IPOB Press Statement On Biafra Referendum

As genocide looms in Nigeria, IPOB

As genocide looms in Nigeria, IPOB
restates call for referendum
— Nigeria: A History Of Serial Genocide And The Urgent Need For A Referendum On Biafra —
Being a Presentation by the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) to the members of the international community, with particular reference to the President of the United States, on the First Year Remembrance of Biafrans murdered a year ago at Igweocha
Fellow Biafrans, Compatriots, Friends of Biafra … Welcome to today’s event and thank you all for attending.
We’re here today to honor our members, gallant Biafrans who were murdered in cold blood by Nigerian security forces one year ago here at Igweocha while they were peacefully celebrating the inauguration of Donald Trump as President of the United States.
Today we remember them with great national mourning. And as we remember their sacrifices in pursuit of the freedom to assemble, we also remember all Biafrans murdered in the course of pursuit of our right to self-determination. We say that they didn’t die in vain. They died in honor and duty to Biafra, to justice, and to freedom.
The Greek philosopher Thucydides once said, “The bravest are surely those who have the clearest vision of what is before them, glory and danger alike, and yet notwithstanding, go out to meet it.”
As we mourn our fallen heroes, we shall seize the opportunity to once again bring to the attention of all well-meaning nations, especially the United States, the serial genocide that is again taking hold in Nigeria against the indigenous people of Biafra.
While there’s no doubt that Biafrans had suffered and survived genocide some 50 years ago, in the present era of Mohamnadu Buhari as President of Nigeria, a new cycle of genocide (even low intensity) has resurfaced.
In this Buhari era, this neo-genocide has taken different forms. All will recall how Biafrans were killed simply for either demonstrating peacefully or just assembling for something as harmless and sacred as Christian night vigil. These Biafrans were killed by Nigerian security forces carefully selected from the same ethnic stock that recently threatened to forcibly remove Biafrans residing in the northern part of Nigeria.
Even when there are no demonstrating Biafrans to murder, this genocide has taken the new form of being disguised as Fulani herdsmen attacks on a scale that has even affected other indigenous minorities in Nigeria. Thousands have been killed and others displaced from their ancestral lands.
Amnesty International has confirmed that since the advent of the Buhari administration in 2015, Nigerian government has killed hundreds of Biafrans and wounded many more while they held peaceful protests.
In the face of all these, Biafrans have exercised uncommon restraint and continue to demonstrate to the world their commitment to peaceful agitation by refusing to take up arms for self-preservation. We have chosen this route because we trust in a new international order that is committed to protecting all oppressed peoples from genocide.
The Biafran dilemma has gotten to the point where the world can no longer afford to be silent. As the renowned English philosopher Edmund Burke said, “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing”. We live in a world plagued by terrorism today. That evil terror has made its way to Nigeria and Biafrans are their primary victims. It is time for the international community to put a halt to it. This is especially urgent, as the present Nigerian government is seemingly complicit particularly with the Fulani herdsmen terrorists.
In the face of all these tribulations, there’s a solution. It is a fact of Nigeria’s chequered history that some 51 years ago, between 4th and 5th January, 1967, a very important meeting was held at AburiGhana. It is a fact of history that the meeting had in attendance delegates representing all regions of a country already awash with the blood of Biafrans and and needing urgent and decisive steps to avert a descent into war and a predictable genocide.
It is a fact of history that after two days of talks on various issues a resolution, agreed to by all, to found a new Nigeria based on principles of Confederation was adopted. It is a fact of history that Yakubu Gowon, after signing the document, changed his mind and repudiated an Accord, seen by many keen watchers of the Nigerian situation at the time as the last opportunity to peacefully restoring normalcy in the country. And, it is a fact of history that Gowon’s repudiation of the Accord led to a genocidal war that cost more than 3.1 million Biafran lives.
Today, Nigeria is still paying a high cost in loss of human lives, which unfortunately, includes a preponderance of Biafran lives, for that decision of Yakubu Gowon’s. Nigeria is still paying a high cost in the form of renewed genocide, now championed under the twin umbrella of a lopsided Nigerian security forces and Fulani herdsmen.
If truth be told, societies progress when among competing ideas, they choose the most progressive of the lot. This is even more so when such societies have the benefit of hindsight. If there is one individual today whose ideas would halt Nigeria’s spiral towards bloody implosion, that person is our Supreme Leader, Nnamdi Kanu. His prescription is clear: Conduct A Referendum On Self-Determination For Biafrans.
Presently, hardly a week passes without one hearing calls for “True Federalism” or “Restructuring”. The calls for “True Federalism” are even quite unrealistic in a country where twelve states have already adopted state religion, Sharia, which denies non-adherents of that religion certain freedoms guaranteed by the military-baked Nigerian Constitution. Come to think of it, was it not a federal arrangement Nigeria had at independence that could not survive more than five years?
Conclusion:
Truly, Nigeria’s unity, if the divisive statements being made by various political interest groups in the country are anything to go by, remains “a British intention” as it was described by late Tafawa Balewa, a Northern Muslim and first Prime Minister of Nigeria. Just recently, a former Vice President of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar, publicly called for ‘restructuring’ of Nigeria. While Atiku’s prescription may fall short of Referendum on Self-Determibation, anything short of that would be duplicitous and futile. The earlier Nigerians stopped deceiving themselves on this sure path to a permanent solution, the better for all Nigerians and the world around us.
Thank you all; and may God bless Biafra, our fallen heroes, and all men and women of goodwill around the world.
Signed:
IPOB High Command

