Nigeria Police Begins Clampdown On Biafrans At Igweocha(Portharcourt) As IPOB Activists Goes Missing
Nigeria Police Force have arrested a good number of Biafran activists at Igweocha(Portharcourt), Rivers state.
The Biafra activists were reportedly arrested as a result of evangelism and sensitization rally organized by IPOB Okpulor Zone II on April 2, 2017, at Diamond Estate Okpulor, Umuebulu Etche, in Rivers state.

According to him, some personnel of the Nigeria Police Force had on the order of the DPO of the Area, SP Mary Iheanacho, stormed their meeting venue on April 15, 2017 and abducted one Mr. Victor Ogiebe who was actively involved during the sensitization rally.
"One of our own was arrested yesterday, 15 April 2017 by the Nigerian police at our family meeting venue located at UMUEBULU 1 ETCHE, opposite UMUEBULU POLICE STATION,

MY OPINION ON THE KANGAROO BAIL RULING ON
NNAMDI KANU IN ORDER TO ESCAPE ECOWAS COURT
HAMMER NEXT TOMORROW
By Mazi Onyebuchi Eze For Family Writers
Nigeria government has come again with another gimmicks against Biafra restoration and justice awaiting Nnamdi Kanu in ECOWAS court next tomorrow. Unfortunately, our case in ECOWAS court is not about this useless and empty case.
Why should Biafrans be jumping up and down for the Kangaroo bail ruling targeted at avoiding court hammer next tomorrow? What does it mean that Nnamdi Kanu will not be allowed to enjoy his liberty after the said useless release on with useless conditions? Will he now be in house arrest justice because he is accused? Judge Binta Nyako should tell those writing those script which she is acting that they are fools and can never be smarter than Nnamdi Kanu. Is that what Bar Emeka Ugwuonye who said that he is an erudite lawyer came to do? I am not a lawyer but I know the line by line.
I am not afraid about what Nnamdi Kanu will do because he will certainly reject the useless conditions as a big hammer is about to fall on Nigeria in ECOWAS court on Thursday.
Let nobody forget that they are only trying to escape the hammer of ECOWAS court next tomorrow should they release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu today.
This is what Nnamdi Kanu said sometime ago
"I will not sacrifice the due process of law because of speedy court process over the principle of natural process on the altar of speedy release" - Mazi Nnamdi Kanu on December 29, 2015, in front of Hon Justice Ahmed Mohammed.
ECOWAS court ruling is next tomorrow and they think they will by this Kangaroo bail ruling escape justice of ECOWAS court. Why is Biafrans not reading signs of time. ECOWAS court justice for Nnamdi Kanu next tomorrow is sacrosanct. I can never be decieved by the judicial gimmicks of Hausa/Fulani half backed Justice Binta and Nigeria government.

The no bail conditions.
Kanu, a Nigerian to produce a Jewish surety, a Senator and one other respectable Nigerian, all to deposit N100m each and a landed property in Abuja. What does one expect from a one or no credit judge who studied Sharia Law? Binta or Bingo is setting herself up for mockery in the judicial world. She has volunteered to paint Nigeria black in the eyes of the world. We now have three bails for same person. The first two were neither vacated nor contested by the jihadist government. Now the Supreme Aso Villa Court has now crafted their own bail conditions. What an animal country.
Sensible northerners should call her and the Herdsman-In-Chief to order because it drives the animosity and division even deeper. The world is watching how you Islamic bigots are treating armed Boko Haram with kids gloves but handcuffs and maltreats a peaceful protester. Mind you, when this anger bursts, Nigeria will be a history.
Secondly, the madness by these illiterate Islamic bigots is destroying the country both politically and economically. It prolongs the internal tension, drives away foreign investors and discourages local investors. The country will gradually spiral down into the abyss. Kanu has become the fly which perched on the balls. If you strike it or leave it, you are not better off. NNAMDI KANU'S DEMONIC BAIL CONDITIONS: THE JOKE IS ON BUHARI & JUDGE BINTA NYAKO
By Charles Ogbu. Published by Family Writers
Hate is a very dangerous emotion. The most dangerous, actually. The ironic thing about hate is that it does more harm to the hater than it does to the hated. Sadly, the Nigerian state is presided over by a man who hates for a living. It grieves me beyond reason to see that this senseless hate has found it's way into the sacred temple of justice that is the Judiciary.
