JEFFREY FROM USA BLAST NIGERIAN BAR ASSOCIATION:ASK THEM TO RISE AND CONDEMN THE ACTIONS OF THE DSS
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Following the international awareness and sympathy created by the illegal detention of the leader of IPOB and the subsequent disobedience of court orders by Nigerian DSS. International figures are now wading into what is perceived as deliberate effort to nail down an innocent man. It also appears that neglect of Nigerian constitution seems not to bother Nigerian bar association eventhough it poses threat to the country and also an act of contempt to the court and bar. He questioned the sanity of disobeying court orders and going back to the same court to seek redress and urged judiciary to dismiss further charges against Nnamdi Kanu until the initial order of two competent courts are obeyed.
He however frayed the Nigerian press for ignorance or negligence over their reportage on Nnamdi Kanu, in his words " There is a mistake in the articles concerning Nnamdi Kanu due to negligence or ignorance, the high court released #NnamdiKanuunconditionally, so you (nigerian press) should have written that he was released unconditionally and not granted bail unconditionally, in law, these are all different issues, more so, he was totally absolved from all allegations and therefore there was the concept "Res Judicata" a matter that has been adjudicated by a competent court and may not be pursued further by the same parties, the DSS should have complied to the order of the court by releasing #NnamdiKanu unconditionally before proceeding to the appeal court if they were not satisfied with the ruling of the lower court and should have prayed the appeal court to admit fresh charges if they deem it fit. It is rather appalling that the institution of government who does not obey an order of the court, is still going to the court whom they treat with contempt to seek redress, this of course has a damaging effect on both the bar and the bench, it is therefore trite to urge the judiciary to dismiss any further charges brought by the DSS to any court in Nigeria, with regards to this same issue hence respect for the law and court.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I also want to call on Nigeria Bar association to rise to the occasion and condemn the actions of the DSS, and to be also followed by the National judicial council of Nigeria in the same condemnation. No system shall function effectively without total commitment to the rule of law and obedience to the decisions of the court of law. Thanks, Jeffrey Langley... Anchorage Alaska USA"" as no government is viable without rule of law, the image of Nigeria before the world is still unclear

N1.03 BILLION extorted by POLICE roadblocks in 60 days using IPOB protests as a cover!
Intersociety has released reports on its national investigation into the Police Roadblock Extortion across Nigeria, particularly in in the Southeast Zone, where over 1,500 police roadblocks were maintained.
Anambra State was used as a case-study State and the Southeast Zone as a case-study zone. This followed the largest concentration of the police roadblocks and their graft practices in the State and the Zone respectively. In the national investigation, Anambra and Abia States had 400 police roadblocks or extortion points each, followed by Imo State with 300 and Enugu and Ebonyi States with 200 each.
It was found out of a total of 3,500 police roadblock extortion points across the country, criminally the Nigeria Police Force had fetched a total sum of N53.4Billion in three years; out of which the Southeast Zone fetched the Force the lion’s share of N32.2Billion, followed by Southwest and South-south with N8.2Billion each; North-central N2.1Billion; and Northeast and Northwest with N1.2Billion each.
The flooding of the Southeast Roads with police roadblock extortion points reached a crescendo in October 2015 following the widespread peaceful and non violent protests and processions embarked upon by millions of INDIGENOUS PEOPLE OF BIAFRA (IPOB), which extended to the South-south geopolitical zone; demanding for the unconditional release of the IPOB leader Nnamdi Kanu as well as assertion of their constitutional and conventional rights to peaceful assembly, association, expression, movement; and existence, development and self determination.
Anambra and Abia States were also found to be the worst hit!
Inter-State Roads in Anambra and Abia States bearing the brunt of police roadblock extortions are: Onitsha-Enugu, Onitsha-Owerri, Atani-Ogwuikpere-Ndoni, Oba-Nnewi-Okigwe, Okigwe-Orlu-Owerri, Aba-Ikot-Ekpene, Uturu-Okigwe-Abakiliki, Ekwuluobia-Oko-Ibinta, Umuahia-Ariam-Ikot-Ekpene, Owerri-Elele-Port Harcourt, Umuahia-Obowo-Owerri, Umuahia-Bende, Igbo-Ukwu-Ezinifite-Uga-Umunze, Nsugbe-Adani and Umuahia-Port Harcourt Roads, etc
Christmas is upon us and many Biafrans have returned to their homelands currently in Nigeria, be sure to ring the commissioner of police or indeed the Inspector general if your able and advise him to immediately order their personnel out of roadblocks in the affected States so as to allow free flow of traffic and free movements. There should also be total ban all forms of vehicular impoundment in the guise of verification of vehicle particulars; leading to extortion
Human rights violations will no longer be endured!

 #LetterToNigeriaMedia

It is only an illiterate that is easily deceived with lies.Note, biafrans are learned. I believe your fellow illiterates will be rejoicing on the lies you all published about my able director
#Mazi_Nnamdi_kanu.But i'm putting it to you that#Biafrians appreciate it all, cause it makes Biafra strugle, stronger and popular. Is soo obvious that you all sold your birth right for nigerian money which its value can't be measured to your life, cause i can't see the reason for which you have chosen to take the amount of money you've all taken just to propagand on the rubish you wrote about#NnamdiKanu. Well, is just an act of illiteracy. First, i saw the punch news saying "KANU APOLOGISES TO BUHARI,JONATHAN,IGBO ELDERS" and it was reported by #AdeAdesomujo. Now let me tell you Ade. It is known all over the world that Nnamdi kanu has never spoken to the press ever since he was arrested, instead his lawyer and we the biafrans have been the one speakiing for him. So please can you tell the world how you got your own information ? Did you have your way into his detention room ? Cause no press member has been given the chance to get close to him. I guess you must be tottally confuse. If am to be buhari, i will jail you for collecting money without giving tactical lies that can convince the world, because lies have been all you qualified for during your school days. Is clear that you will continue to remain a dunce.
Secondly, To the dipstick #HopeForNigeria media. You came up with a photo of what happened years back & all you could plan of is to photoshop #Nnamdikanu, propaganding he was cought with a prostitute.(smiles), i dont just know what to tell you people but i must say somthing because we biafrians always have what to say. Its so obvious that you tried your best but your best wasn't enough to win the media war. Before you embark on anything media i will advice you cretin hopefornigeria to seek for professionals to help you carry out your works. But it's soo unfortunate that you can't find any cause the only professionals you can find are biafrans. However "You only know where you are coming from only when you know your history." so please i thought your soo called #HopeforNigeria media was name after the mission of propaganding hope to nigerians, why then are you trying to inculcate lies that will not bring hope for nigeria as your name goes ? Don't border yourself thinking of the answer cause you can't think it out.But i will help you out. The reason why you diviate from the work you are meant to do,to another is because you are confuse about what you were established for.Lack of knowledge, illiteracy & brown envelop cant allow you look at the name for which you came to work with. Like i said earlier, if i were to be PMB,i will jail you for collecting money without being able to use the money to hire professionals to do the work in other to convince the world.
Just accept the fact that no nigeria media can dare Biafrans when it comes to media war or propaganding. We are learned. We were trained & sensitized For this.#Nnamdi_Kanu sa
gid to you all that #Radio_Biafra is the highest university you can go to and learn the truth, you thouht he was joking. So mind whatever you write about the biafrans, cause we speak and write with facts and figures. BEWARE!!! And
Lastly i want you to go and tell PMB that he should stop wasting money looking for a judge to judge Nnamdi kanu, because #Nnamdikanu is the only chief judge that can judge himself. He is soo learned for nigerian judges to judge him. Give us biafra and he will tell you how to judge him.