– Only A Democratic Process #BiafraReferendum Will Decide If The People Of #Biafra Wants To STAY In Nigeria Or LEAVE!
– An Excellent Interview With COMRADE EMMA POWERFUL MEDIA AND PUBLICITY SECRETARY FOR IPOB.
For some years now, the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has been on the forefront in the struggle for the creation of a sovereign state.
With the absence of Nnamdi Kanu, its leader, during the time of Operation Python Dance, as well as the branding of the group as a terrorist organization, many believe the end is near for the group.
But in this email interview with TheCable, Emma Powerful, spokesman of IPOB, said contrary to such belief, the group is more formidable now than it has ever been.
He also spoke on a variety of issues including what has become of IPOB in Kanu’s absence, if the group would accept an option to dialogue with the federal government, the newly launched Hausa radio service as well as what a sovereign state of Biafra will look like.
TheCable: Some people find it difficult to believe that IPOB leaders do not know where Nnamdi Kanu is, can you convince us that you do not know Kanu’s whereabouts?
Powerful: Those that find it difficult to believe that the leadership of IPOB does not know where our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is are the same people that feign ignorance of the fact that the army invaded his residence. They are the same people that failed to hear Defence Minister General Mansur Dan Ali confirm on Channels TV during an interview that Nigerian government sent soldiers to invade the home of our leader and to capture him. Every right-thinking person knows the army went to kill Mazi Nnamdi Kanu on the 14th of September 2017 because there can never be any other plausible explanation as to why the army will truncate an ongoing judicial process by doing the work of the police. The question all right-thinking people should ask the attorney-general of the federation (AGF) is this; is it the duty of the army to be running round in armoured tanks looking for the enemies of Buhari to arrest? Nigerian Army, for those who might still be feigning ignorance of the fact, does not have the constitutional right to arrest anybody. Whenever soldiers arrest and molest people, as they normally do in Nigeria, they are breaking the law. That is what the Abdulsalami Abubakar 1999 Constitution says. But in Nigeria, law enforcement agencies and even the law courts don’t know what the constitution says. They are ignorant of their own laws. Those that invaded our leader’s residence went there to kill him his family and parents, or else they would have waited for him to appear in court on the 17th of October 2017. Buratai and his army are in the best position to answer any question regarding the whereabouts of our leader, especially at this time everybody, including non-Biafrans, are missing his inspirational leadership.
On the day Kanu was released from Kuje prison in Abuja. He spent 18 months in detention
TheCable: Since the Python Dance operation, not much has been heard of the group regarding the Biafra agitation, does this mean the government has succeeded in weakening IPOB?
Powerful: Where did this patently false impression come from that IPOB has been weakened? Weakened in what way? If the media fails to carry to our news to your audience, then the “misleading” narrative peddled by Lai Mohammed and Nnia Nwodo that IPOB has been weakened, may be sustained in the minds of the gullible. But the truth remains that IPOB is more formidable now than ever. Despite the draconian and brutal crackdown on us, we have continued to hold rallies and protests. New IPOB family units are springing up all over the world. We successfully rallied in Onitsha before the successful boycott of Anambra governorship election. We also rallied in Aba on January 20, 2018 in remembrance of those killed last year during President Trump’s inauguration rally in Igweocha. Indiscriminate arrest, illegal detention and harassment of IPOB members have continued unabated. We stopped the treacherous Ohaneze Ndigbo leadership led by Nnia Nwodo in Lagos and also at Enugu during the ‘Handshake across the Niger’ event. Nobody born of a woman can weaken IPOB.
TheCable: Can you tell us the main idea behind the launch of Hausa radio service, do you think the government will let the station fly?
Powerful: Hausa Service of Radio Nigeria, mind you not Radio Biafra, was launched in response to the failed attempt by the Department of State Service (DSS) to infiltrate and destroy IPOB from within. The Nigerian government created a parallel radio station which we have since renamed Radio Buhari International to reflect its true ownership. They proceeded to launch another radio on a shortwave frequency with our sacred name. Both stations are based in the US. They named a non-existent person the leader of the great IPOB and claimed our leader and founder Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has been replaced by this nonentity. It was at this point we decided late last year to launch a Hausa language service to take our unique enlightenment to oppressed ethnic minorities in the north because no enlightened society can swallow such junk. There is quality information deficit across the north which this Hausa radio service run by IPOB will address.
Soldiers on the street of Abia
TheCable: While some of your followers and members have welcomed the launch of a Hausa radio service, some Nigerians see it as a coy to gain the sympathy of the north. Why the choice of Hausa when there are other languages around the south-east? Why not any language from the south-south?
Powerful: We chose the Hausa language because the majority of those at the receiving end of the falsehood propagated by the cabals in the north are their fellow core northerners. Educating the down-trodden masses of the north to understand the evil being committed in their name is important the most important assignment today. We are convinced that mass illiteracy and lack of access to unbiased information is the reason why a majority of Hausa Fulani people live in abject poverty and ignorance while their ruling class loot and accumulate all the wealth accruing to them.
TheCable: IPOB failed in its bid to stop last year’s governorship election in Anambra, what are your plans for the 2019 general election?
Powerful: Who told you IPOB failed in our bid to stop the elections in Anambra state? We successfully boycotted the elections as a prelude to what the world will witness come 2019. Less than 1% of eligible voters bothered to turn up to vote. That was the reason INEC spent days doing their best to bump up the figures to a respectable level. This, they succeeded in doing because the Abuja anointed politicians don’t want the world to know that power has slipped from them back into the hands of the masses. They don’t want the world to know how potent IPOB is but we know that they know. We have variously challenged INEC to publish the original result sheets collated from polling stations around the state to prove that less than 1% voted but to no avail. Go around Anambra state today and hear people testify that elections were totally boycotted. Where INEC got the figures they announced, only them can say. Election rigging, manipulation of results and inflation of voter figures is nothing new in Nigeria. They are panicking already because we have demonstrated that our people listen to IPOB and no other. 2019 will be a year to remember because, in so far as Biafraland is concerned, there will be no voting.
TheCable: Is IPOB willing to come to the negotiation table if the federal government invites it for dialogue?
Powerful: The answer is no, because Nigeria is not yet civilised enough to understand what dialogue means, neither are they known for keeping to the terms of any agreement reached. Name one agreement Nigeria entered into that ran its course. They think we are for settlement, how mistaken they are. We would only consider meeting them through a third party or mediator. History tells us that all conflicts end up on the conference table. Bearing this in mind, we would be willing to discuss with civilised sensible parties on how best to speedily facilitate the peaceful dissolution of Nigeria. Nigeria’s condition is a condition that is clearly unsustainable. The best way to go is referendum.
Ojukwu: He started the Biafra struggle
TheCable. Will an Igbo presidency in 2019 make IPOB back down on its quest for a sovereign state of Biafra?
Powerful: Nothing can make IPOB back down from this divine quest to restore the lost sovereignty of Biafra. Only the will of the people, clearly expressed during a referendum. We hear Nnia Nwodo, Ohaneze Ndigbo, Igbo governors and Abuja based errand boys, we ignorantly refer to as politicians or elite, tell us south-east and south-south do not want Biafra, which is a lie. There is only one way to establish the truth and settle this matter once and for all time. That is referendum. If we lose in a referendum, we stop the agitation for Biafra same day. The will of the people is what must prevail under this and every circumstance.
TheCable: Many of those who do not support your ideology have expressed dissatisfaction over what they describe as your violent approach — something very different from the method Odumegwu Ojukwu adopted while on the struggle for Biafra. What do you have to say?
Powerful: It is very sad and unfortunate that people don’t know the meaning of the phrase ‘violent approach’ as you put it. Violence doesn’t need dressing up in convoluted grammar because a situation is either violent or it is not. Those people peddling the myth that IPOB preach violence are the same Abuja rent boys and slaves. They will do and say anything to please their masters in order to hold on to political power and privilege. The same way Britain imposed unwanted corrupt men as warrant chiefs across Biafraland during the colonial era to their purpose is exactly the template the north adopted in the aftermath of the civil war to dominate, control and subjugate Igbo land and the rest of Biafraland. Have you heard of any emir, sultan, governor or politician from the north condemn herdsmen who are actively killing people on a daily basis? You know the answer to that? Only in Igbo land will a washed out politician beholden to Abuja for his dear life, rise to the position of a leader. No other society will accept such anomaly. IPOB is not violent and we don’t intend to pick up arms anytime soon, when we do, the world will know.
TheCable. You have other groups also agitating for Biafra, among which MASSOB is also included. Why can’t pro-Biafra agitators come under one umbrella and form a major front?
Powerful: This is another misconception I must correct now. All genuine groups agitating for Biafra restoration came together, when our leader was released from illegal detention early last year, to declare unanimously that he is the undisputed leader and arrowhead of the new agitation for Biafra restoration. IPOB cannot stop DSS or Lai Mohammed’s ministry of information from setting up a new Biafra group on a daily basis if they so choose. There is biting hunger and poverty in the land, so there will be regular supply of hungry people willing to accept pittance, for sake of preservation, to answer a pro-Biafra group. Groups come and go but IPOB remains. In as much this dispensation of our agitation for a sovereign Biafra is concerned, there is only one leader, Nnamdi Kanu and one organisation, IPOB, that resonates around the world. We remain without doubt the most organised and most potent freedom fighting outfit on this earth bar none.
TheCable: If Biafra comes to fruition today, how does IPOB want it run? Will it be a democratic nation? What is the IPOB idea of a sovereign state of Biafra?
Powerful: Biafra will be an open transparent society where laws protecting individual rights and freedoms will form the bedrock or foundation upon which the nation rests. Every political process will be democratised, from the election of the president, prime minister, members of parliament to district judges and police chiefs. There will be no siren escort for political office holders because all men will be genuinely equal before the law. It will become a criminal offence for any law enforcement officer to arrest a citizen without valid reason that can stand up to scrutiny on a court of law. Nobody will be prosecuted or persecuted for anything they say. There will be absolute freedom of speech. If the prime minister feels hurt by what is written against her or him, they should head to the courts and bring a libel suit, rather than telling the police chief or IG to arrest the person. The police in Biafra will not be routinely armed and on no account must the army be mobilised to do police work. Any army officer seen on the street with his uniform will be arrested, court-martialed and dismissed unless the country is at war. Basically, Biafra will be the complete opposite of Nigeria.
Nnamdi Kanu and the Nigerian army: Judicial lessons from America
– By Russel Andrew Crowe –
Since his arrest by the Nigerian government in 2016, the issue of Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the neo-Biafran movement, IPOB, has generated a considerable amount of interest amongst American watchers of the Nigerian story. I have, in the recent past, written a few essays on issues arising from the matter of Nigeria and Biafra; and just recently, a new and crucial issue caught my attention, and that is: the novel legal dilemma posed by the Nigerian army to Mr Kanu’s adjourned criminal trial. This directly arose from the hostile operations the Nigerian army had conducted against Kanu back in September, 2017.
From my straw research of the nuances of Nigerian jurisprudence, there’s no known case that has squarely dealt with the situation the army forced on the Nigeria judiciary in this instance. Though, there are legions of rulings by the Nigerian Supreme Court on the tenor of the ‘due orocess’ and ‘fair trial’ cannons of the Nigerian Constitution, I found no case that best addressed the issue as it now relates to Mr. Kanu. Conversely, a quick overview of American presidential jurisprudence will show that there are many cases that reflect virtually the same predicament the Nigerian court has found itself since the army’s baffling operations against Mr Kanu and the ex post facto declaration by the Nigerian government that Mr Kanu and members of IPOB (numbering in the millions, according to the US State Department) are now terrorists.
What I discovered is that Mr Kanu’s criminal trial can no longer, in strict constitutional theory and practice, proceed as expected. The trial is now liable to a motion to dismiss; but given that there may not be sufficient pertinent case development in Nigeria, the Nigerian court can be guided by the rash of US precedents on point, some of which I will now proceed to state and argue below. Keep in mind that the Nigerian presidential Constitution is based – in letters and spirit – on the finest traditions of the US presidential Constitution.
Mr. Kanu who was charged with treasonable felony was later released on bail. The Nigerian Army, as part of its campaign to terrorize Biafrans in Python Dance II, attempted to assassinate Mr. Kanu by attacking his home, spraying bullets throughout the premises, killing scores of members of the Indigenous People of Biafra, and wounding others. In a classic ‘self-defense’ against the Nigerian army, Mr. Kanu presumably went underground.
And then, like the blitzkrieg launched by its forces against Kanu and his people, the Nigerian government quickly proceeded to outlaw IPOB as a terrorist organization through a constitutionally questionable ex parte proceeding in violation of various provisions of laws of Nigeria (and laws of nations) on fair hearing.
Part of the the purpose or effect of the Nigerian government’s State terrorism against IPOB and Mr Kanu was to intimidate all witnesses who might testify in favor of Mr. Kanu at trial. You might also add that this situation has the effect of complicating the ability of the Court to ensure a fair trial for Mr. Kanu as guaranteed under Section 36 (4) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The government’s factually-deficient prohibition of IPOB as a terrorist organization was also calculated to inflame popular opinion against Mr. Kanu.
The fair trial guarantee enacted by the the Nigerian Constitution is a direct recast of the Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution which protects defendants from deprivation of life, liberty and property “without due process of law.” In the US, if the court finds that the government has engaged in conduct that “shocks the conscience,” the court may utilize the “outrageous government conduct” rule and dismiss criminal charges to avoid a Fifth Amendment due process violation. See Rochin v. California, 342 U.S. 165, 172, 173 (1952); United States v. Boone, 437 F.3d 829, 841 (8th Cir. 2006); United States v. Russell, 411 U.S. 423, 431-32 (1973) (stating that a court may dismiss an indictment on due process grounds when “the conduct of law enforcement agents is so outrageous that due process principles would absolutely bar the government from invoking judicial processes to obtain a conviction”).
See also United States v. Searcy, 233 F.3d 1096, 1101 n.3 (8th Cir. 2000) (“The claim of outrageous government conduct rests on the Due Process Clause of the Fifth Amendment.”). Dismissal under the outrageous government conduct doctrine is appropriate “if the conduct falls within the narrow band of the most intolerable government conduct.” Boone, 437 F.3d at 841. “Government conduct which is so outrageous and shocking that it exceeds the bounds of fundamental fairness, may violate the Due Process clause and bar a subsequent prosecution.” United States v. Hunt, 171 F.3d 1192, 1195 (8th Cir. 1999). See also United States v. Russo & Ellsberg, Crim. No. 9373 (WNB) (C.D. Cal. dismissed because of government misconduct, including illegal wiretaps on the defense team and burglary of the office of Defendant Ellsberg’s psychiatrist).
In Kanu’s case, the misconduct of the government of Nigeria is far more egregious than in the cited cases dismissed under the due process clause of the United States Constitution. The hallmarks are self-evident – the attempted assassination of Kanu which forced him underground and unable to participate in his own defense; killing, injuring, or intimidating exculpatory witnesses and simultaneously prohibiting IPOB as a terrorist organization despite its unstained record of peaceful protests and international profile as a lawful body.
Accordingly, the Court must find cause to dismiss all charges against Mr. Kanu because the government’s misconduct shocks the conscience of the court, the Constitution and the society; and is so outrageous that fair trial principles should absolutely bar the government from invoking judicial processes to obtain a conviction.
Additionally, the totality of Nigerian government’s misconducts against Mr Kanu has created what is known in the US as a State ‘mob domination’ of trial. Mob domination of a trial that intimidates or frightens witnesses or fact-finders by a constructive threat of retribution for assisting the defendant violates fundamental fairness and due process of law. Franks v. Magnum, 237 U.S. 309, 335 (1915); Moore v. Dempsey, 261 U.S. 86, 90-91 (1923) – “if a trial is dominated by a mob so that there is an actual interference with the course of justice, there is a departure from due process of law”.
As noted above, the Nigerian Army’s extra-judicial attacks on Mr. Kanu’s home intending to assassinate him, murdering a score of IPOB members, injuring others, and the fact-challenged condemnation of IPOB as a terrorist organization have created an atmosphere of mob domination that precludes any hope of a fair trial. This atmosphere has predetermine Kanu’s conviction. Any witness who sides with Kanu may risk immediate lethal retaliation by the Nigerian government or its agents. Accordingly, the Court should see fit to dismiss all charges against Mr. Kanu because the government of Nigeria has acted to insure any trial would be mob-dominated in favor of conviction.
And there’s more: A venerable principle of law since time is that no person should profit from his own wrongdoing. In Mr. Kanu’s case, the government of Nigeria is responsible for his underground status by dispatching the Nigerian Army to attack him and IPOB members in his home. Mr. Kanu’s underground status is legally justified by the natural right of self-preservation. Therefore, the only fair way is for the court to prevent the Nigerian government from profiting from a situation it deliberately created.
BIAFRA: LAI

MOHAMMED'S FALSE

ACCUSATION ON IPOB

OVER VIDEOS OF

MASSACRE OF BIAFRANS IS A MOCKERY ON THE

SENSITIVITY OF THE WORLD

By Mazi Onyebuchi Eze

For Family Writers Press

As the gasping Nigerian government under Gen Muhammadu Buhari is running from pillar to post seeking for what to do to discredit the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) worldwide under the Supreme command of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu which always end up in failure, the world can now see that the hired foreign media mercenaries by Nigerian government to wage media war against IPOB have swung into action as Alhaji Lai Mohammed continued giving them the script to write upon against IPOB. Nigeria government's Minister of Information, Alhaji Lai Mohammed has falsely accused IPOB for circulating fake video over the massacre of the people of Biafra in different places in Biafra land. For Nigerian government to shamelessly continued to deny the senseless massacre of Biafra youths by Nigeria Army on the firm instruction of Nigerian government even when all the massacres are always documented and reported by Amnesty International, Nigerian government is simply implying that the world is foolish and International Community brainwashed by Amnesty International and IPOB.

