BIAFRA: NNAMDI KANU APPEARS IN ABUJA HIGH

COURT IN A REJUVENATED SPIRIT

Unlike in his white attire; the Leader of Indigenous People of Biafra stormed Abuja High Court; his anticipated appearance was a relief to the Indigenous People of Biafra that had spent hours waiting to see him as they shouted like victorious people.

To some Biafrans; seeing Nnamdi Kanu is seeing a hero who has sacrificed everything for them while to some, seeing Nnamdi Kanu is seeing the greatest man they have ever come in contact or had as their own. To me; seeing Nnamdi Kanu is seeing an epitome of wisdom and perfection of mankind through Chukwuokikeabiama.

Looking so rejuvenated and gorgeous; a handsome man that would cut through the eyes of Queens and Princesses; he is neither perturbed nor showing any sign of pale. One would have expected him to wither since he was denied bail in the last Court hearing, but he seems not be in a hurry as restoration of Biafra is all he wants.

Mazi Kanu appearing in Court
section of the people he is in that prison for, a section of the people he is being tried for. Gallantly he walks in; Nigeria Government will continue to disgrace itself while the Leader of Indigenous People of Biafra takes credit of everything.

One thing seems to have kept him going; the love Biafrans have for him, as he was flanked by Warders; more like a champion is being escorted into the Court room; in his dull yellow to match ‘senator’; smiling boldly, the journey is coming to an end; victory will be his own, he seems to be very certain.

One thing is certain; Nnamdi Kanu seems to have understood that his continued detention is the price he has to pay and such price he is confidently paying. It is a disappointment for the people that incarcerated him thinking he would be psychologically battered. He has won and shown that incarceration has not and cannot affect his resolve.

He also seems confident of his freedom as he walks into the Court room; one thing is very much certain, a new Sheriff is in town and justice will be done very soon. Nnamdi Kanu has done nothing, he has gained momentum, his name has reached to the end of the world and his continued detention will make him more powerful. He has come to take advantage of the bigotry and stupidity of Nigerian establishment. Justice Binta Nyako is being expected to rule today if secret trial will hold or not.

Biafra: Nnamdi Kanu goes berserk in court, rejects ruling on secret trial
Author: Nnenna Ibeh
- The leader of the IPOB Nnamdi Kanu said he will not be subjected to a secret trial by the Nigeria government
- Kanu said he has been accused in public and will not accept the ruling of the court to try him in the secret
- He also urged President Muhammadu Buhari to always guard his utterances especially when speaking in public
Nnamdi Kanu said he will not be subjected to a secret trial by the Nigerian government
The trial of the leader of the Independent People Of Biafra (IPOB) Nnamdi Kanu took a new turn after a Federal High Court judge ruled on an application for secret trial by the Department of State Services (DSS).
After the judge over the matter, Justice Binta Nyako, made her ruling that witnesses in the ongoing trial of Kanu would be protected behind a screen, a vexed Kanu, replying from the dock said he will not be subjected to a secret trial by the federal government.
Kanu said: “I will not be tried in the secret, this is not a Sharia court, I must be tried in an open court!” kanu snapped back at Justice Nyako.
Continuing in anger, the IPOB leader said: “Buhari went public and he accused me in public now you he wants to try me secretly, I will not accept that,” Kanu said.
"He (President Buhari) has sent his sister from Kastina state (refering to the judge) to try him, he should learn to guard his utterances," he added.
While Kanu was speaking, Justice Nyako called him to order, she also cautioned Kanu's counsel to tell his client to conduct himself in her court.
"This is my court and I what I say happens, it's like coming to your house and respecting your orders," Nyako said.
But Kanu continued: “I will address this court! You cannot be killing my people and tell me that you will make me have a secret trial. That won’t happen! The president can intimidate the judges, but he cannot do that to me. Tell him he has lied,”
Nyako had in her ruling on Tuesday, December 13, said: "It is in law that criminal trials be conducted in open court, but however it is not strange that some circumstances can warrant the concealing of witnesses."
Nyako also advise parties involved - counsels and defendants - to choose a date for a test run on the screening process.
She said: "I will want all of you to choose a date for us to practice how the screening will be conducted, so that you will not be taken unaware on the process."
However, shortly after her ruling the court room was filled with Biafra agitators mostly dressed in Jewish robes.
The agitators in their scores chanted: “No secret trial” inside the court room.
The chants continued outside, with prison and police officer making calls for reinforcement.
Shortly after the calls, a huge police van with hundreds of police officer arrived the court premises and guarded with masked DSS officials Kanu and his fellow accused persons were driven out of the court in a prison van.

IPOB Members Storm Federal High Court in Abuja Dressed In Overall White – Photos
Many people were left wondering after members of the Indigenous people of Biafra stormed the Federal High Court in Abuja dressed in overall white.