Exposing Police Robbery On Southeast Roads: How IGP Arase Illicitly Pocketed N1.03Billion In 60 Days Using Pro Biafran Protests As A Cover (Intersociety, Onitsha Nigeria, 22nd December 2015)-The leadership of International Society for Civil Liberties & the Rule of Law (Intersociety) had on 11th December 2011 released a report of its national investigation of the Police Roadblock Extortion across the country particularly in the Southeast Zone, where over 1,500 police roadblocks were maintained, out of over 3,500 police roadblocks across the country. The national investigation of police roadblock extortion covered a period of three years; June 2009 to December 2011. In the said national investigation, Anambra State was used as a case-study State and the Southeast Zone as a case-study zone. This followed the largest concentration of the police roadblocks and their graft practices in the State and the Zone respectively. In the national investigation, Anambra and Abia States had 400 police roadblocks or extortion points each, followed by Imo State with 300 and Enugu and Ebonyi States with 200 each. At the end, we found that the existence and maintenance of over 3,500 police roadblock extortion points across the country criminally fetched the Nigeria Police Force a total sum of N53.4Billion in three years; out of which the Southeast Zone fetched the Force the lion’s share of N32.2Billion, followed by Southwest and South-south with N8.2Billion each; North-central N2.1Billion; and Northeast and Northwest with N1.2Billion each. Anambra and Abia States were also found to be worse hit by the police roadblock extortion scourge; as a result of their blue-collar or high commercial activities and large concentration of adult or commercial population with limited education as well as other inhibiting socio-cultural factors. The national investigation was built on the report of the Human Rights Watch of August 2010 (Police Corruption As Human Rights Abuse in Nigeria…); which was further built on past rights groups’ reports on indiscriminate killing of innocent citizens by Nigerian Police personnel on Nigerian roads over extortion; resulting to monthly average death of 200 Nigerians. The major effect or result of the national investigation under reference was the country-wide dismantling of 90% of the police roadblocks particularly in the Southeast Zone. The dismantling was ordered and enforced by then Inspector General of Police, Mr. Mohammed Abubakar on the heels of his IGPship appointment in January 2012. The dislodgement largely remained in force throughout the period of his IGPship and extended to, an extent, to the tenure of former IGP, Suleiman Abba, but was reversed when the present IGP, Mr. Solomon Arase took over in May 2015. The flooding of the Southeast Roads with police roadblock extortion points reached a crescendo in October 2015 following the widespread peaceful and non-violent protests and processions embarked upon by millions of concerned people of the Southeast Zone, which extended to the Southsouth geopolitical zone; demanding for the unconditional release of Mr. Nnamdi Kanu as well as assertion of their constitutional and conventional rights to peaceful assembly, association, expression, movement; and existence, development and self determination. In other words, IGP Solomon Arase had cashed in on the widespread peaceful protests and flooded the Southeast Zone with at least 750 police roadblocks for the purpose of criminal enrichment through brazen roadblock extortions with perfected and highly organized return culture (from CP to IGP). Re-emergence of Police Roadblocks in Southeast using Pro Biafran Peaceful Protests as a cover: The return of police roadblock extortion points in June 2015 in Nigeria, ordered by IGP Solomon Arase; particularly in the Southeast Zone, which reached its peak in October 2015; has further made mockery of the doubtful anticorruption policy of the Buhari administration. Findings from our recent zonal investigation in the Southeast, factually disclosed that there are at least 750 police roadblock extortion points mounted and maintained by IGP Arase-led NPF on federal, State and intercity roads in the Zone. Of the minimum of 750 police roadblock extortion points presently stationed on Southeast Roads; there are 200 in Anambra State; followed by Abia State with 200; Imo State with 150; and Enugu and Ebonyi States with 100 each. Of these five States, Anambra and Abia are most illicitly lucrative; owing to their commercial environmental nature. They are followed by Imo State, owing to its strategic link between the two States. Enugu and Ebonyi States are lesser owing to their white-collar or civil service environmental nature. Most of the police roadblock extortion proceeds from Enugu and Ebonyi States come from highway and inter State road users; particularly users of Enugu-Port Harcourt, Enugu-Onitsha, Enugu-Nsukka-Oturkpa, Enugu-Abakiliki, AbakilikiOkigwe and Abakiliki-Ogoja Roads as well as inter-State Roads within the two States. But in Anambra and Abia States, police roadblock extortions are concentrated on four major areas of Federal, inter-State, inter-LGA and intercity Roads. In Imo State, the criminal exercise is concentrated on its major inter-State and Federal Roads. Some of the Federal and inter-State Roads in Anambra and Abia States bearing the brunt of police roadblock extortions are: Onitsha-Enugu, Onitsha-Owerri, Atani-Ogwuikpere-Ndoni, Oba-Nnewi-Okigwe, Okigwe-OrluOwerri, Aba-Ikot-Ekpene, Uturu-Okigwe-Abakiliki, Ekwuluobia-Oko-Ibinta, Umuahia-Ariam-Ikot-Ekpene, Owerri-Elele-Port Harcourt, Umuahia-ObowoOwerri, Umuahia-Bende, Igbo-Ukwu-Ezinifite-Uga-Umunze, Nsugbe-Adani and Umuahia-Port Harcourt Roads, etc Patterns used by Police Roadblock Extortionists: In Imo, Enugu and Ebonyi States, which are relatively white-collar or civil-service States; police extortion is largely concentrated on road users and few other citizens that engaged in commercial activities in the three States. But in Anambra and Abia States, dominated by commercial population; police extortion is widespread. In Onitsha, Nnewi and Aba, for instance, intercity, inter-State, inter-LGA and Federal Road users are targeted and extorted with reckless abandon. In Onitsha and its environs, there are private vehicle police extortion, Keke-passenger police extortion, Kekeware police extortion, Okada-passenger police extortion, Okada-ware police extortion, Datsun truck-ware and mini and long lorry-ware police extortion; intercity and highway commercial bus police extortion. These extortion categories are also indiscriminate or widespread in other commercial cities of Anambra and Abia States. Further, for every private vehicle impounded for alleged traffic or incomplete particulars offense, at least, N3, 000/N5, 000 is extorted; and for average of five of them impounded daily by each extorting police roadblock team, N15, 000/N25, 000 is extorted. For every Okada caught plying or crossing any federal and designated State roads; N5, 000 is extorted and out of every five Okada or commercial motorcycles caught by each extorting police team daily, N25, 000 is extorted. This is widespread in cities and areas where their movement is said to have been restricted by Government including Onitsha-Enugu and Onitsha-Owerri Federal Roads; where upon corrupt police personnel backed by their superiors; brazenly use same to engage in extortion and related criminal activities. Also, each of the intercity commercial bus is made to part with N50.00 note at every police extortion point; spending at least N500.00 at every ten police extortion points and N3, 000 per day in six trips. In other words, 100 commercial buses with six trips each per day spend at least N300, 000 in the hands of every ten intercity police extortion points; translating to N30, 000 per day for each police roadblock or extortion point. In our recent field checks, at least, ten police extortion points were counted between Nkwerre Junction and Onitsha Niger Bridgehead, situated along Onitsha-Enugu Dual Carriage Way in Anambra State and all of them were busy extorting commercial road users and impounding private vehicles under flimsy traffic and vehicle particulars’ issues, for purpose of forcing them at gun point to offer bribes; ranging from N3, 000 to N10, 000 per vehicle. The largest concentration of these graft practices of the NPF is Onitsha Upper Iweka and its environs including Aba Park, Owerri Road by Ezeiweka Road and Owerri Road by Obodo-ukwu Road all in Onitsha. Each Keke (tricycle) and Okada (commercial motorcycle) loaded with goods on intercity roads is also made to part with N100/N200. On highways, each commercial bus with passengers is made to part with N50 note at every police extortion point, while each commercial bus with passengers and loads parts with N100 note at every extortion point. At each military or ATS checkpoint, N100/N200 is collected. At Navy Checkpoint located at Atani Road by OnitshaAsaba Expressway in Ogbaru LGA, every commercial bus (small, mini and medium), Keke and Okada plying the Road and its environs mandatorily pays N50.00 per day as “Navy Fee”. It is collected by a civilian taskforce set up by the commercial transporters using the Road under the direction of the Navy personnel. At Onitsha Niger Bridgehead, soldiers of the Onitsha Military Cantonment have become a nightmare to road users in the area. Till date, pedestrians are barred from crossing the Bridge to Asaba or coming into Onitsha from Asaba. The murderous soldiers also engage in sundry extortion, torture and reckless killing of innocent and unarmed members of the public. The traffic jams created by soldiers at the Bridge, if not dismantled; will not only further threaten the ailing lifespan of the aging Bridge, but also bring about tortuous movement for 2015 Xmas returnees into Anambra State and the Southeast Zone. In summation, it is our empirical finding that average of N30, 000 is illicitly pocketed daily by each of the 200 police extortion team stationed on Anambra and Abia Roads by IGP Solomon Arase since October 21st 2015. That is to say that some police extortion squads stationed on Anambra and Abia Roads illicitly pocket as much as N60, 000 each on daily basis, while others illicitly pocket at least N20,000 each, bringing the average to N30,000 per day. After consideration of the variables recorded above, it is also found that each police extortion team on Imo, Enugu and Ebonyi Roads, illicitly collects and pockets average of N15, 000 daily. That is to say that with 200 police extortion points on Anambra Roads, N6million is illicitly collected and pocketed daily and in Abia State, the same sum of N6million is illicitly made daily by its 200 police extortion points. In Imo State with 150 police extortion points, N2, 25million is illicitly collected daily. And in Enugu and Ebonyi States with 100 police extortion points each; N1, 5million is illicitly pocketed daily in each of the two States; translating to N3million per day. In all, the Nigeria Police Force under the operational directive of IGP Solomon Arase had in the past 60 days; 21st October to 21st December 2015, illicitly collected and pocketed N360million from Anambra Roads; N360million from Abia Roads; N135million from Imo Roads; N90million from Enugu Roads; and N90million from Ebonyi Roads; totaling N1.03Billion. In other words, the Nigeria Police Force had in the past sixty days (21st October to 21st December 2015), illicitly collected and pocketed a total sum of N1.03Billion from at least 750 Police Roadblock Extortion Points in the Southeast Zone; hiding under the cover of Pro Biafran Peaceful Protests. Purpose of the investigation: The purpose of this investigation is to bring the attention of the Presidency of Muhammadu Buhari, which says its major policy is to stamp out corruption in Nigeria; to brazen corrupt activities going unchecked by its largest security establishment: Nigeria Police Force; which is also its major anti corruption enforcement agency. As the saying goes “the best ways to ascertain how corrupt or less corrupt a civilian government is; is to take a critical look at the conducts of its police force”; we are compelled again to regard the anti corruption policy of the Buhari administration as a hoax. A Government that brazenly condones open and brazen corrupt practices of its police personnel oiled by command-structure return culture; is a government of profligacy. We dare say that this articulated report with pieces of pictorial evidence below, is a test case for the Government of Muhammadu Buhari and another challenge facing the Government’s doubtful anti corruption stance. That is to say that the way it responds to this report in coming days will prove to all Nigerians and members of the international community the seriousness or otherwise of its administration; concerning its anti corruption policies and actions. It is in line with this that we resolved to forward this report via a forwarding letter to the trio of the Attorney General of the Federation, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation and the Police Service Commission; seeking their requisite constitutional interventions including our demand that they should recommend to the President, who is also the Chairman of the Nigeria Police Council; for immediate removal of Mr. Solomon Arase as Inspector General of Police. The referenced forwarding letter was dated 21st December 2015 and referenced: Intersociety/NG/05/015/FGN/ABJ. Part of our recommendations also is immediate dismantling of all the 750 police checkpoints in the Southeast Zone and reversion to special and skeletal highway police checkpoints created by former IGP, MD Abubakar; with effective measures to monitor and nip in the bud their possible relapse to extortionist activities. There shall also be total prohibition of all forms of police roadblock extortion and apprehension and dismissal from NPF of those found engaging in the nefarious conducts; be they members of the rank and file or operational AIGs, CPs, DCs/ACs-OPS, MOPOL commanders, DPOs and Area Commanders. The embattled Inspector General of Police must be given a matching order by the Presidency to direct with immediate effect, his Anambra, Abia and Imo State Police Commissioners, to immediately order their personnel out of roadblocks in the affected States so as to allow free flow of traffic and free movements for Xmas returnees in coming days. There should also be total ban all forms of vehicular impoundment in the guise of verification of vehicle particulars; leading to extortion and excruciating traffic jams. The attached pictures, dated 12th of December 2015 are: (a) a Mobile Police officer holding N50.00 note in his left hand; extorted from a commercial mini lorry driver in front of him along Onitsha-Enugu Dual Carriage Way; (b) the same Mobile Police officer stepping down his left hand and pocketing the N50.00 note extorted; (c) another Mobile Police officer along same Onitsha-Enugu Dual Carriage Way receiving N50.00 note from the same commercial mini lorry driver; (d) another Mobile Police officer about collecting N50.00 note from the same commercial mini lorry driver; and (e) hand of a Mobile Police officer, flanked by his colleague, receiving N50.00 note from a commercial bus driver along OnitshaOwerri Road on 19th December 2015. NIGERIA MEDIA FORMED EVIL ALLIANCE AGAINST TRUTH

CASH AND CARRY JOURNALISM: NIGERIA MEDIA FORMED EVIL ALLIANCE AGAINST BIAFRA AND NNAMDI KANU:
Purpose of this article is to alert those who may not know that the media war against BIAFRANS has taken another dimension because all the zoo media are now in ALLIANCE for the purpose of publishing false information to damage the noble course of Biafra restoration.