It is important for the International Community and the world at large to ask Nigerian government outdated and intellectual bankrupt Minister of Information, Alhaji Mohammed which ones among the videos were cloned are doctored videos from other African countries' genocide or is it all the videos? Because IPOB is a people who do not have business with falsehood and empty propaganda as Nigerian government does with the instrumentality of Nigeria media outlets. The world must recall that only what the people of Biafra worldwide under the Supreme command of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu demanded from Nigerian government is outright restoration of Biafra as a sovereign nation but Nigerian government visited the people with senseless violence and excessive military massacre of the peaceful agitators. For putting record straight here, it is good to list for the sake of clarity some of the massacre done against Biafra people contained in the videos and pictures submitted as petition to African Commission and other relevant bodies of the International community which is presently driving Alhaji Lai Mohammed crazy against IPOB. The list of some of the massacre includes:

1. Massacre of IPOB members on house to house evangelism in Onitsha by Nigeria Army (August 2015).

2. Massacre of IPOB members in Onitsha, Aba, Asaba, Port Harcourt, Mbiama and Enugu over the #FreeNnamdiKanu protest against Nigerian government which happened in virtually every city of Biafra Land (between November and December 2015).

3. Massacre of IPOB members at National High School, Aba for gathering peacefully to pray for the release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu (February 9, 2016)

4. Massacre of IPOB members at Nkpor on Biafra Heroes remembrance Day of 2016 where Nigeria armed forces bath survivors with raw acid in order to die slowly and took away hundreds of corpses and buried same in mass grave inside Onitsha barrack (May 29 & 30, 2016).

5. Massacre of Biafrans in Igweocha during IPOB/Trump solidarity rally where hundreds of Biafrans where killed and their lifeless bodies taken away by Nigerian army to cover the atrocity and at same time American flags, Russia flags, Israeli flags and Biafra flags confiscated and burnt by Nigeria Army in a broad daylight (January  20, 2017).

6. Massacre of Biafra youths in Umuahia and Aba during the weeks of Nigeria Army Operation Python Dance in Igbo land of Biafra and particularly the killing of 28 persons in the compound of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu who was taken away during the raid in his residence and kept incommunicado since September 14, 2017 till today (September 2017).

These and many more are where those videos and pictures of the massacre of Biafra youths submitted to African Commission was gotten from. Therefore, it is good for the world to ask Alhaji Lai Mohammed if these senseless massacre listed above and many others unlisted never take place? If all of them actually took place, then it simply means that Nigerian government and Alhaji Lai Mohammed in particular are calling the world fools by saying that IPOB doctored cloned videos to hoodwink international community. It simply means that Alhaji Lai Mohammed is making caricature of the sensitivity of the world including United Kingdom, United States of America, United Nations, Africa Union, European Union and ECOWAS for denying the lawless raid and massacre of Biafra youths only due to demand for Biafra restoration.

Some times, I do not blame Nigerian government principal officers that much over their reckless utterances against International community but always blame all these international bodies for their incapacity to enforce their laws and conventions on member nations. To what extent should Amnesty International publish the senseless killings of unarmed civilian Biafran agitators before International Criminal Court will take action against Nigerian government over their impunity against Biafra people? It is obvious that Amnesty International has not constitutional powers to arrest and prosecute human right abusers in the countries of world but International Criminal Court do.

It is time for International Criminal Court prosecutor, Fatou Bensouda to stop playing Islamic politics and Islamic interest in the ICC, so that people found culpable in human right abuse like Gen Tukur Buratai, Gen Mansur Dan Ali (rtd), Alhaji Lai Mohammed could be picked up and be prosecuted because no international  immunity is covering these above listed culprits as Heads of States. Also, people found complicit in the Biafra genocide like South East and South South governors in Biafra Land should also be picked up by Fatou Bensouda to be prosecuted in the International Criminal Court in Hague. When this is done, Nigerian government will stop seeing the world as fools. I rest my case!

Nixon Sees Genocide in War against Biafra

The United States Republican Presidential Candidate, Mr. Richard Nixon, today called for a halt on Nigerian genocide against Biafra. In a statement from his headquarters, Mr. Nixon called upon President Lyndon Johnson to devote “all the time and attention and imagination and energy he can muster to assist the starving Biafrans. “The time is past for the wringing of hands about what is going on,” he declared. “While America is not the world’s policeman, let us at least act as the world’s conscience in this matter of life and death for millions.”

He said that America should use its “enormous wealth and power and ability” to meet a crisis that he held “now involves genocide.” He said the time had passed for “diplomatic niceties.” (New York Times)

In a counter Motion filed on February 6, 2018, the US-based lawyers for the Biafran plaintiffs who brought suit against some Nigerian officials have strongly urged a United States federal court to proceed to trial on the merits, stressing the damning fact the the US State Department has rejected a request from the Buhari-led Nigerian government for the State Department to intervene and stop the suit based on the sovereign immunity defense.
At Page 4 of the 35-page Motion obtained by this reporter, Plaintiffs lawyers stated that “Despite an overture by the Government of Nigeria, the United States Department of State has refrained from suggesting any Defendant is immune from Plaintiffs’ TVPA claims under federal common law or otherwise. Neither has the State Department suggested that any Defendant is a head of state in Nigeria”.

The counter Motion was necessitated by a motion filed by defense lawyers to dismiss the suit based on grounds that included the act of state doctrine, lack of jurisdiction and sovereign immunity. Dr Bruce Fein and associates, lawyers to the Biafran Plaintiffs argued in-opposite that such defenses are not allowed under the Statutes upon which the suit was brought.
Plaintiffs’ counsel also argued that defense Motions are questionable because the defense lawyers are, before the court, fighting amongst themselves as to who should be recognized to represent the defendants.
The case is pending before the United States District Court for the District of Columbia against sixteen Nigerian officials for their direct or indirect complicity in the extrajudicial killings of IPOB members/Biafrans who had launched peaceful protests in the wake of arrest and detention of their leader, Nnamdi Kanu.
The officials are: Tukur Yusuf Buratai; Lawal Musa Daura; Ibrahim Attahiru; M.I. In the counter motion, counsel to Plaintiffs argued, amongst others, that jurisdiction has vested through service of the summons and complaint by certified international courier on all defendants.
The Suit is grounded on two muscular United States’ statutes – the Alien Tort Claims Act (ATCA or ATS – the Alien Tort Statute); and the Torture Victims Protection Act (TVPA). Both laws have extraterritorial reach, meaning that they allow US federal courts to assert long-arm jurisdiction that extends beyond the borders of United States.
Alien Tort Claims Act (ATCA) provides that ‘the district courts shall have original jurisdiction on any civil action by an alien (foreigner) for a civil wrong committed in violation of the law of nations or a treaty of the United States’. Since 1980, courts have interpreted this statute to allow foreign citizens to seek remedies in US courts for human rights violations for conduct committed outside the United States.
Torture Victim Protection Act of 1991 is a statute that permits civil suits in the United States against foreign individuals who – acting in an official capacity for any foreign nation – committed torture and/or extrajudicial killings.
In the suit, Plaintiffs lawyers argued that ‘The factual case against the Defendants is convincing. The world already knows of the widespread beatings and slaughter of protesting Igbos/IPOB by elements of Nigerian security forces at various locations after Nnamdi Kanu was arrested. Amnesty International and other credible foreign sources have confirmed those killings and torture’. Those reports were filed in Court.
Beyond the latest processes, and at the ensuing trial, Defendants will be required to personally appear before the US court to testify under oath and probing cross-examination that will dwell on the details of the IPOB killings and the complicity of other unnamed Nigerian officials.

Press Statement of Governor of Benue State-
Samuel Ortom
Samuel Ortom, governor of Benue, says there will be no campaign for the 2019 elections in the state if there is no solution to the clashes between herdsmen and farmers.
Speaking in an interview on The Osasu Show, the governor said he invited President Muhammadu Buhari to console the people of Benue over the killings and destruction of their property but the president did not honour the invitation.
He said as the president, Buhari is supposed to provide citizens of the country with security but has failed to take the required action to curb the killings.
“For now, my primary concern is to stop these killings; to ensure that the IDPs go back to their homes and live peacefully. Once that is done, we can talk about other things,” he said.
“I don’t care about what happens tomorrow. Even if I am not governor, I can stay back and fight for the right of my people.
“When we visited, we even invited the president to come to Benue state and pay his condolences to his people… Because we are members of the party, he is our president. If these people are attacking us, we expect him to give us security.
“He has done a number of things. He directed NEMA to provide relief materials, he also asked for security to be beefed up but I am not satisfied with what the presidency is doing on this matter. There is no doubt about that.
“I ask for justice for Benue people because we have not been treated fairly.”
Ortom said the attacks on Benue is an act of vengeance by heders for losing the 1804 Jihad. He said Benue people stopped them from penetrating the state through Sokoto.
He said though he did not know the level of “support the herders get from the presidency”, he is sure that the press statements by the Miyeti Allah Cattle Breeders Association are issued by “people living in Abuja”.
“These people have gone beyond grazing, it is about invading the land and taking over. All the places they have attacked, they have chased the people away and they are using their farmlands produce as feed for their cattle,” he said.
“They are conducting international conferences, issuing press releases and writing on social media and they have come out to say look, in 1804 Jihad, it was Benue people that stopped them from penetrating from Sokoto to the sea.
“And this time around, they are not going to stop. They will make sure that the mobilise all Fulani men across the globe, especially from the West African sub-region to ensure that they acquire arms and come and invade and take over the land.
“Because they also said that Nigeria is the only land that God has given them, so no other person will supervene on this land except them. That it is their own land, they got this land by conquest and we have no business staying on this land. It is unbelievable. The statement is coming from Miyetti Allah.
“Well, I wouldn’t know about their patrons or the extent of their involvement. But one thing I know is that the people that have been issuing these press conferences and statements are known. They are living in Abuja, they are living with the powers that be.”
Asked why he has not met with Sa’adu Abubakar, sultan of Sokoto and Lamido Sanusi, emir of Kano, to call the herders to order since the monarchs have associated with the herders, Ortom said it is the responsibility of the federal government to enforce the law.
“Why will I sit down with them? We have constituted authority over this country. And it is the responsibility of the federal government to enforce the law. We expected them to have acted,” he said.
IPOB IS LEGAL GLOBALLY!!!!!
“Normally a terrorist group or unlawful society would not want to undergo public legal scrutiny but in the case of IPOB we have offered and have taken this Buhari regime to court to prove that we are a peaceful organisation pursuing our inalienable right to self-determination.”
“It is unheard of in the history of the world that a government is seen to be running from their own courts and afraid of legal processes they themselves instituted against a group they labeled a terrorist organisation.--------IPOB