Members of the Indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB) have stormed the Federal High Court in Abuja dressed in overall white ahead of the arraignment of IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu. Kanu will be appearing today at the federal high Court Abuja with two(2) other defendants, David Nwawusi and Benjamin Madubugwu who are being charged with treasonable felony.

As usual, the men of the Department of State Security and the police have positioned themselves all over the court premises to avoid any breakdown of law and order as IPOB members have stormed the premises in Israeli garments praying for a favorable outcome of the court proceedings.

With regards to tyranny, bloodshed, and incompetence Buhari's government is the undisputed champion in the history of Nigeria.

* Shiites go on a peaceful procession the armed forces under Buhari's command shoot, kill and bury them in secret mass graves, unprecedentedly, as affirmed by Amnesty International.

* Biafrans/IPOB protest they're brutally massacred in cold blood by Buhari's armed forces, affirmed also by AI.

* Even the country's female footballers, who recently did Nigeria honour by winning their 8th African Women Football trophy, protested injustice done to them by the country's FA, they're threatened with a life ban. Even when that FA is headed by an erratic and fumbling minister. Who knows, will they also be killed???

* Meanwhile Boko Haram and Fulani headsmen terrorists are pampered and appeased with handsome reward/ransom by their Fulani kinsmen in power.

This is the despotic and useless government with zero tolerance to human rights and peaceful protests, that a Nobel laureate helped to foist upon Nigerians and still stands with, granting them dubious intellectual cover so the terrorist government continues to devour their own countrymen for political and sectarian greed.

Nevertheless, unless there is no God in heaven Who hearkens to the cry of the oppressed, all who have joined hands to give a dubious credibility to this government which has turned the country to an expansive abattoir of human blood...none of you, not a single one, will escape the due wages of your greed and bloodshed. Except there is no God in heaven.
There is no place in the world that a Mask witness is use in the court, It means you are playing a foul game if you are not making the witness seen by the world as he testifies as the person.

BIAFRA: GO AND TELL

BUHARI THAT HE IS MAD -

THE MESSAGE IS CLEAR

By Ifeanyi Chijioke Twitter: @Biafrapost

December 14, 2016

This is one of the things we heard at the end of the Court hearing where Buhari’s sister upheld secret trial. She won’t be disgraced that his brother Muhammed Buhari has rubbished the sanctity of the Court. From disobeying Court orders to establishing illegality and injustice as a trademark of the Court; this madness needs resistance or everyone goes mad to balance the new way of life.

The injustices and this madness in the Court or Judiciary are simply because; indirectly, Buhari is the one presiding. He had said in his maiden media chat that he would not release Nnamdi Kanu and like a drama; the Court did not grant Nnamdi Kanu bail and the one that granted him bail was shown contempt. It is very understandable seeing Buhari as a mad man because he is about to break that fragile trend, the kind of crisis that will hit Nigeria if people decide to resist injustice through force of arm to balance Buhari’s military will be immense.

Firstly; Buhari is a mad man-octogenarian, he cannot jail Nnamdi Kanu or try him in secret, and he has to kill over 70 million Biafrans to have his way. He has been killing Biafrans but over a thousand of them killed so far is not worth a way for him. Before he illegally jails Nnamdi Kanu; he has to up his genocide and kill all of them. As long as one Biafran is alive; Nnamdi Kanu will not be tried in secret and neither will he be jailed. It takes a mad man to think that Nnamdi Kanu the leader of over 70 million Biafran fanatics will be tried unjustly, secretly and illegally jailed.

Tell Buhari that he is mad; tell that octogenarian that the last thing that will happen is for heaven to fall on earth. Tell him that what it would cause or lead to is another civil war; tell him that as he continues to kill Biafrans, people might decide to defend themselves someday against IPOB’s culture of peace and common sense. Tell him that he is a mad man; an extra-ordinary mad man, his madness is without measure. It takes a mad man to think he can illegally or unjustly jail Nnamdi Kanu, a leader of ‘religious, fanatical, dedicated’ freedom fighters.

The junior sister to Buhari who took over from Justice John Tsoho has once more reassured the world that Buhari controls the Court and everything therein. This is why Buhari would flout one order and choose to obey the other order and his sister overlooks it.

The most important thing to me right now is to make sure the message passed to Buhari reaches him; he wants to jail Nnamdi Kanu by all means and any Court ruling that is not in line with his wish is disobeyed while the one that goes according to his wish is upheld. The trial Judge, Binta Nyako who is the sister of Buhari would constantly note to us that Buhari has right to his view or say what he wants.

I want anyone that would pass this message to Buhari to endeavor to take it to him in a way he would understand properly. When you meet Buhari and tell him that he is mad; he may get angry and maybe order his sister to conduct a secret trial and jail you for corruption as he already knows all Nigerians are corrupt.

