PVC Cannot Remove Criminal Buhari In Power

EKITI ELECTION EYE OPENING
PVC DOESN'T REMOVE DICTATORS FROM POWER, ONLY BOYCOTT OR
COUP D'ETAT DOES- AN OPEN LETTER TO OLUSEGUN OBASANJO AND NIGERIAN CITIZENS
Written by: Eluwa Chidiebere Chinazu || Biafra Writers.
Recently, as a countdown to the upcoming 2019 presidential election in Nigeria, the former president of Nigeria, Mr. Olusegun Obasanjo, has tasked himself with the duty of toiling round the country with his sermon for PVC acquisition so as to help oust the current administration led by President Muhammadu Buhari, whose regime is faulted to be running a dictatorship and kleptocracy rule. Mr. Obasanjo who bombed an oily rich community named Odi in Bayelsa state, part of the South-south(old Eastern region of Nigeria) when he was in power, has recently been seen on scenes where he is lecturing and addressing the Nigerian citizens on the need to arm and equipt themselves with their PVC(Permanent Voter Card) so as to vote out the current administration which has become a nightmare in Nigeria.
It is not funny to say that the speeches ensuing from the once president of Nigeria, has made me to remember the story of one myopic old man who amuses himself by delivering false lecture and taking note of it all by himself. Indeed, the vile captains have lost the gumption to challange their helpless situation. As Patrick Obahiagbon, the once member of House of Representatives in Nigeria said that Nigeria is circled by megalomaniac politicians, now is the time for every well meaning Nigerian to ask questions, peruse, scrutinise, be sensible enough to rationalise the possibility and the truth in the ideas manufactured by their so called political elites, top in the rank is Mr. Obasanjo who is celebrated as the "brain box" of the country by the pschologically lazy Nigerian citizens. My goodness me, one eyed man will always be king in the land of the blind people. There is a wise question to ask at this time which is, do PVCs remove dictators from power in the world? History will never fail to put us in the right direction.
Just like President Muhammadu Buhari who has never failed to embrace Britain, Nigeria's colonial ruler, the current president of Cameroon, Paul Biya, who is listed among world dictators, has maintained his close relationship with France, Cameroon's former colonial ruler. Paul Biya who comes from Nvomeka in the South region of Cameroon, was sworn into power on 6th November, 1982, after an abrupt resignation of his predecessor, Almadou Ahidjo, on 4th November, 1982. Till today, dictator Paul Biya has been president for 36 years. Since then, Cameroonians have gone to the polls for seven (7) good times, armed with their PVC to remove him from power but have failed rigorously. Reason being that, election manipulation has been done in advance to the election day just as it is here with Nigeria.
Another is President Gnassingbe Eyadema, a fellow coup plotter like Muhammadu Buhari, was president of Togo from 1967 untill his death on 5th February, 2005. Before he became president, he participated as a leader in two successful military coups. In 1963, he was the leader in a coup d'etat against President Sylvanus Olympio whom he killed in the coup. After killing the good President Sylvanus, he single handedly installed Nicolas Grunitzky as the new president of Togo. In 1967, he led another coup against Grunitzky whom he installed. After that second successful military coup, he installed himself as the president of Togo on April 14th, 1967. He ruled for 38 years before his death. The Togolese suffered and tried to use their PVC to remove him but failed woefully due to electoral fraud. At his death, his son Faure Gnassingbe took over power. Up till date and for a period of 50 years and still counting, two men ruled a country just because the people are waiting for every election year to remove them with their PVC(a sheet of paper).
Now, welcome to the history of a man whose name reminds me of President Muhammadu Buhari. His name is, Mobutu Sese Seko Kuku Ngbendu Wa Za Banga, a fellow coup plotter to Buhari. Mobutu was born on October 14th, 1930. He was a military dictator and president of the Democratic Republic of Congo. During his reign, he renamed Congo to Zaire in 1971. During his first coup, he deposed the nationalist government of Patrice Lumumba in 1960 and later killed him, Lumumba, in 1961. After his second coup in 1965, he took over power and embarked on kleptocracy rule. He ruled for 32 years and the people tried like hell to remove him with their piece of paper(PVC) but failed. It took a combined military revolution by the Rwandan Tutsi and the Ugandan army to topple his government in 1997.
President Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo of Equatorial Guinea, another coup plotter, is still very much in power since 1979 till date. Teodoro who was born on 5th June, 1942, ousted his uncle, Francisco Maci'as Nguema in the August 1979 military coup. For 39 good years, the people have been trying so hard to vote him out with their almighty PVC. Now they are tired of campaigning for PVC acquisition.
For 42 years and 175 days, El Hadj Omar Bongo Ondinba ruled Gabon from 1967 to 2009. He wins every election till his death in 2009. After his death, his adopted son, Ali Bongo Ondinba took over power till date. The same useless piece of paper called PVC is used in every election to try remove them from power but have continually failed.
President Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe would have remained in power even at 93 years old, if not for military revolution. He ruled for 40 years and all Zimbabweans were struggling very hard with their PVC to remove Mugabe but were disgraced in every election with their PVC. That is electoral fraud for you.
The Southern Cameroon people now knows the importance of boycott after many years of trying to use their PVC to better their lives failed them. Electoral fraud is one thing that no one knows how to do it better than dictators in the world. Take it or leave it, fraud is their surname.
Electoral fraud can be said to be any form of illegal interference. What constitutes electoral fraud varies from country to country. As far as Nigeria is concerned, there is only one candidate contesting in 2019 presidential election and that candidate must come from the northern part of Nigeria. Either Muhammadu Buhari or another northerner will rule. So, let Olusegun Obasanjo keep travelling about with his sermons but that which the Queen of England and Muhammadu Buhari decide, is that which will take place. Only boycott of presidential election or a well planned coup d'etat can rescue the people.