Benue massacre: Buhari sending

Fulani soldiers to protect herdsmen,

kill state people – IPOB

The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has alleged that the President Muhammadu Buhari-led Federal Government deployed Fulani soldiers to Benue State to protect herdsmen and not people of the state.
IPOB said the deployment of Fulani soldiers was to “hoodwink the masses” into thinking that the current government is serious about fighting the crisis the govetnment created.
In a statement by its spokesperson, Emma Powerful, the pro-Biafra group maintained that the the deployment of troops to Benue State was “not real.”
The statement reads, “The deployment of troops to beleaguered Benue communities is a fraud designed to hoodwink the masses into thinking that this Buhari administration is serious about fighting the menace of Fulani herdsmen which they created through their policy of acquiescence and appeasement. An Australian Islamic cleric a few days ago summarized governance in Nigeria by tagging this Buhari regime a terrorist administration.
“This is from the mouth of an Islamic cleric not IPOB. These so called troops allegedly deployed to Benue are all staffed by Fulani officers who as usual will provide protection and cover for the tribesmen who are doing the killing. The world witnessed the same scenario in Southern Kaduna in 2016\17 or we have, suddenly forgotten. Did Nigerian Army not supply murderous Fulani herdsmen with arms with which they massacred and sacked non Muslim villages in Southern Kaduna?
“This government is currently in the midst of deceit but unfortunately some people are being taken in by their lies. It took pressure from all over the world to get this administration to agree to this paper deployment because we know it’s not real. A non violent organisation like IPOB had Operation Python Dance unleashed on the entire South East and South South with active connivance of Igbo politicians and Ohaneze Ndigbo leadership.
“Have you heard a single word of condemnation from any Hausa Fulani governor or Arewa Consultative Forum against these killer herdsmen? The answer is a capital NO. Maybe there is a lesson here to be learned by Igbo politicians and Ohaneze Ndigbo.

“The best remedy for the murderous mayhem of Fulani terrorists is to divide Nigeria. Anybody still habouring the hope of one united prosperous Nigeria is living in a fools paradise. Unfortunately this belatedly announced Operation Cat paws or whatever they named it, to deal with a band of hardened state sponsored terrorists is totally meaningless. People will continue to die needlessly until Nigeria is divided.”
BENUE KILLINGS: ANTI-OPEN GRAZING LAW, AS VALUABLE AND UNTOUCHABLE AS SHARIA LAW A TIV CHIEFTAIN BARES HIS MIND IN AN INTERVIEW WITH FAMILY WRITERS PRESS CHIEF MEDIA ANALYST - MAZI ONYEBUCHI EZE ON VERY TOPICAL ISSUES
As the Family Writers Press Correspondent in the Middle Belt region of Nigeria, I have unrelentlessly been conducting series of interviews with a couple of political, traditional and religious leaders amongst others from the Tiv ethnic nationality in Benue state. This followed their declaration that the territory of Middle Belt should be carved out of the defunct Nigerian federation and be called TAKURUKU REPUBLIC, a fall out of the menace being visited consistently on the people by the Fulani herdsmen (terrorists). A  crack team of our journalists was dispatched to Gboko, the Headquarters of Tivland to ascertain the true position of things. In our interview with a high profile traditional ruler in the land who pleaded anonymity, was revealing as touched on very sensitive issues. The high Chief in his interview with the Family Writers Press crew led by Mazi Onyebuchi Eze, maintained that no amount of pressure by the agents of the Central government on Benue State government will make her drop the already enacted and promulgated anti-open grazing law in the state as very shamelessly suggested by the Inspector General of the Nigerian Police - Ibrahim Idris Abubakar in Kpotun. The traditional ruler stated that when States in Northern Nigeria such as Zamfara, Kano, Jigawa, Kebbi, Katsina and others introduced Sharia law respectively, nobody including the then Inspector-General of Police, ever demanded the scrapping of the obnoxious law in their domain for the interest of the overall peace of the people. According to him, as powerful and untouchable as Sharia law in Kano and Zamfara States is, so also is the promulgated anti-open grazing law in Benue State and anyone found contravening it, will be dealt with in accordingly.

EXCERPTS:

Family Writers Press: Your Highness, what is your take on the general composition of Nigeria as it is today?

High Chief: Honestly, Nigeria of today has gravely become a source of regret to me personally and the entire Tiv people. This is because our plights today Nigeria is not what our fathers fought to preserve and bequeath to us in the 1960s. Various governments of Nigeria have failed my people in virtually all shades of life, namely: infrastructural development, security and even employment. Our fathers fought to keep Nigeria one between 1967 to 1970 with the hope that Nigeria would be the pride of the African continent. But there is absolutely nothing now to show for it. No body is happy any more with Nigeria considering the enormous evil our people are being visited with, through the culpability and complicity of the Nigerian government for years now.

Family Writers Press: Can you please point out few outstanding differences between the Nigeria of old and that of today?

High Chief: In the 60s for instance, there existed no ethno-religious crises as we presently have it today. There was commensurate peace, love, unity and harmony amongst the people within the Nigerian state. There was this singular preoccupation of how best to make the country great and that was before the military struck in 1966. That regrettably led to a bloody coup d'etat which metamorphosed into Nigeria/Biafra civil war. Nobody ostensibly treasured killing and victimizing one another, in different parts of the country the way it is now. The Fulani herdsmen are brazenly and authoritatively killing the Tivs today. This was the reason why our fathers gallantly fought the way they did to keep Nigeria together. But since the end of Nigeria/Biafra war over forty years back, there is absolutely nothing the Tiv people can show as benefits for their sacrifices for the unity of Nigeria except bloodshed and destruction of their properties perpetrated by the Fulani herdsmen (terrorists) and the military at one time or the other.

Family Writers Press: Your Highness, how can you describe the recent gruesome killings of unarmed civilian farmers in your State by the marauding Fulani herders?

High Chief: The issue of Fulani herdsmen (terrorists) attacks on my people are well beyond description. It's quite indescribable, gentlemen! As I am here with you having this interview, the Fulani herdsmen terrorists are presently occupying many communities in Logo and Guma Local Government Areas of Benue State with the Nigerian security operatives looking helpless in quelling their menace. Many residents of those communities have been killed while multitudes were displaced with no definite time known to any of when they will return back to their homes, presently being occupied by the rampaging Fulani terrorists. It will surprise you to know that a man who fled one of the communities in Logo Local Government Area and took refuge in Makurdi, hired the services of ten (10) armed soldiers from 73 battalion of the Nigerian Army, just to escort him to his village to go and collect some foodstuff for the upkeep of his family who have been made refugees in the State capital. On getting to his community, the heavily armed Fulani herdsmen invaded him and his hired heavily armed soldiers with the request that he be handed over to them to be killed for allegedly supporting the anti-open grazing law in his community. It took the armed soldiers time to plead their way through to avert the Fulani attack on the man. This, the soldiers reasoned, should any misfortune befall the man, it would be far better for them to have committed suicide as none of them would be spared when they get back to barrack. The terrorists not wanting the man to go back without fulfilling their condition, ordered that the honorable gentleman on army escort, would not be allowed to go back from his compound with anything. There is virtually no type of atrocity these Islamic invaders have not committed in Tivland.

Family Writers Press: What do you have to say about the call of the Inspector-General of Police, Ibrahim Idris Abubakar in Kpotun, who suggested that the dropping of the anti-open grazing law in Benue State, will be the only panacea that would stem the spate of killings by these Fulani herdsmen?

High Chief: The Inspector-General of Police should be ashamed of himself for failing woefully to protect the citizens and the law of the land. He should be ashamed of himself for calling on Benue people to shelve legitimate law that will help curb the vampiric activities of these lawless people who are bent on carrying on with their impunity unchecked. Why doesn't the Inspector-General of Police drop other criminal laws in the society so that armed robbers and other criminally minded persons will allow the so-called peace to reign in Nigeria? Why doesn't he call on the governments within Northern Nigeria to drop Sharia laws in the interest of peace since everyone in those States are not Muslims? Why is Sharia law being enforced in those concerned Northern States with nobody calling for its abrogation? Let the Inspector-General of Police know that the anti-open grazing law in Benue state is as potent as the Sharia law in the Northern States. No amount of threat, pressure, blackmail or arm twisting will make the government of the people of Benue State to jettison this law so as to satisfy the interests of these lawless hoodlums called Fulani herdsmen and their sponsors, who are daily prowling all over the places to commit mayhem. Let them carry on with their lawlessness, very soon they won't have any place any more known as Nigeria to perpetrate their wickedness.

Family Writers Press: We were shocked recently by the news trickling out of about the call by Tiv people for secession from Nigeria, which will be known as Takuruku Republic. What do you make of this?

High Chief: In as much as I do not know much about the said news publication, I think such news could actually be real judging by the fury of Tiv people in Nigeria presently. My people are bitterly complaining about various degrees of injustices being meted out against them within the Nigerian state on successive basis. Amongst the people, are several demands to join Southern Nigeria in any coalition regarding secession. But we are threading cautiously on that for now until such a given time. But I fear such a time when we, the elders may not be able to hold back our young ones.

Family Writers Press: Your Highness, what really is the position of other states within the Middle Belt region as touching the contemplated move for secession by the Tivs?

High Chief: Although the menace of the Fulani herdsmen terrorists are affecting virtually every state in the region but the Tiv tribe is not in a position to speak for others. Most of them are calling for self-defense while others are calling for State Police but the Tiv nation has discovered that self-defense mechanism will not work if the government of the federation is complicit in our security ordeal. That was why some selected intellectuals wrote the letter to the United Nations calling for outright secession of the Middle Belt region out of Nigeria. But my concern on this is the willingness and determination of other tribes within the region to join the secessionist campaign. Most tribes of the Middle Belt are not happy any more in the Nigerian experiment but lack the wisdom on how to go about it as any fruitless secession movement could have dire consequences if improperly handled.

Family Writers Press: Your Highness, could you give us your final words Sir?

High Chief: You mentioned that you are from Family Writers Press International Media Organization, right?

Family Writers Press: Yes Sir!

High Chief: Which country are you people from?

Family Writers Press: Your Highness, our media organisation known as Family Writers Press International, is operating in virtually every country of the world including United Kingdom, United States of America, Cote D'Ivoire, South Africa, Sierra Leone, Mozambique, Nigeria and many others. Our fundamental goal is to give voice to the voiceless through our various electronic media platforms, et cetera.

High Chief: My final words are that if the Nigerian government fails to adequately and promptly address our concerns, sooner than later, there will very definitely seize to exist a country called Nigeria. Many Indigenous ethnic nationalities including Biafrans are embittered by the way Nigeria is being run. They are presently and very seriously too agitating for an Independent nation of theirs and no one can blame them for desiring to break away. If it were now that the last war broke out, the Tivs would not have any other option than to team up with the Biafrans against the Nigerian government.

