The indigenous People of Biafra IPOB and it's leadership have been making conservative efforts to see that the old eastern region of Nigeria regains it's autonomy through a United Nations (UN) recognized referendum. At different stages of the struggle, the people of Biafra have demonstrated to the world to be the most peaceful freedom movement in the world with record of organized protests, rallies, exhibitions, media conferences and recently submitted a petition to the United Nations headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.
In recent years, referendum have been an effective tool for solving issues bordering on territorial integrity. On 30 August, 1999 an independence referendum was held in East Timor. The referendum request was made by the President of Indonesia, B. J. Habibie, to the then United Nations Secretary-General Kofi Annan on 27 January 1999, for the United Nations to hold a referendum, whereby the Indonesian province would be given choice of either greater autonomy within Indonesia or independence. This is the same thing IPOB and her leadership had done on 14th of September, 2018. IPOB has went and submit their request to UN.
In the preceding months, President Habibie had made various public statements whereby he mentioned that the costs of maintaining monetary subsidies to support the province were not balanced by any measurable benefit to Indonesia. Due to this unfavourable cost-benefit analysis, the most rational decision would be for the province, which was not part of the original 1945 boundaries of Indonesia, to be given democratic choice on whether they want to remain within Indonesia or not. This choice was also in line with Habibie's general democratization program in the immediate post-Suharto period.
As the follow-up step to Habibie's request, the United Nations organized a meeting between the Indonesian government and the Portuguese government (as the previous colonial authority over East Timor). On 5 May 1999, these talks resulted in the “Agreement between the Republic of Indonesia and the Portuguese Republic on the Question of East Timor” which spelt out the details of the requested referendum. The referendum was to be held to determine whether East Timor would remain part of Indonesia, as a special autonomous region, or separate from Indonesia. The referendum was organized and monitored by the United Nations Mission in East Timor (UNAMET) and 450,000 people were registered to vote including 13,000 outside East Timor.
The agreement between the Indonesian and Portuguese governments included a “Constitutional Framework for a special autonomy for East Timor” as an annex. The framework would establish a "Special Autonomous Region of East Timor" (SARET) within the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia. The institutions of the SARET would include an executive branch consisting of a governor (elected by the SARET legislature) and an advisory board, a legislative branch, the Regional Council of People's Representatives, an independent judiciary including Courts of First Instance, a Court of Appeal, a Court of Final Appeal and a Public Prosecutor's Office, and a regional police force.
The Indonesian government would retain control of defense, employment law, economic and fiscal policies and foreign relations, whilst Indonesian laws would have continuity in the territory. The autonomous government would have had competence over all matters not reserved for the Government of Indonesia, including the right to adopt a coat of arms as a symbol of identity. It would be able to designate persons as having "East Timorese identity" and could limit rights of land ownership for persons without this identity.
A traditional civil code could also have been adopted. The SARET could enter into agreements with city and regional governments for economic, cultural and educational purposes. The SARET would have been entitled to participate in cultural and sporting organizations where other non-state entities participate. The rest is story for another day.
This is one out of millions of referendum that has happened around the world and we need to learn from it. We should know that referendum is not war as Nigeria governments and other gullible minded people are making it to be, it is a legal process.

My dear Biafrans, I am writing this for us to understand that referendum has procedure, it is a step after another. When Our able Deputy director Mazi Uche Mefor told us that our referendum is remaining 95% we should know he knew what he is saying and he is on the right path and we should also know that much consultations, much documentations and other things they will not tell us are needed and we should always support them by doing what they told us. The only thing needed now is our co-operation and tenacity. And one of them is advocating for 2019 Nigeria election boycott, because that will tell the world, UN that we are serious in what we are saying.
For those that are doubting the IPOB strategies, approach and procedure they should know that IPOB is on the right track and doing the right thing and we must be united and speak with one voice.

