BUHARI sent Orji UZO Kalu to beg
Nnamdi kanu.

Today, I
visited Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in Kuje Prison and we engaged in a very long
discussion. Kanu is my brother and a son of the soil. He shouldn't be where he
is because Kuje Prison is not his home. It is therefore my utmost concern to
see him regain his freedom like every other Nigerian.
In his now viral angry tirade, Kanu made an elegant point about
the government’s disrespect for the judicial process. In his words, “There is a
contempt of court, they don’t obey a court order and you’re telling me a secret
trial.” He is right to an extent.
This is no secret trial in the legal sense of the banning of the
press or cameras. The judge’s precaution in protecting the identity of
witnesses is understandable considering how politically fractious cases like
this can easily lead to retribution outside the courthouse.
Nonetheless, the government has persistently disobeyed a series
of court orders in this, and another politically charged case, that of Islamic
Movement of Nigeria leader, Ibraheem El-Zakzaky (whose son wrote an impassioned
open comment on his father’s continued incarceration this week).
Nigeria’s leadership surely has to understand that no one takes
seriously a country where lip service is paid to the rule of law. To ignore
that first lesson of democratic practice is akin to living in an alternate
reality.
KANU NOT YOUR ORDINARY
PRISONER, HE
IS A MAN ON
A MISSION & DANGEROUS –
MARK
Former Senate President, David Mark, has broken silent on
the continue detention of the Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB),
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, said he is not an ordinary Nigeria’s prisoner, describing him
as a
man on a mission with spiritual force.
David Mark, in a statement said that Kanu who is been imprisoned
by Buhari’s Islamist regime in Nigeria has threatened to expose
secrets that are capable of sinking Nigeria. Kanu is not your ordinary
prisoner, he is a man on a mission and he is winning.
What most
observers thought would be a show trial has changed the course of Nigeria and
possibly the world. Kanu’s reputation as a political and spiritual force has
only grown since his imprisonment. It has become clear that he is no ordinary
leader.
Since the
Nigerian military defeted a fledgling Biafra in the war between 1967 and 1970,
Biafra’s independence was put on the back burner of world consciousness. In
recent years the Biafrans, most notably the Igbo have reconnected to their
Hebraic traditions in a near miraculous way.
Thousands of
Igbo have turned to their ancient customs deeply connected to Jewish rituals to
find a source of strength. These Hebraic roots stem from the Igbo’s origins to
the northeast and ultimately to the Land of Israel.
Those who
know Kanu can say that he has increasingly shifted towards a direct Israelite
understanding of the world and has grown closer to a Judaic outlook. This makes
him the most dangerous man in Nigeria, because for Kanu it is about returning
the Igbo and all of Biafra back to its original state of being.
When the
British came to West Africa they understood they were dealing with a Hebrew
tribe. They encouraged the Hausa to defeat the Igbo and hand them over as
slaves to be brought to the New World. Due to ensalvement, oppression, and
occupation by the British, Biafra and the Igbo would lose their connection to
Israelite customs.
However,
with Buhari’s oppression of Biafra and the Igbo growing, Kanu’s return to his
Israelite ancestry through a Jewish frame of reference is part of a larger
movement back to the truth. The Hebew movement in Biafra can be seen everywhere
From Zionist groups to prayer shawls. Thousands of Igbo are awakening to the
fact that they are descendents of Israelites that traversed sub-saharan Africa
over a thousand years ago or more.
In order for
their to be a free Biafra it must shed the religion of their colonizers and
return completely to their roots. Kanu’s direction can lead to an independent
state of Biafra, the first Hebrew state in Africa.

My
Husband Will Never Allow Secret Trial To Be Used
Against Him - Kanu's Wife
Spits Fire
Thursday, December 15, 2016
Wife of the the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra has
revealed that no matter how hard her husband is pushed, he will not allow
secret trial to be used against him.
Uchechi Okwu-Kanu, wife of the leader of the Indigenous People of
Biafra (IPOB) and director of UK-based Radio Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu has said that
her husband who is standing trial on 11 counts of treasonable felony will not
accept the court’s decision to protect the identity of prosecution witnesses,
IBTimes UK reports.
The Federal High Court of Abuja ruled, on 13 December, that
witnesses testifying against Kanu would be protected by screens and would be
using separate entrances to enter the court, local media reported.