IPOB PRESS STATEMENT
22 February 2018
Fake IPOB 'leader' Okwudili doesn't exist, except on DSS imagination, computer hard drive and gossip columns
We the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) view as laughable the latest attempt by the Nigerian secret police DSS to rescue one of their sinking Igbo slave in the person of Okezie Ikpeazu by seeking to deflect attention with the concocted, faceless, non-existent 'Okwudili' they claim is heading a 'faction' of IPOB. Hausa Fulani Arewa North and their slaves in Igboland, of which Okezie Ikpeazu and Nnia Nwodo are most prominent, even more than Rochas Okorocha, are misguided into thinking the great global IPOB family can be fooled by such kindergarten tactics of planting names in the public domain and claiming the person is IPOB leader.
DSS as a spy agency should work harder at infiltrating IPOB because all their efforts so far have failed miserably and will continue to fail because we are the most disciplined mass movement anywhere on this earth today. Parading what is in effect a ghost as fake IPOB 'leader' to give the impression that IPOB is divided is a wretched joke long anticipated by the highest command of IPOB four years back and something we knew would happen, so we are prepared for it. Therefore it did not come to us as a surprise when this morning DSS hurriedly issued their usual 'Okwudili' press statement to the media to limit the fatal blow IPOB dealt Okezie Ikpeazu by simply stating the truth through our press statement yesterday that countered the lies he was spewing. The public must understand the tricks and propaganda strategy of DSS. Any time this APC regime is in trouble with their image, they fabricate false high propaganda value news and blackmail, cajole or bribe media houses to carry it, so public attention will be deflected from the real issue/s. Remember the timing of the release of Chibok girls in 2017. Is it not a coincidence that this DSS generated press statement, attributed to a faceless nonentity they named 'Okwudili' claiming he is IPOB leader, came out on the day Amnesty International published their report confirming that at least 12 people were shot dead at the home of our leader on Afaraukwu Umuahia on 14 September 2017? That is the extent this deceptive Buhari regime is prepared to go to confuse the weak and gullible. Okezie Ikpeazu in less than 3 years in office, supervised five well known massacres of innocent men, women and children in Abia State, from which he will never escape justice, for he will be punished severely at the appropriate time.
We knew Okezie Ikpeazu's Hausa Fulani masters will come to his rescue and today they have done exactly that by using our hallowed name to seek to exonerate him. This move is too little, too late for them. Anybody who is remotely interested in knowing how ridiculous this whole fabrications are should remember similar attempts in the past by DSS to give the impression that IPOB is divided which came to nothing. This present Nigerian government in the past have floated RE-IPOB, TRIPOB, CG-IPOB and many more on the pages of newspapers, in the hope of attracting money hungry Igbo traitors to destabilize IPOB and betray Biafra but all their efforts failed. They floated a radio station in the US called Radio Biafra International which failed to take-off till date, that attempt to replicate the world famous Radio Biafra was what caused IPOB to launch Radio Nigeria Hausa Service. Okezie Ikpeazu, Nnia Nwodo and other traitors must know that lies and deception can never help their cause of exchanging our blood for money and political relevance in Nigeria.
The same way Buhari doesn't exist in Aso Rock is how there is no 'Okwudili' leading IPOB. If this fake person does exist, how come there is no picture of him anywhere, he doesn't address any gathering, he has no village, no parents, nothing. He is a mirage, a figment of the imagination of DSS and corrupt Igbo leadership. 'Okwudili' we know for sure exist in DSS computer hard drives and no place else. From there they move him to the pages of newspapers for a few hours and the name vanishes. Anybody who allows him or herself to be deceived by this childish antic from DSS might as well believe Jubril at Aso Rock today is Buhari or that Naira notes is the main diet of snakes and monkeys.
IPOB is one indivisible family under God. No man born of a woman is capable of dividing IPOB. If you claim you are Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's replacement, please come out let's see you, after that then come down to Biafraland and address us.
EMMA POWERFUL MEDIA AND PUBLICITY SECRETARY FOR IPOB.
As genocide looms in Nigeria, IPOB restates call for referendum
Nigeria: A History Of Serial Genocide And The Urgent Need For A Referendum On Biafra
It is a fact of Nigeria’s chequered history that some 51 years ago, between 4th and 5th January, 1967, a very important meeting was held at Aburi, Ghana.
Thank you all; and may God bless Biafra, our fallen heroes, and all men and women of goodwill around the the world.
Signed:
IPOB High Command
EASTERN CONSULTATIVE ASSEMBLY (ECA):

BIAFRANS REJECT CALL FOR RESTRUCTURING

Sunday Okafor Reporting From Enugu
For Family Writers Press

It was disappointing to hear some sycophantic leaders from the Eastern region of the contrapted Nigeria speak for their own egocentric interests rather than in favor of the well being of their impoverished and down trodden masses. They lined up some mouth watering presentations in support of the Nigerian government's demonic agenda.

The organizers of the conference, the Eastern Consultative Assembly (ECA) need no pity as they wittingly disappointed the yearnings and the aspirations of the Biafran people today being Tuesday, the 27th day of February, 2018, at Enugu - Biafraland. They shamelessly spoke against the rights and deserved justice of innocent Biafrans unrelentlessly struggling for total freedom from slavery and all shades of injustices perpetrated against them by the Nigerian state. This group strangely appeared indifferent to the bewilderment of the mammoth crowd of Biafrans who thronged the conference arena, highly expectant. The organisers' speeches fell short of outright condemnation of the wickedness of the Nigerian leadership against the Biafran people who are daily being subjected to all manner of degrading and inhuman treatments. They rather proceeded to advocate for the impossible restructuring of the evil enclave called Nigeria which is in sharp contrast with the agenda of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) worldwide. Biafrans stand opposed strongly to any form of restructuring or the theory of One Nigerianism. We are clamoring tenaciously for Biafra referendum under the close supervision of unbiased International observers.

It is important to state here that the position of the ECA portrays betrayal and insincerity on the part of Igbo leaders concerning the plight of their own people. The gathering today in Enugu has further revealed the incompetence of these political jobbers who parade themselves as a group representing the interests of the poor in Igbo part of Biafraland. The Eastern Consultative Assembly (ECA) is grossly incapable, fickle and unfit to lead the Igbos or being arrogated the honor of representing the people by reason of their betrayal of purpose before the teaming Biafran crowds today in Enugu. The ECA executives are a bunch of blackmailers, sycophants and hypothetical leaders who are not just working for the Nigerian government, but shamelessly scheming for their own frivolous interests, well against the overriding interests of Biafrans.

Information reaching the desk of the Family Writers Press has it that dozens of armed Nigerian police officers and their counterparts in the Nigerian army were drafted in on the request of the ECA which was ably supported by the Enugu state Governor - Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, to further decimate Biafrans who stormed the ECA conference venue, Universal Hotel, Enugu, on peaceful protest and renouncing the purported restructuring mantra. According to the Family Writers Press Correspondent covering the event, combined team of security operatives were sporadically shooting at the resilient crowd of Biafrans who stood opposed to the delusional restructuring agenda. They were courageously shouting for referendum and many have been reported injured.
The vampiric Nigerian security operatives were spotted stopping and searching vehicles and tricycles in

I want to state emphatically here that Biafrans stand very strongly opposed to the restructuring or One Nigeria deceit being floated by the agents of the Nigerian government even in Biafraland. The government of the impostor (Jubrin from Sudan) called Buhari is full of evil and death. What Biafrans need is referendum that will usher in total and unfettered freedom even to the upcoming generations. There is absolutely nothing else besides this quest.

Intimidation, illegal incarceration/abduction and killing, cannot and will never debar us from pressing home our inalienable right for existence as a people.

*This cause must never be truncated by any mortal !

*Biafrans remain exceptionally formidable!!

*Long live Biafra!!!

From Russell Bluejack :
                 TOWARDS HAVING AN INDEPENDENT
                    BIAFRA ECONOMY: THE BLUEPRINT
FOR BIAFRA RELIEF PROJECT IS OUT
Hello, brothers and sisters. Apologies for the quietness. I was working on the blueprint for BIAFRA RELIEF PROJECT. I am glad to announce to you all that it is ready.
It is time to educate, empower, and develop our nation whilst fighting for freedom. We are sick and tired of watching our able-bodied youths indulge in crime. It is time to extricate our youths from criminal activities by providing jobs for them. They have been neglected by the oppressive sovereign State. It is our collective responsibility to reform them all for Biafra.
Our aged need serious assistance. Most of them are not paid their pension. Some of them are owed their gratuities. Some of our mothers and fathers have died because of illnesses they could not treat themselves of. As we struggle to free ourselves from Nigeria, we must begin to attend to these anomalies. The welfare of our youths and elders means a lot to us.
Biafra Relief Project seeks to give Biafra economic freedom even as we struggle to desert this forced and murderous husband called Nigeria. It is our goal to ensure that every true lover of freedom works with others of his or her kind to better the lot of both Biafrans and Biafra. We shall focus on agriculture, manufacturing, owning our own financial institution to be situated far away from the oppressive sovereign State, encouraging socio-cultural activities that will reinforce our unity etc. The goal is to make the Eastern Region, both coastal and hinterland parts of Biafra, independent and progressive.
The committee will not have a chairman or financial secretary. We don't want them to struggle over titles and positions. They must learn to work together in love and understanding. Contributions shall be managed by them all. Projects shall be carried out with transparency. Every one of them must agree that this job is a continuation of what Mazi Nnamdi Kanu started. This is not a new group. It is an assembly of every group genuinely working for Biafra restoration. If you receive a copy of the blueprint, then you are a member.
Finally, every member must put the interest of Biafrans - the masses - and Biafra first. We can call this committee a gathering of philanthropists in Biafraland. God will help us. Members will be great minds, but their impact must be felt by every Biafran. In a struggle like ours, we must make sure the thinkers do their job while the soldiers do theirs. Our goal is maximise the devastating impact of this struggle on the oppressive sovereign State and minimise loss of Biafrans. This is a movement tagged ECONOMIC REVOLUTION. God Almighty will help us alleviate poverty in Biafra and achieve independence. Shalom.

 ANY GATHERING BY OHANAEZE /
COMPROMISED IGBO POLITICIANS
TO DISCUSS RESTRUCTURING,
NOT REFERENDUM IN BIAFRA LAND SHALL BE DISRUPTED - IPOB
We read with disdain the statement credited to an Ohaneze Ndigbo spokesperson regarding the events that took place at the Eastern Consultative Assembly (ECA) event in Enugu recently. What happened at the said event will be nothing compared to what shall become of Ohaneze Ndigbo should they attempt to convene any public meeting anywhere in Biafraland to discuss restructuring or how to keep Nigeria one.

The spontaneous disruption of the ECA event at Enugu, though regrettable, is what shall become of any gathering where compromised, washed-out politicians gather to sell out our people to their Hausa-Fulani masters from the north. What we want and are being killed for is referendum not restructuring; freedom not continued bondage in Nigeria.

It is unfortunate that very few individuals who arrogate the title of elders and leaders to themselves cannot point to any legacy they built or are presently building for the coming generation except betrayal, treachery, back-stabbing, avarice and lust for power. All the excellent work done by Dr. Michael Okpara and Chief Sam Mbakwe has been laid to waste by a ravenous breed of caliphate appointed Igbo leadership devoid of any sense of responsibility to the people.

What is beyond belief is that these politicians and Aso Rock informants claiming to be Igbo leaders would come out openly to say that IPOB has no experience in the politics of Nigeria, whereas they that claim to have all the experience in the world have done nothing with their supposed wealth of experience to adequately address the issues confronting the people today which is freedom.

The impact of the failure of present Igbo leadership is a worse trauma than losing the war. In their utterances, often devoid of logic, they ignorantly equate the demand for freedom to mere youthful exuberance or clamor for war. Does it therefore mean that every demand for self determination automatically equates to war? Where did they get such perverted idea from that a demand for referendum, which is a democratic exercise, somehow translates into war. We are interested to know which history or philosophy text teaches that or where they got the absurd notion from. Such assertions are often made from a position of ignorance, therefore we encourage them to study the history of liberation movements around the world and stop equating our quest for referendum to a declaration of war.