WHAT IS THE USEFULNESS
OF VICE PRESIDENT
IN THE FEUDALISTIC NIGERIA?
As people all over Nigeria including Biafra people are getting easily hoodwinked from the political mathematics of the Fulani Caliphate in due to the Vice President slot zoned to Igbos by People Democratic Party (PDP), I am moved into making relevant inquiries into the usefulness of Vice President Position in Nigeria. I am still trying to find out the impact of Vice President since the creation of Nigeria and I can't find any impact to lay hand upon. I now wonder what some of our people saw in “VP slot” that makes them think that they have gotten alternative to Biafra Independence. Some people are already singing songs of arrival as if what we are talking about in the first place is a political position in the dysfunctional colonial experiment called Nigeria. But not even the position of President of Nigeria can be equal to our collective yearning for Biafra independence.
All those people being hoodwinked by the political offer of VP slot by PDP, should know that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu rejected this same VP when he was asked to drop Biafra agitation because he knew that VP slot is a useless position in decision making as far as Nigeria is concerned. Purse and reflect on the past Vice Presidents of Nigeria since its creation and their possible achievement as it concerns policy making, designs and implementations in Nigeria. That position is as weak as local government chairman position which no reasonable Biafran should rejoice for because it was zoned out to Ndigbo or any part of Biafra.

Their religion encouraged them to be war minded. Be security conscious which today we are fooled to pray for the fulanis who are killing us to “repent”. Rubbish…who can preach such trash to Israel to pray for Hezbollah and Hamas.

In as much as the government, educational and religion system in Nigeria is poise at perpetuating poverty on you, you will remain endlessly in slavery in Nigeria. NO SOUTHEAST BILL ON THE FLOOR OF
THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY

I am a Biafran and l am not living in Nigeria but in one of the Islamic democratic country in Africa, where politicians in their respective capacity garner courage and boldness to effectively and efficiently represent the people of their constituencies and not timidly sitting back and playing the second fiddle to their colleagues. They deliver their different zonal agenda in the Assembly and whatever legislative bill or motion an elected representative presents on the floor serves not as a private opinion but the collective will of his/her constituency.
Coming to the very salient issue like ongoing Biafra restoration struggle, it is expected that Biafran legislators in whatever chamber make a sponsorship on the floor regarding overriding resolutions of Biafra restoration by the Southeast region of Nigeria. Sponsoring such a bill in the Parliament, attracts no victimization as such a bill represent the genuine aspirations of his constituency. This civilized norms are obtained in a sane society like in this Islamic country unfortunately, is not a case with the Biafran senators in Nigeria National chambers, where cowardice and egocentrism reign supreme.
If really these lawmakers representing different constituencies of Biafraland have the overriding interests of the people at heart since the commencement of Biafra restoration agitation, like Senator Ike Ekweredu -Enugu West, Enyinnaya Abaribe -Abia South, David Mark - Benue South, Ben Murray Bruce - Bayelsa East, Stella Oduah - Anambra North, God's will Akpabio- Akwa-Ibom Central amongst other twenty three senators representing Biafraland in the Nigeria Senate would have gone to their respective senatorial zones and conducted "Town Hall Meeting" with the relevant stakeholders to ascertain the genuineness of the Biafra agitation. The outcome of the Meeting amongst other demands of the people, would have been transmitted as a bill on the floor of the Senate.
This is how things are rightly done here in this country, but disappointedly these brand of senators and their counterparts in the House of Representative feign ignorance to their statutory obligations in the parliaments. We all know, if there exits any circumstance that stipulate intensive tension within the thirty three senatorial districts in Biafraland presently ,it is indisputably the Biafra restoration agitation which has led to the loss of thousands of unarmed, innocent Biafra civilian protesters killed by unprofessional Fulani soldiers in Nigeria army forces. So sad that despite the chaotic scenarios resulting from the insistence from the overriding Biafra populace that the Biafra restoration project remains sacrosanct, the serving senators from lgbo extraction have still callously remained indifferent to their legislative obligations.
If the senators caucus representing various senatorial districts and their counterparts in the House of Representatives in Biafraland had come together, sincerely discussed and synergized about Biafra agitations with the intent of expeditiously doing the needful in Nigeria legislative Chambers, this relentless spate of state-sponsored strangulation policies against our people would have advantageously been nipped in the board. We would have been separated and be free from the Fulani Islamic oligarchy.
I, Emeka Odo remind all the Biafran lawmakers presently serving in whatever chamber of the Nigeria legislative arms that they are principally obliged to initiate motions for Biafra referendum and independence which is obviously overriding political desire of the generality of Biafrans, before the glare of global community.