For trying to invoke secret trial when you made all your accusations against Nnamdi Kanu in the public can only be possible when someone is mentally imbalanced. This mad octogenarian in his maiden media chat made all his accusations and submissions. All of a sudden; he is after secret trial, his madness knows no bound. For this reason; please tell Buhari that he is mad.

You have not jailed corrupt Nigerians despite everything you swore to fight corruption; a man that has never touched Nigerian money or knows any form of corruption in Nigeria is your priority for jail. It can only take a mad man to attempt to jail a saint when sinners are all over the street and committing more sins.

For changing the law or making a new law; it can only take a mad man to come in this 21st century globalization has taken hold to make or change laws. Nigeria practices common law which forbids secret trial; one you secretly try is one you have condemned. Go and tell Buhari that he is mad for ordering a secret trial that is not possible as long as Commonwealth- law is concerned.

For flouting the Court order that mandated him to release Nnamdi Kanu and thinking that his overtaken Judges will stand or their illegal ruling will stand is the peak of the madness in question. For his secret trial ruling to stand; he must obey the first Court ruling that released Nnamdi Kanu or else the Court is scrambled and might or techniques decide things. For thinking Nnamdi Kanu will subject to illegal Court ruling; go and tell Buhari that he is mad.

For arresting and struggling to imprison a peaceful and lawful activist; Buhari is mad to have kept thinking this is a military regime. His madness knows no bound; despite he travels like a rare mad man, he has failed to observe or see that self determination is a sacred right of Indigenous People as observed all over the world. It would take a mad man to try to jail Nnamdi Kanu when in Britain agitation for referendum is going on; in USA, California is nursing that. In Spain; Catalonia is making moves in that direction and all over the world, political leaders respect such lawful act.

Tell Muhammed Buhari that he is mad; his madness is only driving him towards secret trial and subsequent jailing of Nnamdi Kanu. Tell the mad octogenarian that UN 2007 declaration on the rights of Indigenous People gave legal backing to agitation for sovereign Biafra. It would take madness for anyone to try and jail a peaceful and lawful activist through secret trial.

Tell Buhari that he is mad; this mad man is unaware that Donald Trump is in town, a new Sheriff that loves justice and put humanity before politics. This mad man is lacking a lot; he still thinks Obama is in power and he thinks sovereignty is warrant of injustice. Tell Buhari that he is mad; make it very clear to him that he is mad.

Buhari is mad and his madness is not a small one; he cannot jail Nnamdi Kanu because Nnamdi Kanu did not steal Nigerian money. Nnamdi Kanu did not kill anyone; he did not commit any crime known to any law. He is more a British man than a Nigerian; he has nothing to do with Nigeria and he is a Biafran. Tell Buhari that he cannot do anything to Nnamdi Kanu; man pass man and Eji ya offor.

SECRET TRIAL: This Is My Court, Whatever
I Say Happens - Justice Binta Nyako Tells Nnamdi Kanu
                        Wednesday, December 14, 2016
The trial of the leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) Nnamdi Kanu took a new turn yesterday after a Federal High Court judge ruled on an application for secret trial by the Department of State Services (DSS).

After the judgement over the matter, Justice Binta Nyako, made her ruling that witnesses in the ongoing trial of Kanu would be protected behind a screen, a vexed Kanu, replying from the dock said he will not be subjected to a secret trial by the federal government.

BIAFRA : THIS COURT IS MINE AND I WILL USE IT THE

WAY I WANT --- JUSTICE BINTA NYAKO

Justice Binta Nyako

By Ibeh Gift Amarachi
For Family Writers

The presiding judge of Nnamdi Kanu’case, Justice Binta Nyako has on Tuesday the 13th of December 2016, stated in Court 4 of Federal High Court Abuja that "This Court Is Mine And I Will Use It The Way I Want".
This statement was made during a court sitting, when the defending counsel of IPOB Leader Citizen Nnamdi Kanu, countered her ruling on Secret Trial where the witnesses will be masked and as well hidden behind the screen, keeping the press, defendants and everyone out of the trial.

There is no place in the World, where a court of jurisprudence, is owned by anyone. If a Court where people run to seek for justice is owned by a Judges it then means justice has been raped and murdered. That court should be scrapped off and must not exist. There is no way, such court can grant justice to the innocent, hence it should be sent to oblivion.

Citizen Nnamdi Kanu and other defendants must not be trialed in a court where the presiding judge does whatever she wants as she boldly stated in the court.

A court ruling must be done based on the law guiding that country and it is known all over the World that, Nigeria practices Common Law and as such, secret trial is against the rule of law in Nigeria. If Justice Binta  Nyako insist on doing whatever she wish to in Federal High Court, her legal certificate should be nullified, her gown burnt for insulting mother justice and she must not be allowed to preside over Citizen Nnamdi Kanu's case.