IPOB is made up of elders from across all nationalities in Biafraland that are older than almost every Ohaneze Ndigbo executive member. These IPOB elders/leaders are visible and not hidden. Mothers and grand-mothers openly identify with IPOB but Ohaneze Ndigbo feign ignorance of this fact and have continued to peddle the lie that we are exclusively a collection of angry, disgruntled youths. Rather than wake up to the reality that IPOB is a global mass movement with every age bracket adequately represented, they comfort themselves with the notion that we are exclusively populated by inexperienced youths which is clearly not the case.

To any keen observer, it is evident that IPOB leadership has amongst its ranks, experienced administrators and intellectuals that are successfully piloting the affairs of the movement worldwide. It is appalling that this present Ohaneze Ndigbo, its leadership and South East governors have publicly reaffirmed their commitment to maintain the one Nigeria state with or without restructuring.

We believe there is something wrong with the mentality of a leadership that will publicly state their desire to sabotage Biafra restoration. These are the supposed leaders, fathers and elders who it would appear enjoy watching their people suffer, perhaps because it makes them feel valued by the oppressor.

It is a well known fact that IPOB is made up of both the old and young, with experienced public administrators all over the world that pilot the affairs of the movement. So the tag of inexperience is both misplaced and misconceived.

We agree that IPOB lacks experience in certain areas like selling out the collective interest of the people, sabotage and subservience to Hausa-Fulani hegemony. We also don't have experience in serving Arewa core north slavishly or agreeing to whatever Arewa Consultative Forum says. We don't have experience of blissful existence in a slave-master relationship that obtains between the Fulani dominated north and segments of Igbo leadership. We don't have experience in treachery, betrayal, lies and deception.

IPOB is well organised movement and platform to restore Biafra and with it the lost dignity of a once proud race. A few Abuja based errand boys that call themselves politicians cannot understand why we have roundly rejected their approach, which is nothing short of the appeasement of an obnoxious, brutal, oppressive alien regime from the Sahel.

Any day these so-called Igbo leaders gather in public, we will make sure we show them how upset we are. The era of selling the collective interest of the masses to the highest bidder has come to an end. All we want is referendum not restructuring; we want Biafra not Nigeria. We have buried too many people, we have lost too many souls, we are pained by the innocent who are still languishing in illegal detention all over Nigeria and we are enraged by the betrayal of those we call socio-political leaders. Only the total restoration of Biafra will suffice, anything else is mere waste of time.

LET BIAFRA GO FOR AFRICA TO BE HEALED
BY IKEM ONUOHA (Proud Biafran)
"An Igbo man sees the entire world as his village, while an Hausa man sees Kano as the universe and a Yoruba man sees Lagos as his entire world. Nigeria is just too small to contain the Igbo man’s dreams, aspirations, industry, commerce and expertise. He needs a platform to rule and dominate the entire universe which is Biafra. He does not really need oil to survive since he does not work in the civil service, public service, or does he constitute the majority of politicians or government contractors but earnestly needs FREEDOM to control his destiny. His dominion is in the area of invention, creativity, industry, development, commerce and the provision of goods and services for the benefit of mankind and not religious, cultural or political dominion. He has capacity to drive the world technologically like the US, UK, Russia, France, Germany, China and Israel. An average Igbo man is far better than an average Yoruba or an average Hausa-Fulani; intellectually, economically and industrially, notwithstanding his money that Awolowo stole to develop and empower Yoruba land, or his properties that Gowon destroyed and others he gifted out. He carries the blessing of Abraham and Nigeria will remain cursed as she continues to curse and undermine him. The only way Nigeria will see light is by blessing and letting Biafra Go.
The blood of the Igbo men slaughtered by Hausa- Fulani, the blood of the pregnant Igbo woman, whose womb was slit open to kill her and the unborn child by Hausa-Fulani, and the cry of the Igbo child starved to death by Yoruba, will continue to chastise the Nigeria project. Nigeria is doomed and under a curse, and therefore needs to make atonement, restitution and seek forgiveness from the Igbo man. Hausa, Fulani and Yoruba should bury their faces in shame. How would you explain why an entirely military affair as regards the 1966 coup d'etat led to the slaughtering of millions of Igbos in Northern Nigeria? What about the massacre of the Igbos in the bloody riots of Jos and Kano in 1945 and 1953 respectively in Northern Nigeria and a good number of Igbos slaughtered ever since then, now crowned it with the Boko Haram insurgency and the Muslim foot soldiers masquerading as Fulani herdsmen. The plotters of the 1966 coup d'etat were not all Igbos. Even at that, Nzeogwu did not consult his kiths and kins before embarking on the ill-fated coup? Why should an ordinary Igbo man pay for what was clearly a military rebellion? Several officers of Northern origin took part in Nigeria’s first military coup d'etat.
The “Igbo coup” tag attached to the assault defeats the fact that scores of Northern officers took part in the Lagos operations, and even assisted Nzeogwu when he stormed the residence of the Northern Region’s premier; Ahmadu Bello. Nzeogwu was later to describe the detachment of troops accompanying him to Bello’s house as “a truly Nigerian gathering” (New Nigerian – 18th January 1966). Nzeogwu pointed out that the Northern soldiers accompanying him “had the chance to drop out, more than that, they had bullets, they had been issued with bullets but I was unarmed. If they disagreed they could have shot me….most of the other ranks were Northerners but they followed”. Among the prominent Northern soldiers that helped Nzeogwu to overthrow the Northern Region’s government was John Atom Kpera. Kpera later became the military governor of Benue State. Many of the soldiers that accompanied Major Ifeajuna when he abducted the Prime Minister; Tafawa Balewa, were also Northerners.
As much as Hausa, Fulani and Yoruba, notwithstanding their heavy grip on Nigeria resources, civil service, public service, politics and government contracts, decide to remain backwards, being held back by their religion and culture, as much as the Igbo man continues to progress Abrahamically, fearlessly propelled by his culture and strengthened by repression and harsh antagonistic economic policies by Nigerian government, the hatred, jealousy and envy towards an Igbo man will have no bound.
The Federal Character Policy – that allows mediocre to insult the talented and skilful, and the Educational Less Disadvantaged States policy - that allows Dullard to sit in class with the exceptionally gifted - are wrongly misapplied as an anti-Igbo policy and have ironically brought the beneficiaries further down and the Igbo man further ahead. How would you explain why 55 years of independence and operation of these policies some tribes still join the civil service, public service and politics with primary school certificates to debate and reason with professors and PhD holders from other tribes like the great Igbo tribe? Nnamdi Azikiwe joined politics with Ph.D, while Emeka Ojukwu and Chukwuma Nzeogwu joined the Army with Msc and Bsc respectively. What zoo is worse than a country where the ill-educated and mal-informed, control the affairs of the well-educated and well-informed, where the non-talented and non-gifted control the affairs of the gifted and talented. The Igbo man is caged in Nigeria and unequally yoked with his neighbours, and desperately needs freedom?
The Igbo man is dominating the entire world and has left Nigeria behind long ago. He is an all-round global player and seeks international jobs and offers across the world in the global contest, like in the United Nations organisations, the World Bank, the IMF, the Commonwealth and recently Heads the hallowed chamber of International Criminal Court in the Hague, where he is appreciated and appraised. He is just not in tiny Lagos or Abuja, Kano, Kaduna and others. He is in every country of the world where he feels safe, secure and free, even in Arab nations, but never in Nigeria. You cannot hold an Igbo man down to catch up with him.
Nnamdi Azikiwe was born in Zungeru in Niger State in 1904, so when did his father settle in the North? Emeka Ojukwu was also born in Zungeru in 1933. Chukwuma Nzeogwu was born in Kaduna in 1937. The Igbo have cohabited with the Hausa, Fulani and Yoruba, for hundreds of years in their own land, yet he remains an easy prey for slaughter due to envy and jealousy. He is more Nigerian than every other Nigerian. He built Lagos, Kano, Kaduna, Port Harcourt, Abuja, etc because he is development-minded and sees the world, not just Nigeria, as his village, hence, the reason he is hated, envied and killed. He needs Biafra so he could bring light, not just in Nigeria, but in the entire African continent, and free Africa from mental slavery that has ravaged her beyond repair.
The Igbo man has set new records in the US and in the UK in education, in science and in technology and if given the opportunity through Biafra, Africa will see light and live as a free people..

"RELEASE NNAMDI KANU NOW OR WE RESCUE HIM BY ALL MEANS AVAILABLE"-
BIAFRAN YOUTHS WARN NIGERIAN ARMY
It is exceptionally callous and a shameful rape on professional ethics for the Nigerian Judiciary to be shielding the Nigerian Army from releasing the abducted leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) worldwide, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, who has been in secretive custody since the 14th of September 2017, when his residence was murderously invaded. The Biafran youths all the the world have pointedly issued out a warning to the Nigerian Army to release forthwith, their supreme leader or they will be forced to adopting any extra-judicial action at their disposal, in ensuring that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is rescued from military captivity. It could be recalled that on the 10th of September 2017, the Hausa-Fulani cum Boko Haram infested Nigerian army made a foiled assassination attempt on the life of the IPOB leader in his residence at Afara-ukwu - Ibeku, Umuahia, Abia State, as the resilient Biafran youths barricaded their leader's residential entrance, thereby forcing the soldiers to retreat. On the 11th day of September 2017, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu proactively conducted a press conference, putting the whole world on notice on the siege of the Nigerian army in his residence. He led a team of news men round his compound and showed them quite a number of holes inserted in one of the water tanks in the compound, resulting from barrage of gun shots from the Nigerian army. One of the armless young Biafrans was also wounded in the process.
On that same fateful day of the press conference, the Nigerian Airforce and Army heavily concentrated their surveillance around Afara-ukwu - Ibeku, Umuahia in Abia State, the home town of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, as if in a war zone. On the 14th of September 2014, the vampiric onslaught of the Nigerian state was let loose as it's army gruesomely invaded Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's residence in a commando style with accompanying armored tanks and other military hardwares. Twenty eight (28) Biafrans including a palace cook and a pet dog were instantly killed within the compound in that murderous operation. Some fortunate victims that escaped comprehensively narrated their ordeal. One had it that while the encounter lasted, he heard the rampaging soldiers shouting: "we have captured him, "move", "move", "enter the vehicle". But what could not be fully ascertained is whether the captive was exactly Mazi Nnamdi Kanu or not as everyone was scampering for the safety of his/her life. However, it should be noted that eversince then, the IPOB leader has neither been seen nor his whereabouts known. No sane being will be told, based on this account, that the murderous army of Nigeria can claim innocence of Kanu's abduction or even death after that display of crude, criminal and calculated military invasion of the residence of an armless freedom fighter, who was yet on bail. The Nigerian Judiciary has shamelessly thrown it's professional integrity to the winds by shielding the army from releasing or arraigning Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in the court of law as demanded, for the world to be told the offence committed while on bail, if any.