Often times, I have met with people discussing Biafra in various characteristics and undertones. Some discuss nostalgically, Biafra as a home for “peace and harmony”. Some equally discuss Biafra of political economy and cultural placidity. But how would one talk of these prospectus dreams without talking of the present realities. It is good to dream, but no dream is real when its indexes of take off are neglected today. Our actions and inactions today determine our tomorrow becomes.
If there is anything I have learnt for years of my careful studying of human history and global politics, it is the undeniable fact that sentiment doesn’t rule the affairs of men. Those who are emotional in their relationship with others are oftentimes taught in hard ways by global realities. In fact those who are having their ways going today in our society are those whose interests rule and not sentiments. Believing emotions to take you lengthy amounts to shipwrecked, aborted and illusive self undoings. In the book “the secret book of Hitler”, Aldoph Hitler stated that three social activities of a people could determine how far such a people could go. These three social activities are; their political system, Educational System and Religion System. For the Biafran people, how good or bad has our patterns on these three postulations aided us? Democracy wasn’t new to our proginators. Our ancestors operated advanced democracy in such a way that it is said, “egbe bere, ugo bere” (social justice) in our oral sayings. No one taught them free society prior to now. That free social system heralded to free market system where there was entrenching of healthy competition among the enterprise within the pre-colonial Biafran society. For over five hundred years before now, this system was consolidated in our socio-political system that consensus adidem was channel of arriving at communal issues instead of dictate of any dictator. Such a superb society of free thinking and social healthy competition. Unfortunately, these great mental achievements were distorted by British visit and assassinated with the cage called Nigeria.

Today in Biafraland, all the politicians are loyal and committed to the Sultanate in Sokoto. Mention one that is free from Sokoto influence. Mention one that can condemn the rampaging herdsmen activities in Biafraland. Mention anyone who would want you to enjoy freedom or want you to aspire unhindered. The political philosophy of “egbe bere, ugo bere” which entails social justice is eroding. Getting recycled yet you are unconsciously atikulating into your obituary. What a shame!
The same people you are running after are busy impoverishing you with hopelessness while you tend not to be reasonable. Does life ends in taking few cash from those impoverishing you? No! There is more to life than belly. The great political change happening in Biafraland is aimed at raising and consolidating men and women that will rule over you with Islamic laws. It did happened in most middle beltan states of Nigeria. Nasarawa, Taraba, Niger, Kogi, and some south western states are on this flow charts. The truth is that these politicians among us are ready to accept anything just for their interest of sitting on power and not for your well being. What has Pastor Osibanjo done for Christains? So relax.
If not Nnamdi Kanu who rose timely to boldly rebuke these evil men and women among us, by now the issue of grazing (islamisation in disguise) would have been strongly perfected. All the governors among us were ready to submit for second tenure. It took IPOB and Nnamdi Kanu to submerge it, though the likes of Rochas Okorocha has turned Ohaji Egbema to Fulanis local government for his son in-law governorship ticket. Ohaji Egbema is presently handed over to the Fulanis. They want to turn us to political irrelevant but ChiukwuOkikeAbiama through Nnamdi Kanu said NO. Through various sit at home and election boycott threats, they are jittering that the people are getting wise and united. We must refuse impositions of thieves and Muslims stooges on us by boycotting them and their elections. We must restore our ancestors political philosophy of “egbe bere, ugo bere” by insisting on Biafra referendum. Our resolutions today will defined our tomorrow. We either take a hard decision today and save our tomorrow or we take weak decisions today and wreck our tomorrow. “Freedom isn’t given, it is taken”!
OUR EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM
This is another disaster we are facing today which is carefully drafted for our daftness by Britain and implemented by the Fulanis in Nigeria. Hitler said this factor could devastate a people deeply. Graduates we have today are unfortunately worth calling one. Brain dead crop of individuals who are not more than peripheral mind possessors. They lack basic knowledge of events around them, how much more taking into cognizance critical questions. They are too disgusting that they have retired to fate and fatalism. No effort to effect social change than begging for “data money” to write for those who impoverished them. Just tip them with N200,000 and have them kill their savior for you and even go further to ignorantly talk what they don’t know.
The educational system in North prepares them mentally to take ownership of big ministries and parastatals whether they understand anything or not, but here you are programmed mentally to graduate and learn the skill of drafting a “fine CV” for Musa or Tunde to employ you. To Ijaw cousins, theirs is to be pipeline vigilantes for the Fulanis who own the oil. Shame! Try to rework their minds, come and see English (sic).
Our ancestors were never educated into stupidity and cowardice as we are being molded today despite paying hugely on fees. In Chinua Achebe’s book “Things Fall Apart”, we saw bravery and educational system aimed at rejecting and fighting all forms of social oppressions. Self esteem was high and sons and daughters of pre-colonial Biafran society were “fearless before their enemies”. The Akassa War, the 1929 Aba riot, 1945 coal crises in Enugu, the high self esteem of Nnamdi Azikwe and Ojukwu, the brevity of our fathers during the war. They had best education which was embedded in mental brevity.
But today, mental inferiority complex is the order of the day. Our people are mentally defeated and low self-esteem running in their genes that you wonder if our ancestors ever fathered these wayward with their Siemens. This what deliberate education of fear instituted in us from primary, secondary and universities could do to us.
Nnamdi Kanu came with the kind of education our ancestors had which is “Ezi okwu bu ndu” (realism). The crops of poorly educated ones among us started yapping and goofing fighting their savior. That is what mental destruction could do. It destroys a slave mind and positions him to fight on the side of the oppressors against his saviour. Most people yapping and goofing against Nnamdi Kanu are mentally destroyed to make empirical judgements.