Yesterday, the 25th day of April, 2017, in the case of the leader of The Indigenous People Of Biafra, Maazi Nnamdi Kanu versus the Nigerian state, the presiding judge, one Binta Nyako, granted bail to the IPOB leader with one hand and took the freedom attached to the bail with the other hand.
According to the judge, Nnamdi Kanu is being granted bail based solely on health ground but in a move that left no one in doubt that the Judge never really meant to grant bail to the Aba-born Prince but was simply bent on distracting Nigerians from the long absence of the gravely ill president Buhari, she gave some of the bail conditions to include that (1) the Biafra strong man must produce a senator, an influential Igbo leader plus a Jewish leader as surety who must all deposit 100million naira each and must have landed property in Abuja (2) he must not be seen in company of more than 10 people. (3) he must not grant any interviews (4)All his passports must be submitted to the court, among others. And his bail will be revoked if he violates any of the aforementioned conditions.
Now, permit me to analyse these conditions: (1)The Jewish Leader condition: In her moronic bid to mock Kanu's claim to the Jewish faith, madam Binta Nyako ended up mocking the judiciary and subjecting her position as a Judge to ridicule.
If a Nigerian citizen who lay claim to the Jewish ancestry/religion must produce a Jewish leader to surety him on bail in Nigeria, will a Nigerian who pray towards Mecca also be required to produce an Islamic cleric from Saudi Arabia to stand surety for him, too?? Will my father, Ogbu Nwa-chima, an adherent of the traditional religion, be asked to bring an Amadioha priest as surety if he has a case in Nigerian court? (2)Kanu Must Not Be Seen In Company Of More Than 10 People: This particular condition exposes this fulani woman Judge as a hopeless bigot playing a script that is far removed from what the judiciary stands for. Nnamdi Kanu is the most influential Igbo man alive. He has millions of followers both here in Nigeria and outside this country. There are hundreds of thousands of other Nigerians who really don't care about Biafra but have come to love him because they believe he is a victim of tyranny. Even Kanu's immediate family is made up of more than 10 people seeing as he is of royal blood.
Except you were born dumb or a product of Quota system, how do you grant bail to such a man and still insist he must not be seen in company of more than 10 people?? The hospital he will visit for his health problem, will he hire soldiers to keep every other persons away? Even outside the court premises, how do you stop his number-less followers --many of whom have categorically told you to either give them freedom from oppression or kill them-- from mobbing him??
In a clime where confidence in the judiciary holds meaning, madam Binta Nyako would have been relieved of her duty immediately. No Judge whose brain was not producing anti-bodies against itself would give this kind of senseless condition for bail. (3)Kanu Must Not Grant Interviews A wise man once said and I quote: "When you cut off a man's tongue, you are not proving him a liar. You are only proving to the people that you are afraid of what that man might say" I will leave this here.
If Madam Binta Nyako was not a hate merchant like her principal, Buhari, how would she grant bail to a man on health ground and still attach all these devilish conditions? Without Nnamdi Kanu's passport, how would he be able to get medical attention outside Nigeria? Does Binta Nyako really want Kanu to get medical treatment or she plan on seeing him die of ill-health in prison? If Muhammadu Buhari was not a dark-hearted man, why would he be releasing Boko haram terrorists from prison with cash compensation and protecting his murderous Fulani kinsmen with a special army task force while he is using his stooge, madam Binta, to ensure that Kanu who has never killed a fly remains in jail?
If the so called human right activists in Nigeria weren't as useless as the Buhari presidency, they would have since seen that Nnamdi Kanu's case is now a clear case of the abuse of the fundamental human right of a citizen by a 16th century brained highly vindictive No-Where-To-Be-Found President. Any man or woman, Igbo or not who brokered this kind of evil deal for the IPOB leader is more devilish than the devil.
Life is fraught with ironies, though. Beautiful Ironies, sometimes. While Nnamdi Kanu and his comrades are smiling and looking healthy in prison, where is their jailer, Muhammadu Buhari? What is his condition today?? Don't get it twisted. Charles Ogbu is simply asking for the where about as well as the health status of his "dear" president. Between Kanu and his jailer, who is really in prison? Indeed, evil does not pay!
In all of this, I am glad beyond words that the bravest of them all, Nnamdi Kanu, have put the murderous Nigerian govt to shame once more by rejecting those satanic bail conditions. By insisting he would either walk out of prison with his comrades unconditionally or die in prison with them, he has again proven that true leaders are born, not made.