As time speedily ticks away, the Biafran youths are increasingly tending towards restiveness as their patience wanes. They have unmistakably placed a warning to the Nigerian army to immediately release their leader from captivity or have him forcefully released by all means available. The army should know therefore that the intelligence officers of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), are all over the global community, with the Nigeria Defence Headquarters and even the Presidential Villa in Aso Rock, Abuja, inclusive. The Nigeria government should therefore be prepared to risk avoidable casualties if it ignores this timely warning for the immediate release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu from army detention. The teaming and near - restive Biafran youths in their millions could alternatively take laws into their hands to drive home their demand and anybody could be a victim. Let it be made known to the world that it is not in the interest of the Biafran youths to hit any Nigerian barrack in the drive for the rescue of their invaluable leader. But if the authorities concerned treat this warning with levity, the unexpected should then be expected in the nearest possible time. You do not take the patience of a people for granted. The Chief of Army Staff, Gen. Tukur Buratai and Justice Binta Nyako of an Abuja-based Federal High Court should be held responsible for any breakdown of law and order or even deaths/destruction. The peaceful disposition of the Biafran youths should not be mistaken for cowardice.
A word is enough for the wise!

Biafra: Steer Clear of Our Activities

or Have Yourself to Blame -

IPOB Warns Nnia Nwodo

The Biafra Times | Monday, March 19, 2018

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has warned the Ohaneze Ndigbo leader, Chief John Nnia Nwodo to steer clear of its activities or have himself to blame.

The group accused the leader of the Igbo apex organisation of misleading the world by tagging it a militant organization, insisting that he, Nwodo, is the only person carrying out such propaganda.

In a statement issued yesterday by the media and publicity secretary of the group, Emma Powerful, titled "those the gods want to destroy, they first make mad", the group maintained that “no leader of any other ethnic socio-political organisation like Arewa Consultative Forum or Afenifere has done to their people what Nnia Nwodo has done and is doing to IPOB in order to please his masters in the North.”

The statement partly read, “We have read with shock and disappointment the unedifying utterances of Chief John Nnia Nwodo to the effect that the noble global family of IPOB is an organisation involved in fighting other interest groups within Igboland and Biafra, thereby giving the misleading impression that we are a militant organization of sorts. Nothing could be further from the truth.

“Nwodo’s unfortunate statement is clearly in furtherance of a well-rehearsed line designed by enemies of Biafra to convey an erroneous impression about our activities thereby stubbornly driving the agenda of the National Security Council (NSA),  Monguno, the DSS D.G, Lawal Daura, Gen. Tukur Buratai And Gov. Dave Umahi against IPOB.

“These are the people that brought about the murderous Operation Python Dance six months ago, to kill and maim unnamed agitators. Now as then, it was Nnia Nwodo, Dave Umahi and Okezie Ikpeazu that went to great length to falsely paint IPOB a violent group.

“Six months later and without any remorse for the hundreds murdered in cold blood as a result of their greed, envy, and jealousy, Nwodo is stubbornly struggling to sustain the false propaganda he initiated at the behest of his Hausa Fulani masters.

“It is a shame that the only person screaming to the world that IPOB are fighters that insult and attack at any given opportunity is this same Nnia Nwodo. We can only deduce from his actions that he is desperately committed to financially lucrative deal with Buratai and Lawal Daura having collected huge sums of money to engineer the largest military invasion with lethal intent, since after the war in 1970 in Operation Python Dance II.
“We IPOB have never attacked anyone, except our well-established acts of civil disobedience during public gatherings. We don’t drive around with R.P.Gs and AK 47s, yet Nwodo continues to struggle to tag us with the badge of militancy.

“The only public meeting of Ohaneze Ndigbo Nnia Nwodo has ever called in nearly two years of his stewardship was at Nike Lake Resort Enugu to endorse the proscription of IPOB less that 24 hours after the army invaded the home of our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and killed 28 people on September 14, 2017.

“It is on record that at the said gathering in Enugu Nnia Nwodo on behalf of the presidency of Buhari distributed money to Igbo traditional rulers and clergy who gladly accepted a handout of Five Hundred Thousand Naira each (500,000) each to betray Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB agitation". Evidence abound that this was what transpired.
“The likes of Anglican Emeritus Archbishop Anikwenwa from Awka was at the meeting and can confirm this. Most Igbo traditional rulers that attended the gathering collected their share of this blood money from Aso Rock. If not for the very vocal objection of a few senior clergymen like Archbishop Anikwenwa the resolution calling for the public condemnation of Nnamdi Kanu, barely 24 hours after his home was stormed by soldiers, could have been carried.  Nnia Nwodo has  since sidelined his Secretary-General Barrister Uche Okwukwu and operates a one man show, waiting for an appointment from Buhari .
“Nnia Nwodo is the person always attacking IPOB at every given opportunity. He did so at Anambra State House of Assembly; he later gave a press conference on why he parted ways with IPOB, claiming we want to start a war. Now he is going about giving lectures, saying we are fighters. The entire world stand as witness between us and Nnia Nwodo as he is consistently twisting the tiger’s tail in an attempt to wake it up from sleep.
“We must emphasize that we are in very good terms with well known and respected Igbo leaders. The number one public enemy today in Biafraland is Nnia NWODO. He has sold his soul to the devil for a pot of porridge. He is digging his own grave and those of his children, whose addresses in the U.S. are in our possession. He is dancing to the rhythm scripted by his maters, Buratai, Monguno and Lawal Daura. Those who know him should please tell him to steer clear of IPOB because those the gods want to destroy, they first make mad.  We dare him to try us by convening a public meeting anywhere on Biafran soil.
THE BIAFRA TIMES 2018
BEFORE YOU SURRENDER YOUR GUNS TO THE POLICE OR
TO THE MILITARY AS THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT
 UNDER MUHAMMAD BUHARI IS DEMANDING
NIGERIANS ESPECIALLY THOSE FROM SOUTHERN
 NIGERIA, CAREFULLY CONSIDER THIS!

A LITTLE GUN HISTORY
In 1929, the Soviet Union established gun control. From 1929 to 1953, about 20 million dissidents, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
In 1911, Turkey established gun control. From 1915 to 1917, 1.5 million Armenians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
Germany established gun control in 1938 and from 1939 to 1945, a total of 13 million Jews and others who were unable to defend themselves were rounded up and exterminated.
China established gun control in 1935. From 1948 to 1952, 20 million political dissidents, unable to defend themselves were rounded up and exterminated.
Guatemala established gun control in 1964. From 1964 to 1981, 100,000 Mayan Indians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
Uganda established gun control in 1970. From 1971 to 1979, 300,000 Christians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
Cambodia established gun control in 1956. From 1975 to 1977, one million educated people, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
56 million defenseless people rounded up and exterminated in the 20th Century because of gun control:
You won't see this data on the US evening news, or hear politicians disseminating this information.
Guns in the hands of honest citizens save lives and property and, yes, gun-control laws adversely affect only the law-abiding citizens.

The BUHARI Fulani dominated security council want your self defense destroyed, empower their kinsmen to come in and take over your lands, colonize it and impose Islam and Emirates in your towns and villages!

Take note my fellow Nigerians, before it's too late!
The next time someone talks in favor of gun control, please remind them of this history lesson.
With guns, we are "citizens". Without them, we are "subjects".
During WWII the Japanese decided not to invade America because they knew most Americans were ARMED!

If you value your freedom, please spread this antigun-control message to all of your friends.
SWITZERLAND ISSUES EVERY HOUSEHOLD A GUN!
SWITZERLAND'S GOVERNMENT TRAINS EVERY ADULT THEY ISSUE A RIFLE.
SWITZERLAND HAS THE LOWEST GUN RELATED CRIME RATE OF ANY CIVILIZED COUNTRY IN THE WORLD!!!
IT'S A NO BRAINER!
DON'T LET OUR GOVERNMENT WASTE MILLIONS OF OUR TAX DOLLARS IN AN EFFORT TO MAKE ALL LAW ABIDING CITIZENS AN EASY TARGET.
Spread the word everywhere you can that you are a firm believer in self-defense!

It's time to speak loud before they try to silence and disarm us.
You're not imagining it, history shows that governments always manipulate tragedies to attempt to disarm the people.

They went from house to house in Benue state, moping up guns from the locals, three days later, the herdsmen came in and slaughtered hundreds burnt down their houses and farm products without any resistance.

Nigerians, think! that command to surrender your guns ( if you have any ) will leave you defenceless when the time comes and the military and the police won't be around to protect you!
Why are they not mopping up weapons from the North especially Muslim populated States? Yet they possess more weapons and AK4s than any other region in this country and they roam around with it killing people at their will!

Look at how innocent citizens of this country is been killed on daily bases, effortlessly, by the Fulani herdsmen and nothing is been done about it! Your family, village or town might be next!

This is another JIHAD WAR GOING ON RIGHT HERE IN NIGERIA. ARM YOURSELF! BE SAFE. BE WISE. DON'T LET SOMEONE WASTE YOUR LIFE FOR HIS OWN COURSE!

Share this post to raise awareness of the impending danger ahead under this government.

Listen to me, there is a well organized ethnic cleansing and genocide going on in this nation that you cannot fold your hands and deny it.
IS THIS A HATE SPEECH? GO ASK BENUE

PLATEAU, TARABA, KOGI, ETC STATES PEOPLE WHO

HAVE BEEN KILLED IN THEIR NUMBERS BY FULANI HERDSMEN!
THE GOSPEL OF TRUTH ACCORDING TO BIAFRANS. 2. (a time for self evaluation and examination.)
In the world of falsehood and hypocrites , in a nation of deceits and liars,. Truth remains an essential commodity and golden. Always endangered material, peddlers are hunted and killed by those whose interests are questioned daily by the TRUTH.
The Gospel of our freedom as championed by the Supreme leader, Mazi Nnamdi kanu rode with a fast speed to stardom and brought Biafra to limelight with the word TRUTH. IPOB is making great impact with devastating consequences on this failed Nigeria with Truth, those of us writers are propelled to write with facts and an incontrovertible truths thereby adding credibility to our write ups, No man can destroy this word TRUTH, not even Satan the master of all falsehood.
In part 1 of this piece, I did said that Nigeria failed as a result of the Leaders' hypocrisy, lies, falsehood and deception , down playing Truth, sincerity and decency in their dealings with fellow Nigerians,. These they ignored and intentionally presume Biafrans would continue with such negative outlook.
Nonetheless, it is important to state that the TRUTH Gospel is being preached by both Nigerians and Biafrans at the same time at this material time. However, my concern is about Biafrans as I am, hence, Nigeria is not and can never be my country due to her false foundation made possible via her false gospel, Lia Mohammed may shout from January to December, his rythorics remain a shadow till eternity, that's the Gospel truth.
Consequently, the Biafra dream would remain an illusion if Biafrans don't take caution on the type of Gospel we preach about our new Nation at this foundation level, the materials used during foundation decides how far such structure would last, research shows that some foundations take more resources than the structure itself. Smarting from defects in the Nigerian structural downfall, Biafrans can not afford to embark on such destructive ventures.
Self evaluation and examination can be useful at this material time of our struggle, the kind of preaching and preachers must be re-examined by IPOB, there is the need to re-orientate our online warlords, policies and programs must be re-considered even by the Highest Command IPOB. Biafrans in this struggle are dealing with seen and unseen forces, and they are masters in deceptions and tricks, we can't afford tofallinto their hands.
The Biafran Gospel of Truth by Biafrans....part 3
THE PROBLEM OF NIGERIA!
                               -By- Charles Ogbu
For years, many writers have theorized, philosophized and romanticized about the problem of Nigeria. The moralist have moralized, even, but none of this class of people have touched what I am reasonably convinced is Nigeria's fundamental problem.
Before I proceed, I need us all to just take a moment to imagine a situation where the ArewaNorth have their own separate country where they practice their feudal system and sharia plus open Grazing of Cattle on people's farms and killing of the farm owners while the Non-Caliphate rest of Nigeria have their own separate country where they practice democracy, rule of law, equity and peaceful religion with utmost respect for the sanctity of life!
Are you done? Good!
Now, imagine a situation where you bring together a people with a Value System which places cows over and above human lives, a Value System that is rooted in feudalism which basically states that some men are born to own others who must work for them and serve them, a Value System that believes men must live by the Sharia not a national law known as the Constitution or democracy..... Imagine placing these people in the same country with another set of people with a completely opposing Value System which places utmost regard to the sanctity of human lives, not cow life, a Value System that says men should live under laws enacted by them and keep their rapport with their Creator strictly personal, a Value System that believes in equity, justice and fairness as against feudalism.
Take a deep breath, then imagine the kind of world you would have forcing these two different peopleS with these two different Value Systems into one country. What do you think will be the result? Here, let me:

