, broadcasters, print and electronic media staff who can prove they are unable to work from home are also exempted.

42. All seaports in Lagos shall remain operational in accordance with the guidelines I issued earlier. Vehicles and drivers conveying essential cargoes from these Ports to other parts of the country will be screened thoroughly before departure by the Ports Health Authority.

43. Furthermore, all vehicles conveying food and other essential humanitarian items into these locations from other parts of the country will also be screened thoroughly before they are allowed to enter these restricted areas.

44. Accordingly, the Hon. Minister of Health is hereby directed to redeploy all Port Health Authority employees previously stationed in the Lagos and Abuja Airports to key roads that serve as entry and exit points to these restricted zones.

45. Movements of all passenger aircraft, both commercial and private jets, are hereby suspended. Special permits will be issued on a needs basis.

46. We are fully aware that such measures will cause much hardship and inconvenience to many citizens. But this is a matter of life and death, if we look at the dreadful daily toll of deaths in Italy, France and Spain.

47. However, we must all see this as our national and patriotic duty to control and contain the spread of this virus. I will therefore ask all of us affected by this order to put aside our personal comfort to safeguard ourselves and fellow human beings. This common enemy can only be controlled if we all come together and obey scientific and medical advice.

48. As we remain ready to enforce these measures, we should see this as our individual contribution in the war against COVID-19. Many other countries have taken far stricter measures in a bid to control the spread of the virus with positive results.

49. For residents of satellite and commuter towns and communities around Lagos and Abuja whose livelihoods will surely be affected by some of these restrictive measures, we shall deploy relief materials to ease their pains in the coming weeks.

50. Furthermore, although schools are closed, I have instructed the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development to work with State Governments in developing a strategy on how to sustain the school feeding program during this period without compromising our social distancing policies. The Minister will be contacting the affected States and agree on detailed next steps.

51. Furthermore, I have directed that a three month repayment moratorium for all TraderMoni, MarketMoni and FarmerMoni loans be implemented with immediate effect.

52. I have also directed that a similar moratorium be given to all Federal Government funded loans issued by the Bank of Industry, Bank of Agriculture and the Nigeria Export Import Bank.

53. For on-lending facilities using capital from international and multilateral development partners, I have directed our development financial institutions to engage these development partners and negotiate concessions to ease the pains of the borrowers.

54. For the most vulnerable in our society, I have directed that the conditional cash transfers for the next two months be paid immediately. Our Internally displaced persons will also receive two months of food rations in the coming weeks.

55. We also call on all Nigerians to take personal responsibility to support those who are vulnerable within their communities, helping them with whatever they may need.

56. As we all pray for the best possible outcome, we shall continue planning for all eventualities.

57. This is why I directed that all Federal Government Stadia, Pilgrims camps and other facilities be converted to isolation centers and makeshift hospitals.

58. My fellow Nigerians, as a Government, we will avail all necessary resources to support the response and recovery. We remain committed to do whatever it takes to confront COVID-19 in our country.

59. We are very grateful to see the emerging support of the private sector and individuals to the response as well as our development partners.

60. At this point, I will ask that all contributions and donations be coordinated and centralized to ensure efficient and impactful spending. The Presidential Task Force remains the central coordinating body on the COVID-19 response.

61. I want to assure you all that Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies with a role to play in the outbreak response are working hard to bring this virus under control.

62. Every nation in the world is challenged at this time. But we have seen countries where citizens have come together to reduce the spread of the virus.

63. I will therefore implore you again to strictly comply with the guidelines issued and also do your bit to support Government and the most vulnerable in your communities.

64. I will take this opportunity to thank all our public health workforce, health care workers, port health authorities and other essential staff on the frontlines of the response for their dedication and commitment. You are true heroes.

(Why the United States of America may be on the verge of relinquishing suzerainty to China)

My posts are always for posterity, it should be consumed by those who are futuristic, those who think very well, and people that understands how things work. So, If you are among those, that are in this world to make money, marry and have kids, then you will never believe or understand me.