Some weeks ago we reported that the pedophile Buhari released 20 billion naira to distribute among Yoruba and Arewa gutter media houses including social media bloggers to embark on media subterfuge to misinformed the public by feeding them false information in order to dissuade people from pursing this genuine course which is freedom for BIAFRANS.

At this point you must know that the battle has commenced. The gang leader for this evil mission is SAHARA REPORTER. They lead these packs of wolves, their primary role is to fabricate information, publish it then others will simply copy, past and spread it on their various platforms.
In line with this calculated evil attack few days ago Aisha Buhari hosted social media bodies in Abuja where she charged them to be more vocal in defending President Buhari and his policies in the year 2016 and to increase their attacks on opponents of his government.

This attack against Biafra commenced in earnest yesterday with Photoshop image of our leader published by these gangs, today we are reading another false information that our leader Mazi Nnamdi kanu called himself a "NIGERIAN" he abhor like plague. They also said he apologies to Buhari, Jonathan and Ohaneze ndi oshi, then ask your self what offence did our leader committed against them that required apology. We all know our leader has not committed any crime other than speaking truth and asking for freedom of his people inline with UNITED NATION ARTICLE THAT SUPPORT RIGHT FOR SELF DETERMINATION OF INDIGENOUS PEOPLE

Despite the challenges facing us we will win at last. They know that very well, fresh in their memory is when they claimed they jammed radio Biafra, they were all disgraced,2 court cases they brought against our leader they were all disgraced too They will still loose more battle as it comes,so be strong and resolute.
I am urging everyone to be strong and encourage one another because more of the challenges will come but victory is ours in the name of Chiukwu Okike Abiama
LONG LIVE BIAFRA
LONG NNAMDI KANU

Initially you stated that our hero Nnamdi was kidnapped with a lady and posted a photoshop and fake picture now you didn't succeed, you framed up another saying that our hero APOLOGIZE TO THE PEADOPHILE BUHARI!!
Oh dear me! Over his dead body that an unapologetic hero to stood so low and apologize to a rapist because he is in detention. Stop spreading false and childish rumour.
Our leader nnamdi kanu who said publicly that buhari government is evil and that buhari is a peadophile which is 100% truth has now apologise to him secretly? That is to tell you that nigeria is a zoo. And people living in there as Nigerians are monkeys and baboons because they can't reason properly. Buhari is not only an illiterate but a stark one! If actually he nnamdi Kanu apologized to buhari please what is the name of the press that released his apology statement? Why didn't buhari tell him to announce it publicly? If buhari accepted the apology secretly that means Nnamdi Kanu is right.
I HAVE COME TO PUT IT CLEAR TO YOU THAT BUHARI AND DSS ARE THE ONES RENDERING AN APOLOGY TO NNAMDI KANU!!
GONE ARE THE DAYS WHEN YOU DECEIVED US WITH LIES! WE ARE NOW IN NEW ERA WHEN WE MAKE OUR OWN RESEARCH AND SPEAK FOR OUR SELVES!!

Nnamdi Kanu Didn't Apologise To Buhari - His Lawyer Reacts

The lawyer of Nnamdi Kanu, director of Radio Biafra, Vincent Obetta has denied reports that his client apologized to President Muhammadu Buhari.
Report had surfaced that Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) for referring to him as a terrorist, evil and a paedophile in his radio broadcasts.
The apology was reportedly contained in a statement which the 48-year-old pro-Biafran agitator made available to the DSS on October 23.
Nnamdi Kanu with mother, Ugoeze Nnenne, and siblings.
Speaking on Wednesday, December 30, Obetta said it was impossible that Kanu tendered an apology, The Cable reports.
According to him, the report was an indication that the government was trying everything possible to destroy Kanu’s defence.
The government is using every instrument to puncture what we are doing,” he said.
Kanu has been in the Department of State Services (DSS) detention over charges of treason and other ancillary offence.
A chief magistrate court sitting in Wuse zone 2, Abuja, had earlier discharged him on all counts of criminal conspiracy and ownership of an unlawful society brought against him by the federal government.
During his arraignment at a Federal High Court in Abuja on December 23, , saying he had no confidence in the court to give an order and have the authorities follow it, asking the court to leave him in detention.
In his ruling, Justice Ahmed Mohammed said he sees nothing wrong in the defendant’s objection. He also excused himself from the case against Kanu.

The Nigeria DSS is posed to out beat the defunct state secret police of formal East Germany.
The DSS has positioned herself since the coming of the dictator (Buhari) who is out to truncate the democratic principles as his actions have proven. The first action this dictator adopted was to bring in his village boy (Duara)as the head of the DSS as their director, who know too well his intention to build a state where everyone will leave in terror. This we see at the confession of removed Rivers state election tribunal (Justice Muazu Pindiga). The Judge was traumatised to a level that the state police threatened to waste him if he dares object to their opinion and offer;

The bold judge was able to cry out to the public knowing well how notorious this murderous DSS can go just to prove their total allegiance on serving the dictator (Buhari's) interest. What about many other judges under such psychological trauma and fear of either losing their lives or jobs who could not speak out loud due other threats meted against them? How many of them can be as bold as Justice (Muazu Pingida) and (Justice Ahmed Mohammed) who step aside on (Nnamdi Kanu) the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra and Director of Radio Biafra? Biafra Tv, whose case has been worn and his freedom denied despite various degrees of threats from the state police. Like the notorious State police in the East Germany whose motto was "Schild und Schwert der Partei" ( Shield and Sword of the Party), the present DSS is configured to shield the president and his party while stand like a sword against the president's enemies, opponents and by extension to "crush" as many Biafrans as they deemed possible while the World watches at the destructive tendencies of British anointed President (Buhari) and his secret police.
Their Agents:
The Secret state police have chosen to adopt a new form recruiting agents within Biafra land. Among those at their pay role are some so-called clergies, Governors, Elders in Biafra land and many more that are in overt and covert operations in Biafra land. If these "birds" (as called in an intelligent circle) could read history, they will know that they are on mission impossible, because the IPOB family and the entire BIAFRA people are eager to leave Nigeria at all cost. You can't kill an ideology; you cannot destroy or change a project whose time has come as it was written in the holy bible in the book of: Ecclesiastics chapter 3 vs. 1 to 15 ( THERE IS TIME FOR EVERYTHING) and that time for Biafra restoration is now. Their mission is already in comatose. The people are serious to restore their nation (BIAFRA) where no one will treat them as  second class citizens, where they will not be recognized as minorities or be called any divide and rule names like, South/South, South/East, Niger Deltans, they don't want to be told that they are different because they are Izzon, Igalla, Ibibio, Ikwerre, Igbo, etc. they wish to have a Nation that will protect and guide them as they share common value system as Indigenes of the UNITED STATES OF BIAFRA, Those clergy "birds" who have turned their pulpits into the anti-Biafra sermon, we wish you to realise that your brainwashing of the people can't be forever. You will end up in disgrace except you turn from such evil.
THEIR RASCALS:
The Rascality of the DSS is well pronounced that one wonders if Nigeria president is a junta who has never known or come across the word "democracy" how much more seeing ballot box before. The judges are bullied and forced to unturn justice while those who refused are either punished secretly or their judgement thwarted as observed in the case of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. The state security floated the judges orders for daring to turn down their will. This is indeed an era of terror in Nigeria where the judiciary is weak hence it doesn't play the DSS and Executive scripts. How many judges are ready to save the judicial system and democracy in Nigeria by confronting this Buhari's police headlong regime? How many of them will stand on their feet despite all influence and threats to preserve justice?
The only arm left to correct these rascals is the judiciary, already the legislature is pocketed, and none wants to be bullied. The judges should understand that a dictator has no friend, if they fail to treat DSS and their Czar today by allowing justice to prevail despite all odds, the Czar will one day deal with them after using them. Be warn!

Kanu didn’t apologize, says lawyer
      Kanu didn’t apologize, says lawyer
It is impossible that Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and director of Radio Biafra, tendered an apology to President Muhammadu Buhari, his lawyer, Vincent Obetta, has said.
Obetta said reports of Kanu’s apology were proof that government was trying to use all instruments at its disposal to “puncture” the Biaffra campaigner’s defence. “It is not true,” he said. “The government is using every instrument to puncture what we are doing.” The Department of State Services (DSS) arraigned Kanu in court in October. Shuaibu Usman, presiding over the chief magistrate court, Wuse zone 2, Abuja, had earlier discharged him on all counts of criminal conspiracy and ownership of an unlawful society brought against him by the federal government.
The federal government then filed a fresh five-count charge of treasonable felony against Kanu, after Adeniyi Ademola, a justice of the federal high court, Abuja, ordered the DSS to release him “unconditionally”. In his ruling, Ademola held that the continued detention of Kanu by the DSS was unlawful, since the accused was yet to be charged on suspicion of terrorism.
Speaking before the federal high court the following day, Kanu said he has lost confidence in the court’s abilities to give an order and have the authorities follow it, asking the court to leave him in detention. “I will rather remain in detention than subject myself to a trial that I know amounts to perversion of justice,” he had said.