The court sittings presided by Justice Binta Nyako who was appointed by her Brother the President of Nigeria Muhammadu Buhari, exposed her unprofessional Anti-Legal attitude, as she repeatedly verbally attacked the defending counsels of citizen Nnamdi Kanu and four other defendants.
On the 17th of November when she denied granting the defendants bail, she verbally attacked the defending counsels by asking them to "Sit Down”, whenever they legally argued on a motion appropriately filed in the application.

Her verbal hostility proves that she is following the orders of Muhammadu Buhari the self acclaimed judge who convicted Citizen Nnamdi Kanu through his Presidential media chart.

Binta Nyako must not trial Citizen Nnamdi Kanu secretly in a court she tags “My Court".
The World must not keep mute over the public violation of Citizen Nnamdi Kanu's human right. Justice Binta must not be allowed to destroy the lives of innocent citizens who only exercised their human right, in her personal court. The Leader of The Indigenous People Of Biafra and the entirety of IPOB are saying No to secret trial and must not be trialed in the personal court of Justice Binta Nyako.

Press Statement
JUSTICE BINTA FATIMAT MURTALA-NYAKO IS A
                DISGRACE TO THE JUDICIARY
                      AND COURSE OF JUSTICE
Without any shred of doubt, Hon. Justice Binta Fatimat Murtala-Nyako (57 years old) is a monumental disgrace to the Judiciary and the greatest purveyor of injustice ever known to man. The world must be put on notice that this female Judge lacks basic understanding of her job as well as the capability to differentiate between a private citizen and a public servant at the level of the President of a country. In her gaffe on the 1st of December 2016 which was the day she denied bail for Nnamdi Kanu, Justice Binta Murtala-Nyako averred that Muhammadu Buhari’s prejudicial statement on Nnamdi Kanu’s case during his Presidential media chat of December 30, 2015, was a mere comment from a private citizen which he (Buhari) is entitled to as part of his fundamental human right. We are not surprised that on the night of the same day of her gaffe, Justice Binta Murtala-Nyako had a dinner at the Presidential Villa with Muhammadu Buhari.
It is on record that Muhammadu Buhari has written four letters to Justice Binta Murtala-Nyako concerning Nnamdi Kanu. In one of the recent letters, Buhari reminded Justice Binta Murtala-Nyako that her eldest son was implicated in a fraud involving her husband. The letter which was personally signed by Buhari stated that probe would commence into the activities of her son unless she jails Nnamdi Kanu before Mr. Donald Trump's inauguration on the 20th of January 2017. Therefore it does not come to us as a surprise that on December 13, 2016, Justice Binta Murtala-Nyako was blackmailed into delivering the ruling for the secret trial of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
For those who do not know, Justice Binta Murtala-Nyako is one of the four wives of Mr. Murtala Hamman-Yero Nyako, a retired Naval officer and an impeached governor of Adamawa state who is currently being prosecuted along with his son (Abdul-aziz Nyako) for stealing over twenty-nine billion naira.
Further research has revealed that Justice Binta Murtala-Nyako is the wife of a terrorist in the person of Mr. Murtala Hamman-Yero Nyako. On the 30th of May, 2014, Pointblanknews reported as follows: “no fewer than five hundred Fulani mercenaries trained in Sudan were imported into the state and are camped at the border village of Typsen in Toungo Local Government Area of Adamawa State on the instruction of the state governor. The Fulani men are kept at the expense of the state government, fed, well taken care of and paid a stipend of about N50,000.00 each monthly by the state government with the tax payers’ money (Pointblanknews May 30th, 2014).“
It will also be recalled that Justice Binta Murtala-Nyako is being fingered on the mysterious death of Justice Evoh Chukwu of Federal High Court Abuja who was initially presiding over the case of fraud and stealing against her husband and her son. For the records, Mr. Murtala Hamman-Yero Nyako had in October 2012 sent the name of his wife, Justice Binta Murtala-Nyako of the Federal High Court, to the National Judicial Commission (NJC) as his nominee for state Chief Judge but the request was thrown out by the NJC. With all these affronts on ethics and the Constitution, Justice Binta Murtala-Nyako has the temerity to continue to serve as a Judge in a Nigerian Court.