Take a ride with me, and we will be just fine. My name is Ify chijioke. I help summarize in minutes, what may take you years to learn, Know or probably understand.

Let's start like this; how many of you have come across the book, "Unrestricted Warfare: China's Master Plan to Destroy America"! It was written in 1999 by a Chinese general, Qiao Liang.. China, knowing that she can never defeat the United States in a direct War, have been looking for alternatives.

In all my researches on how the Romans, Persians, Ottoman, Portugal, Spain, France, and great Britain colonized parts of the world, I'm yet to find a report that they invaded a place, took over, conquered the people without killings, carnages, arsons, looting, etc. I'm even privy of how the Fulanis conquered the Hausas. They killed all the Hausa Kings, warriors and took over.

I have studied revolutions; from America's Revolution, Russian Revolution, Cuban Revolution, France, Haiti, etc. Of all my studies, about how people liberated themselves, ended monarchy, and began self rule, it all came through the barrel of guns.

What I'm saying in essence is that, weapons and firearms, are very essential in "Colonialism". What then can you say about a country that is set about colonizing everyone, and don't intend firing a single shot yet, even though they have sophisticated weapons too.

Mind you, of all the past colonial masters we had, only the Roman and British empire almost conquered the whole world. In fact in 1921, British Empire was called "The Empire that the Sun never Sets", meaning; if the Sun is down in Nigeria, its rising in Australia, and if it setting in India, it is rising in Jamaica, Canada, etc.

But today, a single country "CHINA", is about colonizing the whole world, and the whole world is still at their mercy. Yes indeed, no country can do now without China, even the United States. She may not agree, but it is a fact.

As I'm typing this, Europe is in jittery, and the United States, the most powerful country in the world is confused and don't know what to. America was built on war, they have spent about 230 years fighting enemies that they can see, and China gave them an enemy that they can't see. If Corona was to be a billion Army, the United States would have demolished it.

If China succeeds in her quest, she will be the biggest colonial power in history. We will stop hearing the super four or five, to the super One.

The United States should as a matter of urgency, put aside her internal crisis (Republicans and Democrats squabbles) and fight a common enemy sets to dethrone them. Most kingdoms and empires that fell, did so because of internal crisis, Roman, Ottoman, etc. It was the quarrel between Eastern and Western Christianity, that made Constantinople (present day Istanbul in Turkey) to fall to Sultan Memeh 11, of the Ottoman Empire.

Below is how China will use to infiltrate the world, and rule over everyone, especially having the United States under her confines and control.

-Since they have released the Virus, every country is now depending on them for medical supplies. They will still manipulate the drugs to make you depend on them for more. You may not be able to pay, since you all are in a lockdown and will you now be indebted to them.

-China has already bought almost all the shares owned by Europeans and Americans in Chinese market, because the Europeans were thinking that Chinese economy will fall, not knowing that the Virus was meant for them. Now China is back, they are down can't buy the shares back.

-While it will take other countries months, to start operations in full. China has opened her companies and work is going on.

-While countries are in a lockdown, China is producing coronavirus supplies. They put the world in ICU, and is still selling supplies to them.

-China now have about 9 thousand new manufacturers, manufacturing medical supplies to the world. China manufactures 1176 million masks per day.

-China is about owning Australia in what is called "buying out distressed assets"..China is about buying out Australian businesses off, because they are in distress.

-Many companies like BMW, FOXCONN, Tesla, etc. are back in China, this signifies people going the for business, and may even think of permanent business location because of cheap labor and Corona free.

-With this trend, soon people of the United States won't be watching the U.S stock exchange but the Chinese stock exchange.

-If the United States don't act, they will soon start spending and depending on China for medicals, because she might have put them under control. China is very focused at this very moment that the United States party differences is tearing them apart. Mind you, China is a one party country.