OPEN LETTER TO NIGERIAN MEDIA ON ATTACK AND PROSECUTION OF NNAMDI KANU

OPEN LETTER TO NIGERIAN MEDIA ON ATTACK AND PROSECUTION OF NNAMDI KANU
By Ifeanyi Chijioke
(For Family Writers)
Duly it started with Nnamdi Kanu and need to change your puppet and brown envelop life, today,  internationally Nigerian media is known for her brown envelope journalism. For past three or four months now the DSS arrested Nnamdi Kanu, arraigned him in the court, he flawlessly defeated Nigerian government. Three court rulings had been flouted by DSS, DSS through the FG violated, disgraced and profound the sacred constitution of your Nigeria. You the media before the last flouting were all against FG, after the last flouting which was a blatant abuse of dignity of the bar and the bench, the judiciary lost its essence and pride, like a pack of card, Nnamdi Kanu is pulling down Nigerian state.
The victory of Kanu in the court and subsequent refusal of judges to preside over his case added salt to the injury, the world will be saying "what a country, Africa and her timidity". You would without a shred of doubt agree with me that Nnamdi Kanu won in the court, the prosecution in the court failed and the prosecutors were shamed even as they proved to be superior to the law of your country Nigeria. Nigerians lost faith in Nigerian state, I remember reading a comment that says “yes Nnamdi Kanu is a traitor and terrorist, but if the court says he is not, then release him, I am a Nigerian but I am now ashamed". I had expected you Nigerian media to fight such constitutional impunity, but due to your brown envelopes might stop reaching you, you kept silent in the face of evil. Now after the failed court prosecution, your owner and brown envelop giver- the federal government of Nigeria, in the meeting you held, a conspiracy was reached. Media prosecution of Nnamdi Kanu was agreed upon, by means of this media prosecution, you can tarnish the image of Nnamdi Kanu, win back support of Nigerians and after your media prosecution, Nnamdi Kanu will be executed.
The FG opened the case file to you with "How Nnamdi Kanu was arrested" four months after his arrest, laughably they are telling you how he was arrested now, the ghost lady arrested with him that was not arraigned or prosecuted remains a sham. Sometimes you Nigerian media forget that this is not 1990s when newspaper is only source of information. The second reading of the case to the prosecutor known as Nigerian media is "Nnamdi Kanu apologizes", is Nnamdi Kanu dead, can't he apologize through his lawyer or family members, who gave him pen and paper in DSS dungeon?. As your brain run to and fro in search of answers, I won't wait for you, let me continue. I read journalist101, I can breathe that not all media platforms can be bought. I however write to remind you that this prosecution will help nobody, in the end Biafra always win, in the end you will lose the heart of Nigerians, in the end you Nigerian media will be seen as a tool for peddling falsehood.
Media all over the world fight evil to a halt, serve justice and truth but in Nigerian, it's a tool for the government of the day, persecution and prosecution, the man with bigger money gets favour in execution. As the prosecution and persecution of Nnamdi Kanu is going on, let your propaganda address the potential dictatorship, when you do the dirty jobs of a tender dictator, he would grow and neither you will be spared. I therefore call on Biafrans to sit up and respond with brave heart the media assault aimed at discrediting our leader. If any man can be with unquestionable character, Nnamdi Kanu is the man. Apology is retreat and surrender, which even death cannot make Nnamdi Kanu to surrender or retreat. As this has been countered, let's wait for another lie to be floated be resolute for in the end, we shall win.

Kanu didn’t apologise to Buhari, says lawyer.

It is impossible that Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and director of Radio Biafra, tendered an apology to President Muhammadu Buhari, his lawyer, Vincent Obetta, has said.

Speaking with TheCable on Wednesday, Obetta said reports of Kanu’s apology were proof that government was trying to use all instruments at its disposal to “puncture” the Biaffra campaigner’s defence. “It is not true,” he said. “The government is using every instrument to puncture what we are doing.” The Department of State Services (DSS) arraigned Kanu in court in October. OE,NewsPoint : Exposed! Ejike Mbaka’s mission to Aso Rock ;-
It is finally revealed, the reason why Reverend Ejike Mbaka, priest at the Catholic Adoration Ministry in Enugu, visited President Muhammadu Buhari recently at Aso Rock Villa, Abuja, Nigeria’s seat of power.
Biafra Media Group (BMG) investigation revealed that the Catholic clergy visited the Nigerian ruler for three major reasons, of which one was to solicit for funds for his pet project. The project was clinching the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) president position. Mbaka has been scavenging for funds to enable him pursue his ambition of becoming the next president of CAN.
One of our sources said the Nigerian ruler saw the development as a win-win situation for both of them and was ready to help. According to the source, Buhari needed a leader in CAN that would not present a strong opposition to his Nigerian islamization agenda, and he felt Mbaka was the man. He knew Mbaka was always ready to do anything for anyone that would help him fulfill his ambition.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Buhari knew that many Christians in the country were becoming jittery as his Nigeria islamization efforts were being exposed. He knew that the current CAN leadership was not resting on their oars to thwart his plans. This was why he obliged Mbaka’s requests, and the Catholic clergy left the Villa with a large war-chest to fund his CAN presidential campaigns.
On Buhari’s part, he was said to have also welcomed Mbaka with open hands because of his poor health which was said to be dangerously and mysteriously deteriorating fast. He needed friendly Christian leaders, in fact any friendly religious leader, to pray for him to get well.
Another reason why Mbaka got what he wanted from Buhari was because he (Buhari) had attracted a lot of hostility to his government, and in so doing, has run his government into a cul-de-sac. The genocide his men have been committing across the country against Biafrans and Shiite Muslims, and his illegal actions in court, have started to take their toll on the cohesion of his government’s activities, mostly his internationally engagements.
Also, he was not lost on the religious war that was loading dangerously in the country. He was looking for opportunities to douse it, and he does not also want the Christian community to become restive as well. Therefore, he believed that creating an image of chummy relationship with some Christian leaders would do the magic. He saw Mbaka as one of such Christian leaders that should be used.
Apart from the genocide his men had unleashed on the Nigerian population, Buhari was having serious pressure on his government for the extra-judicial detention of Nnamdi Kanu, leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and Director of Radio Biafra. Kanu’s detention has provoked an ongoing protest, both within Nigeria and internationally, in a way that is unprecedented in the annals of the country’s history. He had become jittery and in panic mode.
Coupled with Kanu’s illegal detention is also that of Sambo Dasuki, former National Security Adviser, who named him as beneficiary of a corrupt act for which he (Dasuki) was being tried.
SOUTH-EAST SHOULD BE CAREFUL
I am a soldier, I will not give my name for the sake of my life . my message is simple, I can't stop myself from letting people understand the danger they are in,in Nigeria (especially those in the southeast),after my fellow soldiers here in southern Kaduna, Kaduna state, yesterday being Sunday 08 march, invaded a church and killed innocent Christian youths guarding their church against suicide bombers from gaining access in to the church compound during their church service. My conscience keeps judging me for not letting people know what I know. I am a christian but here in the military camp, I dare not let them know about this or I will be on the next troop heading to confront Boko Haram without enough rains of ammunition to fight them and certainly will get killed . most of our men deployed to fight Boko Haram are christian soldiers from the eastern and southeastern part of the country ,I cry inside me each time they leave the camp to confront Boko Haram as most of them don't make it back alive and nobody cares to retrieve their body from Boko Haram .messages are set to their families back in the far eastern part of the country that they killed in a car accident and I wonder why their families don't demand for the bodies of their children they claim where involved in a car accident ,what a pity. The reason why I want people to know this ,is not because of all that had happened to Christians all over this country but because of the things they are going to face very soon , I must confess that Christians don't respond to dangers approaching them until they all die , they think that God will come down from heaven to defend their life instantly but that is not true because I am a christian also ,from kano state .Nobody suspect that I am a christian because I am from the North and they think that all Northerners are Muslim but that is not true .The message is that Boko Haram men are all over Nigeria now believe it or not, Boko Haram has also joined ISIS (Islamic State) in the Arab world and I don't know if the christian people understand what that means .150 women recently have been beheaded by ISIS and most of the women where discovered to be pregnant women ,Boko Haram is expected to carry out the same thing since they have pledged allegiance to ISIS, this is just an introduction ,the main message is that 6 years ago , Boko Haram young members joined the Nigeria Defense Academy like ordinary citizens showing interest to gain admission ,join any of the arm force for the defense of the Nation but that was not the reason ,60% of them gained admission and graduated . Recently , that group have been deployed to the eastern part of the country along with few genuine soldiers , their mission is simple and they will carry it out once the order comes . many people may see them as ordinary soldiers but the truth is that 90% of the soldiers in every checkpoint and camps in the eastern part of the country are Boko Haram members in army uniforms ,they are soldiers but their mission is different from others . please my christian brothers be wise . you may be wondering how I got this information , remember I am from the North , the northerners are not considered Christians here even when some of us are.It will interest you to know that many of our soldiers here are working for Boko Haram , not because they like them but because of the money they are been paid by the Boko Haram for every information and attacks the soldier themselves carry against Christians and the Government cannot provide the soldiers with such money . Do not see all Northerners as bad people , some of us are good but it is very difficult to tell so I don't blame anyone that think that we are all the same . For me I know that I will die because the Boko Haram are getting more help and resources than we the soldiers. Please help me to save people that I can not save as soldier by spreading this message to save livesk especially those in the southeast before the order gets to Boko Haram soldiers there . I will be happy in heaven for your good works if I die . Biafra is the only way for your freedom. buhari as bokoharam Islamic leader, has an evil satanic wicked plan against Biafrans.