We recall that on the 15th of July 1996, as the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice in Katsina state, Mrs. Binta Fatimat Murtala-Nyako categorically stated that “as the chief law officer of the state, my decision must be informed by the supreme law of the country which is the Constitution.“ Can this same Justice Binta Murtala-Nyako point us to the section of the Constitution that supports secret trial for the offences in which Nnamdi Kanu and others are being tried? Why is Binta Murtala-Nyako operating outside the Constitution of Nigeria which she swore to uphold as a Judge? By approving secret trial, is Binta Murtala-Nyako invalidating section-36 (especially sub-section 3 & 4) of Nigerian Constitution? Is Justice Binta Murtala-Nyako aware that section-1(3) of the Constitution is inviolable and supersedes any and all parts of ACJA-2015 that conflict with the said section-1(3) of the Constitution?
It smacks of hypocrisy that Justice Binta Murtala-Nyako’s husband who is a known terrorist and big thief was granted bail but she refused to grant bail to non-violent persons such as Nnamdi Kanu and other Biafrans. These Biafrans were neither accused of stealing any money nor were they accused of funding Boko Haram terrorists like Mr. Murtala Hamman-Yero Nyako has done. Again, this is the same Justice Binta Murtala-Nyako who, on the 7th of June 2016, granted bail to a former Chief of Air Staff, Mohammed Umar, who was being tried on a seven-count charge of laundering 4.8 billion naira, while he was Chief of Air Staff.
We are moved to ask Justice Binta Murtala-Nyako, why try Nnamdi Kanu in secret when the accusation against him was made in the open? Where and when in the history of Nigerian court system have civilians been tried in secret on civil/criminal matters? Is Binta Murtala-Nyako mistaking Nigeria’s Common Law with Sharia Law which she is very comfortable with?
We understand that Justice Binta Murtala-Nyako is trading-off justice for the freedom of her terrorist husband and thieving son. We also know that Buhari targets weak and corrupt Judges like John Tsoho and now Binta Murtala-Nyako who’s son and terrorist husband appear to be caught up in something illegal to warrant Buhari to use the illegal and unconstitutional organization called Department of State Services (DSS) to be blackmailing her.
From her conduct in the ongoing case, the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) can infer that Justice Binta Murtala-Nyako is a disgrace to the Judiciary and the course of justice and we no longer have confidence in her impartial adjudication on the matter concerning Nnamdi Kanu and the other Biafrans. She should honourably resign because she cannot be a Judge and the wife of a terrorist at the same time. Also, she should confess her culpability in the death of Justice Evoh Chukwu who’s life she terminated in order to save her terrorist husband and thieving son. We fervently pray that Justice Binta Murtala-Nyako does not also terminate the life of the 19-year old Aisha B. Dauda of Unguwan Rimi—Kaduna whom she sees as snatching away her terrorist husband, Mr. Murtala Hamman-Yero Nyako.
Finally, IPOB maintains that it behooves the Judiciary of Nigeria to demonstrate that they understand basic English language even if they don't know what Law means. The Constitution is the supreme document that supersedes any Law that is in conflict with it. An abuse of the so-called “discretionary powers of Judges“ in resolving minor legal wrangling is now being deployed by corrupt Judges in Nigeria to justify their illegal judgments. The next Judge that will handle this case must prove that he or she has a basic grasp of English language and willing to interpret the Law the way it is written. No system on this earth, no matter how primitive, can circumvent the Constitution in order to please a dictator because the Constitution is sacrosanct.
Muhammadu Buhari and his sister Binta Murtala-Nyako who doubles as the wife of a terrorist must be notified that there shall be no secret trial because the Constitution does not have provision for secrecy in criminal trials.