-America depended on China for cheap things for the past thirty years, and it has greatly affect them. What if China refuses to sell to America, and ask for trade review. Most clothes, shoes, bags, belts, etc. worn in the United States today, come from China.

-China is number one now in technology worldwide, therefore, they are now the master of A.I, (Artificial Intelligence). They control "Quantum computing", meaning nothing can be encrypted or hidden from them.

-With just the above, China can tap into phone calls of any world leader, including the president of the United States. They can bombard any conversation no matter how secured the line Is.

-From the way China is going in becoming the world's best in medics, they can threaten to stop medical supplies to any country, even to the United States. They may tell the United States that unless you go our way, we won't supply you medics again.

-Because China is now the number one in technology, controlling aerospace, they can manipulate networks and frustrate any country, because they control satellite communications.

-China, is the country that controls the 5G technology, soon autonomous vehicle is coming and the United States will depend on China's 5G for it. If the United States builds vehicles that must run on a 5G, any day China shuts it down, then the United States will be stranded.

Mind you, China is operating a system of economy I will call Socialist-Capitalism; where the State control goods and services within the country, and also give rooms for competition. No Chinese company, will be able to carry out any business with America, without them knowing. Mainland China is not practicing democracy.

The thing here is, the United States weren't prepared for this at all, and it has dealt a serious blow on them.

From history, empire displaces empire, and kingdom brings down kingdom. Two empires has never held same power and authority, one must be answerable to another. China don't want to be lorded over by the United States anymore, and the United States will never fold her hands and watch....

There is uneasiness in the northern commercial hub of the country, Kano State. This is following the sudden upshot of corona virus victims and mysterious death within a short period of time. Within a span of less than seven days the corona virus cases in Kano increased from 1 to 73 and the number of unexplained deaths increased from zero to 180 within four days. The sudden increase has put the government of Kano State in a quandary.

Information available to The Biafra Reporter  obtained from a consortium of reliable sources reveals what appears confusing, heartless and devilish. It reveals the sudden increase in misery index to be associated with the actions of a Kano indigene who had served as an Ambassador to Morocco and had served several international assignments for the federal republic of Nigeria.

His name is Ambassador Kabiru Rabiu.

Amb. Rabiu tested positive to the corona virus in Kano on April 11, 2020.

Prior to the corona virus test at the Aminu Kano Hospital, Amb. Rabiu arrived Lagos from a trip to the United States of America [USA] fully aware that he was a carrier of the virus.

From Lagos, he headed to Abuja.

While in Abuja, the Ambassador began to exhibit symptoms of the virus. He began receiving treatment discreetly without disclosing his status. Nonetheless, he proceeded to engage in meetings with Government officials, and any other human he could reach. His meetings were extensive.

Amb. Kabiru Rabiu continued his escapade until he arrived at the hospital in Nasarawa State where sought treatment for the symptoms he was managing privately. It was at the hospital that his case was reported to the NCDC following careful observation by a medical care giver.

Ambassador Rabiu escaped from the hospital and headed to his home state, Kano State.

In Kano, he began his evangelism to spread the virus. Almost as if he was acting as an agent of a foreign enemy. He began with highbrow meetings with Kano State government officials. He met with the Governor, the deputy Governor, many of the Commissioners, State legislators and other personalities. He attended burials, weddings, Mosques and other social gatherings.

Amb. Kaibru Rabiu moved from meetings with high government officials to meetings with innocent residents of Kano.

Our source reveals Amb. Kabiru Rabiu is considered an elitist and a capitalist who normally does not associate with financially challenged segment of the population was reported to have called for a gathering of the poor at his compound where he provided food and drinks and ate and associated with his guests. He repeated such gathering numerous times. Each gathering numbered over 100 people.