Buhari is a strong advocate for self-determination – when it comes to Palestine but not for BIAFRA.
General Muhammadu Buhari advocates for self-determination for far away people of Palestine and Western Sahara, while denying Biafrans right across to him the same inalienable rights.
Buhari extolling the virtues of “peaceful coexistence and self-determination”? Yep! And he did so in the hallowed Chamber of the United Nations General Assembly when he joined more than a hundred other heads of state, who recently converged in New York UN Headquarters, to listen to Pope Francis address the world body last week.
BREAKING: A Nigerian Army Soldier Warns The Government; We are going on strike
By Eastern Radio, 4 January, 2015 | 6:45 pm
A Nigerian army soldier headquarted in Maiduguri, who does not want to disclose his personality, came up with a warning letter to the Nigerian government. He brought forward eight crucial questions the Muhammadu Buhari administration should provide answers to by the end of January, otherwise the soldiers promise to organise a large-scale strike to draw the attention of the government to their problems.
We, the soldiers in Maiduguri, are losing patience, and we are planning massive protests in the country by January; then they will know our pains.
Here are the questions we want them to answer. 1. Is the Nigerian army really winning the war against the insurgency?
We are not winning the war against these people, if you will. Come to any location across Maiduguri and interview the soldiers one by one – then you will know the pains we are passing through here. They keep deceiving Nigerians on media, sitting down in Abuja and telling the people what is happening in the theatre. Let them come and stay in these environment.

2. Are we really paid our entitlement as the soldiers who fight and die for their nation?
Why has Dambazau, who is now the minister of interior, suspended our allowances: TC allowance and furniture allowance? Why are the navy and the air forces still being paid their money? These questions should be forwarded to Dambazau.

3. Are the soldiers really equipped with good weapons to counter insurgents?
Recently some weaponry has been brought, however, most weapons we now use were bought by Goodluck Jonathan, when he postponed the last presidential election for six weeks, and the captured terrain was regained. 4. What are the tactics used in the war?
I must tell you there are no specific tactics being used. Whenever we go for any operation, we just move; most officers are so afraid that they just push the poor soldiers forward for them to remain at the rear. 5. Are we attacking the terrorists, or we are still sitting in ambush, waiting for them?
We are still sitting in ambush. Why is it so? The best form of defence is always attack. We wait for insurgents to attack and kill soldiers for nothing. The officers may lie to us that jet has bombarded the terrorists, and we should only go for mopping up. However, getting there we are likely see them waiting for us 5 km from the camp. There are saboteurs both of the upper and lower rank in the armed forces and the government. 6. Does the president visit the troops or send delegations to boost their morale?
What does President Muhammadu Buhari do to boost the morale of the troops in the war zone? Does he send delegations to visit us? No! He will never do this. Why is it so? Don’t get me wrong: the president is really trying to make sure the war is coming to an end.

7. Why do they sentence our fellow colleagues to 10-year imprisonments?
Why those generals stealing billions of naira are still walking and driving all over the country freely? There are the soldiers who were praying for Muhammadu Buhari to win during the last election so that he could at least understand since he was once in the system. Some of these poor soldiers are the bread winners in their families, I must tell you. But look at the outcome now. Where are those who stole the money meant to purchase arms for the troops, where are those who stole $1 billion? I feel that TB Joshua’s prophesy is coming into reality now. 8. How much is the operational allowance paid to the troops? Why are we not paid our entitlement, even those who fought and died for their fatherland? When their families come to carry the corps, we are the ones to give them money to convey the corps.
They pay us just N30, 000 for an operation. Why do we work like elephants, and eat like ants in this country? Moreover, you will never see the money in two-three months. When we are out of town, our feeding is nothing to write home about. Most commanding officers spend the allowances meant for our colleagues lying in the hospital shot.
Where is the e-payment President Muhammadu Buhari has promised to provide the armed forces with? Let our salaries come directly from the CBN, and then nobody will have a chance to eat our money.
I must tell you the soldiers here are sick and tired of the everyday propaganda. If we don’t see any improvements by the end of January, there will be arrangements to vent our anger. You know what it means when soldiers strike in the country. Those who sit under air conditioners eating our money will see us in full force.

Lawyer Launches Petition Against Buhari

Carol Ajie, a constitutional lawyer and founder of Change.org, has appealed to President Barrack Obama of the United States, over President Muhammadu Buhari’s “disobedience of court orders.”
Petition
accepted that the former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki and the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu were being held against court orders because they could run away.
Dasuki is being prosecuted in connection to a supposed misapplication of $2.1 billion meant for purchase of arms to fight the deadly Boko Haram insurgency.
Kanu, who lives in the UK together with other pro-Biafrans call for the independence of territories that constituted the Biafran Republic, established in 1967.
So far, the petition has collected 743 signatures out of its 1,000 person target.
The petition reads in part: “On May 29th 2015, a former Military Dictator, Muhammadu Buhari, sequel to a contested election in March 2015 against a sitting President in Nigeria, the first time in Africa, an incumbent handed power peaceably, smoothly, heroically to a political rival.
“Whereupon Mr Buhari then took the Oath of Allegiance to protect the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 and the President’s Oath of office to discharge his duties faithfully, in accordance with the Constitution and the Laws of Nigeria.
“Within President Buhari’s first year in office, too soon after he took the revered Oaths, he and state agents acting under his supervision, now demonstrate total lack of respect for Court Orders and at his maiden media chat on Wednesday 30th Dec., instant, Mr President made puerile attempts to justify these breaches, he said inter alia that some persons his regime locked up in cells dehumanized against court orders, Nnamdi Kanu had travelled without his passports.
“But under the Immigration Act, the President or the Minister may deport anyone who travels without a valid travel document or detain for a period not exceeding 7 days. In holding Mr. Kanu beyond the required period they have infracted on the Immigration Act, the Administration of Criminal Justice Act, the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 and subsisting court orders.”
“With regard to issues of “self determination”, the crux of Nnamdi Kanu’s campaign of the Independent People of Biafra, IPOB, having communicated IPOB’s intent to all and the United Nations as required by UN Covenant on Civil and Political Rights ratified by Nigeria, that people of any community or group may wish to exercise the right of self-determination with a view to pursuing their economic, social and cultural development; aware that their dignity as human persons had deteriorated and been consciously degraded under the present dispensation, sadly appearing power inebriate.”
The lawyer asked Buhari to resign as President if he is not ready to obey court orders or risk being impeached from office.
However, the presidency denied to comment on the petition.
An official said it would be improper for the presidency to honour such a petition with an answer.

NIGERIA Association of Graduates of Countries of the CIS The worst African embassy in Russia
The worst African embassy in Russia is the Nigerian Embassy. Latest comments from some staff members of the Russian Ministry of Education. I put it in the words of the commentator " What kind of embassy does your country run, other embassies care about their students but yours don't , this country has been training your citizens since from the 60s till now where are they? Why can't they be sent to work in the embassy since the already understand the system. Where does your country get the calibre of people they send here instead of people who understand us. It is such a nightmare" . The Russians knowing this can deal with Nigerian citizens carelessly esp student and
nothing will happen but try any nonsense with a Zimbabwean student or any other African country and see how their representatives will react. Food for thought.

FROM JUDICIARY TO "BUHARICIARY" SYSTEM OF NIGERIA
(For Family Writers)

It is paramount to state that, the Nigeria Islamic Country has no effective working Judiciary system,as it has gone into oblivion, not withstanding there is a replacement called "THE BUHARICIARY SYSTEM OF NIGERIA". BUHARICIARY SYSTEM is an Anti-Judiciary system whereby BUHARI the Judge and Jury make Laws, interpretes Laws,Pass judgement, disobeys court orders,Violate human right and cast verdict in his own terms. According to section 287 of the 1999 constitution "ALL PERSONS EXERCISING JUDICIAL, EXECUTIVE OR LEGISLATIVE POWER MUST HAVE RESPECT FOR THE COURT” But the BUHARICIARY SYSTEM, does not agree with the Law as it runs a Lawless and Anti-Judiciary System. The question is,who created and presides over this Anti-Judiciary and Lawless system? Offcourse the Dictator,Tyrant,1983 Treason committer and Dullard of Daura,Mohammadu Buhari the Islamic President of Nigeria, who is in charge of the Executive, Legislative and Judiciary and has converted the Judiciary to Buhariciary system of Nigeria.
The Tyrany and Dictatorship chart of Buhari exposes the true nature of the Buhariciary system and its creator Mohammadu Buhari the Islamic President of Nigeria. In the Media Chart the Dictator Buhari proved the Leader Of The Indigenous People Of Biafra and The Director Of Radio Biafra/Biafra Television Mazi Nnamdi Kanu when he stated in Radio Biafra Broadcast that "BUHARI IS A DICTATOR,TERRORIST AND DULLARD,WHO DOESN'T UNDERSTAND THE RULE OF LAW OF THE ZOOLOGICAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA". In the Buhariciary system,Buhari is the Accuser, Prosecutor and Judge, make the Law and cast the verdict. Buhari been in charge of his creation Buhariciary system, casted a verdict against the Leader of The Indigenous People Of Biafra And Director Of Radio Biafra/Biafra Television Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. In Buhari's statement on the First Presidential Chart in Abuja on Wednesday been the 30 of December, 2015, "I CAN'T GIVE NNAMDI KANU BAIL FOR THE ATROCITIES HE COMMITED. DO YOU KNOW THAT NNNAMDI KANU HAS TWO PASSPORTS AND HE CAME INTO THE COUNTRY WITHOUT USING ANY? DO YOU KNOW THAT NNAMDI KANU BROUGHT SOPHISTICATED EQUIPMENT INTO THE COUNTRY TO BROADCAST ON RADIO BIAFRA? WE TOLD NNAMDI KANU THAT HE IS GUILTY, UNTIL HE PROOF HIMSELF INNOCENT". Following this very statement, one will understand what the Buhariciary system entails, the undermining of the Judiciary and the total violation of rule of Law and Judiciary. In civilised Countries where there is an effective working Judiciary system, Law is not made by the President, but the case of the BUHARICIARY system is on the contrary.
Based on Buhari's statement, having Two Passports is an Atrocity. This Law is not seen in any Nigeria Constitution, but its only seen in Buhari's personal constitution and his Buhariciary system has passed out a verdict against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, which is not in accordance with the Judiciary system. Buhari stated in his Buhariciary constitution that,"NNAMDI KANU IS GUILTY UNTIL HE PROOF HIMSELF NOT GUILTY". In a working Judiciary system,an accused is presumed innocent until pronounced guilty or not guilty,by a Court of Law,but this is totally contrary to the Buhariciary system of Nigeria. It is quite interesting to know that, when Buhari passed this judgment against The Leader Of The Indigenous People Of Biafra and Director Of Radio Biafra/Biafra Television Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the case is still with the Chief Judge of the High Court for assignment to a Trial Judge, but the Buhariciary system has found him guilty and has cast a verdict against him waiting for the appropriate time to murder him. Three times have the Buhariciary system disobeyed the Judiciary system of Nigeria,by violating court orders, the rule of Law and Human right, through its executing instrument the Department Of State Security. The Buhariciary system was in existence in his first military rule as a Military Head Of State in 1983, when he committed treason by overthrowing an elected Government led by Aliyu Shehu Shagari the then President of Nigeria.
The Buhariciary system was responsible for the judicial murder and Crime against Humanity in the case of Bartholomew Owoh then aged 26, who was executed by firing squad. This very system was also responsible for the December 31,1983 arrest of Omololu Olunloyo by a group of Soldiers led by Buhari, who overthrew the National Part Nigeria(NPN),put him in jail without trials and allowed the Ulcer patient Omololu to die due to starvation in his custody. This same Dictator who brought back this Evil Buhariciary system,is using it against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, but the Indigenous People Of Biafra are alerting the World to let Justice prevail, as we won't fold our arms and watch the continuous incarceration of our Leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