(3) They jointly orchestrated the Nigerian military invasion of Biafraland, wherein hundreds of Biafrans were gruesomely murdered via the ill-conceived military expedition tagged Operation Python Dance II. The residence of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the supreme leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) worldwide, at Afara-ukwu Ibeku in Umuahia, was murderously raided, on the 14th of September 2017, precipitating the death of armless, innocent Biafrans and colossal destruction of properties. This despicable act of state-sponsored terrorism, will forever remain indelible in the memories ofBiafra generations.

The
Indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB) on Thursday took a swipe on the
President of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Nnia Nwodo for urging people to
disregard the call by their leader, Nnamdi Kalu, for boycott of 2019
general election.
The
group stressed that no amount of propaganda against IPOB and its
leader can change the resolve they have towards influencing Biafrans
to boycott the presidential elections next year.
A
statement by IPOB's media and publicity secretary, Emma Powerful,
reads in part: “Nnamdi Kanu is the supreme leader of IPOB, a
situation the murderous Operation Python Dance wasn’t able to
alter.
“Corrupt
Fulani slaves in Biafraland must be reminded that IPOB is the people
and people is IPOB.
“The
one and only IPOB ably led by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu decided to boycott
every election in Biafraland as far back as 2015 when Nnia Nwodo was
nursing the ambition to become Enugu State governor, not even
Ohanaeze leadership.
“It
is apt to note that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is as consistent as the Northern
Star. He doesn’t change his position to suit prevailing political
circumstance. All he does is geared towards the speedy recovery of
Biafra from the clutches of darkness and iniquity called Nigeria.”
IPOB
said that anybody or group thinking of changing its stance through
carefully choreographed Fulani inspired propaganda and blackmail, is
wasting their time.
The
group insisted that Biafra land will be paralysed during next year's
presidential elections saying that terrorists don’t vote.
Continuing,
the statement said: “Those that proscribed IPOB and invited the
python to dance in our land cannot have their cake and eat it. They
know the right thing to do and until they do it, they will never ever
be forgiven.
“We
know this period of frenzied political activities is a time of money
making for political jobbers through petty gossip, idle speculation
and backstabbing. Therefore it didn’t come to us as a surprise that
Chief John Nnia Nwodo and co have started again in their usual way of
deceiving the general public by claiming Igbo World Assembly (IWA)
hosted an event in Enugu when such event never happened.
“All
the assurances from these compromised traitors and those aspiring to
be like them for monetary gains from the north are fake because
Biafrans will not vote come next year.
“Ohanaeze
Ndigbo met last week Thursday at their national secretariat, Park
Avenue Enugu, to brainstorm with Igbo IWA on how to sabotage IPOB’s
no election campaign in Biafraland.
“After
the meeting, they ended up issuing an already prepared press
statement to the media that sought to give the erroneous impression
that an actual public event held in Enugu on the said day.”
While
reiterating that that IPOB proscription on Ohanaeze Ndigbo still
stand and will never be rescinded, the group warned that any public
gathering by Nnia Nwodo and his Ohanaeze Ndigbo anywhere in
Biafraland would be disrupted.
The
statement added: “We wish to state our position very clearly
against any group that would like to cash in on the desperation of
scrupulous politicians to make some quick money at the expense of
IPOB that total humiliation awaits them.
“The
minds of our people are made up, they only listen and understand the
raw truth coming from IPOB and no other. The rant of these mushroom
fake groups starts and ends on the pages of newspapers.
“Nnia
Nwodo was appointed a minister of state twice by his Fulani masters
and can never do without them. His father before him served the north
and so also his brother Okwesilieze Nwodo who is presently living
rent-free in one of Atiku Abubakar’s house in Abuja. So it is in
their family interest that Biafrans vote in 2019.
“Chief
John Nnia Nwodo publicly swore in Lagos to sabotage every effort by
IPOB to restore Biafra, therefore any person or persons issuing joint
statements or fraternizing with Ohanaeze Ndigbo led by Nnia Nwodo is
an enemy of the people and must be regarded as such until the end of
time. We are aware that countless meaningless supposed nonexistent
groups and their faceless backers are springing up and readying
themselves to be used against the Biafra restoration project. Such
hungry individuals and groups are warned to steer clear before it’s
too late for them or be ready to face the consequences that is about
to come their way.”
IPOB
warned that anybody meeting with Ohaneze president will not only be
classified as a sellout but would be dealt with accordingly, adding
that Biafra restoration project is divine and irreversible.
“Anybody
working against it will incur the wrath of Most High God. Biafra is
for all everybody, regardless of religion, ethnicity or orientation,
therefore, we are not going to hesitate or fail to bring any saboteur
to account,” the statement stated.