Isn't criminally funny that the Buhari govt which flouted the Dec.17th order by justice Adeniyi Ademola that Kanu be released unconditionally is now expecting reasonable folks to treat the stage-managed ruling by a Judge who has never hidden her bias against the defendant with any iota of seriousness?? It is settled law that even if a Judge delivers a ruling while visibly under the influence of alcohol, that ruling must either be obeyed or appealed. The Buhari govt neither obeyed nor appealed Justice Ademola's ruling on Kanu.
A president who chooses which court order to obey or disobey is the biggest threat to his country. A Judge who allows hate to cloud her sense of judgment is not fit to even work as a cleaner in a court. Nnamdi Kanu was wrong, though. Nigeria is not a Zoo. It is not even a jungle because, in the jungle, it is all animal for himself. The Jungle does not have a govt which uses the instrumentalities of state to give undue advantage to certain categories of animals while oppressing another category of animals as is the case with Nigeria.
Nigeria is a walking tragedy. Not because a certain Charles Ogbu said so but because it is the only country where pre-historic hate-filled men and women like Buhari and Binta Nyako who are deaf, dumb and blind to the sanctity of human lives as well as the fundamental human rights of citizens are the ones presiding over the affairs of decent people and serving in the temple of justice.
This country is nothing short of a crying shame!!
I Can Never Abandon Madubugwu, Nwawusi
And Onwudiwe In Kuje Prison---Nnamdi Kanu
By Paul Ihechi Alagba
For Family Writers
The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu has rejected the controversial and stringent bail granted to him by a federal high court sitting in Nigeria's capital city, Abuja.
The highly revered IPOB leader while entertaining questions from a Family Writers correspondent, Okonkwo Isaac Somto, shortly after the conclusion of the court proceedings on Tuesday, April 25, 2017, had vowed that despite the bail granted to him by the Justice Binta Nyako presided high court, he would rather remain in Kuje Prison than abandon his subjects(Benjamin Madubugwu, David Nwawusi and Chidiebere Onwudiwe) who were arrested because of him.
"I came with my men and I am leaving with them," Nnamdi Kanu stated.
The Judge handling the high profile trial of Nnamdi Kanu and his co-defendants had ruled on April 25, 2017 that secret trial would continue and that witnesses would be allowed to wear mask. She however made known that she will grant only Nnamdi Kanu bail subject to mandatory conditions attached to it.
On the ruling on the application for bail of the defendants, she insisted that she is more concerned about the weight of treasonable felon charges hanging over their head. As a result, the judge refused the bail of the first and second defendants.
The judge stated that the reasons for granting Nnamdi Kanu bail is because of health issues, and also because the facilities at Kuje prison are not equipped enough to treat him.
She however listed the conditions attached to the bail release of Nnamdi Kanu, which includes;
- That He(Nnamdi Kanu) must not attend any rally or be in a public place with more than 10 people around him.
- He must submit his British and international passports.
- He must not grant interviews to any media outlet.
- He must provide any landed property in Abuja.
-He must provide a sureties, ranging from a senator or a religion leader or a highly respected person.
- The sureties must provide One hundred million Naira each.
The judge afterward fixed 11th and 12th of July as date for continuation of the trial.
Meanwhile, the entirety of Biafraland were encapsulated in wild jubilation following the bail granted to the Biafra leader. Several roads and streets in Igweocha(Portharcourt), Aba, Onitsha and other major cities in Biafraland were filled with joyous Biafrans who waved Biafra flags amid songs of victory for Nnamdi Kanu.
The atmosphere at the premises of the federal high court was nothing short of indescribably magnificent, as thousands of Biafrans(including men, women, and children) defied all frustrations from Nigeria security agents and flooded the premises of the federal high court Abuja in solidarity with Nnamdi Kanu.
In the same vein, one of the major highlights of Nnamdi Kanu's latest court appearance is the presence of Ekiti state governor, Ayodele Fayose alongside fearless lawyer and activist, Femi Fani Kayode. The two famous high-ranking Oduduwa politicians were among the dignitaries who stormed the federal high court Abuja to witness the court proceedings of Nnamdi Kanu's trial and also to show solidarity with the IPOB leader.
However in Enugu, scores of Biafrans who were celebrating the court ruling granting Nnamdi Kanu bail were arrested and whisked away by agents of the Nigeria Police Force, and are currently being detained at Nike lake Police station Abakpa Enugu.
Another reliable information has it that Mr.Theophilous Nnadiekwe was also arrested in Orlu,Owerri Biafra land while he was celebrating the bail granted to Nnamdi Kanu. The Orlu zonal financial secretary is presently being detained at Orlu police station.