THROWBACK: How Dasuki Arrested Buhari in 1985 & Destroyed Buhari First Marriage
« on: January 02, 2016, 03:03:22 PM » EOE BEVY
In I985, former military Ruler,Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida, Kicked Buhari out of Office through Military Coup Dictact and Former National Security Adviser to ex president, Goodluck Jonathan, Sambo Dasuki Immediately placed Buhari in Chains, at that time Nigerians were celebrating the Muslim festival and enjoying the public holidays
Sambo Dasuki, led a team of four Police men which include, Abubakar Dangiwa Umar, Lawan Gwadabe, Abdulmumuni Aminu, and arrested Buhari 1n August 26th 1985
Buhari was arrested and his government toppled, IBB, through the help of Dasuki, threw Buhari into Prison custody
Dasuki was then made the ADC (aide-de-camp). to babangida
Buhari was left to rot in jail for two years and this wrecked his love life with Safinatu
Buhari and Hajia Safinatu got married in 1971 and they have five children, 4 girls and a boy.
But upon Buhari's Release, Safinatu Divorced Buhari as she was reported to had been Devastated over Buhari's Arrest
Safinatu Served as First Lady of Nigeria from December 1983 to August 1985. She Divorced Buhari in 1988 which led to Buhari's Romance with ''Aisha'' in 1989, Now Aisha Buhari, Current Nigeria's First Lady
However, Hajia Safinatu is no More, She died in 2006 from complications from diabetes.
While Sambo Dasuki is being Prosecuted by Muhammadu Buhari over alleged Fraud and Embezzlement of Funds Meant for Procurement of Arms during the last Administration.
A statement made by the leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, and former governor of Lagos State, Bola Ahmed Tinubu back in 2003 about the presidential candidate of the party, General Muhammadu Buhari has resurfaced.
In a document released by Wikileaks, Tinubu was against Buhari becoming the president of Nigeria because he believed the former Head of State and his irks were agents of destabilization and electing Buhari will spread Sharia to all parts of Nigeria.Read the Wikileaks document below:

Gaddafi's last words as he begged for mercy: 'What did I do to you?'As National Transitional Council fighters fought their way into Sirte, radio intercepts spoke of 'an asset' in the besieged city. But no one knew until the final moments that the deposed dictator was within their grasp

Unconscious or already dead, former Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi is seen in this still image taken from video footage on 20 October, 2011. Photograph: Esam Omran Al-Fetori/Reuters Esam Omran Al-Fetori/REUTERS
Osama Swehli is bearded and wears his hair long, tied back in a thick ponytail. A soldier with the National Transitional Council's fighters in the Libyan coastal city of Sirte, his English is fluent from his time living in west London.Until the fall of Sirte – Muammar Gaddafi's home city – Swehli was one of those who listened in to the radio frequencies of the pro-Gaddafi defenders of the besieged city.
Twelve days ago, the Observer encountered Swelhi at a mortar position in Sirte close to the city's still contested television station at the edge of District Two where the Gaddafi loyalists would be trapped in a diminishing pocket. "We know some of the call signs of those inside," Swehli explained, as men around him fired mortars into the areas still under Gaddafi control.
"We know that call sign '1' refers to Mo'atissim Gaddafi and that '3' refers to Mansour Dhao, who is commanding the defences. We have an inkling too about someone known as '2', who we have not heard from for a while and who has either escaped or been killed." That person, he believed, was Abdullah Senussi, Muammar Gaddafi's intelligence chief.
"There is someone important in there, too," Swelhi said, almost as an afterthought. "We have heard several times about something called 'the asset' which has been moved around the city." Precisely who and what "the asset" was now is clear, even if most government fighters in and around the city could not believe it at the time. They were convinced that Libya's former leader was in all likelihood hiding in the Sahara desert. But the asset was Gaddafi himself, who would die in the city, humiliated and bloody, begging his captors not to shoot him.
Already the last minutes in Gaddafi's life have gained a grisly status. A spectacle of pain and humiliation, the end of the man who once styled himself the "king of the kings of Africa" has been told in snatches of mobile phone footage and blurry stills and contradictory statements. It is the longest of these fragments of a death – a jerky three minutes and more shot by fighter Ali Algadi on his iPhone and acquired by a website, the Global Post – that describes those moments in the most detail. A dazed and confused Gaddafi is led from the drain where he was captured, bleeding heavily from a deep wound on the left side of his head, from his arm, and, apparently, from other injuries to his neck and torso, staining his tunic red with blood. He is next seen on the ground, surrounded by men with weapons shouting "God is great" and firing in the air, before being lifted on to a pickup truck as men around him shout that the ruler for more than four decades should be "kept alive".
There are other clips that complete much of the story: Gaddafi slumped on a pickup truck, face smeared with blood, apparently unconscious; Gaddafi shirtless and bloody on the ground surrounded by a mob; Gaddafi dead in the back of an ambulance. What is not there is the moment of his death – and how it happened – amid claims that he was killed by fighters with a shot to the head or stomach. By Friday, the day after he died, the body of the former dictator once so feared by his Libyan opponents was facing a final indignity – being stored on the floor of a room-sized freezer in Misrata usually used by restaurants and shops to keep perishable goods.
If there is an irony surrounding the death of Muammar Gaddafi, it is, perhaps, that he should have met his end in Sirte, a city more than any other associated with his rule. Gaddafi was not born in the city itself but in Bou Hadi, a sprawling, largely rural area of farms and large villas on the city's outskirts.
It was Sirte that Gaddafi turned into his second capital – a former fishing village that he transformed into a place dedicated to both his own ego and his Third Revolutionary Theory, which he embodied in his Green Book that was taught in all Libyan schools. It was here, too, that the nomenklatura of Gaddafi's regime had their second homes, sprawling villas in roads lined by eucalyptus trees, beside well-tended parks or overlooking the Mediterranean. And as the city fell, bit by bit over the weeks, its nature was revealed.
Abandoned houses reveal evidence of a city's dedication to the Gaddafi cult. TheObserver found a discarded mobile phone belonging, it seems clear, to a friend of Mo'atissim Gaddafi with pictures of parked white stretch limousines. There are pictures in the wealthier houses of Gaddafi with their occupants and stylised beaten copper images of Gaddafi on the walls. In one building, discovered by paramedics with the government forces, there is a trove of snapshots of Gaddafi and his sons. No wonder, perhaps, that this is where he chose to make his last stand.

