LIVE REPORT FROM FEDERAL HIGH COURT: Ibeh Gift Amarachi and Somto Isaac for Family writers/Biafra Journalist, are reporting live from Abuja today been the 29 of January 2016, for the Court hearing of the Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. As at 10:30 am, the Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra and Director of Radio Biafra/Biafra Television has not been brought to Court, likewise the Judge John Tsoho. While everyone was anticipating the arrival of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu,he was brought to Court by the Prison warders of Kuje Prison and is presently sitting down and awaiting the arrival of the Judge. Nnamdi Kanu, Court rules
A Federal High Court in Abuja has turned down a bail request by the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu.
The court said on Friday that Mr. Kanu must remain in prison pending his trial for alleged treason. Mr. Kanu has been in detention since his arrest in October. The government accuses him of running an underground radio that spreads hate messages in a push for the creation of independent state of Biafra. He had earlier been granted bail twice by the courts, but the government refused to release him.

THE serenity of the federal high court Maitama Abuja is never in doubt but has been presently suffused with much apprehension. The arrival of truck load of armed mobile police men heralded the much expected court appearance of indomitable leader of Indigenous people of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. More troubles for Nigeria Government as NNAMDI KANU begin RADICALIZATION of inmates in kuji prison towards biafra restoration, 35 already converted within 48 hours, sworn no going back on biafra struggle. I swear there is power in this young man's tongue am very sure within the next one week all the inmates will be shouting... it is BIAFRA OR DEATH Including DANSUKI and METU.