Igbo youths under the umbrella, Igbo Youth Progressive Movement (IYPM) has endorsed Nnamdi Kanu’s call for boycott of the general elections in southeast and south-south.
This was disclosed to Daily Time TV by the youth president after their general meeting in
Speaking during an interview, the youth president, Engineer Uchendu Agu said,
“Anyone who does a stupid thing over and over again and expect a good result is foolish. We will not vote again because all those we have been voting did not give us anything good but insults, intimidation, humiliation, and the killing of our people by those we voted for.”

“We urge everyone in the Southeast to obey Nnamdi Kanu’s directive, boycott the elections and remain indoor on the day of the elections. Anyone who goes against the directives and goes out to participate in the elections should be blamed if something unfortunate happens to him and she,” Uchendu said.

at Aso Rock to denude themselves of reasoning, resulting in the fact that

As we type, for the people of Southern Nigeria to be enrolled into the Nigeria Army, they must change their names to

For employment or absorption into any
government office or outfit, it is not about your capability or know how, but
it is primarily about where you are from, or who recommended you. No wonder Nigeria
Finally, there is no contradiction
that is as inexplicable as the fact that a president, the late Mohammadu Buhari
would die, instead of abiding by the stipulations of the criminal document
imposed on the victims (who call themselves citizens) of Nigeria, called the
constitution, a foreign mercenary, Jubril Aminu of Sudan, would be brought in
to act in place of the president, instead of the so-called vice president. This
is not only humiliating and dehumanizing, but equally opprobrious.
When all the above is considered, the
world will agree that because Biafrans are republican by nature, and progress
minded, there is no option left to the Biafrans than to quit this progress

(1) BOYCOTT OF ELECTION has little or nothing to do with winning
or losing election. (2) BOYCOTT has nothing to do with parties. (3) BOYCOTT has
nothing to do with special political personalities involved in election
campaigns and the voting process
(4) BOYCOTT has nothing to do with voting rightly or wrongly!
(5) BOYCOTT has nothing to do with what your region or state loses if a particular or preferred candidate loses in election.

boldly said ‘NO’ to the white racist order. That incident led to Parks’ arrest
and trial which lasted long in the racist American state of Alabama Alabama
Parks' prominence in the community and her willingness to become
a controversial figure inspired the black community to BOYCOTT the Montgomery buses FOR OVER A YEAR, the first major direct
action, CAMPAIGN, PROTEST of the post-war civil rights movement in USA
BOYCOTT – “SYMBOL OF RESISTANCE”
Rosa Parks' act of defiance and the Montgomery bus boycott
became important SYMBOL of the movement and UPRISING against RACISM,
SEGREGATION, INJUSTICE AND OPPRESSION in the USA SOUTH AFRICA
Although widely honored in later years, Parks also suffered for
her acts. She was fired from her job, and received death threats for years