The conflict around the city – during the long siege that began in September – reveals another nature of Sirte that must have made it attractive to Gaddafi. There are concrete walls within walls, compounds within those barriers, easy for Gaddafi and his protectors to defend. For those attacking Sirte they seemed for a while to be insuperable obstacles, not least the long barrier blocking access to the vast plaza of the Ouagoudougou conference centre
During the weeks of the siege, life on the Gaddafi side of the lines in Sirte was thrown up in fragments, as disjointed as the last moments of Gaddafi's life. There were small counter-attacks as the government forces crept forward, sometimes with rocket-propelled grenades that burst in the air or crashed into buildings. At other times machine-gun fire rattled into the bullet-pocked facades of offices, banks, schools or villas. But it was at night that Gaddafi's forces were most active. They probed for weak positions. There were rumours of cars attempting to break out as the net closed.
Twice the Observer heard accounts of sightings of a car belonging to Mo'atissim Gaddafi. And with each day fighters posed the same question to which they could not supply an answer: why was it that those fighting on the Gaddafi side would not give up?
It is only now, after Gaddafi's death, that any sketchy details of how he lived on the run have begun to emerge and, indeed, who was ultimately responsible for his safety. How Gaddafi came to be in Sirte – if not the reason that he went to one of the few locations still strongly supportive of him – remains murky. It is believed he fled from Tripoli shortly before it fell in August.
Motorcades carrying his wife and daughter to Algeria, and at least one other son to Niger, were spotted and the details leaked to the media by Nato. But the convoy carrying the dictator appears to have been missed. For his escape, Gaddafi had only one highway to travel – leading south of the capital to Beni Walid, 90 miles from Tripoli, the only highway not in rebel hands. A further detour would then have been necessary to avoid the rebels who were pushing in all directions out of the coastal city of Misrata, involving the convoy driving south-east, deeper into the Libyan desert, to the only traffic junction leading to Sirte at Waddan. This city, which fell to the rebels last month, was under 24-hour surveillance, according to the Pentagon, with drones keeping a close eye on the chemical weapons store five miles north of the city – home to Libya's remaining stockpile of nine tonnes of mustard gas.
The rebels were deeply divided over where Gaddafi was. Some believed he had fled on one of the convoys carrying his wife and other sons that were spotted crossing south to Niger and east to Algeria. Misrata's Shaheed brigade set up a special unit, suspecting that Gaddafi had been trapped in the capital by the speed of the rebel advance and for the last two months they have been carrying out raids in Tripoli hoping to find him.Still others thought he had driven to the fabled Bunker, a possibly mythical concrete complex constructed deep in the desert by the dictator for such an emergency. They were all wrong.
The truth of Gaddafi's last movements has now been revealed by one of his inner circle who travelled with him on his last convoy: Mansour Dhao – number "3" in the pro-Gaddafi radio codes – a former commander of Libya's Revolutionary Guards. And like Gaddafi, Dhao was not supposed to be in Sirte. Instead, it was widely reported that Dhao had fled Libya in a convoy of cars heading for Niger. But as the weeks of the siege of Sirte went on, it became clear this was not true. Even as it was revealed that Gaddafi and his fourth son Mo'atissim were dead, Peter Bouckaert, emergencies director of Human Rights Watch, stumbled across an injured Dhao in hospital, who confirmed he had been in the same convoy with Gaddafi when the former Libyan leader had been captured and his son killed.
A day later Dhao was interviewed by a television crew. What Dhao had to say contradicted not only some previous understanding of who was conducting the war on Gaddafi's behalf but supplied the first description of how events had unfolded on Gaddafi's last day. While it was believed that Gaddafi's son Khamis had directed the regime's attempts to put down the rebellion against it, Dhao insisted that it was Mo'atissim. Not only that, Mo'atissim took control of his father's safety, making all the key decisions until the end. "He was in charge of everything," said Dhao. His face heavily bruised, Dhao insisted it was Mo'atissim who organised each movement of Gaddafi as he was ferried between safe houses for the two months since the fall of Tripoli, moving location on average every four days before becoming trapped in Sirte, the monument that became his living mausoleum. Crucially, it has been Dhao who has provided the most compelling account yet offered of Gaddafi's last day of life as he attempted to leave the last pocket in the shattered seaside District Two to reach the countryside beyond Sirte's eastern boundary.
Advertisement"Gaddafi did not run away, and he did not want to escape," Dhao said. "We left the area where we were staying, to head towards Jarif, where he comes from. The rebels were surrounding the whole area, so we had heavy clashes with them and tried to escape towards Jarif and break out of the siege. After that the rebels surrounded us outside the area and prevented us from reaching the road to Jarif. They launched heavy raids on us which led to the destruction of the cars and the death of many individuals who were with us.
"After that we came out of the cars and split into several groups and we walked on foot, and I was with Gaddafi's group that included Abu Bakr Yunis Jabr and his sons, and several volunteers and soldiers. I do not know what happened in the final moments, because I was unconscious after I was hit on my back."
Some things do not ring true. According to Dhao, Gaddafi was moving from place to place and apartment to apartment until last week, but given the state of the siege of Sirte at that stage it seems unlikely that he could have entered the city from outside. The net was closing around the last loyalists who were squeezed into a pocket, surrounded on all sides, that was becoming ever smaller by the day.
Dhao made no mention either of the attack on the Gaddafi convoy by a US Predator drone and a French Rafale jet as it tried to break out of Sirte, attempting to drive three kilometres through hostile territory before it was scattered and brought to a halt by rebel fighters. It is possible that Dhao did not know that the first missiles to hit the Gaddafi convoy as it tried to flee came from the air.
What is clear is that at around 8am on Thursday, as National Transitional Council fighters launched a final assault to capture the last remaining buildings in Sirte, in an area about 700 metres square, the pro-Gaddafi forces had also readied a large convoy to break out.
But if Dhao was not aware of the air strike, then neither did Nato's air controllers and liaison officers with the NTC fighters know that Gaddafi was in the convoy of 75 cars attempting to flee Sirte, a fact revealed in a lengthy statement on Friday.
"At the time of the strike," a spokesman said, "Nato did not know that Gaddafi was in the convoy. These armed vehicles were leaving Sirte at high speed and were attempting to force their way around the outskirts of the city. The vehicles were carrying a substantial amount of weapons and ammunition, posing a significant threat to the local civilian population. The convoy was engaged by a Nato aircraft to reduce the threat."
It was that air attack – which destroyed around a dozen cars – that dispersed the convoy into several groups, the largest numbering about 20. As NTC fighters descended on the fleeing groups of cars, some individuals jumped from their vehicles to escape on foot, among them Gaddafi and a group of guards. Finding a trail of blood, NTC fighters followed it to a sandy culvert with two storm drains. In one of these Gaddafi was hiding.
Accounts here differ. According to some fighters quoted after the event, he begged his captors not to shoot. Others say he asked of one: "What did I do to you?" But it is what happened next that is the source of controversy.
What is certain from several of the clips of video footage – most telling that shot by Ali Algadi – is that Gaddafi was dazed but still alive, although possibly already fatally wounded. The question is what happens between this and later images of a lifeless Gaddafi lying on the ground having his shirt stripped off and propped in the back of a pickup truck and the next sequence which shows him dead.
Here the accounts differ wildly. According to one fighter, caught on camera, he was shot in the stomach with a 9mm pistol. According to doctors not present at his capture and ambulance staff, Gaddafi was shot in the head. Some NTC officials have said anonymously he was "killed after capture", while others have said he was killed after capture in a crossfire

If there are suspicions that Gaddafi was summarily killed, already raised by Amnesty and UN human rights officials, they have been deepened by the death, too, of his son Mo'atissim in even more dubious circumstances. He was filmed alive but wounded smoking a cigarette and drinking from a bottle of water, before the announcement that he also had died.
On Saturday, in the cold storage unit where Gaddafi's body was being stored as the family demanded its release for burial, those filing in to film his corpse were less bothered about how he had died than the legacy of his 42-year rule. "There's something in our hearts we want to get out," Abdullah al-Suweisi, 30, told Reuters as he waited. "It is the injustice of 40 years. There is hatred inside. We want to see him."
And in confirming that Gaddafi is no more, the Libyan people want to bring the final curtain down on his tyranny.
Happy New Year to all My Friends, IPOB and all Biafrans. I wish all Biafrans happy biafra freedom 2016 is our year of freedom.

Gaddafi’s Last Speech!!! A Must Read

27th December 2015
Gaddafi’s Last Speech!!! A Must Read
In the name of Allah, the …beneficent, the merciful…
For 40 years, or was it longer, I can’t remember, I did all I could to give people houses, hospitals, schools, and when they were hungry, I gave them food. I even made Benghazi into farmland from the desert, I stood up to attacks from that cowboy Ronald Reagan, when he killed my adopted orphaned daughter, he was trying to kill me, instead he killed that poor innocent child. Then I helped my brothers and sisters from Africa with money for the African Union.
I did all I could to help people Understand the concept of real democracy, where people’s committees ran our country. But that was never enough, as some told me, even people who had 10 room homes, new suits and furniture, were never satisfied, as selfish as they were they wanted more. They told Americans and other visitors, that they
needed “democracy” and “freedom” never realizing it was a cut throat system, where the biggest dog eats the rest, but they were enchanted with those words, never realizing that in America, there was no free medicine, no free hospitals, no free housing, no free education and no free food, except when people had to beg or go to long lines to get soup.
No, no matter what I did, it was never enough for some, but for others, they knew I was the son of Gamal Abdel Nasser, the only true Arab and Muslim leader we’ve had since Salah-al-Deen, when he claimed the Suez Canal for his people, as I claimed Libya, for my people, it was his footsteps I tried to follow, to keep my people free from colonial domination – from thieves who would steal from us.
Now, I am under attack by the biggest force in military history, my little African son, Obama wants to kill me, to take away the freedom of our country, to take away our free housing, our free medicine, our free education, our free food, and replace it with American style thievery, called “capitalism” ,but all of us in the Third World know what that means, it means corporations run the countries, run the world, and the people suffer. So, there is no alternative for me, I must make my stand, and if Allah wishes, I shall die by following His path, the path that has made our country rich with farmland, with food and health, and even allowed us to help our African and Arab brothers and sisters.
I do not wish to die, but if it comes to that, to save this land, my people, all the thousands who are all my children, then so be it.
Let this testament be my voice to the world, that I stood up to crusader attacks of NATO, stood up to cruelty, stoop up to betrayal, stood up to the West and its colonialist ambitions, and that I stood with my African brothers, my true Arab and Muslim brothers, as a beacon of light.
When others were building castles, I lived in a modest house, and in a tent. I never forgot my youth in Sirte, I did not spend our national treasury foolishly, and like Salah-al-Deen, our great Muslim leader, who rescued Jerusalem for Islam, I took little for myself…
In the West, some have called me “mad”, “crazy”, but they know the truth yet continue to lie, they know that our land is independent and free, not in the colonial grip, that my vision, my path, is, and has been clear and for my people and that I will fight to my last breath to keep us free, may Allah almighty help us to remain faithful and free.
-Mu’ummar Qaddafi.
May Allah 4give and grant you with Jannatul firdaus. Ameeen