Orji Uzo Kalu Visited IPOB Leader In Kuje Prison

BUHARI sent Orji UZO Kalu to beg Nnamdi kanu.
Orji Uzor Kalu wrote:
Today, I visited Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in Kuje Prison and we engaged in a very long discussion. Kanu is my brother and a son of the soil. He shouldn't be where he is because Kuje Prison is not his home. It is therefore my utmost concern to see him regain his freedom like every other Nigerian.
In his now viral angry tirade, Kanu made an elegant point about the government’s disrespect for the judicial process. In his words, “There is a contempt of court, they don’t obey a court order and you’re telling me a secret trial.” He is right to an extent.

This is no secret trial in the legal sense of the banning of the press or cameras. The judge’s precaution in protecting the identity of witnesses is understandable considering how politically fractious cases like this can easily lead to retribution outside the courthouse.

Nonetheless, the government has persistently disobeyed a series of court orders in this, and another politically charged case, that of Islamic Movement of Nigeria leader, Ibraheem El-Zakzaky (whose son wrote an impassioned open comment on his father’s continued incarceration this week).
Nigeria’s leadership surely has to understand that no one takes seriously a country where lip service is paid to the rule of law. To ignore that first lesson of democratic practice is akin to living in an alternate reality.
KANU NOT YOUR ORDINARY
PRISONER, HE IS A MAN ON
A MISSION & DANGEROUS –
MARK
Former Senate President, David Mark, has broken silent on the continue detention of the Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, said he is not an ordinary Nigeria’s prisoner, describing him as a man on a mission with spiritual force.
David Mark, in a statement said that Kanu who is been imprisoned by Buhari’s Islamist regime in Nigeria has threatened to expose secrets that are capable of sinking Nigeria. Kanu is not your ordinary prisoner, he is a man on a mission and he is winning.
What most observers thought would be a show trial has changed the course of Nigeria and possibly the world. Kanu’s reputation as a political and spiritual force has only grown since his imprisonment. It has become clear that he is no ordinary leader.
Since the Nigerian military defeted a fledgling Biafra in the war between 1967 and 1970, Biafra’s independence was put on the back burner of world consciousness. In recent years the Biafrans, most notably the Igbo have reconnected to their Hebraic traditions in a near miraculous way.
Thousands of Igbo have turned to their ancient customs deeply connected to Jewish rituals to find a source of strength. These Hebraic roots stem from the Igbo’s origins to the northeast and ultimately to the Land of Israel.
Those who know Kanu can say that he has increasingly shifted towards a direct Israelite understanding of the world and has grown closer to a Judaic outlook. This makes him the most dangerous man in Nigeria, because for Kanu it is about returning the Igbo and all of Biafra back to its original state of being.
When the British came to West Africa they understood they were dealing with a Hebrew tribe. They encouraged the Hausa to defeat the Igbo and hand them over as slaves to be brought to the New World. Due to ensalvement, oppression, and occupation by the British, Biafra and the Igbo would lose their connection to Israelite customs.
However, with Buhari’s oppression of Biafra and the Igbo growing, Kanu’s return to his Israelite ancestry through a Jewish frame of reference is part of a larger movement back to the truth. The Hebew movement in Biafra can be seen everywhere From Zionist groups to prayer shawls. Thousands of Igbo are awakening to the fact that they are descendents of Israelites that traversed sub-saharan Africa over a thousand years ago or more.
In order for their to be a free Biafra it must shed the religion of their colonizers and return completely to their roots. Kanu’s direction can lead to an independent state of Biafra, the first Hebrew state in Africa.

My Husband Will Never Allow Secret Trial To Be Used

Against Him - Kanu's Wife Spits Fire

                                        Thursday, December 15, 2016

Wife of the the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra has revealed that no matter how hard her husband is pushed, he will not allow secret trial to be used against him.

Uchechi Okwu-Kanu, wife of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and director of UK-based Radio Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu has said that her husband who is standing trial on 11 counts of treasonable felony will not accept the court’s decision to protect the identity of prosecution witnesses, IBTimes UK reports.

The Federal High Court of Abuja ruled, on 13 December, that witnesses testifying against Kanu would be protected by screens and would be using separate entrances to enter the court, local media reported.

Kanu’s defence team is appealing against the ruling, arguing that it goes against the principles of a fair trial.
“The ruling is not surprising, I knew that she [Justice Binta Nyako] was going to rule against us,” Kanu’s wife, Uchechi Okwu-Kanu, told IBTimes UK.

“Binta Nyako is not an unfair person, looking at her previous cases, but her husband has a case with the government. He was released, but her son is still in custody, so she would not jeopardise the lives of her husband and son for Nnamdi Kanu,” she alleged.

Okwu-Kanu, who said she is not allowed to communicate with her husband, also alleged President Muhammadu Buhari is behind the trial.

“They don’t have evidence against my husband, there is no case here, they have changed the charges several times,” she said.

“He has been accused in the public, they killed several Biafrans in the public, so why try him in secret? We will never allow this to happen, even if takes 20 years.

“How many Boko Haram members have they tried in secret? Nnamadi Kanu is a freedom fighter, not a terrorist. Buhari should re-think this and leave this case alone, if he believes in justice.”

Kanu, who holds both British and a Nigerian passports, was arrested in Lagos on 14 October 2015. He is standing trial along with Chidiebere Onwudiwe, Benjamin Madubugwu and David Nwawuisi.

The Abuja High Court initially ruled in favour of granting bail to Kanu. However, in December 2015, Buhari said the Ipob leader would not be released amid fears he could jump bail and flee to the UK.

Okwu-Kanu expressed concern over her husband’s “deteriorating” health due to the prolonged detention, “but also because he is not receiving treatment for diabetes, and his heart issues”.

Kanu’s lawyer, Ifeanyi Ejiofor, confirmed to IBTimes UK the defence is appealing against the ruling.

“He was accused in the open. The trial must be conducted in the open,” he said. ” We are appealing against any form of trial that would shield the public from having access to evidence against our client. We want a fair trial for our client.

Its it is a right enshrined in our constitution.” The trial has been adjourned to 10 January 2017.

                    FMC OWERRI; MUHAMMADU BUHARI
                                   IS A COWARD
I have made up my mind to spend this Christmas either in the prison or the nearest detention facility of the State Security Services as that is where I would surely find myself for satisfying my conscience by calling a spade by its rightful name. I owe myself and the Nigerian society a duty to always uphold justice no matter whose ox is gored and I must forever do.

On the 29th of April 2015, after few meetings, the leadership of the Joint Health Sector Unions FMC Owerri chapter sent out a text message to its members to officially signal what has become a battle of survival against corruption. It is now that I realized the full import of the assertion that “corruption is a cankerworm that has eaten deep into the fabrics of the Nigerian society”. Indeed Nigeria is rotten and stinking of organized corruption. The text message commenced thus “there will be a peaceful protest tomorrow ….. and ended thus “no violence and wear your black and black”.