In addition to the gatherings at his home, Amb. Kabiru Rabiu proceeded to visit friends he had not visited in over 10years. He went to their homes. He operated heavily in the Kano Ancient City area – by Kofar Mata

Interestingly, the seventh corona virus victim in Bauchi State is said to have been infected by Amb. Kabiru Rabiu when they met in Kano for a meeting that lasted for 2hours. The seven Corona virus victim is a staff of World Health Organization in Bauchi State. The office has since closed down and decontaminated. The victim returned to Bauchi and headed straight to his work place – knowing “quite well that he had just met with Amb. Rabiu” – who at the time had already tested positive, publicly.

Yesterday, a bill to strengthen NCDC was nicodemusly brought to the house of Reps, the bill immediately scaled 1st & 2nd reading and was scaled for passage on the 3rd reading, but what was puzzling was that against the tradition of Bill reading and passage in the House, the 55 pages document of the bill was not given to the members of the house for them to go through and understand what were the contents of the Bill they were being rushed to pass.

Some woke members of the house raised alarm on this anomaly, poked further and learnt that there were many suspicious and controversial contents of this Bill, among them being that NCDC will now have unlimited powers to force every citizen of Nigeria to be vaccinated and be issued vaccine certificate, failure to accept to be vaccinated and be certified (by any means they deem fit) you will not be allowed to purchase air tickets, board flights or move about in public places.

These members of the House who raised the alarm pointed out that the contents of the bill are very suspicious and fitted perfectly into some conspiracy theories that are being peddled on social media locally and internationally on the intention of some suspicious global power interests to create vaccines, forcefully make people to accept these vaccines and go further to implement a means of identification by way of chips implant or any other means they deem fit to identify those that have taken the vaccines..

The House members wondered on why Nigeria should be at the forefront of enacting such a Bill at this time and even in a hurry to pass the Bill which will support forced vaccination and certification to identify who has been vaccinated and who has not, even when no effective vaccine has been created.

The House turned rowdy amidst the concerns and complains of some members of the House which necessitated the suspension of the passage of the Bill pending further review of the Bill by members of the House.

Two lawmakers from the House who were on Channels TV Sunrise program this morning who were asked what their opinion on the Bill was, clearly stated that the Bill is suspicious and lend an amazing credence to the conspiracy theory that has been in circulation over sometime now on forced vaccination and identification by some certain global powers, they insisted that every content of the Bill must be made public and proper clarification given on the Bill contents and implementations.

5G Network is another thing that is very dangerous in our land. The infrastructure we need in Biafra is good Roads, Pure drinking pipe born water, Incessant Electricity supply, Good Hospital, Clinics, Maternity Homes, Good Schools, and good environmental development, Bridges, Sea Ports, good structures, price control that is better than Western World, Beaches in most of Seas, Rivers, and Oceans, etc, not 5G network.

As China forged ahead to inject this deadly Vaccine to Africans how many of their Citizens have injected before coming to Africa? 

Why targeting Africa first before the rest of the World? This Programme supposedly starts from China if it is a genuine agenda and of which many European Countries rejected the Vaccine,

and 5G Network and Face Mask made by Chinese because the face Mask imported from China were all Contaminated with the same Covid19. Why in Africa? On this, I advise every African / Biafrans not make to partake in Vaccine injection which is the mark of Beast “Akara Nwa Anụ ọhia,’’ (666).

If this vaccine they have started injecting people in Africa is good, they would not start the Vaccine in Africa.

Truly this is my great experience, but Africans treading on China Materials may not understand what I am saying!

In summary, Bill Gates, America Medical Scientist-Charles Lieber, the man of conspiracy theorists who manufactured Covid19 Virus funded by Bill Gates who has been in prison for 67 years. Everyone who is using Covid19 as a business in any part of the world mostly in Nigeria, will suffer terribly, for God said in the book of Revelation 13: 10-11, “He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here are the patience and faith of the saints.

Our Governors, Igwes, Chiefs, Some Senators, Local Government Chairmen, and Women; those in the House of Representatives, House of Assembly, both rich and poor that partakes in making money with Covid19 treading on the blood of people will go down. You better repent and look for a way to render an apology for evil activities against your people.