Kanu’s defence team is appealing against the ruling, arguing that it goes
against the principles of a fair trial.
“The ruling is not surprising, I knew that she [Justice Binta
Nyako] was going to rule against us,” Kanu’s wife, Uchechi Okwu-Kanu, told
IBTimes UK.
“Binta Nyako is not an unfair person, looking at her previous
cases, but her husband has a case with the government. He was released, but her
son is still in custody, so she would not jeopardise the lives of her husband
and son for Nnamdi Kanu,” she alleged.
Okwu-Kanu, who said she is not allowed to communicate with her
husband, also alleged President Muhammadu Buhari is behind the trial.
“They don’t have evidence against my husband, there is no case
here, they have changed the charges several times,” she said.
“He has been accused in the public, they killed several Biafrans in the public,
so why try him in secret? We will never allow this to happen, even if takes 20
years.
“How many Boko Haram members have they tried in secret? Nnamadi
Kanu is a freedom fighter, not a terrorist. Buhari should re-think this and
leave this case alone, if he believes in justice.”
Kanu, who holds both British and a Nigerian passports, was
arrested in Lagos on 14 October 2015. He is standing trial along with
Chidiebere Onwudiwe, Benjamin Madubugwu and David Nwawuisi.
The Abuja High Court initially ruled in favour of granting bail to
Kanu. However, in December 2015, Buhari said the Ipob leader would not be
released amid fears he could jump bail and flee to the UK.
Okwu-Kanu expressed concern over her husband’s “deteriorating”
health due to the prolonged detention, “but also because he is not receiving
treatment for diabetes, and his heart issues”.
Kanu’s lawyer, Ifeanyi Ejiofor, confirmed to IBTimes UK the
defence is appealing against the ruling.
“He was accused in the open. The trial must be conducted in the open,” he said.
” We are appealing against any form of trial that would shield the public from
having access to evidence against our client. We want a fair trial for our
client.
Its it is a right enshrined in our constitution.” The trial has
been adjourned to 10 January 2017.
FMC
OWERRI; MUHAMMADU BUHARI
IS A COWARD
I have
made up my mind to spend this Christmas either in the prison or the nearest
detention facility of the State Security Services as that is where I would
surely find myself for satisfying my conscience by calling a spade by its
rightful name. I owe myself and the Nigerian society a duty to always uphold
justice no matter whose ox is gored and I must forever do.
On the
29th of April 2015, after few meetings, the leadership of the Joint Health
Sector Unions FMC Owerri chapter sent out a text message to its members to
officially signal what has become a battle of survival against corruption. It
is now that I realized the full import of the assertion that “corruption is a
cankerworm that has eaten deep into the fabrics of the Nigerian society”.
Indeed Nigeria is rotten and stinking of organized corruption. The text message
commenced thus “there will be a peaceful protest tomorrow ….. and ended thus
“no violence and wear your black and black”.
To the
glory of God, not even a single mirror has been broken since 19 months that
this struggle began. Unfortunately, the only language that the Nigerian
government understands is violence and JOHESU has strongly resolved ab-initio
that violence must be avoided in its entirety. The union has responsibly
avoided violence despite litany of provocations including the hiring of some
hungry IMSU students to mount counter protests, one of them caught said he was
paid N600, infiltrators have been planted to cause mayhem in the midst of union
rallies but was always spotted out and sent away. The union has severally
caught persons making incantations and all manner of diabolic activities. Few
were handed over to the SSS, some persons have been paid to disguise as union
members and set the hospital ablaze , police brutality have been a re-occurring
decimal even in the court premises but the union remained un wavered.
This
peaceful protest commenced under the administration of former president
Goodluck Jonathan and the union was determined to prosecute a long battle
knowing fully well that money will continue to exchange hands until a possible
divine intervention. However, when Attahiru Jega pronounced Muhammadu Buhari as
the winner of presidential election, we were deceitfully convinced that a
reprieve was fast approaching, little did we know that APC has fooled Nigerians.
Personally, I did not support Muhammadu Buhari because I feared his northern
agenda and religious extremism. However, many of us who were strongly committed
to fighting corruption in Nigeria in general and FMC Owerri in particular
wholeheartedly welcomed his victory consoling ourselves that if all he achieves
in office is a holistic war on corruption, Nigeria would indeed be a better
place. Gentlemen, 18 months down the line in Buhari’s presidency, Nigeria has
become a more corrupt country, for instance the Nigerian Army roadblocks now
collect “toll gate fee” like their police counter parts unlike before.