To the glory of God, not even a single mirror has been broken since 19 months that this struggle began. Unfortunately, the only language that the Nigerian government understands is violence and JOHESU has strongly resolved ab-initio that violence must be avoided in its entirety. The union has responsibly avoided violence despite litany of provocations including the hiring of some hungry IMSU students to mount counter protests, one of them caught said he was paid N600, infiltrators have been planted to cause mayhem in the midst of union rallies but was always spotted out and sent away. The union has severally caught persons making incantations and all manner of diabolic activities. Few were handed over to the SSS, some persons have been paid to disguise as union members and set the hospital ablaze , police brutality have been a re-occurring decimal even in the court premises but the union remained un wavered.

This peaceful protest commenced under the administration of former president Goodluck Jonathan and the union was determined to prosecute a long battle knowing fully well that money will continue to exchange hands until a possible divine intervention. However, when Attahiru Jega pronounced Muhammadu Buhari as the winner of presidential election, we were deceitfully convinced that a reprieve was fast approaching, little did we know that APC has fooled Nigerians. Personally, I did not support Muhammadu Buhari because I feared his northern agenda and religious extremism. However, many of us who were strongly committed to fighting corruption in Nigeria in general and FMC Owerri in particular wholeheartedly welcomed his victory consoling ourselves that if all he achieves in office is a holistic war on corruption, Nigeria would indeed be a better place. Gentlemen, 18 months down the line in Buhari’s presidency, Nigeria has become a more corrupt country, for instance the Nigerian Army roadblocks now collect “toll gate fee” like their police counter parts unlike before.

President Muhammadu Buhari has proved me right that he remains a religious extremist, a proud product of the northern establishment whose interest is the satisfaction of the north and nothing more. He has proved himself as a typical northern power addict who hungers for power like a hungry lion without any idea of what to responsibly use power to achieve other than fanning the ego of the northern power merchants. Indeed, the leopard cannot change its skin. The FMC Owerri leaders were priviledged to have an audience with the incoming first lady, Aisha Buhari wherein essential evidentiary documents were handed over to her for onward transmission to the incoming president. She expressed outrage at the revelations and promised to expedite action on the matter as soon as they move into Aso Rock.

The union leaders left Daura as happy warriors who have conquered desired territories, little did they know that Muhammadu Buhari would be the biggest joker of the century. With the outburst of Her Excellency not long ago, I am tempted to forgive her as she may have done her own part only for the president to refuse or ignore to act on such a delicate matter. Multiple communications have been made with the secretary of the government of the federation, the director of SSS, the Inspector general of police, Attorney General of the Federation, the Senate President and Speaker of the House of Representatives. If neither of these officers had adequately briefed the President on the accurate happenings in the hospital, then one conclusion is very clear, incompetency is another name for this administration and either they or the president deserves to be sacked for this country to move forward. Virtually, every media house in Nigeria, online, print and electronic have carried stories on happenings in FMC Owerri.

The rottenness and wicked partiality with which Chris Ngige, Isaac Adewole, Osagie Ehanire, ministers of health and labour and their respective stinking permanent secretaries and directors have handled this essential matter is a discussion for another day. Just like the myopic, diabolic and illiterate disposition of Imo political leaders towards the amiable, gallant and patriotic staff of the hospital. The manner all of them including governor Rochas Okorocha, his exco, the Imo state House of Assembly leadership, National Assembly members etc have sheepishly cued behind Angela Uwakwem is most disgusting and must be discussed in another essay. The Nigerian Labour Congress has severally made public statements and even issued ultimatum on the FMC Owerri logjam.

Protests was peacefully held in Abuja last week Thursday and Friday and Muhammadu Buhari is still unable to implement a very simple provision of the public service rule. It took the intervention of NLC President Ayuba Wabba for the EFCC to come under pressure and file an 18 count charge against Angela Uwakwem. Let me inform you that the charges contained in charge no HOW/1C/EFCC/2016 does not include a forged virement approval letter purportedly obtained from the national assembly for which both the union and EFCC has obtained documents from the clerk of the national assembly confirming that the documents are forged.
Section 476(3)(C) of the Criminal Procedure Act guarantees Angela Uwakwem 14 years imprisonment (in room 419) for the forgery. It also excludes the contracts for gas piping of amenity block which have been awarded, payments made and documents signed to signal completion when not even a single pipe has been laid. It excludes vehicles purchased for Emeka Ihedioha’s campaign with hospital funds and lots of other ear aching financial fraud perpetrated by whom I call Angela the goddess. Dehumanizing treatments meted to staff which constitutes the uniting factor against her would take volumes to articulate. Muhammadu Buhari is a coward simply because the moment you have any molecule of relationship with the APC, you become a saint.