FG must listen to Biafra agitators – OPC

Femi Makinde, Osogbo
The National President of the Oodua People’s Congress, Chief Gani Adams, has said the Federal Government must hold talks with the Movement for the Actualisation of Sovereign State of Biafra and others agitating for Biafra.
According to Adams, it is only through dialogue that the agitators can be made to drop the idea of a Biafra state; as the use of force is incapable of guaranteeing the unity of the country.
The OPC leader spoke about the agitation and the clash between the Nigerian Army and the Islamic Movement of Nigeria in Osogbo after he was honoured as a culture ambassador by the Nigeria Union of Journalists Correspondents Chapel, Osun State.
He said, “I will just say that they (Biafra agitators) are entitled to their own self-determination. Look, there is a law in Africa that recognises right to self-determination. Also, there is a law in United Nations that recognises right to self-determination. There is a country in the United Nations that has a population of not up to 50,000 and their flag is at the United Nations. “You can’t use force to co-opt people for the unity of Nigeria; you have to listen to their agitation. If we cannot give you secession, should we give you statism or regionalism? That is a process of negotiating. The British did not use force against Scotland when it seceded from Britain, and there is Catalona in Spain that wants to pull out, they didn’t use force against them.”He warned that the killing of five supporters of Biafra, who were celebrating the Federal High Court ruling ordering the unconditional release of Radio Biafra Director, Nnamdi Kanu, was a very serious problem and uncalled for.
Adams condemned the killing of members of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria by soldiers in Zaria. He said it was wrong for soldiers to have opened fire on the defenceless members of the sect for allegedly blocking the road and attacking the Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Tukur Buratai.“What happened in Kaduna is not what Nigerians are expecting right now, especially with the crisis of Boko Haram, the agitation of the MASSOB.  I will appeal to the military and other security agencies to be calm when they have provocation from different citizens of this country,” he said.“In civilised country, you don’t kill your citizens like that, even when they provoke you, you should pamper them in order to avoid such ugly situation. Even though they embarrassed the Chief of Army Staff, they (the army) should have disarmed them and arrest the leader for questioning and not using weapon to kill people like that. International community will not overlook such a thing. “Killing armless and innocent people like fowl should not be accepted in any sane democracy. The president have to be very careful, he should not play into the hands of some people.”
Struggle for freedom is not an easy one, there will always be ups and down but at the end we will win. Be strong and courageous, never shall we go back. Always keep the faith alive because Biafra is our priority. Since after the war Biafra struggle has never gone this far, therefore be strong because we shall overcome. I am a hardcore what about you?
DANGER!!! Unclad Men Tattooed With Biafra Flags Appear In Aba; Dare Soldiers (See Photos)
This happened today live at Aba. Some fierce looking young men in their mid twenties who were Unclad and fully tattooed with Biafra Flag took over the streets in Aba chanting war songs and Daring Nigeria Soldiers, who look on helplessly.
I'm rocking!!! No Christmas for me without Biafra.. In the future, my children will view this picture I took just yesterday during IPOB protest here in Aba, then they'll read this date: December 25th-2015, and they'll smile and say "Dad, so a few weeks latter after U snapped this photo Biafra Regained her freedom?", and then I'll be glad to say YES..

Breaking News, from  Onu Nekwulu  Biafrans in Denmark Uduogu Nwayinya: This is very very big warning to those who is planing coup to overthrow Dept Director Uche mefor; it comes to my ear today that some of the leader of IPOB is trying to ovetthrow Uche Mefor which is abomination in our land; and let them hear me now, if they try any rubbish then we will believe what the former executive said about Him, which i will leak the secret and brings the matter up; our Director is in detention and you guys are there looking for power! Power!! Power!!!

Apparently tired and frustrated with the Nigerian Judiciary system, against court tradition, an angry Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of IPOB threw caution out of the window when he boldly addressed the high court Judge, today in Abuja, Nigeria.  Nnamdi Kanu and two others arrived at the court, accompanied by no-nonsense ready to kill Security Operatives, who wore  Balaclava. As a normal court procedure, the court clerk asked him if he understood English, Nnamdi Kanu objected and instead, went ahead to say the following:
“Thank you very much my lordship, but my objection is that I will not receive a fair trial before this court. The information I got is that I will not receive a fair trial before this court.
“I will not sacrifice the due process of law because of speedy court process over the principle of natural process on the altar of speedy release. In other words, I would rather remain in detention than subject myself to a trial that I know amounts to perversion of justice.
“Your lordship, previous court rulings have been given by courts of competent jurisdiction in this country, Nigeria which were not carried out by the DSS.”
Reacting to his Objection, the prosecuting counsel, Mohammed Diri said “First, he objects trial by your lordship because he believes he is not going to get fair trail. Two, he said, the trial before your lordship will amount to perversion of justice.
“He said the rule of the law is clear and that the defendant may object to his trial at any time.“Your lordship before the defendant can object to his trial; he has to file an application objecting his trial before this court.” “My lordship, what the defendant just did is putting the cart before the horse.”
Justice Mohammed, the presiding judge concluded and said: “I therefore remit this case file to the chief judge of this court to take necessary action.”
Ai correspondent at the court said, Nnamdi Kanu mother and his siblings were all at the court expecting a miracle. They all left the court premises completely disappointed.
After all justice is rooted on confidence. If any of the parties has no confidence in the court, he has the right to say so.” “I therefore remit this case file to the chief judge of this court to take necessary action.’’

OPEN LETTER TO NBA, NJC AND OTHER INTERNATIONAL ENTITIES
By Chima Onyekachi
(For Family Writers)

Cc: Mahmud Mohammed, Chairman of NJC
Cc: International Court of Justice
Cc: Ecowas Community Court of Justice
The executive arm of Nigeria government led by President Muhammadu Buhari has become lawless and no longer obeys court order. The legislative arm of government is silent because 90% of the members of the Senate and House of Representatives have skeletons in their cupboards. They are corrupt and only interested in protecting their fraudulently gotten cash and investments. The Judiciary has shown the common man can still depend on her but recent events since Buhari became President have shown oppression on the Judiciary by the executive arm of government in Nigeria. Muhammadu Buhari of All Progressive Congress during his presidential campaign accepted responsibility for every dictatorial act perpetrated during his stint as a military head of state and promised he is a "repentant democrat". He lied. Buhari is doing exactly what he did in 1984 when he overthrew democratically elected President Shehu Shagari and promulgated a "Decree number 2 of 1984" where he gave maximum power to the state secret service and the chief of staff to detain without charges individuals deem to be security risk to the state for up to three months; strikes and popular demonstration were banned. The National Security Organization (NSO) now called Department of State Security (DSS) was entrusted with unprecedented powers, they intimidated, harassed and jailed individuals who demonstrated and that led to the retrenchment of about 200,000 civil servants.
Fela Kuti, a musician and a known critic of his government was arrested at the airport on his way to his American tour and charged with "exporting foreign currency". A charge Amnesty International described as "spurious". Fela was sentenced to 5 years in prison and was released after 18 months when Buhari's government was toppled in a coup d'etat.
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) whom are exercising their right to self-determination peacefully as enshrined in the United Nations Universal Charter on Human Rights. Nnamdi Kanu was abducted on October 14, 2015 by the Department of State Security (DSS) in Golden Tulip Essential Hotel,Lagos. On 23 November 2015, he was tried before the Wuse Magistrate Court on charges of illegally entering Nigeria, conspiracy to incite violence and leading an illegitimate group. He was granted bail on stringent conditions which were all fulfilled by his legal team but DSS refused to release him or transfer him to Prison service as ordered by the magistrate court judge.
The DSS refused to produce him in court twice even on the orders of the magistrate court but kept on torturing and denying him his fundamental human rights. On December 16, 2015, Wuse Magistrate Court struck out the case against Nnamdi Kanu after the DSS has asked for it to transfer his case to a high court of competent jurisdiction. On 17 December 2015, Justice Adeniyi Ademola of the Federal High Court in Abuja admitted Nnamdi Kanu to bail unconditionally while ruling in an application filed and argued by his lawyer Vincent Obetta. In the ruling, Justice Ademola who has last month granted permission to the DSS to detain Nnamdi Kanu for 90 days, set aside the order, he added that from available facts before the court, the DSS were not ready to grant bail or put Mr Kanu on trial. The DSS under directive from its Director General, Musa Daura refused to release Nnamdi Kanu but filed a fresh charge of treasonable felony against him at the Abuja High Court. The case came up in court on 23 December 2015 where Justice A.R Mohammed excused himself from the case and demanded for reassignment of the case to another judge.
I urge the Nigeria Bar Association(NBA), Nigeria Judicial Council (NJC) and other legal entities both home and abroad to save the judicial arm of government in Nigeria from been trampled upon by President Muhammadu Buhari. Why Nnamdi Kanu is still in custody of the DSS instead of the prison service since his matter is already before a law court? Nnamdi Kanu has millions of followers as seen during the peaceful demonstrations across the world calling for his release. The NBA, NJC and other legal entities should take steps before the agitation for his release will escalate into arms struggle against the government. I want them to ponder on this: " You will be remembered for two things: the problems you solved or the ones you create." - Mike Murdock

Fellow Biafran and lovers of freedom Last year after our Atonement in 2014, many things happened ,our First Embassy in Barcelona Spain was shut down, after our office at Enugu was set on fire ,many people fell aside from Ikechukwu Anyiagu to Chioma Amaraliys ,Rita Anigbaogu Nonso Ejirika, name them.
Today , after our atonement in September with the blood moon in motion, the whole place is on fire people are about to leave the struggle incase you don't know what is sabotage;
it is when you're taking advantage of the present situation to enrich yourself,
To gain useless power for yourselves ,
if you have been disposed before by our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and your are taking this opportunity to come back to power.
If You're taking advantage to position yourself incase Biafra comes tomorrow.
When You try to stop this struggle in any way, if you stop preaching the gospel for the restoration of Biafra according to the principle of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu which has gathered millions of people.
Sometimes people may not know they have fallen. And there are Many other things I may not be able to write here but search your heart ,ask yourself questions , are you for the restoration of Biafra or against ?
For those who are wondering what is happening ,don't worry if you find yourself in a struggle there are many challenges ,ups and down, remember he who marries in the lizard kingdom should always expect to hear that his in -laws has fallen from the tree. Surprises shall come but the struggle continues. The zoo should wait for us. Is a matter of time
Biafra or Death!!!!!
"To the extent that peaceful and non violent assertion of African Charter’s rights to self determination, existence and development and Constitutional rights to peaceful assembly, association and expression; now constitutes commission of offense of treasonable felony, remains one of the wonders of 2015 in Nigeria. Also in the charge sheet under reference, charges preferred against Citizen Nnamdi Kanu at the Magistrate Court, such as criminal conspiracy and managing and membership of unlawful society; which were later discontinued and dismissed and struck out by the Magistrate Court; were again brought back and included in the new charge sheet.
The personal (private) firearms or un-prohibited firearms (i.e. pump action guns) allegedly found in the house of another suspect in Ihiala; has nothing whatsoever to do offense of treasonable felony. In the plain language of Section 28 of the Firearms Act of 2004, when possessed by a citizen without valid licenses including a license from the Inspector General of Police or his top subordinates, the bearer on judicial conviction; goes to jail for a term not exceeding five years imprisonment. In other words, it is lightly bailable.
All the charges lumped with the so called treasonable felony against Citizen Nnamdi Kanu and others are all bailable offenses, yet they were so lumped to rot and possibly kill them in jail."...............by................INTERSOCIETY