President
Muhammadu Buhari has proved me right that he remains a religious extremist, a
proud product of the northern establishment whose interest is the satisfaction
of the north and nothing more. He has proved himself as a typical northern
power addict who hungers for power like a hungry lion without any idea of what
to responsibly use power to achieve other than fanning the ego of the northern power
merchants. Indeed, the leopard cannot change its skin. The FMC Owerri leaders
were priviledged to have an audience with the incoming first lady, Aisha Buhari
wherein essential evidentiary documents were handed over to her for onward
transmission to the incoming president. She expressed outrage at the
revelations and promised to expedite action on the matter as soon as they move
into Aso Rock.
The union
leaders left Daura as happy warriors who have conquered desired territories,
little did they know that Muhammadu Buhari would be the biggest joker of the
century. With the outburst of Her Excellency not long ago, I am tempted to
forgive her as she may have done her own part only for the president to refuse
or ignore to act on such a delicate matter. Multiple communications have been
made with the secretary of the government of the federation, the director of
SSS, the Inspector general of police, Attorney General of the Federation, the
Senate President and Speaker of the House of Representatives. If neither of
these officers had adequately briefed the President on the accurate happenings
in the hospital, then one conclusion is very clear, incompetency is another
name for this administration and either they or the president deserves to be
sacked for this country to move forward. Virtually, every media house in
Nigeria, online, print and electronic have carried stories on happenings in FMC
Owerri.
The
rottenness and wicked partiality with which Chris Ngige, Isaac Adewole, Osagie
Ehanire, ministers of health and labour and their respective stinking permanent
secretaries and directors have handled this essential matter is a discussion
for another day. Just like the myopic, diabolic and illiterate disposition of
Imo political leaders towards the amiable, gallant and patriotic staff of the
hospital. The manner all of them including governor Rochas Okorocha, his exco,
the Imo state House of Assembly leadership, National Assembly members etc have
sheepishly cued behind Angela Uwakwem is most disgusting and must be discussed
in another essay. The Nigerian Labour Congress has severally made public
statements and even issued ultimatum on the FMC Owerri logjam.
Protests
was peacefully held in Abuja last week Thursday and Friday and Muhammadu Buhari
is still unable to implement a very simple provision of the public service
rule. It took the intervention of NLC President Ayuba Wabba for the EFCC to
come under pressure and file an 18 count charge against Angela Uwakwem. Let me
inform you that the charges contained in charge no HOW/1C/EFCC/2016 does not
include a forged virement approval letter purportedly obtained from the
national assembly for which both the union and EFCC has obtained documents from
the clerk of the national assembly confirming that the documents are forged.
Section
476(3)(C) of the Criminal Procedure Act guarantees Angela Uwakwem 14 years
imprisonment (in room 419) for the forgery. It also excludes the contracts for
gas piping of amenity block which have been awarded, payments made and
documents signed to signal completion when not even a single pipe has been
laid. It excludes vehicles purchased for Emeka Ihedioha’s campaign with
hospital funds and lots of other ear aching financial fraud perpetrated by whom
I call Angela the goddess. Dehumanizing treatments meted to staff which
constitutes the uniting factor against her would take volumes to articulate.
Muhammadu Buhari is a coward simply because the moment you have any molecule of
relationship with the APC, you become a saint.
Even if
the heavens fall, you remain a saint. Justices Sylvester Ngwuta and Okoro
Inyang both of the supreme courts were stepped down before there matter was
filed in court simply because they are perceived to be working for the PDP and
here we have an ordinary head of an executive agency enjoying her office fully
even while on court bail for a criminal charge. We need to be told if two
different rules of engagement obtains in the public service. The same Muhammadu
Buhari authourised the Nigerian police to invade the hospital shooting teargas
sporadically which has led to the death of many including innocent children.
Imo police commissioner has denied this but we have video clips.
The same
Buhari we were told ordered the shutting down of the hospital last year just to
protect the interest of one APC woman. The police, SSS, and others we don’t
know have been used to harass and intimidate union leaders, their lines have
been illegally bugged, their residences marked, several illegal arrests have
been made but we shall never allow darkness to triumph over light. Angela
Uwakwem now goes about stating to whoever cares to listen that it is the
president that appointed her and only the president can remove her. The money
generated currently in the hospital is regularly shared between her and the police.