When l look in Nigeria, l see frightened citizens, gazing with consternation at the unfolding steps of the dubious dance of the Muhammedian emirates of the north, just as history is recording. The islamic marshals and their arrogant and murderous prelates have been unleashed on the poor citizens, backed by their British brutish bravado masters for the final check and the ape of this 21st century, the son of Oduduwa, is busy taking delight in his futile sermons and prouding over it.

Only boycott of election or a very organised coup d'etat can muscle that power out of the northerners. Anything short of those two is nonsense. For the people of Biafra, take your hands off anything concerning election in Nigeria. In no distant time, the unthinkable will happen and those who have massacred Biafran people will be payed back a thousand fold. For when the axe of vengeance of Chukwu Okike Abiama shall go up, there shall never be a hidden place for the wicked ones.
GET YOUR PVC AND CONTINUE
 THE DANCE OF DEATH
As the Nigerian soldiers took control of Asaba town on October 5, 1967, these soldiers went from house to house looting properties, raping women and girls, rounded up men and boys accused them of being Biafra sympathizers, and demanded money from those who escaped being killed, some males who were spotted out were shot on the spot and others taken to the police station through Nnebisi Road (Asaba main street), the High Court on the Okpanam road, the soccer field, or the riverbank, these were where they were executed.
In an attempt to bring the killings to an end. The Asagba-in-Council, a group that comprised members of the most senior age grades (approximately 50–70 years old), along with the town’s chiefs, met to discuss the best ways to impress the soldiers. One of their agreement was to tell the soldiers that Asaba had played no role in the Biafra issue and that the community welcomed the return of federal forces. The leaders also agreed that each of the town’s five quarters would raise a levy of £50 for the soldiers, while the Omu of Asaba, the most important women leader would present a traditional woven cloth to the Nigerian commander in Asaba. And initial donation of £50 was used to pay for drinks and delivered immediately to a federal officer. Upon reception of the drinks, expressed regret for the number of civilians killed by the Nigeria solders.
Early in the morning of October 6, four men from another quarter were dispatched to deliver their contribution, and they never returned. As they didn't return, a second group of four was sent to find out what had happened why they didn't return, they also didn't return.
In the evening of October 6, in the hope of bringing the killings to an end, the leaders ordered town criers with gongs to summon everyone to assemble the next day to welcome federal troops and offer a pledge of loyalty to “one Nigeria.” People were encouraged to wear akwa ocha, the ceremonial white woven clothes that signifies peace.
Although there was much trepidation and some refused to participate, hundreds of men, women, and children including some who had originally fled to the bush assembled for a parade. With many singing, dancing, and chanting “one Nigeria,” they advanced past St. Joseph’s Church and continued east. Their expectations that these gestures of goodwill would appease the soldiers were quickly dashed. “Over one thousand men at gunpoint was forced to dance a public dance, what Philip Emeagwali termed “Dance of Death” in his article. Over seven hundred of them were shot dead right there and buried en masse in shallow graves.
As the soldiers that were burying them were told to hurry up and return to their regular duty, one of the murderers soldiers said: “The graves are not yet full.”One man was buried with his hand protruding above his shallow grave. The rest is a story for another day.
For years in Nigeria, people have been voting and nothing has ever changed, instead of positive change it gets worse just as what people are experiencing today in Nigeria.
In 2015 change was promised to you and you voted. The change has brought killings of more Christians and destroying of farmers crops in various parts of Nigeria. It is your PVC that enthroned the Fulani Herdsmen into power that brought killings in different parts of Nigeria today. It is your PVC that put Nigeria into dark age where cows are more protected than human, where coup d’état are still planned to remove Senate and deputy president, where court orders are not obeyed, where corruption is enthroned in the name of fighting corruption.
In a report released by international Crisis Group (ICG), it said that the violence, concentrated in the central states are largely driven by competition over dwindling arable land amid a rapidly growing population, killed more than 1,300 people between January and June this year by Fulani Militia.
They also quoted United Nations official as saying that Boko Haram insurgency, which since 2009 has aimed to create an Islamic state in northeast Nigeria has killed “over 200” people in the first six months of the year, 2018. And yet, with all these ugly occurrences, somebody is preaching to you that the only solution is PVC. You may not have killed any of these people but you have given your consent to the killings through your PVC.
In one of the most recent attacks in Plateau State, Adamawa, Taraba, Kaduna etc Fulani Janjaweeds killed over 500 Christians over night including two Catholic priests and razed down over 10,000 houses including churches and markets. More killings and properties were destroyed including churches and living houses and all these are happening since the enthronement of President Muhammadu Buhari. Also, Nasarawa, Plateau, Kaduna, Benue, Adamawa, Taraba Enugu and Ebonyi States were not left out in the herdsmen attacks and you still want to go and vote another Fulani into office as president?
Those telling you to go and get your PVC are just like those town criers with gong that went to towns at Asaba on October 6 1986, crying and convincing people of Asaba that they should gather to offer a pledge of loyalty by chanting “one Nigeria” thinking that the Nigerian soldiers would be appeased, not knowing that it was a means to trap them to come so that they would be killed; to their greatest surprise the same soldiers who told them to come out were the same people that forced them to dance a dance of death with machine gun pointed at them.
I think it is time for us to learn our lessons and stop this dance of death, unite ourselves and prepare for our forth coming referendum. Let us use the strength we waste in canvassing for people to go and get PVC and tell our people, our families and friends even our enemies to prepare for our forth coming referendum.
A word is enough for the wise. Beware, be warned, don’t fall a victim!