A BLOODY CLASH BETWEEN THE TWO IRRECONCILABLE CIVILIZATIONS!
That is what you will have!
One believes in Sharia and feudalism which makes it a religious duty to kill people of other faith and conquer and dominate them while the other civilisation believes in democracy and equity rooted in utmost respect for human lives. Now quote me any where, you can never have these two conflicting civilizationS in the same geographical space and expect progress of any kind.
India and Pakistan were once the same country. That was a typical example of IRRECONCILABLE CIVILIZATIONS. It was a daily festival of blood until they were separated. Long years after the two aforementioned countries went their separate ways, Pakistan yet wallow in daily harvest of blood in line with its own civilization while India has continued to break boundaries in different areas of human endeavor.
In a nutshell, the reason Nigeria has remained a crying shame to the comity of Nation is never because of corruption. It is not even about leadership challenges. The problem of Nigeria is simply and squarely a clash of IRRECONCILABLE CIVILIZATIONS. The continuous clash between these two civilization WILL NEVER allow for any meaningful development here. Corruption and leadership challenges are natural phenomena which can be found in every country. They don't stop progress. They only hinder it. To 'stop' and to 'hinder' something are two different things.
In 1979, the late Alex Ekwueme had one of the best academic qualifications in the whole wide world, yet, because of this clash of civilization, he wasn't considered good enough to lead. The civilization that believes in dominating and conquering others put him as a deputy to a Shehu Shagari whose only qualifications was a high school certificate. In 2015, we had Yemi Osinbajo, a professor of law and Senior Advocate of Nigeria deputizing a Muhammadu Buhari whose ordinary WAEC certificate is still a matter for debate.
In Nigeria, we operate a system of government known as Kakistocracy. And this is because one of the two conflicting civilizationS here has succeeded, through gory displays of violence, in enthroning mediocrity over merit.
No country can ever move forward in an environment where merit is frowned upon.
During the Biafran war, the Odumegwu Ojukwu led Biafran side was blockaded on land, air and sea and heavily bombarded by the combined forces of Britain, Russia, Egypt, Morocco and Nigeria, yet, the Biafrans did not just hold their ground for 3 years, they defied the blockade and bombardment and broke boundaries in technology by producing Ogbunigwe, refining their oil and building and repeatedly rebuilding the Uli Airstrip each time it was bombed by the enemy forces.
Fifty years after the Biafran war and even with the presence of the Biafrans, the parent country, Nigeria, is still planning to manufacture pencil in the 21st century 2018!!!! It cannot refine her oil, even. Feats achieved by the Biafrans 5 decades ago when some countries of the world were still in the dark.
Ask yourself, why did Nigeria not tap into the technological sophistication of the Biafrans??? It is because of this clash of civilizations. The people from the civilization that seek to oppress, own, conquer and enslave others will rather see this country go into extinction than allow people from the other civilization move her forward.
The only solution to this problem is immediate and comprehensive restructuring that will allow each region manage her security and develop at her own pace. For the sake of honesty, I must add that this solution will not even put a permanent end to the problem of constant bloodshed. It will only guarantee development. The second solution which will solve this permanently is total balkanization, like what happened between India and Pakistan, to allow these two IRRECONCILABLE CIVILIZATIONS go their separate ways. In my own view, there is no other short term solution to this problem. And if we don't move fast to apply either of these two solutions, we will all end up as casualties of this bloody clash of irreconcilable civilizations in which the one with a feudal worldview is already cruising to victory at a very grave cost.
We must either restructure Nigeria IMMEDIATELY or join hands to end it before it end us all.

IPOB dares Ohaneze

THE Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), yesterday, warned the National President of Ohaneze Ndigbo, Chief John Nnia Nwodo, against holding the proposed Igbo summit in Enugu or be prepared to face the consequences from IPOB youths.
Nnia Nwodo, President-General of Ohanaeze
Youths suspected to be members of IPOB had, last month, disrupted a meeting of Igbo elders and leaders of thought in Enugu.
IPOB Media and Publicity Secretary, Comrade Emma Powerful, said, in a statement, that while IPOB leadership respects and recognizes Igbo elders, including their freedom of speech and assembly, it would not sit and watch a gathering designed to enslave the Igbo nation in Nigeria.
The statement said: “We are well aware of the nocturnal meetings between Chief Nnia Nwodo and a certain Brigadier General affiliated to the 82 Division of the Nigerian Army, Enugu.
“The same people Ohaneze Ndigbo and South East governors ran to and convinced to launch Operation Python Dance II, are the same people Nnia Nwodo and his Ohaneze Ndigbo are running to now for security during the proposed Igbo summit..
“If Ohaneze leaders like, let them surround the venue with armored tanks and soldiers, but one thing that this is certain is that the summit will not hold, unless Nnia Nwodo and his collaborators will be prepared to kill us all on that particular day.
“Nnia Nwodo and his collaborators are at liberty to call summit to sensitize and educate our people for the upcoming referendum, but not to talk about restructuring to remain in Nigeria.
“Nwodo and his Hausa -Fulani servants will understand how enraged we are on the day of this so-called summit scheduled to hold in Enugu. Should the Nigerian army arrest or kill anyone on that day, Nwodo’s children and that of the governors and anybody else involved in the betrayal of IPOB and Biafrans in general will suffer the same fate, regardless of where they are”.

Good Day Biafran's.....When I want to write the History of my LIFE Kindly Allow me to handle my Pen, because nobody can ever tell or write a true story of my life better than my humble self:
They called it a B-O-M-B-S-H-E-L-L! but i call it (A TRUE BITTER HISTORY FROM A BIAFRAN ). The history this time is not from a #Yoruba Man , but from a Die-hard #Biafra, the Former Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Senator Akpabio , what he revealed on Biafra will not only shock you but will dismantle your argument and negative thought about Biafra,
it will rebuild your faith/Believe towards the restoration of Biafra Nationwith truth and honesty, They Killed Us in large number, They rapped our women during the war, impregnated large number of them, those women gave birth to all these Biafra of Igbo speaking Men and Women that always Kick against their own Freedom as a people because their DNA is of that Hausa/Fulani Yoruba people as you know that Blood they said is thicker than water.
They also marry many of our women just to force us live with them . They collected all our Properties after the war and called it an abandoned Property; they stole all our money in the bank after the war and left us with only 20 pounds. Knowing that we had no cash immediately after war. they implemented what they called indigenization policy, all the foreign companies/properties owned by the British in Nigeria were indigenized, and shares were sold to the Hausa/Fulani and Yoruba people that has money to buy them immediately after the war in 1971, they declared no victor no vanquished and thereby proposed to rebuild Biafra land and make peace with us, then they set aside a huge amount of money and called it 3rs Fund, Do you know that this same 3rs Fund was diverted to rebuild Lagos state when war wasn't fought in Lagos.
Excerpt.............
You have been very vocal lately in dismissing and trashing the then federal military government’s post-civil war efforts at the 3Rs: Reconstruction, Reconciliation and Rehabilitation. What don’t you agree with?
AKPABIO: As a young man, you definitely will not understand me. But I was a victim of the Civil War. I was one of those who suffered the pains of the war. I was born sometime in 1962; the civil war came really into our area in 1967. So, I was probably five or six years old during the war; and if I had been around nine years, I would probably have been conscripted. I saw parents throw their children into pit toilets because they did not want their positions to be made known to the enemy. I saw devastation; I saw kwashiorkor; I saw hunger; I saw thousands of people and bodies littered everywhere and smelling while vultures had a field day every day. I saw houses destroyed; I saw families scattered such that till the end of the world, they can never gather themselves together again.
There were children who were shipped away to Gabon, and they can never come back to Nigeria again because they were small. How would two-year-olds and three-year-olds ever know where they came from? They are now proud Gabonese and I don’t think Nigerians are even asking questions. So, during the Silverbird Man of the Year Award, there were pictures that were shown of the Civil War. Somebody, sitting by me, who is from the West, was asking if those things were acted: the Kwashiorkor-ridden children with their swollen tummies, ugly shapes and bony structures because of hunger and starvation. The then Head of State, General Yakubu Gowon attempted to explain that he tried everything to avoid the scenes that were being shown on the screen, that he did not want the war. The other person who could have answered him, unfortunately, that is Emeka Ojukwu, is dead. He said he tried everything to stop the war from breaking out but it’s only Ojukwu who could have answered whether he equally did his part in avoiding the war.
But something struck me: it was said that Gowon should be commended for initiating the three Rs: reconciliation, rehabilitation and reconstruction. And I asked a very simple question, that I came with a written text but I wasn’t going to read it. I thanked Silverbird for the award; and I said I did not want to criticise my leaders because I am also now a leader. But I asked to be allowed to ask a question: how come reconstruction started in the West when the war was actually fought in the East?
They started the Third Mainland Bridge, the National Theatre, the international airport, and so on, in the West, while the war was fought in the eastern region. And if we really wanted to ensure total reconciliation, how come every account holder in the eastern region was given only £20? It did not matter whether your father had £10,000,000 or £50,000,000 before the war; you were given just £20. It was a take it or leave it situation. If your family survived and there was an account holder alive, he/she went to the bank, and collected just £20. Could £20 pounds solve the Kwashiorkor that we were seeing? Could it reconstruct the houses that were burnt? Could it produce food? A lot of other things happened that I did not mention on that occasion.
Don’t forget that it was shortly after the war in 1971 that the policy of indigenization started, where most of the foreign industries and companies were sold to Nigerians, and the war-ravaged eastern regions, which include the entire South-South and the rest of them, could not buy, because no one who did not have money to even feed or clothe himself would have had money to buy any industry. So, I was just wondering, as a young man, if that was true reconciliation, because one would have thought that the government would have gone to any extent to give them more money so that they could truly rehabilitate themselves. They needed money from reconstruction, and I would have thought that reconstruction would have also started from the East.
I just asked because we were lucky to have the personal dramatis of the war right in still alive: General T. Y. Danjuma, General Yakubu Gowon, General Obasanjo, General Buhari and others. It is very rare to see these former heads of state in just one place, so I had to ask. I said also that it is important, even for the current-day leaders that we continue to take actions that will unite Nigeria. And we should purge ourselves of actions that tend to cause pains to Nigerians. For me, I believe that because of certain policies of the federal government after the war, the war did not cease in the eastern region until about 30 years after the war.
The Struggle Continue.....
This Generation says, it's Biafra Freedom or Nothing
God Bless Biafra.