Duty tour
allowances are being paid for fictitious meetings she attended while not
working as the medical director and calculated at MD’s rate. The members of
staff listed as prosecution witnesses are desperately being harassed, offices
are daily broken to destroy evidence needed for the prosecution, several
dubious contracts are being awarded without laid down procedure in a desperate
move to raise her liquidity ratio to sustain the fight. Some clowns assembled
hungry students to hold a counter rally in Owerri today and we are getting
feelers that one is planned for Abuja. All these abnormalities are happening
because President Muhammadu Buhari refused to be man enough and implement
extant provisions of the public service rule. He chose to spare any person
connected in anyway with the APC purely out of cowardice. He desperately wants
to remain in power even with his zero performance. Bukola Saraki was charged
with forgery of Senate rules as well as lying in his asset declaration form.
When it turned out that he remains a force in the APC business, can Buhari
explain to Nigerians what became of those two suits.
Ogbonnaya
Onu and Rotimi Amaechi have been severally mentioned in bribery scandals, has
Buhari said anything about it, Dave Umahi is being dealt with because he is in
PDP yet despite multiple arrests and interrogations of Imo government
officials, no single prosecution has commenced. I repeat for emphasis,
Muhammadu Buhari is a coward. Orji Uzor Kalu’s matter with EFCC has been
resurrected and he has seen the APC as a safe haven and off course has
decamped, very soon we will not hear of the matter again. James Onanefe Ibori
just returned to a mocking heroic welcome and has declared his intention to
join the APC.
Several
APC bigwigs who have been touted to harbor ambition of leaving the party to
form a new one have hurriedly addressed press conferences to debunk such
assertions simply because they have a coward as president who can only probe
and prosecute them after they must have left the party. Similar logjams have
occurred in other places but because APC has no interest, it was immediately
resolved.
In Ekiti,
a similar imbroglio occurred and within few weeks, it was settled with a new
medical director. In Imo APC interest must be protected, it does not matter if
thousands of lives continue to be lost, it does not matter that this is the
only fully functional government hospital in the state, the only thing that
matters to Muhammadu Buhari is the protection of APC interest no matter what
the rules say, that for me is grand cowardice.
If
Muhammadu Buhari is not a coward, let him arraign Rotimi Amaechi, let him
interdict Angela Uwakwem in line with clear provisions of the public service
rules which have been applied in several other cases under his administration,
let him continue the prosecution of senate president Bukola Saraki, let him
probe and prosecute all those involved in the FMC mess including the police
invasion.
For me I
have sworn to protect the rights of individuals and peaceful groups, nothing on
earth would make me abandon the cause of justice at all times. As a priest in
the temple of justice, I owe myself and my nation a duty to see that justice is
done in all my endeavours. Nigeria is my country, I remain a proud and
patriotic Nigerian, I shall live in this country and forever contribute my
quota to its development. The only country I may go to is “western Germany”.
Fellow Nigerians, Pray 7 Times A
Day That
Nothing Happens To
Nnamdi Kanu, 1967 Is Not 2016 - Ibrahim
Wednesday, December 14, 2016
A social media user, Ibrahim Hamza took to social media yesterday
to warn Nigerians on the danger at hand after Justice Binta Nyako of the
Federal High Court affirmed Federal Government's request for secret trial i.e.
to use masked witnesses to testify against IPOB Leader, Nnamdi Kanu.
Hamza wrote:
Fellow
Nigerians please kneel down and be praying seven times a day let nothing happen
to Nnamdi Kanu. Cause if anything happens to him. The earth will boil. Heaven
will turn blood. Sun will be closer than ever. Ground will open and people like
you and I will have no hiding place. Don't be deceived by the so Called
"child's play Ojukwu and Gowon did and called it war." Don't pray for
war. Cause black and white television is not the same as coloured
television. The British is still using us for their experiment. The world and
the people have become wiser. It only takes a wise person to know that Nigeria
was nevr meant to be forever. It is only the selfishness of the people we call
leaders that have been hiding the truth from the youth. Everyday across the
world new countries are been created. Why would the case of Nigeria be different?