Even if the heavens fall, you remain a saint. Justices Sylvester Ngwuta and Okoro Inyang both of the supreme courts were stepped down before there matter was filed in court simply because they are perceived to be working for the PDP and here we have an ordinary head of an executive agency enjoying her office fully even while on court bail for a criminal charge. We need to be told if two different rules of engagement obtains in the public service. The same Muhammadu Buhari authourised the Nigerian police to invade the hospital shooting teargas sporadically which has led to the death of many including innocent children. Imo police commissioner has denied this but we have video clips.

The same Buhari we were told ordered the shutting down of the hospital last year just to protect the interest of one APC woman. The police, SSS, and others we don’t know have been used to harass and intimidate union leaders, their lines have been illegally bugged, their residences marked, several illegal arrests have been made but we shall never allow darkness to triumph over light. Angela Uwakwem now goes about stating to whoever cares to listen that it is the president that appointed her and only the president can remove her. The money generated currently in the hospital is regularly shared between her and the police.

Duty tour allowances are being paid for fictitious meetings she attended while not working as the medical director and calculated at MD’s rate. The members of staff listed as prosecution witnesses are desperately being harassed, offices are daily broken to destroy evidence needed for the prosecution, several dubious contracts are being awarded without laid down procedure in a desperate move to raise her liquidity ratio to sustain the fight. Some clowns assembled hungry students to hold a counter rally in Owerri today and we are getting feelers that one is planned for Abuja. All these abnormalities are happening because President Muhammadu Buhari refused to be man enough and implement extant provisions of the public service rule. He chose to spare any person connected in anyway with the APC purely out of cowardice. He desperately wants to remain in power even with his zero performance. Bukola Saraki was charged with forgery of Senate rules as well as lying in his asset declaration form. When it turned out that he remains a force in the APC business, can Buhari explain to Nigerians what became of those two suits.

Ogbonnaya Onu and Rotimi Amaechi have been severally mentioned in bribery scandals, has Buhari said anything about it, Dave Umahi is being dealt with because he is in PDP yet despite multiple arrests and interrogations of Imo government officials, no single prosecution has commenced. I repeat for emphasis, Muhammadu Buhari is a coward. Orji Uzor Kalu’s matter with EFCC has been resurrected and he has seen the APC as a safe haven and off course has decamped, very soon we will not hear of the matter again. James Onanefe Ibori just returned to a mocking heroic welcome and has declared his intention to join the APC.

Several APC bigwigs who have been touted to harbor ambition of leaving the party to form a new one have hurriedly addressed press conferences to debunk such assertions simply because they have a coward as president who can only probe and prosecute them after they must have left the party. Similar logjams have occurred in other places but because APC has no interest, it was immediately resolved.

In Ekiti, a similar imbroglio occurred and within few weeks, it was settled with a new medical director. In Imo APC interest must be protected, it does not matter if thousands of lives continue to be lost, it does not matter that this is the only fully functional government hospital in the state, the only thing that matters to Muhammadu Buhari is the protection of APC interest no matter what the rules say, that for me is grand cowardice.

If Muhammadu Buhari is not a coward, let him arraign Rotimi Amaechi, let him interdict Angela Uwakwem in line with clear provisions of the public service rules which have been applied in several other cases under his administration, let him continue the prosecution of senate president Bukola Saraki, let him probe and prosecute all those involved in the FMC mess including the police invasion.

For me I have sworn to protect the rights of individuals and peaceful groups, nothing on earth would make me abandon the cause of justice at all times. As a priest in the temple of justice, I owe myself and my nation a duty to see that justice is done in all my endeavours. Nigeria is my country, I remain a proud and patriotic Nigerian, I shall live in this country and forever contribute my quota to its development. The only country I may go to is “western Germany”.

Fellow Nigerians, Pray 7 Times A

Day That Nothing Happens To

Nnamdi Kanu, 1967 Is Not 2016 - Ibrahim

      Wednesday, December 14, 2016

A social media user, Ibrahim Hamza took to social media yesterday to warn Nigerians on the danger at hand after Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court affirmed Federal Government's request for secret trial i.e. to use masked witnesses to testify against IPOB Leader, Nnamdi Kanu.
Hamza wrote:

Fellow Nigerians please kneel down and be praying seven times a day let nothing happen to Nnamdi Kanu. Cause if anything happens to him. The earth will boil. Heaven will turn blood. Sun will be closer than ever. Ground will open and people like you and I will have no hiding place. Don't be deceived by the so Called "child's play Ojukwu and Gowon did and called it war." Don't pray for war. Cause black and white television is not the same as  coloured television. The British is still using us for their experiment. The world and the people have become wiser. It only takes a wise person to know that Nigeria was nevr meant to be forever. It is only the selfishness of the people we call leaders that have been hiding the truth from the youth. Everyday across the world new countries are been created. Why would the case of Nigeria be different?
